在通信系统中, 在通信双方正式通话之前, 网络发送给主叫终端或被叫 终端的媒体称为早期媒体。 用户可以定制早期媒体业务, 例如: 当被叫方振 铃时, 网络发送给主叫终端的普通的 "嘟嘟" 回铃音; 还有在目前的公众交 换电话网 (PSTN) 、 全球移动通信系统 (GSM) 网络中应用的十分广泛的 彩铃业务等。 而对于彩铃业务, 在第三代移动通信标准化合作伙伴项目 (3GPP) 、 高级网络电信与因特网融合业务和协议 (TISPAN) 等标准组织 中又称之为 "定制回铃音业务 (CAT) " 。
在因特网工程任务组 (IETF ) 制定的 RFC3959、 RFC3960, RFC5009 标准文档中对采用会话初始协议 (SIP) 实现早期媒体业务给出了两种实现 方案: 网关 (Gateway) 模式和应用服务器 (Application Server) 模式。
采用 Gateway模式时, 用户代理服务器端 (UAS) 通过可靠临时响应机 制、 更新 (UPDATE) 请求与用户代理客户端 (UAC) 完成早期媒体的协 商, 实现早期媒体业务, 在该模式中早期媒体和普通会话的会话描述协议请 求 (SDP Offer) 相同; 而 Application Server模式则通过扩展一个新的内容 部署 (Content Disposition) 类型早期会话 (early session) 来承载早期媒体 的会话描述协议 (SDP ) , 使 UAC 和 UAS 之间通过此类型 Content Disposition来实现早期媒体的协商, 实现早期媒体业务, 在该模式中, 早期 媒体流的 SDP和普通会话的 SDP之间完全独立。
随着通信标准的发展, 3GPP提出了支持 IP多媒体业务的子系统: 基于
会话初始协议的 IP多媒体子系统 (IMS) , 可以通过分组交换 (PS) 域接 入和传送综合的话音、 数据和多媒体业务。 而 PSTN、 综合业务数字网 (ISDN) 等网络采用电路交换 (CS) 方式, IMS域与 CS域相对独立, 并 且 CS域不支持 SIP协议, 所以 CS域网络无法采用上述模式向 IMS域的用 户提供 CS域的早期媒体业务。
为了使 IMS 域的用户能够体验 CS 域的早期媒体业务, 目前, 在 TISPAN的标准组织制定的规范中描述了一种技术实现方案。
此方案中 IMS域网络为 IP网络, CS域网络为 PSTN, 通过媒体网关控 制功能 (MGCF) 实体向 IP网络的用户提供 PSTN的早期媒体业务, 并且 此方案的前提是 IMS域的主叫终端支持早期媒体头域 (P-Early-Media) 。
由于上述方案默认采用网关模式实现早期媒体业务, 不能根据实际情况 提供早期媒体业务。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种在不同域中处理早期媒体 业务的方法和装置, 以实现根据 IMS域的主叫终端的能力信息和 /或本地策 略对早期媒体业务进行处理。
为实现上述目的, 本发明实施例提供了一种在不同域中处理早期媒体业 务的方法和装置。
本发明实施例所提供的方法包括:
媒体网关控制功能 MGCF实体根据 IMS域的主叫终端发送的请求, 获 取所述主叫终端的能力信息;
根据所述主叫终端的能力信息和 /或本地策略, 选择向 IMS域的主叫终 端提供 CS域的早期媒体业务, 或者选择不向 IMS域的主叫终端提供 CS域 的早期媒体业务。
本发明实施例所提供的装置包括:

由于现有技术默认采用网关模式实现早期媒体业务, 前提是 IMS域的 主叫终端支持 Ρ-Early-Media, 因此存在当 IMS域的主叫终端仅支持 early session时, 主叫用户不能体验 CS域的早期媒体业务, 也可能会导致当 IMS 域的主叫终端不支持 P-Early-Meida时, 主叫用户可能会听到主叫终端本地 产生的回铃音和 CS域的早期媒体的混合铃音。
本发明实施例提供了不同域中处理早期媒体业务的方法和装置。
本发明实施例提供的方法为 MGCF实体根据 IMS域的主叫终端发送的 请求, 获取所述主叫终端的能力信息;
根据所述主叫终端的能力信息和 /或本地策略, 选择向 IMS域的主叫终 端提供 CS域的早期媒体业务, 或者选择不向 IMS域的主叫终端提供 CS域 的早期媒体业务。
