Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Auftragen eines feuerfesten Überzuges auf verlorene Formen, Kerne sowie auf andere mineralische und metallische Gegenstände, wobei vor Aufbringen des feuerfesten Überzugs die verlorenen Formen, Kerne sowie andere mineralische und metallische Gegenstände mittels Aufbringen einer Elektrolytlösung leitfähig gestaltet und mit einer Lösung, Dispersion oder Suspension eines Polymers beschichtet werden, und der feuerfeste Überzug dann in Form einer trockenen Schlichte mittels eines elektrostatischen oder tribostatischen Pulversprühverfahrens aufgebracht wird, sowie eine trockene Schlichte zur Verwendung in diesem Verfahren.
