ENSEMBLE POUR FIXATION NOTAMMENT DE PANNEAUX
Domaine technique
La présente invention concerne un ensemble pour fixation, notamment pour la fixation de panneaux de présentation, comportant un premier élément pourvu d'un crochet d' engagement ouvert dont la base est prolongée par un retour transversal ménageant une zone d'engagement, un second élément pourvu d'une première ouverture apte à recevoir l'insertion frontale du crochet d'engagement et à autoriser son déplacement transversal pour engager le second élément dans la zone d'engagement.
Technique antérieure
Ce type d' ensemble pour fixation est bien connu et couramment utilisé, par exemple dans les magasins, pour former des étagères et autres portants permettant la présentation d'articles à vendre, ou dans des zones de stockage et/ou d'archivage pour former des rayonnages.
La publication WO 00/47 089 décrit notamment un ensemble pour fixation comportant un panneau pourvu d'une rangée de crochets s' étendant frontalement du panneau et prolongés chacun par un retour transversal ménageant une zone d'engagement, et un support pourvu d'une rangée d'ouvertures aptes chacune à recevoir un crochet. Lors du montage, les crochets sont présentés en regard des ouvertures dans lesquelles ils sont insérés frontalement. Le panneau est ensuite décalé transversalement vers le bas pour provoquer l'engagement de la paroi du support dans les différentes zones d'engagement. Le crochet supérieur est pourvu d'une butée disposée au-dessus du crochet par rapport à l'embouchure de la zone d'engagement du crochet. Lorsque le panneau est engagé dans le support, cette butée est logée dans la même ouverture que le crochet supérieur. Elle permet de limiter le déplacement vers le haut du crochet supérieur et donc de l'intégralité du panneau. En effet, la butée vient en appui dans l'ouverture avant que les autres crochets ne soient en appui dans leurs ouvertures respectives. Ainsi, lorsque le panneau est relevé par inadvertance et que la butée du crochet supérieur vient en appui contre la paroi de l'ouverture, les autres crochets sont encore dans les ouvertures de sorte que le support est engagé dans les zones d'engagement des crochets ce qui empêche la désolidarisation du panneau par rapport à son support. De plus, la dent du crochet supérieur est de longueur inférieure à celle des autres crochets. Il est ainsi possible, lorsque l'on souhaite démonter le panneau, dans un premier temps, d'amener la butée en appui contre le haut de l'ouverture avant, dans un second temps d' incliner le panneau pour dégager le crochet supérieur. Il est ensuite possible, dans un troisième temps, de lever davantage le panneau afin de libérer les autres crochets et de démonter le panneau par déplacement frontal. Cet ensemble pour fixation permet ainsi d'éviter que le panneau ne puisse être décroché d'un seul mouvement accidentel. La combinaison de deux mouvements successifs est en effet nécessaire pour décrocher le panneau.
La publication US 4,154,419 divulgue un ensemble pour fixation permettant de former des étagères comportant un premier élément comportant une pluralité de crochets, un crochet d'engagement, le premier élément étant pourvu d'un loquet mobile et l'ensemble pour fixation comportant en outre un second élément comportant une pluralité d'ouvertures aptes à recevoir chacune un crochet ou le crochet d'engagement ou le loquet. Le loquet est monté pivotant par rapport au premier élément . La publication US 4,971,281 divulgue un ensemble pour fixation permettant de former des étagères comportant un premier élément comportant une pluralité de crochets et un crochet d'engagement, un second élément comportant une pluralité de premières ouvertures aptes à recevoir l'engagement des crochets. Le premier élément est pourvu d'un loquet, mobile en pivotement, comportant un doigt de blocage et étant prolongé par un doigt d' actionnement qui, lors de l'engagement des crochets dans les premières ouvertures vient en appui contre une seconde ouverture du second élément, provoquant ainsi le pivotement du loquet et l'engagement du doigt de blocage dans une autre seconde ouverture .
