Description

铁路客车的卧铺车厢 技术领域
本发明涉及铁路客车技术领域, 尤其涉及一种铁路客车的卧铺车厢。 背景技术
现有轨道客车的卧铺车厢分为硬卧车厢和软卧车厢, 卧铺布局方式主 要是卧铺沿客车车体横向设置, 即卧铺长度方向垂直于客车车体的长度方 向。 通常卧铺的一端固定在车厢的一个侧壁上, 卧铺的一个长边固定在间 壁墙上, 卧铺的另一端与车厢的另一侧壁之间形成走廊。
这种结构的铁路客车的卧铺车厢, 其横向两侧重量分布不均。 车厢重 量分布是否均勾是影响铁路客车运行稳定性的重要因素, 车厢重量分布不 均将使得铁路客车在行驶过程中存在极大的安全隐患。
现有技术中, 为了使得铁路客车的车厢重量分布均勾, 通常采用添加 配重的方式, 即在车厢具有走廊的一侧添加适当的配重, 这样就会增加铁 路客车的载重量, 从而增加了铁路客车的动力载荷。
又如现有技术中, 申请号为 95242247.6 , 名称为"纵置卧铺列车车厢" 的专利文献虽采用了纵置卧铺的形式, 但其形式单一, 卧铺间没有隔断, 乘客间容易相互影响, 其卧铺的靠背部分能在小范围内调节, 但是仍然是 斜躺的姿势, 时间长了,乘客会感觉疲劳,从而影响了个人空间和舒适性。 发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种铁路客车的卧铺车厢, 能够使得铁路客车的 车厢重量分布均勾, 提高车辆行驶稳定性, 且很好地满足乘客躺、 坐两种 乘坐的舒适性需求。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明提供了一种铁路客车的卧铺车厢, 该卧铺 车厢可为敞开式, 包括车厢的侧墙、 间壁墙、 三列平行设置的纵列铺; 每 列所述纵列铺均由不少于两个的卧铺拼接而成, 且相邻床铺之间设有所述 间壁墙; 所述纵列铺长度方向与铁路客车的长度方向一致, 两侧的纵列铺 分别与侧墙固定, 相邻两列纵列铺之间设有走廊。
优选的, 所述间壁墙靠近走廊侧设有凹槽, 凹槽内有内嵌的脚蹬梯。 优选的,所述卧铺车厢的中间纵列铺靠近车体端墙端设有灭火器箱和 电开水炉箱。
优选的, 间壁墙内靠近卧铺床头位置安装有床头灯, 所述卧铺外侧装 有翻转扶手。
一种铁路客车的卧铺车厢, 卧铺车厢可为包间式, 其包括侧墙、 间壁 墙、 两列相互平行的纵列铺; 所述卧铺车厢的卧铺设置为上铺、 下铺两层, 两列所述纵列铺均由不少于两个的卧铺拼接而成, 且相邻床铺之间设有所 述间壁墙; 所述纵列铺长度方向与铁路客车的长度方向一致。
优选的, 所述上铺与所述侧墙为活动连接; 所述下铺由两部分拼接而 成。
优选的, 每对应的一对上、 下铺形成一个包间, 包间具有拉门, 所述 拉门采用半透明磨砂玻璃。
优选的, 所述两列纵列铺中间为走廊, 走廊在间壁墙处为凹形圆弧结 构。 优选的, 所述走廊的顶板呈圆弧顶, 且所述顶板内安装有 LED灯线。 本发明的有益效果为: 沿车辆方向布置的卧铺结构可以使车辆载荷分 布均匀, 车辆行驶稳定, 可减少运行时的动力载荷; 下铺的卧铺与沙发可 相互转换, 乘客可在夜晚躺下休息, 白天坐在沙发上休息, 满足了乘客坐 卧的两种休息需求, 设计人性化, 具有良好的乘坐舒适、 实用性。 附图说明

下面结合附图对本发明的内容进行描述, 以下的描述仅是示范性和解 释性的, 不应对本发明的保护范围有任何的限制作用。
实施例一: 如图 1、 图 2所示的卧铺车厢 1 , 该卧铺车厢为敞开式, 包括车厢的侧墙 2、 间壁墙 4和三列相互平行的纵列铺 3a、 3b、 3c, 其中 的三列相互平行的纵列铺包括位于车厢两侧的两纵列铺 3a、 3c 和中间一 列纵列铺 3b, 每列所述纵列铺均由不少于两个的卧铺拼接而成; 纵列铺长 度方向与车辆长度方向一致, 两侧的纵列铺 3a、 3c 的外侧长边分别与车 厢的侧墙 2固定, 且两相邻接的纵向铺之间设有间壁墙 4 , 形成相对独立 的活动空间, 保护乘客的隐私, 且避免相近的乘客之间相互影响。 相邻两 列纵列铺之间设有走廊 9。
