Abstract

Ein Turm für eine Windkraftanlage mit einer Mehrzahl von Eckstielen (1) zur Bildung einer Mastkonstruktion, wobei die Eckstiele (1) jeweils aus mehreren miteinander verbundenen Teilprofilen (2) zusammengesetzt sind, die gegenüberliegende Anschlussbereiche (3a, 3b) haben, an denen benachbarte Teilprofile (2) eines Eckstiels (1) miteinander verbindbar sind, und wobei die Teilprofile (2) jeweils in einem zwischen gegenüberliegenden Anschlussbereichen (3a, 3b) des Teilprofils (2) liegenden Abschnitt im Querschnitt zwei sich in Längserstreckungsrichtung der Teilprofile (2) erstreckende Knickstellen haben. Die Eckstiele (1) sind jeweils aus mindestens drei Teilprofilen (2) gebildet, wobei die mindestens drei Teilprofile (2) eines Eckstiels (1) ein im Querschnitt ringförmig geschlossenes Gesamtprofil bilden, die Trennfugen an der Verbindung von Anschlussbreichen (3a, 3b) benachbarter Teilprofile (2) eines Eckstiels (1) sind jeweils in einer Flucht mit einer jeweils angrenzenden Trennfuge eines den Eckstiel (1) in Längserstreckungsrichtung verlängernden, benachbarten Eckstiels (1) angeordnet.
