図1は、本発明を適用した撮影装置1の機能構成を説明するための図である。図1に示す用に、撮影装置1は、映像撮影部102と、音声入力部104と、位置情報取得部106と、地図情報取得部108と、地図情報データベース部110と、通信部112と、多重化部114と、記録媒体インタフェース部116と、記録媒体118と、操作入力部120と、検索制御部122と、分離部124と、映像出力部126と、テキスト出力部128と、音声出力部130とを備えて構成されている。また、撮影装置1は、通信部112を介して地図情報提供装置3と接続されている。
続いて、撮影装置1の処理の流れについて、図を用いて説明する。
まず、コンテンツデータを記録する処理について図4を用いて説明する。映像撮影部102及び音声入力部104から映像及び音声が入力されると(ステップS100)、映像データ及び音声データとして多重化部114に出力される。
つづいて、記録媒体118に記録されているコンテンツデータを再生する処理について図5を用いて説明する。コンテンツデータ再生処理は、記録媒体118に記録されているコンテンツデータから、再生したいコンテンツデータが選択された場合に実行される処理である。
続いて、本実施形態における動作例について説明する。図6は、撮影装置1を持った撮影者P100と、撮影者が向いている(撮影装置1が撮影をしている)方向P102を示している。図6は用紙上側が北を示している。
上述した実施形態においては、本発明を適用した撮影装置を説明したが、撮影装置として適用できるものは種々の装置に適用可能である。即ち、ビデオカメラ等の通常の撮影装置以外にも、カメラ付き携帯電話やPDA、カメラを接続したコンピュータ等の種々の電子機器に適用可能なことは勿論である。