其中, 主叫终端的能力信息和 /或本地策略表示: IMS域的主叫终端的 能力信息, 或者本地策略, 或者主叫终端的能力信息和本地策略。
下面结合附图对本发明实施例所提供的方法的详细流程进行介绍, 参见 图 1, 具体歩骤为:
歩骤 201 : MGCF实体接收到主叫终端发送的 INVITE请求, 该请求包 含普通会话的会话描述协议请求 (SDP offer) ;
歩骤 202: MGCF实体向 CS网络发送初始化地址消息 (IAM) 消息, 所述 CS网络可以是 PSTN网络, 也可以是 PLMN网络;
歩骤 203: MGCF实体接收到来自 CS 网络的地址收全消息 (ACM) I 呼叫进程 (CPG) 消息, 检查该消息是否有早期媒体或后向放音指示, 例如 检查是否有 "带内音可用"指示或 CAT业务指示, 如果是, 则进入下一歩 骤;
歩骤 204: MGCF实体根据请求获取所述主叫终端的能力信息; 歩骤 205: 根据所述主叫终端的能力信息和 /或本地策略, 进入歩骤 206 或歩骤 207;
歩骤 206: 选择实现早期媒体业务的模式, 向 IMS域的主叫终端提供 CS域的早期媒体业务;
歩骤 207: 选择不向 IMS域的主叫终端提供 CS域的早期媒体业务。 下面结合附图对本发明实施例所提供的方法的详细流程进行介绍, 参见 图 8, 具体歩骤为:
歩骤 901 : MGCF实体接收到 IMS 网络发送的会话请求, 所述的会话 请求可以为 INVITE请求;
歩骤 902: MGCF实体向 CS网络发送呼叫请求, 所述的呼叫请求可以 为初始化地址消息 (IAM) 消息, 所述 CS网络可以是 PSTN网络, 也可以 是 PLMN网络;
歩骤 903: MGCF实体接收到来自 CS网络的呼叫请求响应消息, 然后 检查该响应消息是否包含有早期媒体或后向放音指示, 所述的呼叫请求响应 消息可以为地址收全消息 (ACM) 或呼叫进程 (CPG) 消息, 所述的检查 该响应消息是否有早期媒体或后向放音指示的方法可以为检查地址收全消息 (ACM) 或呼叫进程 (CPG) 消息是否有 "带内音可用"指示或 CAT业务 指示, 如果是, 则执行歩骤 904,否则执行歩骤 905a;
歩骤 904: MGCF实体获取主叫终端的能力信息, 并根据主叫的终端能 力和 /或本地策略选择早期媒体业务处理方式, 所述早期媒体业务处理方式 可以是不向 IMS域主叫提供 CS域早期媒体业务, 或者使用网关模式向 IMS 域主叫提供 CS域早期媒体业务, 或者使用应用服务器模式向 IMS域主叫提 供 CS域早期媒体业务; 当 MGCF实体选择不向 IMS域主叫提供 CS域早期 媒体业务时执行歩骤 905a; 当 MGCF 实体选择网关模式时, 执行歩骤 905b; 当 MGCF实体选择应用服务器模式时, 执行歩骤 905c;
所述的 MGCF实体获取所述主叫终端能力信息方法包括但不限于以下 几种:
a). 当歩骤 901中的呼叫请求中携带头域 P-Early-Media: supported时,
可以判断主叫终端支持 P-Early-Media;
b).当歩骤 901中的呼叫请求中的 Supported头域携带 Early Session参数 时, 可以判断主叫终端支持 Early Session;
所述的根据主叫的终端能力和 /或本地策略选择早期媒体业务的处理方 式的方法包括但不限于以下几种:
a) . 当主叫终端支持 P-Early-Media时, MGCF选择网关模式;
b) .当主叫终端支持 Early Session时, MGCF选择应用服务器模式; c) . 当主叫终端同时支持 P-Early-Media和 Early Session时, MGCF可根 据本地策略选择网关模式或应用服务器模式。
d).当主叫终端既不支持 P-Early-Media, 也不支持 Early Session时,
MGCF可根据本地策略选择网关模式, 或者选择不向 IMS域主叫提供 CS域 早期媒体业务。
e). 当主叫终端不支持 Early Session时, MGCF根据本地策略选择不向 IMS域主叫提供 CS域早期媒体业务。
f). 当主叫终端不支持 P-Early-Media时, MGCF根据本地策略选择不向
IMS域主叫提供 CS域早期媒体业务。
g).根据本地策略, 选择不向 IMS域主叫提供 CS域早期媒体业务。 歩骤 905a; MGCF实体发送会话请求响应消息, 其中不携带早期媒体 信息, 所述的请求响应消息可以为 180响应, 也可以为 183响应;
