洗碗机呼吸器组件 技术领域
本实用新型属于一种洗碗机呼吸器组件。
背景技术
目前, 现有的呼吸器用于洗碗机主要用来实现: (1 ) 定量控制用 于后续连接的软水器再生用的泄露量, (2) 连通洗碗机内部与外部, 实现压力平衡。
泄露量目前主要采用弧型弯道上开缺口来分配泄漏量, 在弯道内 将流动口径变小来加快水的流动速度, 同时在弯道下方开一小缺口, 由于高速流动的惯性以及根据缺口的位置及大小来准确控制水的泄 漏, 要求在总流量 10升水中泄漏 150~250克水, 其功用是用来定期 再生后续连接管道中软水器中的再生塑脂, 保证软水器中的塑脂一直 具有软化硬水功能。再生原理是用高浓度的 Nad溶液通过再生塑脂将 其中的 Ca,Mg等重金属离子化学置换出来,达到降低水中的重金属离 子的功效, 避免洗碗机内部产生污垢, 从而保证洗碗机的清洁及寿命 等。
其结构原理在实际加工制造及使用过程中主要有以下方面问题:
( 1 ) 注塑件的变形及公差无法精确达到设计要求;
(2) 后续熔接过程的不确定性, 无法控制熔接过程中塑料的流动 是否导致开口尺寸的变化;
(3 ) 流道口径是由三个零件的安装配合形成, 影响因数太多;
(4) 实际使用中水的泄漏量经常不稳定, 波动范围太大, 会直接
影响到整个洗碗机的使用寿命。
发明内容
为了克服现有的洗碗机呼吸器组件的装配精度要求高、稳定性差、 控制精度低、 影响洗碗机的使用寿命的不足, 本实用新型提供一种装 配简单、 稳定性好、 控制精度高的洗碗机呼吸器组件。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是: 一种洗碗机呼吸器组件, 包括内盖和外盖, 所述内盖和外盖之间 形成空腔, 所述空腔设有进水口、 出水口、 溢流口、 大气连通孔和与 洗碗机内部连通的呼吸器, 所述空腔内设有进水通道和溢流通道, 所 述进水口与所述进水通道连通, 所述溢流通道与所述溢流口连通, 所 述空腔内设有用以存储泄漏水量的容腔,所述进水通道与分流孔连接, 所述分流孔中, 其中分流比例为 1 : n的分流支孔与所述容腔连通, n 为自然数, n 2, 其他分流支孔与所述溢流通道连接。
进一步, 所述分流孔包括一级分流孔和二级分流孔, 所述进水通 道与所述一级分流孔连接, 所述一级分流孔的设定分流比例的分流支 孔与所述二级分流孔连通, 其余一级分流孔的分流支孔与所述溢流通 道连通,所述二级分流孔的设定分流比例的分流支孔与所述容腔连通, 其余二级分流孔的分流支孔与所述溢流通道连通。 如果有需要, 也可 以设置≡级 甚至四级分流孔, 具体实现过程跟上述两级类
更进一步,所述一个分流立体为 l : n的分流支孔与所述容腔连通, 当然, 也可以选择两个分流支孔与所述容腔连通。
本实用新型的技术构思为: 利用水流量的多次分配, 精确控制泄 漏的流量为总合的比例, 以两级分流孔为例, 第一次分流按照 1 : n, 第二次再将第一次的 1/n按照 1 : m分流,从而可以将 l/(n X m)的总流
量泄漏出去, 如果总流量是 10升, n为 11, m为 6, 被泄漏的水量应 该是:
10 X 1000/ ( 11 X 6 ) =151g
误差率为:
( 151-150 ) /150=0。 66%。
结构如图 1由部件呼吸器上盖,呼吸器下盖,第二次分流孔(m 个孔), 第一次分流孔 (n个孔) 共四个零件组成。
