现有的与喷墨打印机配套使用的墨盒, 其结构主要包括盒体、 在压力作用 下与盒体可相对移动的保护盖、 用于检测墨盒和墨水剩余量的检测机构, 盒体 包括用于储存墨水的储墨腔、 向打印机的打印头供墨的出墨口、 大气进口。 为 了保证墨盒装进打印机后能够正常工作, 墨盒必须包含两种检测机构, 在把墨 盒安装到打印机的过程中, 首先一检测机构使打印机上的第二传感器发射部所 发射的光不能返回第二传感器的接收部, 随着安装的进行, 第二传感器发射部 所发射的光返回到第二传感器的接收部, 接着另一检测机构使第一传感器发射 部所发出的光不能回到第一传感器的接收部, 最后, 第一、 第二传感器相对应 的发射部所发出的光都不能回到相对应的接收部, 进而完成了安装的检测, 此 时打印机提示墨盒安装完成, 进行下一部操作。 现有墨盒实现墨盒的检测和墨 水量检测的机构如图 1所示, 包括第一检测部件 a、 第二检测部件 b、 第三检测 部件 c、 透光部 d和可动杆件 e, 此方案的检测机构主要是通过对传感器所发出 的光的遮挡来实现的, 其工作原理是: 当墨盒装入打印机时, 首先打印机内部 的第二传感器所发出的光被不透光的第二检测部件 b遮挡, 随着墨盒的装入, 第二传感器所发出的光不被不透光的第二检测部件 b遮挡而接通, 接着第一传 感器所发出的光被第一检测部件 a遮挡, 最后第二传感器所发出的光也被不透 光的第三检测部件 c 遮挡, 此时打印机提示墨盒存在, 可进行下一步操作, 第 三检测部件 c由一透光部 d和一不透光的可动杆件 e组成,可动杆件 e的位置可 通过墨盒内墨水量的变化而发生变化, 第二传感器所发出的光可根据是否被第 三检测部件 c遮挡来实现墨盒内墨水量的检测。
该方案在打印机装机检测时涉及的检测部件过多, 工艺复杂, 而在有效地
检测到墨尽的时刻, 其缺点在于杠杆的设计, 浮标的安装工艺比较复杂, 降低 了墨盒的生产效率。 并且, 随着墨盒内墨水量改变而移动的挡光元件的材料必 须是不透光的, 以上方案釆用黑色 PP料, 这就要求在注塑生产时, 黑色色目与 PP原料调制均匀, 如果不均匀或不够均匀, 都会造成墨盒装入打印机识别不准 确。 挡光件要随着墨盒内墨水量的改变而移动, 这需要的零件数目较多, 也就 造成生产工艺复杂, 识别精确度不高。
【发明内容】
本发明提供一种用于喷墨打印机的墨盒, 以解决现有用于喷墨打印机的墨 盒制造工艺复杂和识别精确度不高的技术问题。
为了解决以上技术问题, 本发明釆取的技术方案是:
一种用于喷墨打印机的墨盒, 包括盒体、 在压力作用下与盒体可相对移动 的保护盖、 用于检测墨盒和墨水剩余量的检测机构, 所述盒体包括用于储存墨 水的储墨腔、 向打印机的打印头供墨的出墨口、 大气进口, 其特征是, 所述检 测墨盒和墨水剩余量的检测机构包括与打印机上第一传感器匹配的第一检测部 件、 与打印机上第二传感器匹配的第二检测部件和设置于盒体上与储墨腔相通 的软体支撑帽,所述第二检测部件包括可活动杆件、 设置于盒体的固定轴和设置 于保护盖的可活动杆件位置调节件, 所述可活动杆件通过固定轴与盒体转轴连 接, 可活动杆件位置调节件在可活动杆件的重力作用下可与可活动杆件下边抵 接, 所述软体支撑帽位于可活动杆件在重力作用下下垂的对应位置处以在可活 动杆件位置调节件移动到软体支撑帽正上方时 4氏接可活动杆件。

所述储墨腔内还设置有密封墨水袋,所述支撑帽与密封墨水袋相通。
在釆用了上述技术方案后,由于检测墨盒和墨水剩余量检测机构包括与打印 机上第一传感器匹配的第一检测部件、 与打印机上第二传感器匹配的第二检测 部件和设置于盒体上与储墨腔相通的软体支撑帽,第二检测部件包括可活动杆件、
设置于盒体的固定轴和设置于保护盖的可活动杆件位置调节件, 可活动杆件通 过固定轴与盒体转轴连接, 可活动杆件位置调节件在可活动杆件的重力作用下 可与可活动杆件下边抵接, 软体支撑帽位于可活动杆件在重力作用下下垂的对 应位置处以在可活动杆件位置调节件超过支撑帽时抵接可活动杆件。 满足了墨 盒的检测和墨水剩余量检测的同时去掉了储墨腔内的活动杠杆大大简化了生产 工艺和提高了识别精度, 解决现有用于喷墨打印机的墨盒制造工艺复杂和识别 精确度不高的技术问题。

在墨盒装入打印机的过程中, 首先打印机内的两传感器都处于接通状态,如 图 3所示。 其次随墨盒装机深入, 墨盒前端保护盖 2未发生位移, 而第二传感 器 5开始接触第二检测部件, 光从第二传感器 5发射部发出, 经第二检测部件 的可活动杆件 7遮挡而无法回到第二传感器 5的接收部, 此状态第二传感器 5 光路断开,而第一传感器 3未接触第一检测部件 4属于接通状态,如图 4所示。 墨 盒继续深入, 可活动杆件 7穿过第二传感器 5的检测部位, 此时第一传感器 3 被第一检测部件 4遮挡, 处于断开状态, 第二传感器 5未被可动杆件 7遮挡, 处于接通状态, 如图 5所示。 随墨盒装机深入, 墨盒前端保护盖 2向墨盒运动 的反方向移动, 固定在保护盖 2上的拉钩 8, 随之向后移动, 不再支撑可活动杆

当墨盒内有足够的墨水时, 将其装入打印机进行打印, 第二检测部件的一 端将光发射元件的光遮挡。 光不能被打印机的光接收元件接收, 从而打印机据 此识别墨盒内有墨水。 当墨盒的墨水耗尽时如图 8、 9所示, 由于盒体 1内釆用 密封墨水袋盛装墨水,在打印机供墨针的抽吸作用下,墨水用完时墨水袋干瘪, 与之相连通的软体支撑帽 9下陷, 第二检测部件的可活动杆件 7由重力作用继 续移动, 离开遮挡第二传感器 5 光路的位置。 光直射到光接收元件, 从而打印 机提示墨水耗尽, 然后发出信号提示用户更换墨盒。
在墨盒移出打印机时, 如图 11所示, 保护盖 2上的拉钩 8将可活动杆件 7 重新拉起, 使其处于未装机前的位置, 达到复位效果。
本发明, 釆用墨盒的第二检测部件实现了原来两个检测部件的功能。 在制 造方面, 工艺简单, 易控制, 成本降低。 增加储墨袋, 墨水容量加大, 节省用 户打印成本。
