Abstract

 本発明は、蛍光物質(d)で標識されたヌクレオチド(a)を含むオリゴヌクレオチドからなる蛍光プローブ(A)、及び、該蛍光プローブ(A)にハイブリダイズする蛍光プローブ結合領域(b1)と、標的核酸配列(C)にハイブリダイズする標的核酸結合領域(b2)とを有するオリゴヌクレオチドからなるバインディングプローブ(B)からなり、上記蛍光物質(d)が、グアニンと相互作用することにより蛍光キャラクターが変化する蛍光物質であり、上記蛍光プローブ(A)を構成するヌクレオチドの少なくとも1つが、該プローブ(A)と蛍光プローブ結合領域(b1)との解離温度を上昇させる機能を有する人工ヌクレオチドであることを特徴とする核酸プローブセットである。  上記本発明によれば、蛍光消光率の改善された、蛍光プローブとバインディングプローブとを有する核酸プローブセットを提供することができる。
