Description

色素増感太陽電池の製造装置及び色素増感太陽電池の製造方法
 本発明は、色素増感太陽電池の製造装置及び色素増感太陽電池の製造方法に関する。
 現在、単結晶、多結晶あるいはアモルファスのシリコン半導体を用いた太陽電池が、電卓などの電気製品や、住宅用などに用いられている。しかしながら、このようなシリコン半導体を用いた太陽電池の製造には、プラズマCVDや高温結晶成長プロセスなどの高精度プロセスが用いられるため、多大のエネルギーを必要とすると共に、真空を必要とする高価な装置が必要なために製造コストが高くなっている。
 そこで、常圧・大気雰囲気下により低コストで製造可能な太陽電池として、色素増感太陽電池が提案されている。一般的な構造の色素増感太陽電池は、透明基板の片側の表面に透明導電性を持つ薄膜と、その透明導電性を持つ薄膜の表面に、色素を吸着させた微粒子から構成される金属酸化物多孔質半導体層を有する作用極と、それに対向して触媒(例えば、白金やカーボンを有する導電性基板)からなる対極と、その作用極と対極の間の電解質から構成される。光増感色素には、Ruをはじめとする金属を含む金属錯体系や、金属を含まない有機色素系が用いられる。
 ところが、金属酸化物多孔質半導体層に色素を吸着させるための工程は、大気圧の暗所において、色素が溶けた溶液中に半日程度浸漬することによりなされる。よって、色素増感太陽電池の製造に要する時間を短く、より効率的に生産するためには、色素吸着工程の高速化が求められている。
 色素吸着の高速化の一つの方法として、たとえば、色素溶液として、金属錯体の一つであるRu錯体を溶解した二酸化炭素の超臨界流体が得られる温度、圧力条件下にある二酸化炭素を含む加圧流体中に、多孔性の金属酸化物半導体微粒子からなる膜を有する基板を浸漬する方法が提案されている。この方法によれば、30分の浸漬により色素吸着した膜において、従来の浸漬法により得られた膜よりも高い光電変換効率を得ることができるとする報告がある(例えば、特許文献1参照。)。

 Ru錯体からなる色素は、高い光電変換効率を示すが、吸着には、長い時間を要する。超臨界二酸化炭素流体を含む加圧流体に溶解した色素に浸漬した場合には、30分程度の非常に短時間のうちに、酸化物半導体微粒子からなる多孔質体の表面に吸着するが、この加圧流体を得るためには、100気圧近い圧力に耐えることのできる大型の耐圧容器からなる色素吸着装置が必要である。大型セルの生産設備にこの耐圧性能を加えた場合、装置として非常に高価なものになり、色素増感太陽電池に要求される低価格の生産に相反するものとなる。
 このため、100気圧近い高圧を使うことなく、短時間のうちに色素の吸着が可能な方法と装置により、色素増感太陽電池の生産工程の高速化および低コスト化と、この色素吸着過程を含むシステムにおいて製造される色素増感太陽電池の光電変換効率の向上が望まれる。
 本発明は、上記従来の事情に対処してなされたもので、色素増感太陽電池の生産工程の高速化および低コスト化と、この色素吸着過程を含むシステムにおいて製造される色素増感太陽電池の光電変換効率の向上を図ることのできる色素増感太陽電池の製造装置及び色素増感太陽電池の製造方法を提供しようとするものである。
 本発明の色素増感太陽電池の製造装置の一態様は、色素増感太陽電池の作用極として機能する電極材料層に、光増感色素溶液を接触させ光増感色素を吸着させる色素増感太陽電池の製造装置であって、前記電極材料層が表面に形成された基板を収容する密閉容器状の基板収容部と、前記基板収容部に収容された前記基板の表面を通過するように前記光増感色素溶液を循環させる循環機構と、を具備し、前記基板収容部における前記基板と対向する部分の前記光増感色素溶液の流路の断面積が、他の部分の前記光増感色素溶液の流路の断面積よりも小さく構成されていることを特徴とする。
 本発明の色素増感太陽電池の製造方法の一態様は、色素増感太陽電池の作用極として機能する電極材料層に、光増感色素溶液を接触させ光増感色素を吸着させる色素増感太陽電池の製造方法であって、前記電極材料層が表面に形成された基板を、密閉容器状の基板収容部内に収容するとともに、前記基板収容部に収容された前記基板の表面と、当該表面と対向する前記基板収容部の対向面との間に形成した隘路を通過させて前記光増感色素溶液を循環させることを特徴とする。
 本発明によれば、色素増感太陽電池の生産工程の高速化および低コスト化と、この色素吸着過程を含むシステムにおいて製造される色素増感太陽電池の光電変換効率の向上を図ることのできる色素増感太陽電池の製造装置及び色素増感太陽電池の製造方法を提供することができる。

