Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anordnung zur Fraktionierung einer zur Erzeugung einer Papier-, Karton-, Tissue- oder einer anderen Faserstoffbahn geeigneten Faserstoffsuspension in eine Kurzfaserfraktion mit einem hohen Anteil an kurzen und/oder steifen Fasern und/oder Gefäßzellen und eine Langfaserfraktion mit einem hohen Anteil an langen und/oder flexiblen Fasern, mit einem Siebelement (1) mit Sieböffnungen (3) welches an wenigstens einer Düse (4) vorbeigeführt wird, welche einen Strahl der Faserstoffsuspension auf das Siebelement (1) richtet, wobei die Langfaserfraktion auf der der Düse (4) zugewandten Seite des Siebelementes (1) und die Kurzfaserfraktion auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Siebelementes (1) gesammelt wird. Dabei soll die Fraktionierung dadurch vereinfacht und/oder effizienter werden, dass das Siebelement (1) zylinderförmig ausgebildet und um die Zylinderachse rotierbar gelagert ist und/oder dass der überwiegende Teil der, vorzugsweise alle Sieböffnungen (3) als längliche Schlitze ausgebildet sind, welche zumindest abschnittsweise zur Bewegungsrichtung (8) des Siebelementes (1) geneigt verlaufen oder das Siebelement (1) eine Wabenstruktur aufweist.
