- ICチップ及び通信用アンテナから成るRFIDタグが付設されたラベルを、前記RFIDタグが付設されたタグ付設部位を含む前記ラベルの一部を裏面側から表面側に山形に折込んで突出させて、頂部を境に形成され基端側に夫々曲部を有した一方側面及び他方側面を有した折曲部を形成して物品に貼付するラベル貼付装置であって、 前記ラベルの表面側を吸着するとともに互いに対向する端面を接合させる接合位置及び互いに離間する離間位置の2位置に相対的に移動可能な一対の分割体から成る吸着板を備え、該分割体の移動により前記分割体の互いに対向する端面で、前記ラベルの一部を折り曲げて折曲部を形成するラベル貼付装置において、 前記折曲部の基端側の曲部に対応する各分割体の端縁部に、夫々、前記各分割体の端面同士が接合したときに互いに非当接になるように切除して形成された非当接部を設けたことを特徴とするラベル貼付装置。
- 前記吸着板の分割体を接合位置及び離間位置の2位置に移動させる吸着板駆動部を備えるとともに、前記ラベルの吸着時に前記吸着板の分割体を接合位置に位置させ、次に、前記吸着板の分割体をラベルを吸着させた状態で離間位置に移動させ、その後再び、前記吸着板の分割体を接合位置に移動させて前記ラベルの一部を裏面側から表面側に山形に折込むよう前記吸着板駆動部を制御する制御部を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のラベル貼付装置。

- 前記ラベルを仮着した帯状台紙を搬送するとともに搬送過程で該帯状台紙に仮着されたラベルを剥離して供給するラベル供給部と、前記吸着板を前記ラベル供給部から供給されたラベルを吸着する吸着位置及び該吸着したラベルを物品に貼付する貼付位置の2位置に移動させる吸着板移動部とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のラベル貼付装置。