 以下、本発明の詳細を、図面を参照して実施形態について説明する。なお、以下の説明は一例に過ぎず、同一の物理的・化学的な条件を満足する種々の形態での実施が本発明の範囲内で可能である。
 図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る色素増感太陽電池の製造装置としての光増感色素の吸着装置100の全体構成を模式的に示すものである。この光増感色素の吸着装置100は、色素増感太陽電池の作用極として機能する電極材料層が形成された基板1を配置するための基板収容部2を具備している。
 基板収容部2は、密閉容器状に形成されており、この基板収容部2には、内部の光増感色素溶液の圧力を測定するための圧力計3と、光増感色素溶液の温度を測定するための温度計4とが設けられており、光増感色素溶液の圧力と温度を測定できるようになっている。基板収容部2の外部には、図示しない温調バスが設けられており、基板収容部2内の光増感色素溶液の温度を調節することができる。また、基板収容部2には、光増感色素溶液を循環させるための循環ライン10が接続されている。
 循環ライン10には、光増感色素溶液を貯留するタンク11、ポンプ12、流量計13、手動バルブ14、15、ニードルバルブ16および反転バルブ31が介挿されている。また、循環ライン10には、基板収容部2の上流側から分岐して基板収容部2の下流側に接続するバイパスライン17が設けられており、このバイパスライン17には、手動バルブ18,19が介挿されている。このバイパスライン17は、基板収容部2をバイパスさせて光増感色素溶液を循環させるためのものであり、電極材料層が形成された基板1を基板収容部2に配置または取り出す際に用いられる。バイパスライン17に光増感色素溶液を循環させることにより、光増感色素溶液の循環を止めずに基板収容部2に光増感色素溶液を循環させないようにすることができる。このため、処理済みの基板1と次に処理する基板1との交換を容易に行い、速やかに次に処理する基板1の処理を実行することができる。基板収容部2に光増感色素溶液を循環させるか、基板収容部2をバイパスさせて光増感色素溶液をバイパスライン17に循環させるかは、手動バルブ14、15、18、19によって切り替えるようになっている。なお、光増感色素溶液は、光にあたると劣化してしまう。このため、循環ライン10およびバイパスライン17は光を透過しない部材で構成するか、光を透過しない部材で覆うことが望ましい。
 反転バルブ31は、基板1に対する光増感色素溶液の流れを反転させるためのものである。基板1のサイズが大きい場合、光増感色素溶液の流れの上流側と下流側とで、基板1の電極材料層に対する光増感色素の吸着に差が出るおそれがある。また、基板収容部2に複数の基板1を配置して処理する場合、上流側に配置した基板1と下流側に配置した基板1との間で、光増感色素の吸着に差が出るおそれがある。よって、反転バルブ31で流路を切り替えることにより光増感色素溶液の流れを反転させ、光増感色素を均一に吸着させるようにしてもよい。
 光増感色素溶液を貯留するタンク11には、内部の光増感色素溶液の温度を調整するための温調バス20と、タンク11内の光増感色素溶液の温度を測定するための温度計21が設けられている。そして、温調バス20によって温調された光増感色素溶液を、ポンプ12によって基板収容部2に循環させるようになっている。なお、光増感色素溶液がタンク11から基板収容部2に到達する過程で光増感色素溶液の温度が変化する場合は、循環ライン10を断熱性の高い部材で作成するか、循環ライン10およびバイパスライン17を断熱部材で覆ってもよい。
 光増感色素溶液は、光増感色素を溶媒に溶かしたものが用いられる。光増感色素には、Ruをはじめとする金属を含む金属錯体系と金属を含まない有機色素系がある。Ru系金属錯体には、N3、N719、ブラックダイが、よく用いられている。有機色素系では、インドリン系、キサンテン系、クマリン系、ペリレン系、シアニン系、メロシアニン系、ポリエン系、ポルフィリン系などの色素を用いることができる。光増感色素を溶かす溶媒には、水、アルコール、アセトニトリル、エタノール、トルエン、ジメチルホルムアミド、テトラヒドロフランなどの一般的な有機溶媒を用いることができる。
