Description

タングリッド型パッケージ
　本発明は、パッケージに関し、より詳しくは、タングリッド型パッケージに関する。
　内容物を収容する包装容器としては、内容物の性質を考慮し、種々のものが開発されている。内容物が、例えば、フィルタシガレットやシガレット等のたばこ商品である場合、その包装容器としては、ヒンジリッド型パッケージが知られている。
　ここで、ヒンジリッド型パッケージの１つの形態としては、例えば、特許文献１に示されるタングリッド型パッケージが提案されている。
　従来公知のタングリッド型パッケージは、開口端を有するボックスと、このボックスの開口端を開閉するリッドと、ボックス内に収容された内容物とを含み、この内容物は、複数の棒状喫煙物品の束と、この束を包み込んだ包材とからなっている。更に、この種のパッケージは通常、紙で作られている。

　ところで、従来公知のタングリッド型パッケージにおいては、紙製の単純なボックスタイプがほとんどであるので、デザインが画一的であり、消費者の購買意欲を促進させるアピール度に乏しい。
　本発明は、上記の事情に基づいてなされたもので、その目的とするところは、簡単な構成で、消費者に対するアピール度を向上させることができるパッケージを提供することにある。
　上記目的を達成するために、タングリッド型パッケージは、略直方体形状をなし、上端に開口端を有するケースと、開口端の後縁にリッドヒンジを介して回動可能に接続されたタングリッドであって、開口端を開閉するリッドと、リッドの先端にタングヒンジを介して接続されたタングとを含み、リッドが閉位置にあるとき、タングはケースの前壁に重なり合う、タングリッドと、ケース内に収容されたインナホルダであって、内容物を保持するための凹所を有する、インナホルダとを備え、ケース、タングリッドおよびインナホルダは透明又は半透明材料により形成されており、凹所はケースの底壁及び側壁からそれぞれ離れているので、凹所内の内容物はケース内にて浮いているような状態に見える。
　また、インナホルダは箱形状をなし、凹所を規定する後壁、底壁及び一対の側壁を有するので、インナホルダはケースに出し入れされやすい形状であるとともに、内容物は凹所内で後壁、底壁及び一対の側壁により保持される。
　更に、底壁及び側壁は中空構造をなしているので、インナホルダ及びケースの底壁、側壁及び後壁それぞれの間には所定の間隙が形成される。
　詳しくは、側壁及び底壁は、凹所の内面を規定する内壁部分と、外壁部分とを有し、この外壁部分は後壁を含む仮想面から突出されているので、外部からケースに加わる外力を良好に吸収し、外力がインナパックに直接加わるのを抑制する。
　また、ケースは、前壁と、この前壁の上縁に形成されたＵ字形の切欠と、前壁に形成され、切欠の下方に位置したスリットとを含んでおり、タングは、スリットに差込み可能な差込爪を含んでいるので、差込爪をスリットに差し込むことで、タングリッドはその閉位置に保持される。
　また、内容物は、シガレットの束と、この束を包み込む内包材とを含むことが好ましく、この場合、フィルタシガレットの変形は良好に抑制される。
　本発明によれば、タングリッド型パッケージを構成するケース、タングリッドおよびインナホルダの全てが無色透明であるので、インナパックが透けて見えるため、デザインが斬新であり、消費者の購買意欲を喚起するアピール度に優れる。
　また、インナホルダの底壁及び側壁は、中空構造を有しているので、インナホルダは、外部からケースに加わる外力を良好に吸収し、外力がインナパックに直接加わるのを抑制することで、内容物を良好に保護することができる。

　図１を参照すると、タングリッド型パッケージ２は、ケース４と、このケース４に連結されたタングリッド６とを含み、タングリッド６は、リッド５及びタング７を有する。ケース４内にはインナホルダ１０が収容されており、このインナホルダ１０はインナパック８を保持している。インナパック８については後述する。そして、本実施例の場合、ケース４、タングリッド６およびインナホルダ１０は、無色透明の合成樹脂材料で形成されている。
　ケース４は、略直方体形状をなし、その上部に開口端１２を有する。詳しくは、ケース４は、前壁１４、後壁１６、一対の側壁１８及び底壁２０を含む。
　図２から明らかなように、前壁１４はその上縁中央に切欠２２を有する。この切欠２２は略Ｕ字形状をなし、開口端１２の一部を形成する。切欠２２は、ケース４の前壁１４の上部を大きく開き、インナパック８内の商品の取り出しを容易にしている。更に、前壁１４はスリット２４を有し、このスリット２４は切欠２２の下方に位置付けられている。スリット２４は、切欠２２の下端縁に沿って延び、その両端は円弧形状をなしている。

