Abstract

La présente invention vise donc à proposer un bioréacteur présentant un rendement (concentration, productivité) amélioré, apte à la culture de microorganismes sensibles aux contraintes mécaniques, et économe en énergie. L'invention a pour objet un procédé de culture de microorganismes en suspension dans un milieu de culture, dans lequel la suspension de microorganismes est mise en écoulement dans un canal présentant des moyens pour générer un mélange par chaos Lagrangien lorsque la suspension de microorganismes circule en son sein.
