针对基于电子支付手机丟失、 被盗后的处理或系统跟当前的支付流程 有很大的不同, 需要作很大的改动, 或系统安全性不够, 用户的支付信息 还是被他人不法使用, 从而伪造支付, 或系统对手机遗失情况处理不及时 从而造成用户巨大损失, 使用户缺乏安全感的问题而提出本发明, 为此, 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种智能卡远程控制的方法和系统, 以解决上 述问题。
为了实现上述目的, 根据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种智能卡远程 控制的方法。
根据本发明的智能卡远程控制的方法包括: 智能卡管理平台接收来自 用户的对智能卡进行锁定操作或解除锁定操作的请求; 智能卡管理平台通 过移动网络平台根据请求与终端侧进行交互处理, 使得终端侧对智能卡进 行锁定操作或解除锁定操作。
优选地, 上述终端侧包括: 移动台和智能卡。

来自用户的对智能卡进行锁定操作或解除锁定操作的请求; 智能卡管理平 台根据请求与终端侧进行交互处理, 使得终端侧对智能卡进行锁定操作或 解除锁定操作。

实施例一
根据本发明的实施例, 提供了一种智能卡远程控制的方法。

端的键盘使用、 终端挂起、 终端无法开机、 终端报警等。
利用本方法, 当智能卡及其所在移动台遭劫、 遗失、 被盗以及有严重 违规行为时, 用户和智能卡监管部门可以通过移动网络平台对智能卡及终 端进行空中信令锁机与开锁以及锁定和解除锁定智能卡, 以最大限度地保 护用户和智能卡相关部门的安全, 并为支付系统提供了较强的灵活性。
根据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种基于电子支付业务的智能卡远程 控制的方法。

步骤 S104, 处于离线状态 (关机状态、 开机但不在服务区等) 的智能 卡所在移动台开机或进入服务区后, 向移动网络平台进行登记时, 移动网 络平台查询到智能卡所在移动台处于等待锁定 /解除锁定状态, 并向智能卡 所在移动台发送锁定 /解除锁定命令, 移动台执行该锁定 /解除锁定命令, 将 智能卡锁定 /解除锁定后, 向移动网络平台返回成功消息, 移动网络平台将 其状态更新为锁定 /解除锁定状态并通知智能卡管理平台同步状态数据库。
在该方法中,在步骤 S102/S104中所述智能卡所在移动台执行移动网络 平台发来的锁定 /解除锁定命令前, 应当包括安全认证过程, 以确认是智能 卡管理平台发来的锁定 /解除锁定命令。