　タングリッド６が上述したリッドヒンジ２６を中心に回動されたとき、タングリッド６のリッド５はケース４の開口端１２を開閉する。開口端１２がリッド５によって閉じられたとき、タングリッド６のタング７は前壁１４に重ね合わされる。

　前述したインナパック８がインナホルダ１０の凹所１０ａ内に保持されたとき、インナパック８は、インナホルダ１０の後壁３２、側壁３４及び底壁３６によって囲まれた状態となる。なお、インナホルダ１０の底部はケース４の底部の内面と合致するような輪郭形状を有している。
　更に詳しくは、図４及び図５に示されるように、インナホルダ１０の後壁３２とケース４の後壁１６との間には所定の間隙が形成されている。この間隙を確保するため、インナホルダ１０の底壁３６及び側壁３４は中空構造をなし、その後面のみに開口している。具体的には、底壁３６はインナ壁３６ｃ、アウタ壁３６ｄ及びこれらインナ及びアウタ壁間に確保された空所３６ｅを有し、インナ壁３６ｃは後壁３２に接続されているのに対し、アウタ壁３６ｄの後端縁３６ａは後壁３２を含む仮想面から、前記間隙に相当する距離だけ突出されている。
　側壁３４もまた、インナ壁３４ｇ、アウタ壁３４ｆ及びこれらインナ及びアウタ壁間に確保された空所３４ｅを有し、インナ壁３４ｇは後壁３２に接続されているのに対し、アウタ壁３４ｆの後端縁３４ａは前記仮想面から突出されている。
　なお、図３に示されているように、後壁３２はその上縁にアッパ壁３４ｄを有し、このアッパ壁３４ｄは各側壁３４のアッパ壁３４ｃを接続している。
　前述の説明から明らかなようにインナホルダ１０がインナパック８とともにケース４内に収容されたとき、インナホルダ１０の凹所１０ａ、即ち、この凹所１０ａ内のインナパック８はケース４の底壁２０及び側壁１８から離れた状態にあり、そして、ケース４、タングリッド６及びインナホルダ１０は共に透明である。それ故、インナホルダ１０内のインナパック８はケース４内にて浮いているような状態に見える。
　一方、インナパック８は、略直方体形状をなし、図５から明らかなように例えばロッド形状のたばこ商品３８の束と、この束を包み込む包材４０とを含む。たばこ商品３８には細身のフィルタシガレットが好ましく、具体的には、フィルタシガレットは９８ｍｍの長さ及び２２ｍｍ程度の周長を有する。また、内包材４０にはアルミ蒸着紙が使用可能であり、このアルミ蒸着紙はベース紙と、このベース紙の表面に蒸着されたアルミニウム膜とを含む。このようなアルミニウム膜はたばこ商品３８を湿気から保護するばかりでなく、たばこ商品３８からの芳香の放出を防止する。なお、内包材４０には上述したアルミニウム蒸着紙に代えて、積層紙を使用することもでき、この積層紙はその内部に湿気や芳香の通過を防止する遮蔽層を有し、この遮蔽層は例えばパラファンワックスにより形成することができる。
　消費者がパッケージ２を購入したとき、ケース４のタングリッド６は閉じた状態にある（図１参照）。この状態から、消費者は、まず、タングリッド６におけるタング７の先端部をケース４の前壁１４からつまみ上げ、差込爪３０をケース４のスリット２４から引き抜く。これにより、ケース４に対するタングリッド６の係合が解除され、タングリッド６の開操作が可能となる。この後、タングリッド６が消費者により開かれたとき、インナパック８はケース４の開口端１２から露出し、消費者はインナパック８の内包材４０の一部を取り除くことにより、インナパック８からたばこ商品３８を取り出すことができる。
　この後、タングリッド６が閉じられるとき、消費者はケース４の開口端１２にリッド５を被せ、タング７の差込爪３０をケース４のスリット２４に差し込みながら、タング７をケース４の前壁１４に重ね合わせる。この結果、タングリッド６はその閉位置に保持される。
　なお、タングリッド６を閉位置に保持するにあたり、タング７は前壁１４とインナパック８との間に差し込まれていてもよい。このような態様でも、タングリッド６はケース４の開口端１２及び切欠２２を確実に閉じた状態に維持される。
　また、インナパック８内のたばこ商品３８が全て消費されたとき、消費者はケース４からインナホルダ１０を取り出し、取り出されたインナホルダ１０内に新たなインナパック８を保持した後、この新たなインナパック８ともにインナホルダ１０をケース４内に収容することができる。それ故、本発明のパッケージ２はインナパック８のリフィル、即ち、再使用が可能である。
　本実施例のパッケージ２によれば、ケース４、タングリッド６及びインナホルダ１０の全てが無色透明であるので、インナパック８はケース４の外側からが透けて見える。特に、インナパック８はインナホルダ１０に保持されているので、ケース４内にて浮いているように見える。このため、本発明のパッケージは斬新であり、消費者の購買意欲を喚起するアピール度に優れる。
　また、インナホルダ１０の底壁及び側壁は、前述した中空構造を有しているので、インナホルダ１０は、外部からケース４に加わる外力を良好に吸収し、外力がインナパック８に直接加わるのを抑制する。特に、細身で且つ長いフィルタシガレットは女性向けのたばこ商品の主流であるが、この種のフィルタシガレットは、外部から力を受けたとき、比較的変形し易い。しかしながら、この種のフィルタシガレットのパッケージとして、本発明のパッケージが使用されれば、フィルタシガレットの変形は良好に抑制される。一般的に、女性は、たばこ商品のためのパッケージをハンドバックに収容して持ち歩くことが多いため、バック内のパッケージはバック内の他の収容物により圧縮力を受け易い状況にある。しかしながら、このような状況にあっても、本発明のパッケージ２は内部のフィルタシガレットを良好に保護することができる。
　本発明は上述した一実施例に制約されるものではなく、種々の変形が可能である。
　例えば、本発明のパッケージ２は、ヒンジリッド又はタングリッド型の通常のパッケージの代わりにも使用できる。この通常のパッケージの場合、インナパックは通常サイズの２０本のフィルタシガレットを含み、個々のフィルタシガレットは、８５～９５ｍｍ程度の長さを有する。
　また、ケース４、タングリッド６及びインナホルダ１０は無色透明に限らず、有色であっても、透明又は半透明であればよい。
　更に、本発明のパッケージ２は、たばこ商品以外に、お菓子等の食品の収容にも適用可能である。

