Claims (20)
- 내부공간이 형성됨과 아울러 이동롤러(102)가 형성된 다리(101)가 설치되고, 다수개의 황토베드 유닛(110)이 설치되며, 양측 사이드에 황토베드 유닛(110)의 이탈을 방지하는 이탈방지부(107)가 형성된 침대프레임(100)과;상기 황토베드 유닛(110)에 설치되어 황토베드 유닛(110)을 지지하는 지지판(111)과;상기 지지판(111)에 설치되는 헤드부(121)와, 상기 헤드부(121)의 하측에 연장형성되어 상기 황토베드 유닛(110)의 승강을 안내하는 몸체부(122)와, 상기 몸체부의 하측에 연장형성되고, 탄성스프링(133)의 상측에 안착되며 승강부재(130)의 내부공간에 압력을 가하는 안착부(124)로 이루어져 바닥면에서 일정한 높이를 유지한 상태로 설치된 승강용 유닛(120)과;고정대(103)에 설치되고 내부에 탄성스프링(133)이 배치되며, 상측에 유공압이 주입 및 배출되는 유입구(131)가 형성되고, 상기 승강용 유닛(120)을 상,하 방향으로 수직이동 시키는 승강부재(130)와;상기 침대프레임(100)의 내부공간에 위치되고, 하측 상,하 양쪽에 바퀴(200)가 설치되며, 바닥면이 일정한 경사면을 갖는 물받이부(190)와;상기 침대프레임(100)에 설치되어 침대프레임(100)을 각운동 시키는 각도조절수단(140);을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 침대.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 침대프레임(100)의 내부공간에는 물받이부(200)에 형성된 바퀴(201)의 슬라이딩을 안내하는 레일부(104)가 더 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 침대.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 침대프레임(100)에는 목욕용 커튼(105)이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 침대.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 침대프레임(100)에는 환자의 혈액 순환을 촉진시키기 위한 송풍팬(106)이 더 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 침대.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 황토베드 유닛(110) 중 침대프레임(100)의 중앙부분에 위치된 황토베드 유닛(110)의 중앙부분에는 받침턱(110b)가 구비된 개방부(110a)가 더 형성되며, 상기 개방부(110a)에는 황토베드 겸용 덮개(220)가 삽입되어 상기 개방부(110a)를 막음하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 침대.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 침대프레임(100)에는 하면에 바퀴(231a)가 구비된 지지부(231)와, 상기 지지부(231)의 상면으로부터 상측으로 연장형성되며 도중에 선반(233)이 구비된 수직부(232)와, 상기 수직부(232)의 상단에 설치되며 냉온수를 조절하기 위한 작동레버(234)와, 외부로부터 물을 공급받기 위한 연결호스(236)가 상기 수직부(232)의 내측에 수용되며, 상기 작동레버(234)의 외측으로 돌출되어 상기 연결호스(236)로부터 공급되는 물을 분사하는 샤워기(235)와, 상기 수직부(232)에 를 통해 설치되며 내부공간에 일정수위의 세척수가 수용된 저장용기(237)와, 상기 저장용기(237)의 세척수를 분사하는 분사호스(238)로 이루어지는 세척수 공급부재(230)가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 침대.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 승강부재(130)에는 승강부재(130)의 내부에 유공압이 유입되는 것을 제어하는 전자밸브(150)와, 유공압기에 저장된 유공압을 상기 승강부재의 내부에 유입 시키는 펌프(170)와, 상기 전자밸브(150)의 오픈(open)/클로즈(close) 및 펌프를 작동시키는 컨트롤러부(134)와, 일정주기에 맞춰 상기 컨트롤러부(134)에 제어신호를 송신하는 타이머(135)가 더 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 침대.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 황토베드 유닛(110)에는 방수커버(112)가 더 씌워진 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 침대.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 물받이부(190)의 일측에는 물이 배출되는 배출구(201)가 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 침대.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 각도조절수단(140)은 침대프레임(100)에 설치되고, 피스톤봉(142)이 구비된 실린더(141)와, 일측은 제 1힌지부(144)에 의해 상기 피스톤봉(142)과 결합됨과 아울러, 이의 근접한 위치에 베어링(148)이 설치되고, 타측은 제 2힌지부(145)에 의해 침대프레임(100)에 결합되는 링크부(143)와, 상기 베어링(148)이 위치되고 이 베어링(148)이 슬라이딩 되는 내부공간이 형성되며, 링크부(143)를 지지하는 지지프레임(147)과, 상기 침대프레임(100)의 일면에 설치되어 침대프레임(100)을 각운동 시키는 제 3힌지부(146)를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 침대.
- 내부공간이 형성됨과 아울러 이동롤러(102)가 형성된 다리(101)가 설치되고, 다수개의 황토베드 유닛(110)이 설치되며, 양측 사이드에 황토베드 유닛(110)의 이탈을 방지하는 이탈방지부(107)가 형성된 침대프레임(100)과;상기 황토베드 유닛(110)에 설치되어 황토베드 유닛(110)을 지지하는 지지판(111)과;상기 지지판(111)에 설치되는 헤드부(121)와, 상기 헤드부(121)의 하측에 연장형성되어 상기 황토베드 유닛(110)의 승강을 안내하는 몸체부(122)와, 상기 몸체부(122)의 하측에 연장형성되고 승강부재(130)의 내부공간에 압력을 가하는 가압부(123)로 이루어져 바닥면에서 일정한 높이를 유지한 상태로 설치되는 승강용 유닛(120)과;고정대(130)에 설치되고 상측과 하측에 유공압이 주입 및 배출되는 유입구(131,131')가 형성되고, 상기 승강용 유닛(120)을 상,하 방향으로 수직이동 시키는 승강부재(130)와;상기 침대프레임(100)의 내부공간에 위치되고, 하측 상,하 양쪽에 바퀴(200)가 설치되며, 바닥면이 일정한 경사면을 갖는 물받이부(190)와;상기 침대프레임(100)에 설치되어 침대프레임(100)을 각운동 시키는 각도조절수단(140);을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 침대.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 침대프레임(100)의 내부공간에는 물받이부(200)에 형성된 바퀴(201)의 슬라이딩을 안내하는 레일부(104)가 더 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 침대.

- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 승강부재(130)에는 승강부재(130)의 내부에 유공압이 유입되는 것을 제어하는 전자밸브(150,151)와, 유공압기에 저장된 유공압을 상기 승강부재의 내부에 유입 시키는 펌프(170)와, 상기 전자밸브(150)의 오픈(open)/클로즈(close) 및 펌프를 작동시키는 컨트롤러부(134)와, 일정주기에 맞춰 상기 컨트롤러부(134)에 제어신호를 송신하는 타이머(135)가 더 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 침대.