La publication US 4,154,419 divulgue un ensemble pour fixation permettant de former des étagères comportant un premier élément comportant un crochet, un crochet d'engagement et pourvu d'un loquet pivotant sollicité en position de blocage par un ressort. La publication BE 1 001 058 divulgue notamment deux modes de réalisation d'un ensemble pour fixation permettant de former des étagères. Chacun de ces ensembles pour fixation comporte un premier élément pourvu de trois crochets. Dans le premier mode de réalisation, ces crochets sont différents entre eux. Ces ensembles pour fixation ne comportent pas, à proprement parler, de butée apte à coopérer avec un crochet d' engagement pour empêcher le déplacement transversal du premier élément par rapport audit second élément.
La publication US 4,733,841 divulgue un ensemble pour fixation permettant de former des étagères comportant un premier élément comportant une pluralité de crochets et une butée, un second élément comportant une pluralité d' ouvertures aptes à recevoir chacune un crochet ou la butée .
La publication US 3,697,034 divulgue un ensemble pour fixation permettant de former des étagères comportant un premier élément comportant un crochet, un crochet d'engagement et une butée prévue entre le crochet et le crochet d'engagement. L'ensemble pour fixation comporte en outre un second élément pourvu d'une pluralité d'ouvertures aptes à recevoir le crochet, le crochet d'engagement et la butée .

Exposé de l'invention
La présente invention vise à proposer une alternative à ce mode de réalisation d' ensemble pour fixation permettant par exemple d' avoir des crochets de formes et dimensions identiques.
L'invention concerne un ensemble pour fixation, notamment pour la fixation de panneaux de présentation, cet ensemble comportant au moins un premier élément pourvu d'une pluralité de crochets ouverts et alignés les uns par rapport aux autres et d'un crochet d'engagement ouvert dont la base est prolongée par un retour transversal ménageant une zone d'engagement, un second élément différent du premier élément et pourvu d'une pluralité d' ouvertures alignées les unes par rapport aux autres, autorisant l'insertion frontale des crochets, et pourvu d'une première ouverture apte à recevoir l'insertion frontale dudit crochet d' engagement et à autoriser son déplacement transversal pour engager ledit second élément dans ladite zone d'engagement. Cet ensemble pour fixation est remarquable en ce que les crochets sont de formes et dimensions identiques, en ce que le crochet d'engagement est prévu en bas de la ligne de crochets, en ce que le second élément est pourvu d'une seconde ouverture, les première et seconde ouvertures étant situées en bas de la ligne des ouvertures, en ce que le premier élément comporte au moins une butée, prévue sous le crochet d'engagement, avec laquelle le premier élément définit une pièce monobloc et s' étendant frontalement en regard de l'ouverture de la zone d'engagement, la butée venant se loger, seule, dans la seconde ouverture, après que le crochet d'engagement soit engagé dans la première ouverture, lorsque le crochet d'engagement est engagé dans la première ouverture, et apte à coopérer avec le crochet pour empêcher le déplacement transversal du premier élément par rapport au second élément .
De manière préférentielle, la butée est éloignée du fond de la zone d'engagement d'une distance supérieure à l'entraxe prévu entre les première et seconde ouvertures.
Selon un mode de réalisation préféré de l'invention, la butée est prévue dans l'alignement de la zone d'engagement.
La butée est de préférence pourvue d'une surface d'appui sensiblement plane et parallèle au premier élément.
Selon un mode de réalisation avantageux, la butée est décalée transversalement de l'extrémité libre du crochet d' engagement .
De manière avantageuse, la butée est raccordée au second élément par une pente.

Meilleure manière de réaliser l'invention
En référence aux' figures 1 et 2, l'ensemble pour fixation 1 selon l'invention comporte un premier élément 10 et un second élément 20, aptes à coopérer pour former une cloison, des rayonnages, des étagères ou tout autre élément de présentation.
Le premier élément 10 se présente sous la forme d'un profilé et est pourvu d'une série de crochets 110 ouverts dont la base est prolongée par un retour transversal ménageant des zones d'engagement 120. Les crochets 110 sont disposés selon une ligne unique. Le premier élément 10 peut bien entendu se présenter sous toute autre forme adaptée. Le premier élément 10 comporte également un crochet d'engagement 11, aligné avec les autres crochets 110 en bas de la ligne de crochets 110 et dont la fonction est expliquée ci-après. Le premier élément 10 et les crochets 110 définissent une pièce monobloc.