在步骤 S504中,所述处于离线状态(关机状态、开机但不在服务区等 ) 的智能卡所在移动台开机或进入服务区后, 向移动网络平台进行登记时, 移动网络平台查询到智能卡所在移动台处于等待锁定 /解除锁定状态, 则发 送通知消息给智能卡管理平台, 并向智能卡所在移动台发送锁定 /解除锁定 命令, 移动台执行该锁定 /解除锁定命令, 将智能卡锁定 /解除锁定后, 向移 动网络平台返回成功消息, 移动网络平台将其状态更新为锁定 /解除锁定状 态并通知智能卡管理平台同步状态数据库。
根据本发明的另外一个方面, 提供了一种基于电子支付业务的智能卡 远程锁定与解除锁定的装置, 包括:
请求装置, 获取用户请求。
通讯装置, 移动网络平台处理和移动台之间的交互; 移动网络平台和 卡管理平台之间的通讯以及数据同步等。
执行装置, 移动台执行智能卡的锁定与解除锁定。
如上, 所述智能卡包括但不限于 sim卡, R-UIM卡, usim卡, csim卡, UICC卡, java卡, 金融卡, 交通卡, 预付费卡以及上述卡类的组合类卡。
移动终端包括但不限于 GSM, CDMA, WCDMA, Td-Scdma, cdma2000, 数据卡, 固定台, LTE; LTE+等制式终端以及他们之间任意组合的双模或 多模终端。
根据本发明的实施例, 提供了一种智能卡远程控制系统。
图 9是根据本发明实施例的优选的智能卡远程控制系统的示意图。 如图 9所示, 该系统包括: 请求装置、 通讯装置和执行装置。
具体地, 请求装置, 用于获取用户请求; 通讯装置, 用于实现移动网 络平台处理和移动台之间的信息交互, 移动网络平台和卡管理平台之间的 通讯以及数据同步等; 执行装置, 用于执行智能卡的锁定与解除锁定。
图 10是根据本发明实施例的优选的智能卡远程控制系统的示意图。 如图 10所示, 该系统包括: 移动网络平台 103、 移动台 101、 智能卡 管理平台 107、 支付系统平台 105, 其中, 移动网络平台 103和智能卡管理 平台 107均连接于支付系统平台 105。
移动网络平台 103, 用于向所述移动台 101发送锁定或解除锁定命令; 移动台 101 ,用于执行所述锁定或解除锁定命令以将所述智能卡锁定或解除 锁定。
优选地, 用户 109向智能卡管理平台 107申请对智能卡进行锁定或解 除锁定时, 智能卡管理平台 107通过移动网络平台 103查找该智能卡所在 移动台当前状态信息, 若智能卡所在移动台为正常开机状态, 则将由移动 网络平台 103直接向智能卡所在移动台 101发送锁定 /解除锁定命令, 智能 卡所在移动台 101执行该锁定 /解除锁定命令, 将智能卡锁定 /解除锁定后, 向移动网络平台 103返回成功消息, 移动网络平台 103更改该智能卡的状 态为锁定 /解除锁定状态, 并通知智能卡管理平台 107将智能卡状态更新为
锁定 /解除锁定状态; 若智能卡所在移动台 101为离线状态 (关机状态、 开 机但不在服务区等 ),则移动网络平台 103将其状态更新为等待锁定 /解除锁 定状态, 并同时通知智能卡管理平台 107更新状态数据库。
图 11是根据本发明实施例的移动台的示意图。
如图 11所示, 该移动台包括: 执行模块 111和发送模块 113。
执行模块 111 , 用于执行对所述智能卡的锁定或解除锁定; 发送模块 113 , 用于发送修改成功消息。
图 12是根据本发明实施例的移动网络平台的示意图。
如图 12所示, 该移动网络平台包括: 查找模块 121、 发送模块 123、 更改模块 125、 通知模块 127和更新模块 129。
具体地, 查找模块 121 , 用于查找智能卡所在移动台的状态信息; 发送 模块 123, 当所述移动台的状态信息指示所述移动台处于正常使用状态时, 用于向所述移动台发送锁定或解除锁定命令; 更改模块 125, 用于更改所述 智能卡的状态为锁定或解除锁定状态; 通知模块 127, 用于通知所述智能卡 管理平台将所述智能卡状态更新为锁定或解除锁定状态; 更新模块 129, 当 所述状态信息指示所述智能卡所在移动台处于离线状态时, 用于将自身状 态更新为等待锁定或解除锁定状态。
从以上的描述中, 可以看出, 本发明使得支付用户终端遭劫、 遗失、 被盗以及有严重违规行为时能够避免因此造成的损失问题, 并为支付系统 提供了较强的灵活性。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于 本领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精 神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明 的保护范围之内。
Claims
1.一种智能卡远程控制方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
智能卡管理平台接收来自用户的对智能卡进行锁定操作或解除锁定操 作的请求后, 通过移动网络平台与终端侧进行信令交互, 控制所述终端侧 对智能卡进行锁定操作或解除锁定操作。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端侧包括: 移动台和智能卡。
3.根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述控制所述终端侧对 智能卡进行锁定操作或解除锁定操作, 包括:
所述移动台处于正常使用状态时, 接收到所述移动网络平台发送的锁 定或解除锁定命令;
所述移动台执行所述锁定或解除锁定命令, 将所述智能卡锁定或解除 锁定。
4.根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 所述移动台对所述智能卡进行锁定操 作或解除锁定操作之后, 所述方法还包括:
所述智能卡处于锁定状态或解除锁定状态。
5.根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 对所述智能卡进行锁定操作或解除锁定操作之后, 所述移动台向所述 移动网络平台返回执行成功消息。
6.根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动台执行所述锁 定或解除锁定命令, 将所述智能卡锁定或解除锁定, 包括:
所述移动台通过锁定智能卡硬件的方法使智能卡功能失效, 通过解除 锁定智能卡硬件的方法使智能卡功能有效;
或者, 所述移动台通过执行预置软件执行体的方法使得智能卡功能失 效或有效。
7.根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 所述智能卡所在移动台处于离线状态时, 将所述智能卡更新为等待锁 定或解除锁定状态。
