Abstract

 回転動作により除去及び固定される試薬容器1の蓋体1aに対し、回転駆動機構5により蓋体1aの回転軸上で回転駆動される回転駆動部12と、回転駆動部12に対して回転軸方向に移動可能に設けられ、蓋体1aの上部に設けられた凹部1bに嵌合して蓋体1を保持する蓋体保持部17と、蓋体1aと対向する位置に蓋体1aの上部外周に離間して設けられた複数の溝部1cに嵌合する複数の突起部16cを有し、回転駆動部12に対して回転軸方向に移動可能に設けられるとともに、回転駆動部12の回転動作に従って回転駆動されるキャリア16とを備え、回転駆動部12と蓋体保持部17との間、及び、回転駆動部12とキャリア16との間に互いに遠ざける方向に相対的に付勢するバネ19,20をそれぞれ設けた開栓装置を用いて開栓を行う。これにより、試薬容器の開栓処理を確実に行うことができる。

Description

開栓装置及びそれを用いた自動分析装置
 本発明は、血清や尿等の生体試料や試薬などを収容する容器の開栓装置及びそれを用いた自動分析装置に関する。
 自動分析装置は、測定対象試料等(例えば、血清や尿などの生体試料、或いは、それらと試薬との混合液)の物性を測定することにより分析を行うものであり、容器開栓工程、分注工程、攪拌工程、分析工程など種々の工程を備えている。
 このような自動分析装置の容器開栓工程において容器の開栓(以下、開栓処理と称する)を行う開栓装置の従来技術として、例えば、特許文献1~3に記載のように測定対象試料を収容した試料容器を対象としたものがある。
 特許文献1(実開平7-18265号公報)に記載の開栓装置は、試料容器である採血管のゴム栓の頭部の外周面を把持する把持アームを有する把持部が設けられた開栓部材と、開栓部材の把持部よりも上方に設けられたピンにより契合されたプレートとを有し、プレートを水平移動手段により水平方向に移動させることにより、ゴム栓に固定されている把持部を中心として開栓部材を傾斜させることにより、栓を採血管(試料容器)から取り外して開栓処理を行うものである。
 特許文献2(実開平7-29464号公報)に記載の開栓装置は、試料容器である検体容器のゴム栓に向けて斜め下から斜め上方に進退動作する開栓部材を備え、前進ストロークで開栓部材のバネ板の先端をゴム栓に当て、斜め上方へさらに押し上げることによりゴム栓を検体容器(試料容器)から外して開栓処理を行うものである。
 特許文献3(特開2000-146985号公報)に記載の開栓装置は、試料容器である検体容器のゴム栓を把持するゴム栓把持チャックを有し、ゴム栓把持チャックでゴム栓を把持し、ゴム栓把持チャックを揺動動作させながら上昇させることによりゴム栓を真空チューブから抜き取ることにより開栓処理を行うものである。
 また、特許文献4,5には、試薬を収容した試薬容器を対象として開栓処理を行う開栓装置の従来技術が記載されている。
  特許文献4(特開2004-294428号公報)及び特許文献5(特開2009-58509号公報)に記載の開栓装置は、上面の外周部に歯状構造を有するとともに上面に凹部を有し、回転動作により除去及び固定される試薬容器の蓋体を開栓する開栓装置であって、センタリングユニットの下端に設けられ、蓋体の凹部と勘合するスナップイン要素と、蓋体の歯状構造に固着する補足要素を有するキャリアとを備え、スナップイン要素により蓋体を保持するとともにキャリアによって蓋体を回転させすることにより開栓処理を行うものである。

 しかしながら、上記特許文献4に記載の従来技術は、センタリングユニットに対してキャリアは上下方向に相対移動可能な構成であるものの、スナップイン要素はセンタリングユニットに対して相対的に固定されており、センタリングユニットの上下位置調整だけでは試薬容器の蓋体の凹部の形状や大きさのバラツキを吸収できずに蓋体の保持ができず、開栓処理が確実に行われない恐れがあった。