Le second élément 20 se présente sous la forme d'un profilé et est pourvu d'une série d'ouvertures 210. Le second élément 20 est différent du premier élément 10. Les ouvertures 210 ont des dimensions supérieures à celle des crochets 110 de manière à autoriser l'insertion frontale des crochets 110. Le second élément 20 peut bien entendu se présenter sous toute autre forme adaptée. Le second élément 20 comporte également une première et une seconde ouvertures 21, 22 alignées avec les autres ouvertures 210 et situées en bas de la ligne d'ouvertures 210. Les fonctions des première et seconde ouvertures 21, 22 sont expliquées ci-après.
Comme détaillé sur la figure 2, après insertion des crochets 110 dans les ouvertures 210, le premier élément 10 et le second élément 20 sont décalés transversalement l'un par rapport à l'autre de manière à engager le second élément 20 dans la zone d'engagement 12. L'épaisseur du second élément 20 et la hauteur de la zone d'engagement 12 sont bien entendu dimensionnées. pour permettre cet engagement. De même et simultanément, le crochet d'engagement 11 est inséré dans la première ouverture 21 avant que le second élément 20 ne soit engagé dans la zone d'engagement 12.
Le premier élément 10 comporte en outre une butée 13 prévue sous le crochet d'engagement 11, en regard de la zone d'engagement 12 du crochet d'engagement 11. La butée 13 est éloignée du fond de la zone d'engagement 12 d'une distance supérieure à l'entraxe prévu entre les première et seconde ouvertures 21, 22. Ainsi, comme il ressort de la figure 2, lorsque le crochet d'engagement 11 est engagé dans la première ouverture 21 du second élément 20, la butée 13 vient se loger, seule, dans la seconde ouverture 22 située sous la première ouverture 21 recevant le crochet d'engagement 11. La seconde ouverture 22 accueille seulement la butée 13. Le premier élément 10 et la butée 13 définissent une pièce monobloc.
Le second élément 20 est ainsi bloqué par rapport au _ g _ premier élément entre le fond de la zone d' engagement 12 et la butée 13.
Dans cet exemple, la butée 13 comporte une surface d'appui sensiblement plane, sensiblement parallèle au premier élément 10. Dans cet exemple, la surface d'appui est raccordée au second élément 10 par une pente. Par ailleurs, la butée 13 est décalée transversalement de l'extrémité du crochet 11.
Les premier et second éléments 10, 20 peuvent être utilisés comme dans l'exemple décrit, à savoir le premier élément 10 est porté par le second élément 20 ou de manière inversée, le second élément 20 portant alors le premier élément 10. Dans ce second cas, les crochets 11 seront orientés vers le haut, de sorte que les ouvertures des zones d'engagement 12 des crochets 11 s'ouvrent vers le haut .
Pour démonter le premier élément 10 du second élément 20, on exerce dans un premier temps un effort de flexion au niveau du bas du premier élément 10 de manière à dégager la butée 13 de la seconde ouverture 22. Dans un deuxième temps, on décale vers le haut (transversalement) le premier élément 10 par rapport au second élément 20. Une fois que la butée 13 est dégagée de la seconde ouverture 22, on peut relâcher l'effort de flexion précédemment appliqué pour continuer le déplacement vers le haut du second élément 20 par rapport au premier élément 10. On dégage alors frontalement le premier élément 10 du second élément 20, les crochets 110, 11 étant alors extraits des ouvertures 210, 21, 22.
Dans une variante de réalisation non représentée, le second élément est un panneau pourvu de deux rangées d'ouvertures disposées de part et d'autre d'une surface plane. Ce panneau peut être utilisé en combinaison avec des paires de premiers éléments pouvant constituer des supports d'étagères, par exemple sous forme des profilés, chaque profilé étant pourvu d'un crochet d'engagement ayant une butée .
Dans une autre variante de réalisation non représentée, le premier élément est un panneau pourvu de deux rangées de crochets disposées de part et d'autre d'une surface plane, le crochet d'engagement de chacune des rangées étant pourvu d'une butée. Le second élément est par exemple formé par des profilés verticaux fixés sur un support. Le panneau sert par exemple de fond à un présentoir .
