Abstract

Implant comportant un corps central dit d'ancrage (1) de révolution apte à être implanté dans un trou pratiqué dans un os d'un patient, et un col implantaire (7) solidaire du corps d'ancrage (1) apte à recevoir un système prothétique, le diamètre de la base du col implantaire (7) étant inférieur au diamètre de la génératrice de l'extrémité supérieure du corps d'ancrage (1) afin de former un méplat annulaire (8) entre l'extrémité supérieure du corps d'ancrage (1) et la base du col implantaire (7); ledit méplat annulaire (8), comporte au moins une gorge annulaire (9) dont le fond s'étend en dessous de la génératrice de l'extrémité supérieure du corps d'ancrage (1) afin de former un réservoir apte à recevoir un épanchement liquide produit par l'os du patient et ce que le corps d'ancrage (1) comporte des moyens de guidage dudit épanchement jusqu'au réservoir formé la gorge annulaire (9, 9
