Abstract

Bei einem Feldgerät mit einer Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung (3), die ein digitales Mess-, Steuer- oder Regelsignal (4) erzeugt, und einer Ausgangsstufe (5), die das digitale Mess-, Steuer- oder Regelsignal (4) in ein analoges Spannungs- oder Stromsignal (I) umsetzt, ist eine Überwachungseinrichtung (10) vorgesehen mit - einer Messeinrichtung (11) die das analoge Spannungs- oder Stromsignal (I) erfasst und in ein digitales Spannungs- oder Strommesssignal (13) umsetzt, - einem ersten digitalen Tiefpassfilter (15) zur Filterung des digitalen Mess-, Steuer- oder Regelsignals (4), - einem zweiten digitalen Tiefpassfilter (16) mit der gleichen Eckfrequenz wie die des ersten digitalen Tiefpassfilters (15) zur Filterung des digitalen Spannungs- oder Strommesssignals (13), - einem den Tiefpassfiltern (15, 16) nachgeordneten Vergleicher (19), der die tiefpassgefilterten digitalen Signale (17, 18) miteinander vergleicht und - einer Auswerteeinrichtung (22), die eine Fehlermeldung (23) erzeugt, wenn die Abweichung zwischen den verglichenen Signalen (17, 18) ein vorgegebenes Maß überschreitet.
