软管连接装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种连接装置, 尤其涉及一种用于软管之间或者软管和硬 管之间进行连接的连接装置。 背景技术
目前, 软管和软管、 软管和硬管之间往往是通过连接装置进行连接。 而在 软管和连接装置之间的连接方式, 一般是用胶水将软管粘帖在连接装置的接头 上, 然后, 再在外部加以紧固的金属或塑料套环; 或者将软管套接在接头上后, 再使用夹子夹紧, 压迫软管使得软管的管壁发生一定的变形, 从而将软管固定 在接头上。 但是, 由于胶水容易出现老化, 或者粘帖的时候可能存有缝隙, 因 此使用胶水粘帖的方式进行连接, 容易出现气体或液体的泄露现象, 而且, 粘 帖的工艺也较为复杂; 而使用夹子进行固定, 如软管的管壁厚度较薄, 例如管 壁厚度在 0. 16厘米以下,那么夹子在夹紧的时候,软管的管壁变形的程度不大, 夹紧的效果有限, 也易出现气体或液体的泄露现象, 尤其是软管和接头结合的 部位较为短窄的情况下, 效果更不理想。 实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决软管和接头连接容易发生脱落, 气体或液 体出现泄露现象, 安装工艺复杂等技术问题, 提供一种连接紧密、 密封性好、 易操作的连接装置。
为了实现上述目的, 本实用新型提供一种软管连接装置, 包括圓柱形的接 头、 内置于接头以支撑所述接头的固套和套接于软管外而将软管紧压在所述接 头的外壁面上的外环。 所述接头的外壁面依次设有限位挡板、 凹槽和齿尖朝向 所述 槽一侧的若干个倒齿。 所述外环由可膨胀的材料制作, 所述外环的内壁 面上设有与所述接头的凹槽位置对应的凸起、 与所述接头的倒齿位置对应的反 向的若干个倒齿。 常态下, 所述外环的直径小于所述接头的直径, 在外力作用 下, 所述外环膨胀变形后直径大于所述接头的直径, 可将软管套接于所述接头 的外壁面上, 结合后, 所述凸起处于所述凹槽之中, 所述接头的倒齿和所述外 环内壁的倒齿相互咬合, 从而将软管和接头连接在一起。 所述固套内置于接头, 可支撑所述接头, 当外环套接在接头上对接头产生径向的压力时, 可防止所述 接头径向变形, 从而避免因径向方向的变形导致软管和接头之间产生缝隙, 发 生气体或液体的泄露现象。
上述方案可优选为以下方案:
所述凹槽内设有密封圏, 增强软管和接头连接的密封效果。
所述外环为塑料或金属制成的外环。
所述外环的制作材料优选为尼龙。
所述固套优选为圓环, 中央设有通孔, 空气或液体可通过。
本实用新型利用外环的倒刺将软管紧压在接头的倒刺上, 以达到密封目的, 特别对于表面不够光滑、 壁厚不均匀的软管。
本实用新型使用时, 先将外环套接在软管上, 再将软管套接在接头上, 然 后通过外部机械的作用力, 将外环向接头方向推移, 外环在外部作用力下发生 径向膨胀变形, 挤压并越过接头的倒齿, 直至外环的凸起落入接头的凹槽之中, 与此同时, 接头的倒齿和外环的倒齿咬合, 并卡接在软管的内凹的环线上, 有 效防止软管从接头处滑脱。 为了增强接头与软管的连接的密闭效果, 可在凹槽 之中设置密封圏。 接头的限位挡板可有效阻止接头和软管向限位挡板方向滑动, 产生缝隙。 本实用新型通过以上结构上的设计, 提高了薄壁软管与接头之间连接的紧 密性, 密封的效果更佳, 有效防止气体和液体的泄露, 而且, 安装操作筒单方 便, 实用性更强。 附图说明

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
实施例一:
参见图 1、 图 2和图 3 , 本实施例一软管连接装置, 包括圓柱形的接头 1、 外环 2和固套 4。 固套 4内置于接头 1以支撑接头 1 , 当外环 2套接在接头 1上 对接头 1产生径向的压力时, 可防止接头 1发生径向变形。 接头 1的外壁面依 次设有限位挡板 11、 凹槽 12和齿尖朝向凹槽 12—侧的两个倒齿 1 3。 外环 2由 可膨胀的材料制作, 例如塑料或金属, 本实施例优选尼龙, 外环 2 的内壁面上 设有与接头 1的凹槽 12位置对应的凸起 21、 与接头 1的倒齿 1 3位置对应的反 向的两个倒齿 22。 常态下, 外环 2的直径小于接头 1的直径。
使用时, 先将外环 1套接在软管 3上, 再将软管 3套接在接头 1上, 然后 通过外部机械的作用力, 将外环 2向接头 1方向推移, 外环 2在外部作用力下 发生径向膨胀变形, 挤压并越过接头 1的倒齿 1 3 , 直至外环 2的凸起 21落入接 头 1的凹槽 12之中, 与此同时, 接头 1的倒齿 1 3和外环 2的倒齿 22咬合, 并 卡接在软管 3的内凹的环线上, 有效防止软管 3从接头 1处滑脱。 此外, 接头 1 的限位挡板 11可有效阻止接头 1和软管 3向限位挡板 11方向滑动, 产生缝隙, 避免发生气体或液体的泄露现象。 实施例二:
参见图 4、 图 5和图 6 , 本实施例二软管连接装置, 与实施例一的结构基本 相同, 仅在实施例一的基础上添加密封圏 5 , 密封圏 5设置在接头 1的凹槽 12 内, 可增强软管 3和接头 1连接的密封效果。
本实用新型可根据所述的技术方案结合具体的应用情况设计其他实施方 式。 只要是功能相同的结构形状的筒单变化, 均落入本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种软管连接装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
圓柱形的接头, 所述接头的外壁面依次设有限位挡板、 凹槽和齿尖朝向所 述四槽一侧的若干个倒齿;
内置于接头以支撑所述接头的固套;
套接于软管外而将软管紧压在所述接头的外壁面上的、 可膨胀的外环, 所 述外环的内壁面上设有与所述接头的凹槽位置对应的凸起、 与所述接头的倒齿 位置对应的反向的若干个倒齿, 常态下, 所述外环的直径小于所述接头的直径, 在外力作用下, 所述外环膨胀变形后直径大于所述接头的直径, 可将软管套接 于所述接头的外壁面上, 结合后, 所述凸起处于所述凹槽之中, 所述接头的倒 齿和所述外环内壁的倒齿相互咬合。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的软管连接装置, 其特征在于, 所述凹槽内设有密 封圏。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的软管连接装置, 其特征在于, 所述外环为塑料或 金属制成的外环。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的软管连接装置, 其特征在于, 所述外环为尼龙制 成的外环。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的软管连接装置, 其特征在于, 所述固套为圓环, 中央设有通孔。
