Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Beschichtungsanlagenbauteil (1), insbesondere Glockenteller (1) für einen Rotationszerstäuber (2), mit einem formgebenden Grundkörper (4; 7) und einer Beschichtung (5, 6; 8) zur mechanischen Versteifung und/oder zur chemischen und/oder elektrischen Punktionalisierung des Beschichtungsanlagenbauteils (1) wobei die Beschichtung (5, 6; 8) aus einem Material mit einer größeren Massendichte besteht als der Grundkörper (4; 7). Weiterhin umfasst die Erfindung ein entsprechendes Herstellungsverfahren.