 また、特許文献5(特開2009-58509号公報)に記載の開栓装置は、スナップイン要素を設けたセンタリングユニットとキャリアとが相対的に固定された構成を有しており、試薬容器の蓋体の凹部のみならず、歯状構造を含む蓋体全体の形状や大きさのバラツキの影響を受けるので、特許文献4に記載の従来技術と同様に、そのバラツキを吸収できずに蓋体の保持ができず、開栓処理が確実に行われない恐れがあった。
 本発明は上記に鑑みてなされたものであり、試薬容器の開栓処理を確実に行うことができる開栓装置及びそれを用いた自動分析装置を提供することを目的とする。
 上記目的を達成するために、本発明は、回転動作により除去及び固定される試薬容器の蓋体を開栓する開栓装置であって、回転駆動手段により前記蓋体の回転軸上で回転駆動される回転駆動部と、前記蓋体の上部に設けられた凹部に対向する位置に前記回転駆動手段に対して回転軸方向に移動可能に設けられ、該凹部に嵌合して前記蓋体を保持する蓋体保持部と、前記蓋体と対向する位置に該蓋体の上部外周に離間して設けられた複数の溝部に嵌合する複数の突起部を有し、前記回転駆動部に対して回転軸方向に移動可能に設けられるとともに、前記回転駆動部の回転動作に従って回転駆動されるキャリアと、前記回転駆動部に対して前記蓋体保持部を互いに遠ざける方向に相対的に付勢する付勢手段と、前記回転駆動部に対して前記キャリアを互いに遠ざける方向に相対的に付勢する付勢手段とを備えるものとする。
 本発明によれば、試薬容器の開栓処理を確実に行うことができる。

 以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照しつつ説明する。
  図8は、本発明の一実施の形態に係る自動分析装置の全体構成を示す概略図である。
 図8において、本実施の形態の自動分析装置は、分析ユニット部22と試薬補充ユニット部23とを備えている。なお、本実施の形態において、分析ユニット部22と試薬補充ユニット部23とを別体として設けたが、一体的に形成することも可能である。また、上記のように別体として設けた場合は分析ユニット部22だけで単体使用することが可能である。
 本実施の形態の自動分析装置は、全体を管理する制御コンピュータ(図示せず)のもとで管理されて分析作業を行っている。分析ユニット部22および試薬補充ユニット部23には、制御コンピュータで管理される制御回路や制御装置がそれぞれ備えられており、これにより、分析ユニット部22や試薬補充ユニット部23は制御コンピュータのもとで管理制御される。制御コンピュータには供給可否判定手段の機能も備わっている。オペレータは制御コンピュータの操作画面を見たり、操作部を操作したりして分析作業を行う。
 分析ユニット部22および試薬補充ユニット部23は、電源部、制御部、各種の機器や各種の機構または各種の手段を駆動制御する駆動部を備える。また、試薬情報読取り機構24、供給可否判定手段、試薬容器排除手段、分析ユニット部22での分析測定、分析ユニット部22内で行われる試薬容器の搬送や廃棄等が制御操作される。
 また、同様に試薬補充ユニット部22への試薬容器の搬入、試薬補充ユニット部23から分析ユニット部22への試薬容器や分析に使用できない試薬容器を補充用試薬容器保管庫から排除する制御操作、制御回路や制御装置あるいは補充用試薬容器保管庫、分注用試薬容器保管庫の回転駆動制御が制御回路や制御装置によって行われる。
 分析ユニット部22は、分注用の試薬容器を保管する分注用試薬容器保管庫(A)30と、分注用試薬容器保管庫(B)31とを有している。分注用試薬容器保管庫(A)30は試薬補充ユニット部23に近い方に、分注用試薬容器保管庫(B)31は試薬補充ユニット部23から離れた方に位置する。分注用試薬容器保管庫(B)31の周囲には、反応容器、測定器を含む分析機構35が配置される。
 分注用試薬容器保管庫(A)30、分注用試薬容器保管庫(B)31、及び、分析機構35は回転自在なるディスクになっている。分注用試薬容器保管庫(A)30、分注用試薬容器保管庫(B)31には、二つのディスクが二重になるように内外周に配置されている。