歩骤 905b: MGCF实体发送会话请求响应消息, 并且在所述的会话请 求响应消息中携带早期媒体指示; 所述请求响应消息可以是 180响应, 也可 以是 183响应; 所述的携带早期媒体指示方法可以为在请求响应消息中携带 P-Early-Media头域, 并且该头域参数可以设置为 "sendrecv" , 也可以设置 为 "sendonly" ; 之后执行歩骤 907;
歩骤 905c: MGCF实体发送会话请求响应消息, 并且在所述的会话请 求响应中携带 Early Session的 SDP; 所述请求响应消息可以是 180响应, 也
可以是 183响应; 之后执行歩骤 906c;
歩骤 906c: MGCF实体接收到 IMS网络发送的会话请求响应消息的应 答, 并且在所述的应答消息中携带 Early Session的 SDP应答, 所述会话请 求响应消息的应答可以为 PRACK请求; 之后执行歩骤 907。
歩骤 907 : 被叫终端所在的 CS域通过 MGCF实体控制的 MGW向主叫 终端播放铃声。
下面结合附图详细介绍本发明所提供的具体实施例。
在实施例一中, MGCF实体采用应用服务器模式向 IMS主叫提供 PSTN 的 CAT业务, 即 CS网络为 PSTN。 参见图 2, 本实施例具体流程为:
歩骤 301 : MGCF实体接收到主叫终端发送的 INVITE请求, 该请求中 的支持 (Supported) 头域包含 Early Session, 并且消息体中携带了普通会话 的 SDP OFFER;
歩骤 302: MGCF实体返回 100临时响应消息;
歩骤 303 : MGCF实体返回 183可靠临时响应,该消息携带了普通会话 的 SDP Answer;
歩骤 304: MGCF实体接收到 UE发送的应答上述 183可靠临时响应的 PRACK请求;
歩骤 305: MGCF实体发送 200 OK响应应答接收到的 PRACK请求; 歩骤 306: MGCF实体发送 IAM消息给 PSTN网络;
歩骤 307: MGCF实体接收到 PSTN网络发送 ACM消息, 并且在该消 息中携带 PSTN将要提供 CAT业务的信息;
歩骤 308: MGCF实体根据歩骤 301的 INVITE请求中的 Supported头 域的参数判断主叫终端支持 Early Session, 选择以应用服务器模式向主叫终 端提供 PSTN的 CAT业务;
歩骤 309: MGCF实体发送 180可靠临时响应, 响应的消息体携带了
Early Session的 SDP Offer, 并且该 SDP Offer可以和歩骤 303中的普通会话
的 SDP Answer相同;
歩骤 310: MGCF实体接收主叫终端发送的 PRACK请求, 该请求的消 息体携带了 Early Session的 SDP Answer;
歩骤 311 : MGCF实体发送 200 OK响应应答接收到的 PRACK请求; 歩骤 312: PSTN向主叫终端播放 CAT铃声。
上述实施例一中, 歩骤 310中收到的 Early Session的 SDP Answer的端 口为 0时, MGCF实体不向媒体网关功能 (MGW) 发送 H.248命令要求其 打开媒体门控, 以保证 CS域的早期媒体流不会发送给主叫终端。
上述实施例一使 IMS域的主叫终端仅支持 Early Session的情况下, 主 叫用户也可以体验 CS域提供的早期媒体业务。 主叫终端的能力支持 Early Session时, MGCF实体可以采用应用服务器模式向主叫终端提供 PSTN的 早期媒体业务, 使得主叫用户也能够体验到早期媒体业务。
在实施例二中, MGCF实体采用网关模式向 IMS主叫提供 PSTN的 CAT业务, 即 CS网络为 PSTN。 参见图 3, 本实施例具体流程为:
歩骤 401 : MGCF实体接收到 UE发送的 INVITE请求, 该请求中携带 头域 P-Early-Media: supported, 消息体中携带了普通会话的 SDP OFFER; 歩骤 402- 407和实施例一中的歩骤 302-307相同;
歩骤 408: MGCF实体根据歩骤 401的 INVITE请求中的 P-Early-Media 头域判断 UE支持 P-Early-Media, 选择以网关模式向 UE提供 PSTN的 CAT 铃声;