Claims (6)

  1. 　略直方体形状をなし、上端に開口端を有するケースと、
    　前記開口端の後縁にリッドヒンジを介して回動可能に接続されたタングリッドであって、前記開口端を開閉するリッドと、前記リッドの先端にタングヒンジを介して接続されたタングとを含み、前記リッドが閉位置にあるとき、前記タングは前記ケースの前壁に重なり合う、タングリッドと、
    　前記ケース内に収容されたインナホルダであって、内容物を保持するための凹所を有する、インナホルダと
    を備え、
    　前記ケース、前記タングリッドおよび前記インナホルダは透明又は半透明材料により形成されており、前記凹所は前記ケースの底壁及び側壁からそれぞれ離れている、タングリッド型パッケージ。
  2. 　前記インナホルダは箱形状をなし、前記凹所を規定する後壁、底壁及び一対の側壁を有する、請求項１に記載のタングリッド型パッケージ。
  3. 　前記底壁及び側壁は中空構造をなしている、請求項２に記載のタングリッド型パッケージ。
  4. 　前記側壁及び底壁は、前記凹所の内面を規定する内壁部分と、外壁部分とを有し、この外壁部分は前記後壁を含む仮想面から突出されている、請求項３記載のタングリッド型パッケージ。
  5. 　前記ケースは、前壁と、この前壁の上縁に形成されたＵ字形の切欠と、前記前壁に形成され、前記切欠の下方に位置したスリットとを含んでおり、
    　前記タングは、前記スリットに差込み可能な差込爪を含んでいる、請求項１に記載のタングリッド型パッケージ。
  6. 　前記内容物は、シガレットの束と、この束を包み込む内包材とを含む、請求項１に記載のタングリッド型パッケージ。