 分注用試薬容器保管庫(A)30の上側には試薬容器投入口(A)32が、分注用試薬容器保管庫(B)31の上側には試薬容器投入口(B)33が備えられ、ここから分注用の試薬容器がディスクに収められる。
 分析ユニット部22は試薬容器を運ぶ試薬移送手段が備わる。試薬移送手段は試薬補充ユニット部23側に備わる第1試薬容器移送機構25と、試薬補充ユニット部23側に備わる第2試薬容器移送機構29と、試薬補充ユニット部23側に備わる試薬容器移送中継部を含む。
 第2試薬容器移送機構29、および試薬容器移送中継部について述べる。
 第2試薬容器移送機構29は搬送機構を構成する搬送ガイドレール29A、29B等で構成される。分析ユニット部22は分注用試薬容器保管庫(A)30の試薬容器投入口(A)32に隣接するところに試薬容器回転機構34を備える。この試薬容器回転機構34が試薬容器移送中継部になる。また、分析ユニット部22は試薬容器回転機構34を間にして試薬容器投入口(A)32の反対側に廃棄試薬容器収納部28を備える。試薬容器回転機構34は、試薬補充ユニット部23から試薬容器回転機構34に移された試薬容器の向きを変え、分析ユニット部22側の第2試薬容器移送機構29が試薬容器を持ち易くするのである。
 分析ユニット部22側の第2試薬容器移送機構29は搬送ガイドレール29Aが搬送ガイドレール29Bに案内され、試薬容器回転機構34を経由して試薬容器投入口(A)32と廃棄試薬容器収納部28の間を行き来するように構成されている。また、搬送ガイドレール30は分注用試薬容器保管庫(A)30の試薬容器投入口(A)32の部位から分注用試薬容器保管庫(B)31の試薬容器投入口(B)33の部位まで及ぶ長さである。
 分析ユニット部22側の第2試薬容器移送機構29は試薬補充ユニット部23から試薬容器回転機構34に移された試薬容器を分注用試薬容器保管庫(A)30の試薬容器投入口(A)32や分注用試薬容器保管庫(B)31の試薬容器投入口(B)33に運んでディスクに収める。また、第2試薬容器移送機構29は使用済みの試薬容器を分注用試薬容器保管庫(A)30、分注用試薬容器保管庫(B)31から持ち込んで、廃棄試薬容器収納部28に搬送する。
 試薬補充ユニット部23は試薬搬送ディスク2を備える。試薬搬送ディスク2は、分注用試薬容器保管庫(A)30、分注用試薬容器保管庫(B)31に分注用試薬容器として供給される補充用試薬容器1を予め保管して置く。試薬搬送ディスク2は回転自在なるディスクになっている。
 試薬補充ユニット部23は補充用試薬容器補填搬入手段26を有する。補充用試薬容器補填搬入手段26には、補充用の試薬容器1を投入する投入口(図示せず)が設けられている。投入口から入れられた補充用の試薬容器1は補充用試薬容器補填搬入手段26によって試薬搬送ディスク2に搬入される。
 試薬補充ユニット部23は、前述した試薬移送手段に含まれる第1試薬容器移送機構25を備える。試薬搬送ディスク2にある補充用試薬容器は第1試薬容器移送機構25で搬送され、分析ユニット部22に備わる試薬移送手段の試薬容器回転機構34に運ばれる。試薬容器回転機構34に運ばれる補充用の試薬容器は試薬容器回転機構34を少し回して補充用の試薬容器の向きが変えられる。向きを変えることにより、補充用の試薬容器を試薬移送手段で分注用試薬容器保管庫(A)30または分注用試薬容器保管庫(B)31に移送する持ち運びがし易くなる。
 試薬補充ユニット部23は試薬搬送ディスク2にある補充用の試薬容器を試薬搬送ディスク2から排除する試薬容器排除手段27Aと排除試薬容器置部27Bを有する。
 試薬搬送ディスク2にある補充用の試薬容器で分析に使用できない補充用試薬容器は分注用試薬容器保管庫(A)30、分注用試薬容器保管庫(B)31に供給できなので、試薬容器排除手段27Aにより排除試薬容器置部27Bに排除される。