本实用新型的有益效果主要表现在: 1 )、 控制简单, 所有孔位均 一次性模内完成, 大小一致, 后续组装无影响, 性能稳定; 2)、 跟压 力大小没有关系, 无论进水压力怎样变化波动, 其泄漏比例均一致, 无影响; 3 )、 完全适合洗碗机中对再生水量的要求, 从而保证了没有 多余的硬水直接进入洗碗机内部, 保护延长了整个洗碗机的寿命。 附图说明

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。
参照图 1~图4, 一种洗碗机呼吸器组件, 包括内盖 2和外盖 1, 所述内盖 2和外盖 1之间形成空腔, 所述空腔设有进水口 A、 出水口 C、 溢流口 B、 大气连通孔 F和与洗碗机内部连通的呼吸器, 所述空 腔内设有进水通道和溢流通道, 所述进水口 A与所述进水通道连通, 所述溢流通道与所述溢流口 B连通, 所述空腔内设有用以存储泄漏水
量的容腔 D, 所述进水通道与分流孔连接, 所述分流孔中, 其中分流 比例为 1 : n的分流支孔与所述容腔 D连通, n为自然数, n 2, 其他 分流支孔与所述溢流通道连接。
所述分流孔包括一级分流孔和二级分流孔, 所述进水通道与所述 一级分流孔连接, 所述一级分流孔的设定分流比例的分流支孔与所述 二级分流孔连通, 其余一级分流孔的分流支孔与所述溢流通道连通, 所述二级分流孔的设定分流比例的分流支孔与所述容腔连通, 其余二 级分流孔的分流支孔与所述溢流通道连通。 如果有需要, 也可以设置 三级, 甚至四级分流孔, 具体实现过程跟上述两级类似。
所述一个分流立体为 1 : n的分流支孔与所述容腔连通, 当然, 也 可以选择两个分流支孔与所述容腔连通。
本实施例中, 如图 1所示, 将一级分流孔 3跟二级分流孔 4用超 声波熔接, 然后装入呼吸器下盖的对应位置, 利用前后沟槽卡位将其 固定, 最后将呼吸器前盖 1跟呼吸器后盖 2高温熔接, 其固定一级分 流孔 3跟二级分流孔 4的呼吸器上下盖的沟槽卡位也熔接。
其水泄漏过程如下: 如附件水从入口 A流入, 由第一次分流孔 3 分流, 向第二分流孔 4只流入了其中一个孔 (nl ) 的水量, 其余水量 均流入溢流通道中, 在第二分流孔中泄露其中一个孔(ml ) 的水量到 如图中所示容腔 D , 其余水量也均流入溢流通道中, 此位置容腔为 150g, 多余的少量水会由 E处流入到洗碗机内部, 同时, 由于洗晚机 内部与呼吸器 E处是用螺紋紧固在洗碗机壁上, 跟内部是连通的, 由 于温度的变化, 洗碗机内部压力的平衡由呼吸器 E处连接, 由 F口部 与外部大气达到压力的平衡。
其装配方式如附件, 开口 F朝上, 所有分离孔内均水平放置。

1、一种洗碗机呼吸器组件, 包括内盖和外盖, 所述内盖和外盖之间形 成空腔, 所述空腔设有进水口、 出水口、 溢流口、 大气连通孔和与洗 碗机内部连通的呼吸器, 所述空腔内设有进水通道和溢流通道, 所述 进水口与所述进水通道连通, 所述溢流通道与所述溢流口连通, 其特 征在于: 所述空腔内设有用以存储泄漏水量的容腔, 所述进水通道与 分流孔连接, 所述分流孔中, 其中分流比例为 1 : n的分流支孔与所述 容量连通, n为自然数, n 2, 其他分流支孔与所述溢流通道连接。
2、如权利要求 1所述的洗碗机呼吸器组件, 其特征在于: 所述分流孔 包括一级分流孔和二级分流孔,所述进水通道与所述一级分流孔连接, 所述一级分流孔的设定分流比例的分流支孔与所述二级分流孔连通, 其余一级分流孔的分流支孔与所述溢流通道连通, 所述二级分流孔的 设定分流比例的分流支孔与所述容量连通, 其余二级分流孔的分流支 孔与所述溢流通道连通。