8.根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述智能卡更新为等 待锁定或解除锁定状态之后, 所述方法还包括:
处于离线状态的所述智能卡所在的移动台恢复正常使用状态时, 所述 移动网络平台向所述智能卡所在移动台发送锁定或解除锁定命令, 所述移 动台执行所述锁定或解除锁定命令。
9.根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述离线状态包括: 所述移动台处于关机状态;
或者, 所述移动台不在服务区内。
10.根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在智能卡管理平台接收 到用户的所述请求之后, 所述方法还包括:
所述智能卡管理平台判断所述智能卡是否有效。
11.根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述智能卡管理平台通 过移动网络平台与终端侧进行交互之前, 所述方法还包括:
所述移动网络平台与所述终端侧进行安全认证。
12.根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在智能卡管理平台接收 来自用户的对智能卡进行锁定操作或解除锁定操作的请求之后, 所述方法 还包括:
所述智能卡管理平台通过所述移动网络平台查找所述智能卡所在移动 台的状态信息。
13.根据权利要求 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述智能卡管理平台通 过移动网络平台查找所述智能卡所在移动台的状态信息包括:
所述智能卡管理平台经由所述移动网络平台, 根据所述移动台的移动
识别码和位置区域信息查找到所述移动台的状态信息。
14.根据权利要求 1至 13任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述对智能 卡进行锁定操作或解除锁定操作包括:
对智能卡或智能卡支付应用进行锁定操作或解除锁定操作。
15.根据权利要求 14所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 所述智能卡或所述智能卡支付应用处于锁定状态时, 所述智能卡的支 付应用将无法正常使用。
16.—种智能卡远程锁定和解除锁定的方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 智能卡监管平台发现用户使用智能卡有违规行为或已纠正违规行为 时, 通知智能卡管理平台;
所述智能卡管理平台通过与终端侧进行信令交互, 控制所述终端侧完 成所述智能卡的锁定或解除锁定。
17.根据权利要求 16所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端侧包括移动台 和智能卡, 所述控制所述终端侧完成所述智能卡的锁定或解除锁定, 包括: 所述智能卡管理平台通过所述移动网络平台查找所述智能卡所在移动 台的状态信息;
所述移动台为正常使用状态时, 所述移动网络平台向所述移动台发送 锁定或解除锁定命令;
所述移动台执行所述锁定或解除锁定命令, 将所述智能卡锁定或解除 锁定。
18.根据权利要求 16所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动台执行所述锁 定或解除锁定命令, 将所述智能卡锁定或解除锁定之后, 所述方法还包括: 所述移动台向所述移动网络平台返回执行成功消息;
所述移动网络平台更改所述智能卡的状态为锁定或解除锁定状态。
19.根据权利要求 17所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述智能卡管理平台通
过移动网络平台查找所述智能卡所在移动台的状态信息, 包括: 别码和位置区域信息查找所述移动台的状态信息。
20.根据权利要求 16所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述智能卡管理平台通 过移动网络平台查找所述智能卡所在移动台的状态信息之后, 所述方法还 包括:
所述智能卡所在移动台为离线状态时, 所述移动网络平台将自身状态 更新为等待锁定或解除锁定状态。
21.—种智能卡远程锁定和解除锁定的系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 移动网络平台, 用于发送锁定或解除锁定命令;
移动台, 用于执行所述锁定或解除锁定命令, 将智能卡锁定或解除锁 定。
22.根据权利要求 21所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统还包括: 智能卡管理平台, 用于接收用户的对智能卡进行锁定操作或解除锁定 操作的请求, 或接收智能卡监管平台发送的用户使用智能卡违规行为或已 纠正违规行为, 通过所述移动网络平台和所述移动台进行信令交互。
23.根据权利要求 21所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述移动网络平台还用 于查找所述智能卡所在移动台的状态信息。
24.—种终端台, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收对智能卡的锁定或解除锁定请求;
执行模块, 用于执行对所述智能卡的锁定或解除锁定。
25.根据权利要求 24所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述智能卡的锁定或解 除锁定包括:
所述智能卡支付应用的锁定或解除锁定。
26.根据权利要求 24所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述终端台还包括:
发送模块, 用于发送执行成功消息。
27.—种移动网络平台, 其特征在于, 包括:
发送模块, 当移动台处于正常使用状态时, 用于向所述移动台发送锁 定或解除锁定命令;
更改模块, 用于更改所述智能卡的状态;
更新模块, 所述状态信息指示所述智能卡所在移动台处于离线状态时, 用于将所述智能卡状态更新为等待锁定或解除锁定状态。
28.根据权利要求 27所述的移动网络平台, 其特征在于, 所述移动网络 平台还包括:
通知模块, 用于通知所述智能卡管理平台将所述智能卡状态更新为锁 定或解除锁定状态。
29.根据权利要求 27所述的移动网络平台, 其特征在于, 所述智能卡的 锁定或解除锁定包括:
所述智能卡支付应用的锁定或解除锁定。
