为了降低运营商对家庭网络中设备的管理成本, 通过 DSL Forum 的 TR-069协议对家庭网络中设备进行远程管理是一种比较好的选择。对于家 庭网络中的接入设备, 比如网关, 一般都要支持 TR- 069协议, 可以直接 通过 TR- 69协议进行远程管理。 对于家庭网络中的另外一些设备, 也需要 进行远程管理, 但这些设备可能不支持 TR- 069协议, 不支持 TR- 069协议 的设备可称为用户设备。 用户设备可以是以太网- WiF i的适配器、 以太网- 电力线的适配器等, 也可以是机顶盒等设备。
为了实现对家庭网络中用户设备的远程管理, 可通过网关做代理, 即 远程的配置管理系统把对用户设备的管理命令先通过 TR- 069协议发送给 网关, 网关把 TR- 069协议的命令转换成网关与用户设备间的协议, 发送 给用户设备。
网关在做代理时, 可以通过虚拟设备的方式实现, 即在网关上增加一 个虚拟设备, 用虚拟设备来代表用户设备, 虚拟设备支持 TR- 069 协议, 对配置管理系统来说, 虚拟设备就相当于一个支持 TR- 069协议的真实的 设备, 配置管理系统通过对虚拟设备的管理来实现对用户设备的管理。
在实现本发明的过程中, 发明人发现现有技术存在以下缺点: 配置管理系统不能获知虚拟设备与网关的关联关系, 而且不能获知虚 拟设备对应的用户设备接在哪个网关下面。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种设备与网关关联的方法和装置, 可以使配置 管理系统获知虚拟设备与网关的关联关系。
为达到上述目的, 本发明实施例提供一种设备与网关关联的方法, 包 括:
获取用户设备的信息;
根据所述用户设备的信息建立虚拟设备;
将网关的标识配置到所述虚拟设备中。
本发明实施例还提供一种网关, 包括:

用户设备 100, 直接或间接连接网关, 需要网关做代理得到配置管理 系统的管理, 该用户设备包括以太网- WiFi的适配器、 以太网 -电力线适配 器、 电力线 -WiFi适配器、 机顶盒等。
网关 200,提供 Internet接入服务,接受配置管理系统的配置和管理, 同时又能提供代理功能, 使配置管理系统可以通过网关实现对用户设备的 管理。
配置管理系统 300, 能够对网络中的设备(包括网关、 用户设备) 进 行远程配置和管理, 可以是 ACS ( 自动配置服务器) 。
本发明实施例提供一种设备与网关关联方法, 如图 2所示, 包括: 步骤 S201、 获取用户设备的信息。
具体的, 网关可以通过 UPnP协议或 DHCP协议获取用户设备的信息,
也可以将用户设备的信息配置到网关中, 该用户设备信息包括用户设备的 标识和用户设备的功能。
步骤 S202、 根据所述用户设备的信息建立虚拟设备。
具体的, 网关根据获取的用户设备的信息, 在网关上生成与用户设备 对应的带有数据模型的虚拟设备, 并把用户设备所支持的功能映射到虚拟 设备的数据模型中, 同时该虚拟设备在建立时记录虚拟设备的标识。 该虚 拟设备的标识指将用户设备信息中的用户设备的标识转换为 TR- 069 中标 识的格式, 并保存在网关管理设备表新增记录中的转换后的标识。
步骤 S203、 将网关的标识配置到所述虚拟设备中。
具体的, 网关建立虚拟设备后, 将网关的标识配置到虚拟设备的数据 上述步骤中, 通过在根据用户设备信息建立的虚拟设备中记录网关的 标识, 可以获知虚拟设备与网关的关联关系。

具体的, 网关可以通过现有技术 UPnP协议与用户设备进行交互, 其 中网关为 UPnP 中的控制点, 从而获取到用户设备的信息, 包括用户设备 的标识和用户设备的功能。 在 UPnP协议中, 用户设备的标识为 UUID (全 球唯一标识符, Universa l ly Unique Ident i f ier )。 网关也可以通过 DHCP 协议或其他协议来获取用户设备的信息或将用户设备的信息配置到网关 上。
步骤 S302、 在网关上保存用户设备的信息。 具体的, 在网关上保存用 户设备的标识和用户设备的功能, 也可以只保存用户设备的标识。
步骤 S303、 建立与用户设备对应的虚拟设备。
具体的, 首先需要把从用户设备获取的标识转换为 TR- 069 中标识的

然后, 网关根据获取的用户设备的信息, 在网关上建立与用户设备对 应的带有数据模型的虚拟设备, 并把用户设备所支持的功能映射到虚拟设 备的数据模型中, 同时该虚拟设备在建立时记录转换后的用户设备的标 识, 该标识可称为虚拟设备的标识。 该虚拟设备用于代表用户设备独立的 与配置管理系统建立连接, 并独立的接受配置管理系统的管理, 而且可以 将配置管理系统的命令转换为用户设备能识别的命令。
步骤 S 304、 在虚拟设备的数据模型中记录网关的标识。
具体的, 网关在建立虚拟设备后, 将网关的标识配置到虚拟设备的数 据模型中, 这样通过查找该数据模型可以获知该虚拟设备与哪个网关相关 联。 其中网关的标识的格式与虚拟设备的标识的格式相同。
步骤 S 305、 向配置管理系统上报虚拟设备的标识和网关的标识。
具体的, 虚拟设备将数据模型中的虚拟设备的标识和网关的标识上报 给配置管理系统, 上^艮时可以通过 TR- 069的 Inform方法。 配置管理系统