 試薬補充ユニット部23は試薬搬送ディスク2にある補充用の試薬容器の情報を読む試薬情報読取り機構24を有する。試薬情報読取り機構24で読まれた補充用試薬容器の情報は、供給可否判定手段に提供され、分注用試薬容器保管庫(A)30、分注用試薬容器保管庫(B)31に供給しても良いものか否を判定される。
 供給可否判定手段で分注用試薬容器保管庫(A)30、分注用試薬容器保管庫(B)31に供給することが可のものは、試薬移送手段で分注用試薬容器保管庫(A)30、分注用試薬容器保管庫(B)31に移送されるようになるが、供給することが否のものは試薬容器排除手段27Aで試薬搬送ディスク2の外に排除される。
 試薬補充ユニット部23は補充用の試薬容器に付いて蓋体1aを外す開栓装置3と、外した蓋体1aを廃棄する廃棄箱8を有する。補充用の試薬容器は試薬搬送ディスク2に置かれたもとで開栓装置3により蓋体1aが外され、試薬移送手段で分注用試薬容器保管庫(A)30、分注用試薬容器保管庫(B)31に移送される。
 図1は、試薬補充ユニット部23の構成を示す概略図である。
 図1において、試薬補充ユニット部23は、試薬を収容した試薬容器1を保持して搬送する試薬搬送ディスク2と、試薬搬送ディスク2より搬送された試薬容器1に開栓処理を行う開栓装置3とを概略備えている。
 試薬容器1は、試薬を収容したり取り出したりするための1つ以上の開口部を有しており、内容物の蒸発などを抑制するための蓋体1aにより塞がれている。
 図2は、試薬容器1の蓋体1aを拡大して示す図である。
 図2において、蓋体1aは、その一端を閉じた筒状形状を有しており、その閉じた一端(以下、上面と称する)に設けられた凹部1bと、蓋体1aの上部外周に凹部1bを囲むように離間して設けられた複数(例えば、8つ)の溝部1cとを備えている。
 蓋体1aの凹部1bの内周部には、後述する蓋体保持部17に設けられた環状溝部17a(後の図6、図7等参照)と噛み合うように設けられた環状凸部1dが設けられている。環状溝部17aと環状凸部1dとが噛み合うことにより、蓋体1aは蓋体保持部17に保持される。
 また、蓋体1aはその内側にねじ形状(図示せず)を有しており、試薬容器1の開口部に設けられたねじ形状のピッチと合致するよう構成されている。蓋体1aを周方向に回転動作させることにより、試薬容器1の開口部から除去及び開口部に固定される。以下、試薬容器1の開口部から蓋体1aを除去する処理を開栓処理と称する。
 図1に戻る。
 試薬搬送ディスク2は、試薬容器1を開栓処理の実施位置に搬送するための搬送手段であり、試薬容器1を保持するための複数の保持部2aが設けられている。なお、図1においては、複数の保持部2aの1つを代表して符号を付し、他の保持部2aについては図面の簡単のため符号を省略する。また、図1には、複数の保持部2aのうちの1つに試薬容器1が保持されている場合を例として示している。試薬搬送ディスク2が図示しない回転駆動装置により回転駆動されることにより試薬容器1が搬送される。
 開栓装置3は、開栓機構4(後述)と、開栓機構4のプーリ12a(後の図3参照)を回転駆動する回転駆動機構5と、開栓機構4と回転駆動機構5を一体的に上下方向に駆動する上下移動機構6と、開栓機構4、回転駆動機構5、及び上下移動機構6を一体的に水平方向に駆動する水平移動機構7と、開栓機構4の開栓処理によって試薬容器1の開口部から除去された蓋体1aを破棄するための廃棄箱8とを備えている。
 回転駆動機構5は、回転駆動用のモータ5aと、モータ5aの駆動力を開栓機構4のプーリ12a(後述)に伝達するベルト5bとを備えている。
 上下移動機構6は、上下駆動用のモータ6aと、モータ6aの駆動力を伝達するベルト6bと、上下方向に延在するように配置されたガイドレール(図示せず)とを備えている。開栓機構4と回転駆動機構5はベルト6bに接続されており、モータ6aの駆動力によってガイドレールに沿って一体的に上下方向に移動される。
