Claims (8)
- ヨークとマグネットおよびポールピースを有する磁気回路と、振動板とボイスコイルを有する振動系と、これら磁気回路と振動系を保持するフレームとを備え、磁気ギャップに前記ボイスコイルを配置してなる電気音響変換器において、前記フレームは、一枚のシート状の金属材料を絞り加工して底付き筒状に形成すると共に、底板には少なくとも2箇所以上の開口を設け、内側にはプレス加工による底付き枠状のヨーク部を設け、ヨーク一体型としたことを特徴とする電気音響変換器。
- ヨークとマグネットおよびポールピースを有する磁気回路と、振動板とボイスコイルを有する振動系と、これら磁気回路と振動系を保持するフレームとを備え、磁気ギャップに前記ボイスコイルを配置してなる電気音響変換器において、前記フレームは、一枚のシート状の金属材料を絞り加工して底付き筒状に形成すると共に、このフレームの底板を少なくとも2箇所以上切り起こし加工して底付き枠状のヨーク部を形成し、ヨーク一体型としたことを特徴とする電気音響変換器。
- ヨークとマグネットおよびポールピースを有する磁気回路と、振動板とボイスコイルを有する振動系と、これら磁気回路と振動系を保持するフレームとを備え、磁気ギャップに前記ボイスコイルを配置してなる電気音響変換器において、前記フレームは、一枚のシート状の金属材料を絞り加工して底付き筒状に形成すると共に、底板には少なくとも2箇所以上の開口を設け、内側には絞り加工による底付き枠状のヨーク部を設け、ヨーク一体型としたことを特徴とする電気音響変換器。
- 前記開口からなる背面音孔を設けたことを特徴とする請求の範囲3に記載の電気音響変換器。
- 前記開口からなる外部接続端子位置決め孔を設けたことを特徴とする請求の範囲3に記載の電気音響変換器。
- 前記開口からなり、組み立て時のボイスコイル支持部材の挿入口を設けたことを特徴とする請求の範囲3に記載の電気音響変換器。
- 前記開口からなり、ボイスコイルのリード線を外部接続端子との接続部に引き出す切り欠きを設けたことを特徴とする請求の範囲3に記載の電気音響変換器。
- 前記開口からなるバーリング加工用の下孔を設け、バーリング加工とそれにより形成される立ち上げ部の端部をつぶすつぶし加工によって、前記フレームに外部接続端子を結合することを特徴とする請求の範囲3に記載の電気音響変換器。
