配合参见图 7所示, 该下管組 20枢设于转向管组 10上, 其包含有相互 枢接的一下后管 22及一下前管 21 ,该下后管 22外侧设有相对且间隔设置的 两个枢接片 221 , 并于其前端部枢 i史有一套接座 222 , 该下前管 21的前端部 枢设于转向管组 10的套管 14的下枢接片 142之间, 并于其后端部设有一定 位座 23, 该定位座 23具有相对且间隔设置的两个枢接片 231 , 该枢接片 231 枢设于下后管 22 的管体靠近前端部处的两侧, .使该下前管 21 与下后管 22 可相对枢转至呈相互叠置的状态;
配合参见图 8所示,该座管组 30枢设于下管组 20的下后管 22上,其包 含有相互套设的一下管体 31与一上管体 32以及一快拆装置 33,该下管体 31 的下端部枢设于下后管 22的枢接片 221之间,其外侧靠近上端部处设有一连 接座 34, 该连接座 34具有两个相对且间隔设置的枢接片 341 , 该上管体 32 是可伸缩地由下管体 31的上端部穿设于其内部, 该快拆装置 33设于下管体 31外侧靠近上端部处, 藉锁紧该快拆装置 33可使下管体 31与上管体 32相 互迫紧, 以固定下、 上管体 31、 32间的相对位置;
配合参见图 2及 7所示, 该上管組 40组接于转向管组 10、 下管组 20及 座管组 30之间, 其包含有一上前管 41、 一上后管 42及一固定件 43;
该上前管 41的前端部枢设于转向管组 10套管 14的上枢接片 141之间, 其后端部穿设并突伸出下管组 20的下后管 11的套接座 222 , 而与下管组 20 的下后管 22相接, 另于该上前管 41的后端部处径向突伸设有一固定杆 411; 该上后管 42的后端部枢设于座管组 30的连接座 34的枢接片 341之间, 前端部则与上前管 41的后端部相接, 上后管 42的前端部轴向突伸有一连接 片 421 , 该连接片 421恰可环设于上前管 41的后端部, 并于配合上前管 41 的固定杆 411的位置处对应设有一凹槽 422 , 以供容置该固定杆 411 ,使该上 前管 41与上后管 42可连接而呈一直杆,; 该固定件 43是可拆卸地设于上前管 41的固定杆 411的自由端处, 藉此 迫紧上后管 42的连接片 421 , 以进一步固定该上前管 41与下前管 42的相对 位置, 于本发明的较佳实施例中, 该枢杆 443的自由端处环设有螺紋, 该固 定件 43上设有相配合的螺孔, 藉此方式使该二者相互组接;
因此, 当上后管 42的连接片 421环设于上前管 41的后端部, 而使上前 管 41的固定杆 411突伸于连接片 421的凹槽 422之间时,可藉由将该固定件 43固设于该固定杆 411上, 以令上后管 42的连接片 421迫紧定位于上前管 41的后端部, 由此固定上前管 41与上后管 42间的相对位置, 并同时固定该 车架 1展开的型态;
前轮 50枢设于转向管组 10的轮架 16上;
后轮组 60设于后下管組 20的下后管 22上, 其包含有一后轮 61、 一踏 板装置 62及一齿盘组 63 , 该后轮 61与该踏板装置 62 ·分别枢设于下管组 20 的下后管 22上, 该齿盘组 63与该后轮 61及踏板装置 62相接;
椅垫 70固设于座管组 30的上管体 32的上端部, 以供使用者乘坐; 配合参见图 4所示,握把 80固设于转向管組 10上,其可供使用者握持, 并带动转向管组 10以及前轮 50转动, 以调整行车方向,该握把 80包含有一 固定管 81及两个收折管 82 , 该固定管 81以与转向管组 10轴向垂直的方向 固设于其上管体 12的上端部,该收折管 82分别设于固定管 81两端,其可分 别轴向穿设于固定管 81两端而呈一展开状态, 以供使者握持, 亦可相对该固 定管 81枢转至与转向管组 10轴向平行而呈一收折状态。
配合参见图 1及 2所示, 当要收折此折叠式脚踏车时, 需先松开上管组 40的固定件 43 ,使上后管 42的连接片 421与上前管 41的后端部可相对脱离, 如此一来, 便可使上管组 40的上后管 42朝座管組 30收折, 再与座管组 30 一同朝下管组 20的下后管 22的后端部收折, 此外, 配合参见图 3所示, 该 下管组 20的下前管 21与下后管 22以及上管组 40的上前管 41可分别朝转向 管组 10收折,使该车架 1呈一叠置的状态, 进一步参见图 4所示, 同时配合 将转向管组 10与座管组 30的上管体 12、 32分别收纳于其下管体 11/31内 , 以及弯折握把 80的收折管 82 , 再转动转向管组 10的上、 下管体 12、 11 , 使 该前轮 50与后轮 61呈相互垂直设置, 可将此折叠式脚踏车呈现一紧密叠置 的收折状态, 以便于使用者收纳或携带;
配合参见图 5所示,本发明的折叠式脚踏车还可进一步将椅垫 70及座管 组 30的上管体 32抽离其下管体 31 ,以使上管组 40的上后管 42与座管組 30 的下管体 31可进一步朝下管组 20的下后管 22折叠,让整体折叠后的脚踏车 可^:纳于一箱体 90内, 以便于运送;
反之, 当要展开此折叠式脚踏车时, 则是先转动转向管组 10的上、 下管 体 12、 11至使该前轮 50与后轮 61呈相互平行, 再依序展开握把 80的收折 管 82, 以及使转向管組 10与座管组 30的上管体 I2、 32分别相对其下管体 11、 31拉伸, 同时将座管组 30朝远离下管组 20的下后管 22的后端部方向 枢转, 以使上管组 40的上前管 41与上后管 42可相互组接定位, 即可使本发 明的折叠式脚踏车呈一展开而可供骑乘的状态。
