Description

底部控制式标本过滤容器和方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种过滤装置和过滤方法,具体是指一种底部控制式标本过滤容器和一种底部控制式标本过滤方法。
背景技术
在医学实验室、生物实验室等领域,需要过滤容器对所取液体样本如粪便、尿液、河水等进行过滤。现有的过滤容器,比如'一次性粪便浓缩容器'如图1、图2。如图1,采取手动去除容器顶部保险栓1后手动戳开容器内底部中心圆孔使液体向下流过底部过滤网;或如图2,在容器侧面利用手拉方式将安全塞2拉开,使中心孔打开让液体流下。其缺点在于:只能通过顶部保险栓或者侧面安全套手动控制,且只能开不能关,不能控制过滤量,只能一次性过滤完容器内的所有液体。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种底部控制式标本过滤容器和方法,使容器内的液体可以分次过滤。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
底部控制式标本过滤容器,由密封塞、杯盖、杯体、活塞杆、活塞、离合弹簧、引流针、底盖构成,活塞杆置于杯体底部的中间孔内,活塞紧套在活塞杆的凸起上,引流针通过螺纹连接固定在活塞杆下端,离合弹簧一端抵在杯体底部上,另一端抵在引流针法兰上,还设有第一层过滤网和第二层过滤网组成的双层过滤系统,第一层过滤网的轴穿过第二层过滤网中间孔并固定在活塞杆顶端孔内。
所述底部控制式标本过滤容器还设有取样器,取样器安装在杯盖指定孔内。
所述第一层过滤网的下端面与活塞的上端面存有间隙,此间隙的高度大于第二层过滤网的厚度。
底部控制式标本过滤方法,其步骤如下:
第一步,对于液体标本,是直接将需要过滤的溶液装入杯体中,盖好杯盖;对于固体标本,先将固体标本装入杯体中,盖好杯盖和密封塞,用类似注射器的装置刺透密封塞中间预留的软性孔,把溶解固体标本的液体注入杯体中,并摇匀;
第二步,取下底盖,将接收容器放置到引流针下面;
第三步,将接收容器向上推,压缩离合弹簧,使引流针与活塞、活塞杆、双层过滤系统一起在杯体中向上移,开启杯体的底部,使溶液从杯体的底部流入接收容器中;
第四步,当标本溶液收集到所需用量时,将接收容器向下移,引流针与活塞、活塞杆、双层过滤系统一起由离合弹簧复位,关闭杯体的底部,完成过滤。
采用上述方案后,本发明使用时是利用试管或其他接收容器直接控制开启或关闭盛装标本溶液的容器即标本过滤容器,卫生、封闭性好,而且,能开能关,可以控制过滤量,使容器内的液体可以根据需要分次过滤,十分方便。
以下结合附图及具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。

具体实施方式
如图3至图6所示,是本发明的较佳实施例。
底部控制式标本过滤容器,由密封塞1、杯盖2、杯体3、活塞杆5、活塞6、离合弹簧7、引流针8、底盖9构成,活塞杆5置于杯体底部的中间孔12内,活塞6紧套在活塞杆5的凸起上,引流针8通过螺纹连接固定在活塞杆5下端,离合弹簧7一端抵在杯体3底部上,另一端抵在引流针8法兰上,还设有第一层过滤网4和第二层过滤网11组成的双层过滤系统,第一层过滤网4的轴穿过第二层过滤网11中间孔并固定在活塞杆5顶端孔内。
底部控制式标本过滤容器还设有取样器10,取样器10安装在杯盖2指定孔内。
此实施例中,为了使双层过滤系统的过滤效果最佳,第一层过滤网4的下端面与活塞6的上端面之间的间隙高度H大于第二层过滤网11的厚度d。
使用时通过取样器10把需要过滤的溶液装入过滤容器,无需密闭可加不密封塞1。如果是固体标本(如粪便标本)需要密闭溶解过滤的,使用取样器10将之放入容器后加密封塞1,用类似注射器的装置刺透密封塞1中间预留的软性孔,把溶解固体标本的液体注入容器。然后把底盖9取下,将试管或其他接收容器放置到引流针8下面,推动引流针8向上移动,引流针8压缩离合弹簧7推动活塞杆5带动活塞6、第一层过滤网4向上移动,当上移一定的位移时第二层过滤网11在活塞6的推动下也上移,此时第一层过滤网4与第二层过滤网11中间形成一定的空间,起到双层过滤的效果,继续上移直到容器内标本通过杯底上端面与活塞6下端面的间隙流下,通过引流针8流出。停止时,松开引流针8,离合弹簧7将引流针8退回到原位,活塞6把间隙堵上,即控制了标本向外流出。本发明具有卫生、封闭性好,容器内的液体可以根据需要分次过滤的优点。
上述为本发明的一个具体实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。

Claims (4)

1、底部控制式标本过滤容器,由密封塞、杯盖、杯体、活塞杆、活塞、离合弹簧、引流针、底盖构成,活塞杆置于杯体底部的中间孔内,活塞紧套在活塞杆的凸起上,引流针通过螺纹连接固定在活塞杆下端,离合弹簧一端抵在杯体底部上,另一端抵在引流针法兰上,其特征在于:还设有第一层过滤网和第二层过滤网组成的双层过滤系统,第一层过滤网的轴穿过第二层过滤网中间孔并固定在活塞杆顶端孔内。
2、如权利要求1所述的底部控制式标本过滤容器,其特征在于:还设有取样器,取样器安装在杯盖指定孔内。
3、如权利要求1所述的底部控制式标本过滤容器,其特征在于:第一层过滤网的下端面与活塞的上端面存有间隙,此间隙的高度大于第二层过滤网的厚度。
4、底部控制式标本过滤方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
第一步,对于液体标本,是直接将需要过滤的溶液装入杯体中,盖好杯盖;对于固体标本,先将固体标本装入杯体中,盖好杯盖和密封塞,用类似注射器的装置刺透密封塞中间预留的软性孔,把溶解固体标本的液体注入杯体中,并摇匀;
第二步,取下底盖,将接收容器放置到引流针下面;
第三步,将接收容器向上推,压缩离合弹簧,使引流针与活塞、活塞杆、双层过滤系统一起在杯体中向上移,开启杯体的底部,使溶液从杯体的底部流入接收容器中;
第四步,当标本溶液收集到所需用量时,将接收容器向下移,引流针与活塞、活塞杆、双层过滤系统一起由离合弹簧复位,关闭杯体的底部,完成过滤。