歩骤 409 : MGCF实体发送 180 临时响应, 并且响应中携带头域 P- Early-Media: 发送禾口接收 (sendrecv) ;
歩骤 410: PSTN向 UE播放 CAT铃声。
上述实施例二使 IMS域的主叫终端仅支持 P-Early-Media的情况下, 主 叫用户依旧能够体验到 CS域提供的早期媒体业务。 当主叫终端的能力支持 P-Early-Media时, MGCF实体可以采用网关模式向主叫终端提供 PSTN的
早期媒体业务, 确定了用户可以支持 P-Early-Medm的情况下, 使用合适的 模式提供早期媒体业务, 而不会在主叫用户不支持 P-Early-Medm的情况 下, 也给主叫用户提供早期媒体业务, 使得主叫用户听到主叫终端本地产生 的回铃音和 CS域的早期媒体业务的混合铃音。
在实施例三中, MGCF实体根据主叫终端的能力选择不向 IMS主叫提 供 PSTN的 CAT业务, 即 CS网络为 PSTN。 参见图 4, 本实施例具体流程 为:
歩骤 501: MGCF实体接收到 UE发送的 INVITE请求;
歩骤 502-507和实施例一中的歩骤 302-307相同;
歩骤 508: MGCF实体根据歩骤 501中的 INVITE请求中判断 UE既不 支持 Ρ-Early-Media, 也不支持 Early Session, 选择不向 UE提供 PSTN的 CAT铃声;
歩骤 509: MGCF实体发送 180临时响应;
歩骤 510: UE产生本地回铃音。
上述实施例三使 IMS 域的主叫终端不支持 P-Early-Media和 Early
Session的情况下, 避免了主叫用户体验到本地产生的回铃音和 CS域的早期 媒体业务的混合铃声。
在实施例四中, MGCF实体根据主叫终端的能力和本地策略采用网关 模式向 IMS主叫提供 PSTN的 CAT业务, g卩 CS网络为 PSTN。 参见图 5, 本实施例具体流程为:
歩骤 601 : MGCF实体接收到 UE发送的 INVITE请求, 该请求中携带 头域 P-Early-Media: supported, 消息体中携带了普通会话的 SDP OFFER, 并且 Supported头域携带 Early Session参数;
歩骤 602- 607和实施例一中的歩骤 302-307相同;
歩骤 608: MGCF实体根据歩骤 601的 INVITE请求中的 P-Early-Media 头域以及 Supported头域携带的 Early Session参数, 判断 UE同时支持 P-
Early-Media和 Early Session, 根据本地策略选择以网关模式或者应用服务器 模式向 UE提供 PSTN的 CAT铃声, 选择网关模式时进入歩骤 609, 选择应 用服务器模式时进入歩骤 610;
歩骤 609 : MGCF实体发送 180 临时响应, 并且响应中携带头域 P- Early-Media: sendrecv, 进入歩骤 613 ;
歩骤 610: MGCF实体发送 180可靠临时响应, 响应的消息体携带了 Early Session的 SDP Offer, 并且该 SDP Offer可以和歩骤 603中的普通会话 的 SDP Answer相同;
歩骤 611 : MGCF实体接收主叫终端发送的 PRACK请求, 该请求的消 息体携带了 Early Session的 SDP Answer;
歩骤 612: MGCF实体发送 200 OK响应应答接收到的 PRACK请求; 歩骤 613 : PSTN向 UE播放 CAT铃声。
上述实施例四使 IMS域的主叫终端同时支持 P-Early-Media和 Early Session的情况下, 主叫用户依旧能够体验到 CS域提供的早期媒体业务。
在实施例五中, MGCF实体根据运营商策略选择不向 IMS主叫提供
PSTN的 CAT业务, g卩 CS 网络为 PSTN。 参见图 9, 本实施例具体流程 为:
歩骤 1001 : MGCF实体接收到 UE发送的 INVITE请求, 该请求中 Supported头域携带的 Early Session参数, 消息体中携带了普通会话的 SDP OFFER;
歩骤 1002: MGCF实体发送 IAM消息给 PSTN网络;
歩骤 1003 : MGCF实体接收到 PSTN网络发送 ACM消息, 并且在该消 息中携带 PSTN将要提供 CAT业务的信息;
