Abstract
Description
図2及び図3に示されるように、クランプ部18は、壁部32と壁部34が互いに対面しており、壁部32と壁部34の間には中空部40が設けられている。この中空部40内に、パイプ13が挿入可能とされている。また、壁部32の先端部からは、ヒンジ部41を介して、中空部40へ向かって弾性片42が延出しており、弾性片42の先端面42Aには、パイプ14の外周面と面接触可能な曲面が形成されている。
図2に示されるように、クランプ部20の壁部34と壁部36及びクランプ部22の壁部36と壁部38は互いに対面しており、壁部34、36、壁部36、38の間には、それぞれ中空部50が設けられている。この中空部50内に、それぞれパイプ14、16(図4及び図5参照)が挿入可能とされる。なお、クランプ部20とクランプ部22は略同一の形状を成しているため、クランプ部22については説明を省略する。
次に、本実施の形態に係るクランプの作用について説明する。
図3に示されるように、クランプ部18へパイプ13を挿入すると、弾性片42が弾性変形して外側へ押し広げられ、パイプ13が中空部40内へ進入可能となる。パイプ13を中空部40内へ移動させ、パイプ13が弾性片42の先端面42Aに到達すると、弾性片42が復元して、弾性片42の先端面42Aがパイプ13の外周面に当接すると共に、パイプ13の外周面が受け部44に当接し、弾性片42と受け部44とでパイプ13が挟持される。
Claims (4)
- 被取付部材に固定され、前記棒状物が当接可能な受け部と、
前記受け部に互いに対面して設けられ棒状物が挿入可能な中空部を形成する一対の壁部と、
前記壁部の先端部から前記受け部へ向かって延出し、弾性変形して前記棒状体の前記中空部へ進入を許容すると共に、該受け部との間で前記棒状物を挟持する弾性片と、
前記受け部に突設され、前記棒状体が当接する少なくとも1つの凸部と、
を有するクランプ。 - 前記凸部が弾性変形可能であり、弾性変形した状態で前記棒状物を押圧する請求項1に記載のクランプ。
- 前記受け部の中空部の反対側に穴部を形成して薄肉とした受け部に前記凸部を形成した請求項1に記載のクランプ。
- 前記中空部を挟んで前記弾性片の先端部と対向する位置に前記凸部が設けられた請求項1に記載のクランプ。
