Manopla aséptica-protectora formada por una especie de bolsa de material aséptico unida a la cintura del usuario u otra vestimenta, por un sistema de amarre que permite la intercambio de la manopla y su uso sin desvincularse del amarre, mediante la utilización de una cuerda o similar de arrollamiento automático en la pinza de unión.

D E S C R I P C I Ó N
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención se refiere a una manopla aséptico/protectora, prevista para ser utilizada cuando sea preciso la protección de las manos preferentemente en un entorno sanitario y otros lugares en los que se quiera preservar de posibles infecciones ante el contacto con determinados objetos, materiales y/o pacientes.
El objeto de la invención es llevar consigo de forma permanente una manopla aséptico/protectora y permitir su utilización en cualquier momento que sea necesario o se crea conveniente con la finalidad para la que se ha previsto, dada la fácil inserción y extracción de la mano en ella.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
En hospitales, clínicas y lugares en los que existe un alto riesgo de posibles contagios, suelen utilizarse guantes cuando se lleva a cabo la manipulación de determinados componentes y elementos de aplicación en pacientes, así como en la manipulación, revisión, cuidado y demás actividades que se pueden realizar con relativa frecuencia en los hospitales.
Además en la vida diaria, hay situaciones en que ya sea por la climatología o para la manipulación de según que productos, sea necesario la protección de las manos y alternativamente sacarlas para la manipulación de según que otros enseres, como pueden ser ordenadores, teléfonos móviles, cajeros automáticos, etc .. Evidentemente, en muchas ocasiones el personal sanitario que está revisando pacientes, se encuentra en situaciones en las que requiere el uso de guantes para, por ejemplo, informar al paciente, manipular objetos o elementos susceptibles de contagio, aunque en muchas ocasiones y de forma imprevista es necesario la utilización de guantes, y en ese momento el personal sanitario no dispone de ellos, lo que supone un inconveniente, pérdida de tiempo, molestias, etc.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
La manopla aséptico/protectora que se preconiza ha sido concebida para resolver la problemática anteriormente expuesta, en base a una solución sencilla pero de gran eficacia, en base a que dicha manopla está vinculada a una pinza de amarre a la cintura del usuario, como puede ser el cinturón de un pantalón, una trabilla, el cinturón o bolsillo de una bata, etc. , de manera tal que esa manopla la llevará constantemente el personal sanitario, y en el momento de requerir su utilización por cualquier circunstancia, no tiene mas que traccionar de ella mediante un sistema de arrollamiento/desenrollamiento de una tira de unión entre la pinza de amarre y la propia manopla, para poder llevar a cabo la utilización de ésta en virtud de la longitud de ese elemento o tira que vincula la pinza con la manopla.
Además, el elemento de arrollamiento/desenrollamiento está realizado de manera tal que en el momento en que se hace el traccionado del mismo se produce el arrollamiento de la tira y por tanto el acortamiento de su longitud, mientras que el traccionado permite lleva a cabo la extensibilidad y poder utilizar la manopla sin necesidad de desenganchar la pinza de la cintura del usuario. También es posible el trabado del arrollamiento mediante un mecanismo de retención, evitando así que la cuerda esté permanentemente tensa, siendo entonces necesario un pequeño movimiento para recuperar la tensión para su arrollamiento. Todo esto encaminado a proporcionar una libertad absoluta de movimiento al utilizar la manopla.
Por otro lado, cabe decir que la manopla está vinculada a la pinza de amarre a través de un elemento reutilizable que permite el recambio de la manopla en cualquier momento y sustituirla por otra no usada, sin necesidad de desenganchar la pinza de arrollamiento/ desenrollamiento de la tira que une esa pinza de amarre al elemento de enganche de la propia manopla.
La manopla presenta además como una de sus características fundamentales la de estar constituida por una especie de bolsa de material aséptico, es decir de un tejido sin tejer normalmente utilizado en hospitales, por ejemplo el material de las mascarillas, pudiendo utilizarla cuando el personal sanitario considere que existe un riesgo de contagio cuando va a tocar a un paciente, objetos, elementos relacionados con los pacientes o instalaciones relacionadas con el entorno sanitario.
