Abstract
In einem Verfahren zur Regelung eines Abhitzedampferzeugers (2) vom Typ eines Einrohr- oder Durchlaufdampferzeugers in einer Kombi-Kraftanlage wird das Strömungsvolumen des Speisewassers in den Dampferzeuger (2) aufgrund einer gemessenen Dampftemperatur am Austritt eines Überhitzers (3) und eines Sollwerts für die Dampftemperatur für eine Dampfturbine (DT) geregelt. Bei der Regelung werden ein Überhitzungsgrad am Austritt eines Hochdruckverdampfers (4), ein Unterkühlungsgrad am Eintritt in den Hochdruck-Verdampfer (4) und das gemessene aktuelle Strömungsvolumen des Speisewassers in mehreren Regelstufen miteinbezogen. Für einen optimalen Betrieb bei schnellen Laständerungen umfasst das Verfahren insbesondere eine zusätzliche Regelung des Unterkühlungsgrades des Strömungsmediums am Eintritt in den Hochdruckverdampfer (4). Eine Regelschaltung (11) zur Regelung eines Abhitzedampferzeugers (2) umfasst Vorrichtungen (M1 -4, M2', M3', f2, f3) zur Bestimmung des Überhitzungsgrads und des Unterkühlungsgrads und mehrere Regelbausteine (PID1 -4), die in Serie geschaltet sind und mittels Signalleitungen (SL1 -4) mit den genannten Vorrichtungen (M1 -4) verbunden sind. Zudem umfasst sie eine Regelsignalleitung (RL) zur Übermittlung eines Regelsignals vom letzten Regelbaustein (PID4) an ein Ventil (12) in der Speisewasserzufuhrleitung (14). Zusätzliche Regelbausteine (PID7,8) gewährleisten die zusätzliche Unterkühlungsregelung.
