Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Bioreaktor (1) für Zell- und Gewebekultur zur mechanischen Stimulation und/oder Perfusion von Gewebe- bzw. Zellkulturen umfassend ein Oberteil (3) und ein damit verbundenes Unterteil (4) mit einer Gewebekulturkammer (8), wobei in der Gewebekulturkammer (8) zumindest eine Verteilerplatte (12) angeordnet ist, sowie ein Verfahren zur Kultivierung von Zellen und Geweben im Bioreaktor (1).