Por último decir que la manopla puede estar realizada en otro tipo de material distinto al citado, y utilizarla para la conducción de vehículos, la protección térmica, la manipulación de objetos y materiales peligrosos, cortantes, abrasivos, pringosos, etc. DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS Para complementar la descripción que seguidamente se va a realizar y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características del invento, de acuerdo con un ejemplo preferente de realización práctica del mismo, se acompaña como parte integrante de dicha descripción, un juego de dibujos en donde con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo, se ha representado lo siguiente:
La figura 1.- Muestra una representación en perspectiva general de la manopla aséptico/protectora realizada de acuerdo con el objeto de la invención, vinculada a la pinza de amarre con el elemento de arrolla- miento/desenrollamiento de la cinta, para la extensibilidad correspondiente.
La figura 2.- Muestra una representación correspondiente a una vista como la de la figura anterior, en este caso con la tira en situación de extensibilidad.
REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN Como se puede ver en las figuras referidas, la manopla (1) de la invención, susceptible de poderse constituir en cualquier tipo de material, aunque preferentemente será de papel aséptico de los utilizados en hospitales, como por ejemplo el de las mascarillas, presenta la particularidad de constituir una especie de bolsa que está vinculada a un elemento de amarre (2) formado por una pinza de enganche a, por ejemplo, el cinturón u otra parte de la vestimenta del usuario, al objeto de llevar constantemente la manopla (1) colgada y poderla utilizar en cualquier momento, para lo cual esa pinza de amarre (2) está vinculada a un enganche amovible (3) de sujeción de la propia manopla (1), con carácter intercambiable, es decir que la manopla (1) puede ser vinculada y desvinculada respecto del elemento de enganche (3) para el intercambiado y sustitución de aquella, mientras que la pinza de amarre (2) cuenta con un sistema de arrollamiento/ desenrollamiento de una cuerda, cable, cinta o similar (4) que cuando se tracciona de la bolsa (1) o bien de la pinza de amarre (2), se producirá el desplegado de esta cinta (4) y por lo tanto la posibilidad de utilizar la manopla (1) sin necesidad de desvincular la pinza de amarre (2) respecto de la correspondiente cintura u otra parte de la prenda de vestir del usuario. Evidentemente entre la pinza de amarre (2) y el elemento de enganche (3) de la manopla (1) se establecerán los medios apropiados (5) de vinculación de un componente con otro, que posibilitan desvincularse la pinza de amarre (2) respecto del elemento (5) y con ello del elemento de enganche (6).
Como ya se ha dicho anteriormente, la manopla puede ser destinada a cualquier tipo de actividad que sea conveniente por su uso alternativo, ya sea para usos asépticos o de protección, para la conducción de vehículos, la protección térmica, la manipulación de objetos y materiales peligrosos, cortantes, abrasivos, pringosos, etc .. pudiendo ser confeccionada con cualquier tipo de material adecuado a cada caso, como puede ser el propio tejido sin tejer, tela, caucho, cuero, etc . , por lo que el tamaño, forma o composición de los elementos pueden ser susceptibles de cambios siempre y cuando no sea alterado el alcance de la invención, que se reivindica a continuación.

R E I V I N D I C A C I O N E S
I a .- Manopla aséptico/protectora, que estando prevista para su utilización preferentemente en un entorno sanitario, para poderse utilizar en cualquier momento ante riesgo de contagio en el contacto del personal sanitario con pacientes y/o objetos que pudieran dar lugar al referido contagio, se caracteriza porque está constituida por una especie de bolsa de material aséptico vinculada a una pinza de amarre para su sujeción a la cintura u otra parte de la vestimenta del usuario; con la particularidad de que la pinza de amarre, a través de un elemento intermedio, está vinculada a un elemento de enganche de la propia manopla, permitiendo la intercambiabilidad de ésta. 2a.- Manopla aséptico/protectora, según reivindicación 1 , caracterizada porque sobre la pinza de amarre del conjunto de la manopla se ha previsto una cuerda, tira o similar, de longitud indeterminada, de arrollamiento automático en el interior de dicha pinza de amarre, posibilitando la extensibilidad de ésta y permitiendo el uso de la manopla sin desvincular tal pinza de amarre del resto de la prenda de vestir del usuario.
3a .- Manopla aséptica, según reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque la manopla es susceptible de estar constituida en cualquier material que posibilite todo tipo de actividad, ya sea para usos asépticos o de protección, para la conducción de vehículos, la protección térmica, la manipulación de objetos y materiales peligrosos, cortantes, abrasivos, pringosos, etc ..