Dans encore une autre variante de réalisation non représentée, le panneau formant le premier ou le second élément 10, 20 est ajouré et/ou formé par une grille.
Dans une autre variante de réalisation non représentée, les zones d'engagement sont orientées perpendiculairement au sens d'alignement des crochets. Dans ce cas, la butée peut être alignée soit avec la zone d'engagement du crochet d'engagement, soit avec la ligne de crochets.
Dans encore une autre variante de réalisation, le premier élément comporte plusieurs crochets d' engagement pourvus chacun d'une butée d'engagement.
Le crochet d' engagement peut également être prévu à un autre emplacement qu'en bout d'une ligne d'autres crochets .
Possibilités d'application industrielle
L'ensemble pour fixation selon l'invention peut être utilisé de manière varié. Il permet notamment la fixation de panneaux de présentation et est par exemple utilisé dans les magasins, pour former des étagères et autres portants permettant la présentation d'articles à vendre, ou dans des zones de stockage et/ou d'archivage pour former des rayonnages .
Il est bien entendu que les exemples décrits ne sont que des illustrations particulières et en aucun cas limitatives des domaines d'application de l'invention. L'Homme de l'art pourra apporter des aménagements de taille, de forme et de matériau à l'exemple de réalisation particulier sans pour autant sortir du cadre de la présente invention .

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Ensemble pour fixation (1), notamment pour la fixation de panneaux de présentation, cet ensemble pour fixation (1), comportant au moins un premier élément (10) pourvu d'une pluralité de crochets (110) ouverts et alignés les uns par rapport aux autres et d'un crochet d'engagement (11) ouvert dont la base est prolongée par un retour transversal ménageant une zone d'engagement (12), un second élément (20) différent dudit premier élément (10) et pourvu d'une pluralité d'ouvertures (210) alignées les unes par rapport aux autres, autorisant l'insertion frontale des crochets (110), et pourvu d'une première ouverture (21) apte à recevoir l'insertion frontale dudit crochet d'engagement (11) et à autoriser son déplacement transversal pour engager ledit second élément (20) dans ladite zone d'engagement (12), caractérisé en ce que lesdits crochets (110) sont de formes et dimensions identiques, en ce que ledit crochet d'engagement (11) est prévu en bas de la ligne de crochets (110), en ce que ledit second élément (20) est pourvu d'une seconde ouverture (22) , lesdites première et seconde ouvertures étant situées en bas de la ligne desdites ouvertures (210) , en ce que ledit premier élément (10) comporte au moins une butée (13), prévue sous le crochet d'engagement (11), avec laquelle ledit premier élément (10) définit une pièce monobloc et s' étendant frontalement en regard de l'ouverture de ladite zone d'engagement (12), ladite butée (13) venant se loger, seule, dans ladite seconde ouverture (22), après que ledit crochet d'engagement (11) soit engagé dans ladite première ouverture (21), lorsque ledit crochet d'engagement (11) est engagé dans ladite première ouverture (21) , et apte à coopérer avec ledit crochet d'engagement (11) pour empêcher le déplacement transversal dudit premier élément (10) par rapport audit second élément (20).
2. Ensemble pour fixation (1), selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite butée (13) est éloignée du fond de ladite zone d'engagement (12). d'une distance supérieure à l'entraxe prévu entre lesdites première et seconde ouvertures (21) .
3. Ensemble pour fixation (1), selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite butée (13) est prévue dans l'alignement de ladite zone d'engagement (12).
4. Ensemble pour fixation (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite butée (13) est pourvue d'une surface d'appui sensiblement plane et parallèle audit premier élément (10).
5. Ensemble pour fixation (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite butée (13) est décalée transversalement de l'extrémité libre dudit crochet d'engagement (11).
6. Ensemble pour fixation (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite butée (13) est raccordée audit second élément (20) par une pente.
7. Ensemble pour fixation (1), selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdites zones d'engagement (12) sont orientées dans le sens d'alignement desdits crochets (110).
