Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine im Kunststoffspritzverfahren hergestellte Schraubkappe (1) mit einem Kappenboden (2), einer Kappenwand (3) und einer Kappenöffnung (4, 4'), wobei an der Kappenwand (3) ein Innengewinde (5) mit jedenfalls einem Gewindegang ausgebildet ist, wobei weiter der Gewindegang über seine Länge mit unterschiedlichem Querschnitt (Q1, Q2, Q3) ausgebildet ist, und sich, beginnend an der Kappenöffnung, über 360° oder mehr erstreckt. Um eine im Kunststoffspritzverfahren gefertigte Schraubkappe anzugeben, die möglichst weitgehend den komplexen Anforderungen, die an solchen Schraubkappen in der maschinellen Anwendung und auch in der Anwendung beim Verbraucher gestellt werden, entspricht, wird vorgeschlagen, dass der Gewindegang über eine Länge entsprechend 120° oder mehr von der Kappenöffnung (4, 4') ausgehend gesehen einen zweiten Querschnitt (Q2) aufweist, der flächenmäßig größer ist als der erste Querschnitt (Q1), welcher erste Querschnitt (Q1) in einer Länge entsprechend 0° bis 100 ° oder mehr beginnend an der Kappenöffnung (4, 4') ausgebildet ist.
