前記裏面電極型太陽電池セル(20)は、前記配線シート(10)において第1方向と該第1方向と異なる第2方向とに複数配列されており、
前記配線は、前記裏面電極型太陽電池セル(20)の前記第1導電型用電極(24)に電気的に接続された第1導電型用配線(12)と、前記第2導電型用電極(25)に電気的に接続された第2導電型用配線(13)とが、前記裏面電極型太陽電池セル(20)のそれぞれに対応して、前記第1方向に沿って交互に配列された交互配列部を含み、
該交互配列部の前記第1方向における両端部の一方に前記第1導電型用配線(12)が配置され、他方に前記第2導電型用配線(13)が配置されており、
前記第2方向において互いに隣り合う裏面電極型太陽電池セル(20)のうちの一方の裏面電極型太陽電池セル(20)の第1導電型用電極(24)に接続された第1導電型用配線(12)と、他方の裏面電極型太陽電池セル(20)の第2導電型用電極(25)に接続された第2導電型用配線(13)とが、電気的に接続されており、
前記第2方向の両端部の少なくとも一方に位置する裏面電極型太陽電池セル(20)が接続された配線と、該裏面電極型太陽電池セル(20)と前記第1方向に隣り合う裏面電極型太陽電池セル(20)の電極に接続された配線とにおいて、前記第1方向で互いに隣り合う位置にある配線の導電型が異なっており、導電型の異なる配線の組み合わせの一方が電気的に接続されている配線シート付き太陽電池セル(100)。 - 請求の範囲4に記載の配線シート付き太陽電池セル(100)を含む太陽電池モジュール。