通过虚拟设备上 ^艮的网关标识可以知道虚拟设备与哪个网关相关联。 步骤 S 306、 配置管理系统对虚拟设备上报的关联信息进行验证。 具体的, 配置管理系统根据网关的标识, 向对应的网关查询网关上的 管理设备表, 获得用户设备的标识, 这样可以获知该网关下有哪些用户设 备。
联是否是准确的。
本发明实施例还提供一种网关, 以实现本发明实施例提供的方法。 图 4为本发明实施例中网关结构示意图, 具体包括:
获取模块 410, 用于获取用户设备的信息;
建立模块 420, 用于根据所述获取模块 410获取的用户设备的信息建 立虚拟设备;
配置模块 430, 用于将网关标识配置到所述建立模块 420建立的虚拟 i "
所述的网关, 还包括:
转换模块 440, 用于将所述获取模块 410获取的用户设备标识进行转 换;
存储模块 450, 用于存储所述的用户设备标识和所述转换模块 440转 换后的虚拟设备的标识。
上述装置可以实现本发明实施例提供的方法, 通过获取模块获取的用 户设备的信息建立虚拟设备, 并将网关的标识配置到虚拟设备的数据模型 中, 这样可以较为准确的获知虚拟设备与网关的关联关系。
本发明实施例还提供了一种系统, 如图 5所示, 包括: 配置管理系统 300、 用户设备 100和网关 200, 所述网关 200包括:
获取模块 410, 用于获取用户设备的信息;
建立模块 420, 用于根据所述获取模块 41 0获取的用户设备的信息建 立虚拟设备;
配置模块 4 30, 用于将网关标识配置到所述建立模块 420建立的虚拟 设备中。
所述的网关, 还包括:
转换模块 440, 用于将所述获取模块 41 0获取的用户设备标识进行转 换;
存储模块 450, 用于存储所述的用户设备标识和所述转换模块 440转 换后的虚拟设备的标识。
本发明实施例还提供了一种用户设备的管理方法, 如图 6所示, 包括 如下步骤:
步骤 S 5 01、虚拟设备向配置管理系统发送包括虚拟设备标识和网关标 识的通知消息, 所述虚拟设备由网关根据用户设备的信息建立, 并配置有 网关标 、;
步骤 S 5 02、 配置管理系统根据所述网关标识对用户设备进行管理。 本实施例中通过网关根据用户设备的信息建立的虚拟设备向配置管 理系统发送包括虚拟设备标识和网关标识的通知消息, 从而实现配置管理 系统对用户设备和网关的统一管理。
在上述实施例中, 还可以包括如下步骤: 网关获取用户设备的信息并 根据上述用户设备信息建立虚拟设备; 网关将网关标识配置到所述虚拟设 备中。 通过上述步骤可以实现虚拟设备的建立, 并配置网关标识。
另外上述的用户设备的信息可包括用户设备的标识和用户设备的功 能。
上述配置管理系统根据所述网关标识对用户设备进行管理可以包括: 所述配置管理系统根据所述网关标识发送对所述用户设备的管理命 令;
所述网关将所述管理命令转发给所述虚拟设备对应的用户设备。
在上述步骤中还可以包括配置管理系统对接收到的虚拟设备标识和 网关标识进行验证的步骤。
本发明实施例还提供了一种用户设备的辅助管理装置, 如图 7所示, 包括存储模块 610、发送模块 620和信息转换模块 630, 其中存储模块 610 用于存储对应的用户设备的信息和网关标识, 所述用户设备的信息包括其 对应的用户设备的功能和设备标识; 发送模块 620用于向配置管理系统发 送所述设备标识和网关标识; 信息转换模块 630用于将接收到的配置管理 系统发送的相应的用户设备的管理命令, 并将其转换为用户设备能识别的 管理命令后发送给所述用户设备。
本实施例中通过用户设备的辅助管理装置向配置管理系统发送所述 设备标识和网关标识, 并在接收到配置管理系统发送的用户设备的管理命 令后, 将其转换成用户设备能够识别的管理命令后将其发送给用户设备, 从而实现配置管理系统对用户设备和网关的统一管理。
上述的信息转换模块可以分为接收单元、 转换单元和发送单元, 其中 接收单元用于接收配置管理系统发送的对相应的用户设备的管理命令; 转 换单元用于将接收到的用户设备的管理命令转换为用户设备能识别的管 理命令; 发送单元用于将转换后用户设备能识别的管理命令发送给相应的 用户设备。
本发明实施例提供的方法和装置, 通过在网关中记录用户设备的信 息, 并根据该信息建立虚拟设备, 并将网关的标识配置到虚拟设备中, 这 样配置管理系统可以根据虚拟设备上报的信息获知用户设备与网关的连 接关系, 以实现对用户设备和网关的统一管理。 通过以上的实施方式的描 述, 本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本发明可以通过硬件实现, 也可 以可借助软件加必要的通用硬件平台的方式来实现基于这样的理解, 本发 明的技术方案可以以软件产品的形式体现出来, 该软件产品可以存储在一
个非易失性存储介质 (可以是 CD- ROM, U盘, 移动硬盘等) 中, 包括若干 指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机, 服务器, 或者网络设 备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。 最后应说明的是: 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案, 而非对其 限制; 尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通技术 人员应当理解: 其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改, 或 者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并不使相应技 术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。