 水平移動機構7は、水平駆動用のモータ7aと、モータ7aの駆動力を伝達するベルト7bと、水平方向に延在するように配置されたガイドレール7cとを備えている。上下移動機構6はベルト7bに接続されており、開栓機構4、回転駆動機構5、及び上下移動機構6は、モータ7aの駆動力によってガイドレール7cに沿って一体的に水平方向に移動される。
 図3及び図4は、図1に示した開栓機構4を抜き出して示す縦断面図であり、図3は開栓機構4により蓋体1aを保持したときの様子を示す図、図4は開栓機構4から蓋体1aを破棄するときの様子を示す図である。また、図5は、図3及び図4に示した開栓機構4のキャリア16を抜き出して示す図である。
 図3及び図4において、開栓機構4は、開栓機構4の中心軸10に沿って設けられた軸部11と、軸部11の外周に同心状に設けられた回転駆動部12と、回転駆動部12の外周にベアリング13,14を介して同心状に設けられた基部15と、基部15の下側の軸部11の外周に同心状に設けられたキャリア16と、軸部11の下端に設けられた蓋体保持部17と、軸部11の上端に設けられた軸部脱落防止用のストッパ11aと回転駆動部12の上部との間に、その中心に軸部11を通して配置され、ストッパ11aと回転駆動部12の間の衝撃を緩和する第3のバネ18と、軸部11と回転駆動部12の間の一部に設けられた空間に軸部11を通すように配置され、軸部11に固定されたバネ受け11bを介して回転駆動部12に対して下方に付勢することにより、回転駆動部12に対して軸部11を下方に付勢する第1のバネ19と、回転駆動部12の下部とキャリア16の上部との間に、その中心に軸部11を通して配置され、回転駆動部12に対してキャリア16を下方に付勢するよう設けられた第2のバネ20と、蓋体1aの破棄時にキャリア16の凸部16bに当接してキャリア16の上方への移動を制限する廃棄用ストッパ21とを概略備えている。
 軸部11に対して、回転駆動部12及びキャリア16は上下方向(中心軸10に沿う方向、軸方向)に摺動可能に設けられ、軸周りに回転可能に設けられている。基部15に対して回転駆動部12は軸周りに回転可能に設けられ、上下方向には相対的に移動しないよう設けられている。
 キャリア16の上端部16aは、回転駆動部12の下端において、軸部11との間に同軸状に配置されており、図示しないスプライン構造を介して上下方向(中心軸10に沿う方向、軸方向)に回転駆動部12に対して摺動可能に設けられるとともに、軸周り方向には相対的に回転不可に設けられている。つまり、キャリア16は、軸部11周りの回転動作において、回転駆動部12の回転動作に従って一体的に回転駆動される。
 基部15はその外周にフランジ部15aを有しており、フランジ部15aに設けられた固定用孔15bにより回転駆動機構5に対して固定されている。
 回転駆動部12は、回転駆動機構5のモータ5aとベルト5bを介して接続されたプーリ12aを有しており、回転駆動機構5のモータ5aの駆動力によって回転駆動部12が回転駆動される。
 図5において、キャリア16は、下端を開放した筒状形状を有してお入り、その下端には、蓋体1aに設けられた複数(例えば、8つ)の溝部1cと噛み合うように設けられた複数(例えば、8つ)の突起部16cが設けられている。キャリア16の突起部16cと蓋体1aの溝部1cが噛み合った状態で、キャリア16が軸周りに回転駆動されることにより、蓋体1aが回転駆動され開栓処理が行われる。
 ここで、第1のバネ19は、回転駆動部12と蓋体保持部17との間に設けられ、蓋体保持部17を回転軸方向蓋体側に付勢するとともに回転駆動部12を反対側に付勢する付勢手段であって、回転駆動部12と蓋体保持部17を互いに遠ざける方向に相対的に付勢する第1の付勢手段を構成し、第2のバネ20は、回転駆動部12とキャリア16との間に設けられ、キャリア16を回転軸方向蓋体側に付勢するとともに回転駆動部12を反対側に付勢する付勢手段であって、前転駆動部12とキャリア16を互いに遠ざける方向に相対的に付勢する第2の付勢手段を構成する。