歩骤 1004: MGCF实体根据本地策略选择不向 UE提供 PSTN的 CAT 铃声;
歩骤 1005: MGCF实体发送 180临时响应;
歩骤 1006: UE产生本地回铃音。
其中上述实施例五也适用于 INVITE请求中 Supported头域携带的 P- Early-Media参数。
其中, 上述实施例一, 实施例二和实施例四中, MGCF实体也可以根 据本地策略选择不向 IMS域主叫提供 CS域早期媒体业务, MGCF实体仅向 主叫终端发送临时响应。 MGCF实体不向 IMS域主叫提供 CS域早期媒体业 务时, MGCF实体不向媒体网关功能 (MGW) 发送 H.248命令要求其打开 媒体门控, 以保证 CS域的早期媒体流不会发送给主叫终端。
需要说明的是, 以上实施例的歩骤 301, 401, 501和 601省略了代理呼 叫会话控制功能 (P-CSCF) 、 服务呼叫会话控制功能 (S-CSCF) 、 出口网 管控制功能 (BGCF) 等实体; 以上实施例流程的描述同样适应于, IMS域 的被叫将呼叫转移到第三方, 而呼叫第三方位于 CS域网络的场景。
参见图 6, 本发明实施例所提供的装置包括:
请求接收单元 701, 用于接收 IMS域的主叫终端发送的请求;
能力获取单元 702, 用于根据所述请求, 获取所述主叫终端的能力信 息, 将能力信息发送;
选择执行单元 703, 用于根据接收到的能力信息和 /或本地策略, 选择 向 IMS域的主叫终端提供早期媒体业务, 或者选择不向 IMS域的主叫终端 提供早期媒体业务; 参见图 7, 上述选择执行单元包括:
选择单元 801, 用于根据所述能力信息和 /或本地策略, 选择实现早期 媒体业务的模式, 或者选择不向 IMS域的主叫终端提供早期媒体业务;
执行单元 802, 用于向 IMS域的主叫终端提供 CS域的早期媒体业务, 或者不向 IMS域的主叫终端提供早期媒体业务。
上述的装置实施例通过综合主叫终端的能力和本地策略来处理早期媒体 业务, 使 IMS域的主叫终端支持 P-Early-Media和 /或 early session时, 主叫 用户都能体验 CS域的早期媒体业务, 而不会听到主叫终端本地产生的回铃
音和 cs域的早期媒体的混合铃音。
需要说明的是, 本发明实施例提供的装置可以是 MGCF实体本身, 也 可以是存在于 MGCF实体内部的功能模块, 具体实现形式不限, 包括以硬 件、 软件或软硬件结合的方式实现。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在本 发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在 本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims
1、 一种在不同域中处理早期媒体业务的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包 括:
媒体网关控制功能 MGCF实体根据 IP多媒体子系统 IMS域的主叫终端 发送的请求, 获取所述主叫终端的能力信息;
根据如下信息至少之一确定是否向所述主叫终端提供电路交换 CS域的 早期媒体业务: 所述主叫终端的能力信息、 本地策略。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 根据所述主叫终端的能 力信息及本地策略两者其中至少之一确定是否向所述主叫终端提供电路交换
CS域的早期媒体业务包括: 根据所述主叫终端的能力信息及本地策略两者 其中至少之一选择实现早期媒体业务的模式, 采用所述模式向 IMS域的主 叫终端提供电路交换 CS域的早期媒体业务。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 实现早期媒体业务的模 式包括: 应用服务器模式、 或者网关模式。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述主叫终端的能力信息为所述主叫终端支持 P-Early-Media时, 选择 网关模式向所述主叫终端提供 CS域的早期媒体业务; 或者