如图 2、 图 3所示, 所述卧铺车厢 1的间壁墙 4靠近走廊 9一侧设有 垂直于地板的长形凹槽 5 , 凹槽 5 内设有内嵌的脚蹬梯 6 , 以便于乘客上 下床铺, 且不占用空间, 布置美观、 实用。 所述卧铺车厢 1的两相邻中间 纵列铺 3b固定在铺间间壁墙 4上, 间壁墙 4内靠近卧铺床头的位置安装 有床头灯 7, 每张卧铺外侧活动安装有可翻转扶手 8。 并且在每节敞开式 卧铺车厢 1 的中间纵列铺 3b靠近车体端墙的一端设有灭火器箱和电开水 炉箱, 不必单独设置隔间, 从而合理利用空间。
实施例二: 如图 4所示的卧铺车厢 10 为包间式, 其包括侧墙 12、 间 壁墙 13和两列相互平行的纵列铺 1 1。所述卧铺车厢的卧铺设置为上铺 14、 下铺 15两层如图 7所示, 两列所述纵列铺均由不少于两个的卧铺拼接而 成, 且相邻床铺之间设有所述间壁墙 13 ; 所述纵列铺长度方向与铁路客车 的长度方向一致, 两侧的纵列铺分别与所述车厢的两侧墙连接, 两列纵列 铺之间设有走廊 19。
如图 5所示,所述卧铺车厢 10内的上铺 14可绕和侧墙连接的轴向上 翻转, 上铺 14的下面为两个面对面的沙发 16。 如图 6所示, 两沙发 16 的座垫 17可向中间相对滑动, 从而使得沙发 16的靠背 18随之倾斜, 直 至放平, 此时两沙发的座垫 17和靠背 18组合为一平面, 从而转换为下铺 15 如图 7所示。 每对应的一对上、 下铺形成一个包间, 所述包间内设有 电视、 带锁的存放拒、 床头灯等及窗下边桌, 大大提高乘客乘坐的舒适性 和便利性。
如图 8所示, 所述卧铺车厢的中间走廊 19在间壁墙 13处设计成向包 间内凹的圆弧 20形, 便于两相向走来的乘客在此处避让; 所述包间具有 拉门, 包间拉门 21 采用半透明磨砂玻璃, 白天的光线可通过窗口——磨 砂玻璃拉门透射到走廊, 增加走廊照度。 走廊顶板设计成圆弧顶, 内藏 LED灯线。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种铁路客车的卧铺车厢, 包括车厢的侧墙、 间壁墙、 纵列铺, 所述纵列铺长度方向与铁路客车的长度方向一致, 其特征在于, 车厢内至 少设有两列相互平行的纵列铺, 两侧的纵列铺分别与所述车厢侧墙连接, 每列所述纵列铺均由不少于两个卧铺拼接而成, 且相邻接的卧铺之间设有 所述间壁墙, 相邻两列纵列铺之间设有走廊。
2、 如权利要求 1所述铁路客车的卧铺车厢, 其特征在于, 车厢内设 有三列相互平行的纵列铺, 其中两侧的纵列铺分别与所述车厢侧墙连接, 一列纵列铺设在车厢中间; 所述中间的纵列铺固定在所述间壁墙上。
3、 如权利要求 2所述铁路客车的卧铺车厢, 其特征在于, 所述间壁 墙靠近走廊侧设有凹槽, 凹槽内设有内嵌的脚蹬梯。
4、如权利要求 2 ~ 3中的任一项所述铁路客车的卧铺车厢, 其特征在 于, 所述卧铺车厢的中间纵列铺靠近车厢端墙的一端设有灭火器箱和电开 水炉箱。
5、如权利要求 2 ~ 4中的任一项所述铁路客车的卧铺车厢, 其特征在 于, 所述间壁墙内靠近卧铺床头位置安装有床头灯, 所述卧铺外侧装有翻 转扶手。
6、 如权利要求 1所述铁路客车的卧铺车厢, 其特征在于, 车厢内设 有两列相互平行的纵列铺, 所述卧铺车厢的卧铺设置为上铺、 下铺两层, 每对应的一对上、 下铺形成一个包间。
7、 如权利要求 6所述铁路客车的卧铺车厢, 其特征在于, 所述包间 具有拉门, 所述拉门采用半透明磨砂玻璃。
8、如权利要求 6 ~ 7中的任一项所述铁路客车的卧铺车厢, 其特征在 于, 所述两列纵列铺之间设有走廊, 走廊在间壁墙处设置为向包间内凹的 圆弧结构。
9、如权利要求 6 ~ 8中的任一项所述铁路客车的卧铺车厢, 其特征在 于, 所述上铺与所述侧墙为活动连接; 所述下铺由两部分拼接而成。
10、 如权利要求 6 ~ 9 中的任一项所述铁路客车的卧铺车厢, 其特征 在于, 所述走廊的顶板呈圆弧顶, 且所述顶板内安装有 LED灯线。