 ここで、図6及び図7を参照しつつ、蓋体1a、キャリア16、及び、蓋体保持部17の詳細を説明する。
 図6及び図7は、蓋体保持部17をその周辺部とともに拡大して示す断面図であり、図6は蓋体保持部17により蓋体1aを保持した様子を示す図、図7は蓋体保持部17から蓋体1aが離脱した瞬間の様子を示す図である。
 図6に示すように、蓋体1aの凹部1bに蓋体保持部17が挿入され、蓋体1aの環状凸部1dと蓋体保持部17の環状溝部17aとが噛み合うことにより、蓋体1aは蓋体保持部17に保持される。また、図7に示すように、キャリア16に対して蓋体保持部17が相対的に上昇駆動され、その上昇駆動力が蓋体1aの環状凸部1dと蓋体保持部17の環状溝部17aの間の噛み合い力を超えた場合は、蓋体1aは蓋体保持部17から離脱する。なお、蓋体保持部17は軸部11に対して交換可能に設けられており、蓋体1a又はその凹部1bの仕様(形状や大きさ、深さなど)に応じた蓋体保持部に交換可能である。
 蓋体保持部17は、軸部11の上端に設けられたストッパ11aとともに、軸部11から回転駆動部12及びキャリア16が脱落するのを規制するストッパの役割を有している。したがって、軸部11の上端に設けられたストッパ11aによって回転駆動部12の軸部11からの脱落が抑制され、軸部11の下端に設けられたストッパとしての蓋体保持部17によってキャリア16の軸部11からの脱落が抑制される。また、軸部11の長さは、回転駆動部12が軸部11の上端(ストッパ11a側の一端)に、キャリア16が軸部11の下端(蓋体保持部17側の一端)にそれぞれ寄った状態でも、キャリア16の上端部16aが回転駆動部12の下端から抜けない長さに設定されている。
 以上のように構成した本実施の形態における動作を説明する。
 まず、試薬容器1を試薬搬送ディスク2の保持部2aに配置し、試薬ディスク2を回転駆動させることにより、試薬容器1を開栓装置3の下方に設けられる開栓処理位置に移動する。
 次に、開栓機構4を水平移動機構7により開栓処理の対象である試薬容器1の蓋体1aの上方に移動させ、さらに、上下移動機構6により蓋体1aに向けて下降させる。
 開栓機構4が下降されると、蓋体保持部17が蓋体1aの凹部1に挿入開始されて位置決めされるとともに、キャリア16の突起部16cが蓋体1aの溝部1cに嵌合する。このとき、開栓機構4の下降量の余剰分、つまり、突起部16cが溝部1cに嵌合した後の開栓機構4の下降分は、第2のバネ20が縮むことにより吸収される。また、第2のバネ20の張力によって、キャリア16を介して蓋体1aが押さえられる。
 開栓機構4がさらに下降されると、第1のバネ19の張力によって軸部11が下方に付勢されて、蓋体保持部17が蓋体1aの凹部1bに押し込まれ、凹部1bの環状凸部1dと蓋体保持部17の環状溝部17aが噛み合って、蓋体1aが蓋体保持部17に保持される(図3の状態)。このとき、第1のバネ19の張力によって、蓋体保持部17が蓋体1aの凹部1bに押し込まれるとともに、開栓機構4の下降量の余剰分、つまり、蓋体保持部17が蓋体1aの凹部1bに押し込まれた後の開栓機構4の下降分が第1のバネ19が縮むことにより吸収される。
 この状態で、回転駆動機構5により回転駆動部12を介してキャリア16を回転駆動させることにより蓋体11を回転させ、蓋体1aをねじ形状のピッチによる開口部への固定から開放する。このとき、蓋体1aの回転に伴う蓋体1aの上昇量(スクリュード分上昇量)は、第1のバネ19及び第2のバネ20がそれぞれ縮むことにより吸収される。
 次に、開栓機構4を、上下移動機構6によりキャリア16の凸部16bが廃棄用ストッパ21に当接しない位置まで上昇させ、水平移動機構7により廃棄箱8の上方に移動させる。