所述主叫终端的能力信息为所述主叫终端支持 Early Session时, MGCF 实体选择应用服务器模式向所述主叫终端提供 CS域的早期媒体业务。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述主叫终端的能力信息为所述主叫终端同时支持 Early Session和 P- Early-Media时, MGCF实体选择应用服务器模式或网关模式向所述主叫终 端提供 CS域的早期媒体业务。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述主叫终端的能力信息为所述主叫终端不支持 P-Early-Media时,
MGCF实体选择不向所述主叫终端提供 CS域的早期媒体业务, 或者, 所述主叫终端的能力信息为所述主叫终端不支持 Early Session时,
MGCF实体选择不向所述主叫终端提供 CS域的早期媒体业务。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述请求中携带参数设置为 "支持 supported " 的早期媒体 P-Early-
Media头域时, 则所述主叫终端的能力信息表示所述主叫终端支持 P-Early-
Media, 或者,
所述请求中 Supported头域携带早期会话 Early Session参数时, 则所述 主叫终端的能力信息表示所述主叫终端支持 Early Session。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述请求中携带 P-Early-Media: Supported, 并且 Supported头域携带 Early Session参数, 则所述主叫终端的能力信息为所述主叫终端同时支持 P- Early-Media和 Early Session的能力信息。
9、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述模式为网关模式 时, 所述向 IMS域的主叫终端提供 CS域的早期媒体业务之前包括: MGCF 实体向主叫终端发送携带 P-Early-Media头域的临时响应消息。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述头域的参数设置为 "发送和接收 sendrecv"或 "仅发送 sendonly"。
11、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述模式为应用服务 器模式时, 该方法还包括: MGCF实体向主叫终端发送携带 Early Session的 会话描述协议请求 SDP Offer的临时响应消息,
MGCF实体接收所述主叫终端应答的消息, 该消息包含 Early Session的 会话描述协议应答 SDP Answer。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 SDP Answer的 端口为 0时, MGCF实体选择不向媒体网关 MGW实体发送 H.248命令要求 所述 MGW打开媒体门控。
13、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述选择不向 IMS域 的主叫终端提供 CS域的早期媒体业务之后包括:
MGCF实体仅向 IMS域的主叫终端发送临时响应, 选择不向媒体网关 MGW实体发送 H.248命令要求所述 MGW打开媒体门控。
14、 一种在不同域中处理早期媒体业务的装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 请求接收单元, 用于接收 IMS域的主叫终端发送的请求;
能力获取单元, 用于根据所述请求, 获取所述主叫终端能力信息, 发送 所述能力信息;
选择执行单元, 用于根据接收到的能力信息及本地策略两者其中至少之 一, 选择向 IMS域的主叫终端提供早期媒体业务, 或者选择不向所述主叫 终端提供 CS域的早期媒体业务。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述选择执行单元包 括:
选择单元, 用于根据所述能力信息及本地策略两者其中至少之一, 选择 实现早期媒体业务的模式;
执行单元, 用于根据选择的实现早期媒体业务的模式向 IMS域的主叫 终端提供 CS域的早期媒体业务。