Claims
1、 一种设备与网关关联的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
获取用户设备的信息;
根据所述用户设备的信息建立虚拟设备;
将网关的标识配置到所述虚拟设备中。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的设备与网关关联的方法, 其特征在于, 所 述用户设备的信息具体包括: 用户设备的标识。
3、 根据权利要求 2 所述的设备与网关关联的方法, 其特征在于, 所 述获取用户设备的信息具体包括:
通过 UPnP协议获取所述用户设备的信息; 或
通过 DHCP协议获取所述用户设备的信息; 或
通过配置方式获取所述用户设备的信息 。
4、 根据权利要求 2 所述的设备与网关关联的方法, 其特征在于, 在 所述根据所述用户设备的信息建立虚拟设备之前还包括
保存所述用户设备的标识。
5、 根据权利要求 1 所述的设备与网关关联的方法, 其特征在于, 所 述根据所述用户设备信息建立虚拟设备具体包括: 根据所述用户设备信息 建立虚拟设备的数据模型。
6、 根据权利要求 5 所述的设备与网关关联的方法, 其特征在于, 所 述根据所述用户设备信息建立虚拟设备的数据模型具体还包括:
把用户设备的标识转换为虚拟设备的标识;
保存所述虚拟设备的标识。
7、 根据权利要求 6 所述的设备与网关关联的方法, 其特征在于, 所 述将网关的标识配置到所述虚拟设备中具体包括: 在所述虚拟设备数据模 型中保存所述网关的标识。
8、 一种网关, 其特征在于, 包括:
获取模块, 用于获取用户设备的信息;
建立模块, 用于根据所述获取模块获取的用户设备的信息建立虚拟设 备;
配置模块, 用于将网关标识配置到所述建立模块建立的虚拟设备中。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的网关, 其特征在于, 还包括:
转换模块, 用于将所述获取模块获取的用户设备标识转换成所述虚拟 设备的标识;
存储模块, 用于存储所述的用户设备标识和所述转换模块转换后的虚 拟设备的标识。
10、 一种系统, 包括配置管理系统、 用户设备和网关, 其特征在于, 所述网关包括:
获取模块, 用于获取用户设备的信息;
建立模块, 用于根据所述获取模块获取的用户设备的信息建立虚拟设 备;
配置模块, 用于将网关标识配置到所述建立模块建立的虚拟设备中。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述网关还包括: 转换模块, 用于将所述获取模块获取的用户设备标识转换成所述虚拟 设备的标识;
存储模块, 用于存储所述的用户设备标识和所述转换模块转换后的虚 拟设备的标识。
12、 一种用户设备的管理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
虚拟设备向配置管理系统发送包括虚拟设备标识和网关标识的通知 消息,所述虚拟设备由网关根据用户设备的信息建立,并配置有网关标识; 所述配置管理系统根据所述网关标识对用户设备进行管理。

包括:
网关获取用户设备的信息并根据上述用户设备信息建立虚拟设备; 网关将网关标识配置到所述虚拟设备中。
14、 根据权利要求 1 3 所述的用户设备的管理方法, 其特征在于, 所 述用户设备的信息包括:
用户设备的标识和用户设备的功能。
15、 根据权利要求 12 所述的用户设备的管理方法, 其特征在于, 所 述配置管理系统根据所述网关标识对用户设备进行管理包括:
所述配置管理系统根据所述网关标识发送对所述用户设备的管理命 令;
所述网关将所述管理命令转发给所述虚拟设备对应的用户设备。
16、 根据权利要求 15 所述的用户设备的管理方法, 其特征在于, 还 包括:
所述配置管理系统对接收到的虚拟设备标识和网关标识进行验证。
17、 一种用户设备的辅助管理装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
存储模块, 用于存储对应的用户设备的信息和网关标识, 所述用户设 备的信息包括其对应的用户设备的功能和设备标识;
发送模块, 用于向配置管理系统发送所述设备标识和网关标识; 信息转换模块, 用于将接收到的配置管理系统发送的相应的用户设备 的管理命令, 并将其转换为用户设备能识别的管理命令后发送给所述用户 设备。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的用户设备的辅助管理装置, 其特征在于, 所述信息转换模块包括:
接收单元, 用于接收配置管理系统发送的对相应的用户设备的管理命 令;
转换单元, 用于将接收到的用户设备的管理命令转换为用户设备能识
别的管理命令;
发送单元, 用于将转换后用户设备能识别的管理命令发送给相应的用 户设备。