 この状態で、開栓機構4を上下移動機構6によって上昇させてキャリア16の凸部16bを廃棄用ストッパ21に当接させ、開栓機構4をさらに上昇させると、キャリア16の上昇が廃棄用ストッパ21により抑制され、そのキャリア16によって蓋体1aが上方から押さえられるとともに、開栓機構4の基部15のさらなる上昇により第3のバネ18を介してストッパ11a、つまり、軸部11が上方に付勢され、凹部1bの環状凸部1dと蓋体保持部17の環状溝部17aとの噛み合いが解除される(図4の状態)。蓋体保持部17による保持が解除された蓋体1aは廃棄箱8内に落下する。また、開栓された試薬容器1は、次の工程(例えば、分注工程など)に移動される。
 その後、開栓処理を施す必要のある試薬容器1が有る場合は、以上の処理を繰り返す。
 以上のように構成した本実施の形態の効果を説明する。
 従来技術においては、センタリングユニットに対してキャリアは上下方向に相対移動可能な構成であるものの、スナップイン要素はセンタリングユニットに対して相対的に固定されており、センタリングユニットの上下位置調整だけでは試薬容器の蓋体の凹部の形状や大きさのバラツキを吸収できずに蓋体の保持ができず、開栓処理が確実に行われない恐れがあった。また、他の従来技術においては、スナップイン要素を設けたセンタリングユニットとキャリアとが相対的に固定された構成を有しており、試薬容器の蓋体の凹部のみならず、歯状構造を含む蓋体全体の形状や大きさのバラツキの影響を受けるので、そのバラツキを吸収できずに蓋体の保持ができず、開栓処理が確実に行われない恐れがあった。
 これに対し、本発明の実施の形態においては、突起部16cが溝部1cに嵌合した後の開栓機構4の下降分、及び蓋体保持部17が蓋体1aの凹部1bに押し込まれた後の開栓機構4の下降分、つまり、開栓機構4の下降量の余剰分が第2のバネ20及び第1のバネ19がそれぞれ縮むことにより吸収されるよう構成したので、試薬容器1の蓋体1aの凹部1bの形状や大きさのバラツキを吸収することにより蓋体1aを確実に保持することができ、試薬容器1の開栓処理を確実に行うことができる。

Claims (5)

  1.  回転動作により除去及び固定される試薬容器の蓋体を開栓する開栓装置であって、
     回転駆動手段により前記蓋体の回転軸上で回転駆動される回転駆動部と、
     前記回転駆動部に対して前記回転軸方向に移動可能に設けられ、前記蓋体の上部に設けられた凹部に嵌合して前記蓋体を保持する蓋体保持部と、
     前記蓋体と対向する位置に該蓋体の上部外周に離間して設けられた複数の溝部に嵌合する複数の突起部を有し、前記回転駆動部に対して回転軸方向に移動可能に設けられるとともに、前記回転駆動部の回転動作に従って回転駆動されるキャリアと、
     前記回転駆動部と前記蓋体保持部との間に設けられ、該蓋体保持部を回転軸方向蓋体側に付勢するとともに前記回転駆動部を反対側に付勢する付勢手段であって、前記回転駆動部と前記蓋体保持部を互いに遠ざける方向に相対的に付勢する第1の付勢手段と、
     前記回転駆動部と前記キャリアとの間に設けられ、該キャリアを回転軸方向蓋体側に付勢するとともに前記回転駆動部を反対側に付勢する付勢手段であって、前記回転駆動部と前記キャリアを互いに遠ざける方向に相対的に付勢する第2の付勢手段と
    を備えたことを特徴とする開栓装置。
  2.  請求項1記載の開栓装置において、前記第1又は第2の付勢手段のうちの少なくとも一方はバネであることを特徴とする開栓装置。
  3.  請求項1記載の開栓装置において、前記蓋体保持部は、前記蓋体の凹部の内周に環状に設けられた溝部と噛み合うように設けられた環状凸部を備えたことを特徴とする開栓装置。
  4.  請求項1又は2に記載の開栓装置を備えた自動分析装置。
  5.  請求項4記載の自動分析装置において、前記開栓装置において前記試薬容器より除去した蓋体を破棄するための破棄機構を備えたことを特徴とする自動分析装置。