 光増感色素溶液の濃度は、0.1mM~1mM程度の範囲にあることが望ましい。濃度が低いと吸着時間の増加を招くが、濃度が高すぎると、光増感色素が吸着する微粒子上で光増感色素同士の会合が生じてしまう。この会合は、光電変換の効率を低下させてしまう要因となる。また、光増感色素溶液の濃度は、電極材料層が形成された基板1に対して光増感色素の吸着処理を実施することにより、徐々に低下していく。また、溶媒が蒸発することにより増加する。このため、光増感色素溶液の濃度監視は重要となる。したがって、循環ライン10またはタンク11に光増感色素溶液の濃度を測定する濃度測定器を設けて、吸着処理中の光増感色素溶液の濃度変化を監視してもよい。
 図2は、上記基板収容部2の縦断面構成(図2(a))及び横断面構成(図2(b))を模式的に示すものであり、図3は、基板収容部2の上面の構成を、半部を切断して模式的に示す斜視図である。図2に示すように、基板収容部2には、断面矩形状に形成された光増感色素溶液を流通させるための流路200が形成されており、この流路200の略中央部に、基板1の外形に合わせて矩形状に凹陥され、基板1を載置する凹部201が設けられている。この凹部201には、基板1を固定するための吸着機構205が設けられている。
 また、凹部201と対向する流路200の天井部には、蓋部材202が設けられている。この蓋部材202の下側には、流路200の形状に合わせて矩形状に突出する突出部203が設けられている。そして、この突出部203と基板1との間に形成される、基板1の表面と対向する部分の光増感色素溶液の流路(隘路)210が、他の部分より狭く、すなわち、流路の断面積が少なくなるように構成されている。なお、蓋部材202と突出部203は、複数(本実施形態では4本)のねじ204を外すことによって着脱自在とされており、突出量の異なる突出部203が設けられた蓋部材202と交換することによって、流路210の部分の断面積を変更することができるようになっている。
 また、光増感色素溶液は光にあたると劣化してしまうため、蓋部材202と突出部203は光を透過しない部材で作成するのが望ましいが、本実施形態では透明なアクリルにより作成した。これにより、蓋部材202と突出部203を、基板収容部2の内部を観察するための観察窓として使用することができる。この場合、観察をしないときには蓋部202を遮光部材により覆うことが望ましい。
 図4は、上記流路210の部分の断面構成の一例を示すものである。この例では、流路幅Wが90mm、流路高さTが10mmであり、突出部203の下面と基板1の上面との間隔Cが略1mm、突出部203の側面と流路200側壁との間隔Cが略1mmとなっている。この場合、流路210の部分の流路面積は、108mmとなっている。
 上記構成の光増感色素の吸着装置100では、色素増感太陽電池の作用極として機能する電極材料層が形成された基板1を基板収容部2に配置し、手動バルブ14、15を開き、手動バルブ18、19を閉じた状態でポンプ12を駆動することにより、所定温度に調整されたタンク11内の光増感色素溶液を循環させ、基板1の電極材料層に光増感色素を吸着させる。この際に流路210の部分の流路面積を小さくすることによって、短時間で効率的に必要な量の光増感色素を基板1の電極材料層に吸着させることができる。これは、流路210を流通する光増感色素溶液の圧力が上昇することにより、金属酸化物多孔質半導体層に光増感色素溶液が浸透しやすくなるという効果を得ることができ、流路210を流通する光増感色素溶液の流速が上昇することにより、金属酸化物多孔質半導体層の微粒子に光増感色素が接触する単位時間あたりの量が増加するという効果を得ることができたことによるものと考えられる。吸着装置100を用いて基板1に形成された電極材料層に光増感色素を吸着させた後は、基板1を対極と張り合わせて電解液を注入し、封止を行う。これにより色素増感太陽電池を得ることができる。
 なお、本実施形態においては、突出部203が設けられた着脱自在な蓋部材202を用いて流路210部分の流路面積を変更することができるようにしたが、流路210の流路面積が流路200の流路面積よりも小さくなるように、予め流路210の側壁を内側に突出させて形成してもよい。また、突出部が設けられた着脱自在な基板載置部材を用いてもよい。さらに、上下に可動な基板載置台を設け、基板1を流路210の壁面に近づけることにより、流路210の流路面積を流路200の流路面積よりも小さくしてもよい。また、流路210の壁面(例えば側壁)に流路210を狭める可動部材を設け、流路210の流路面積を、流路200の流路面積よりも小さくしてもよい。
 さらに、基板収容部2に複数の基板1を収容するように構成してもよい。図2(c)に示すように、複数の凹部201を設け、複数の基板1を収容するようにすれば、色素増感太陽電池の生産工程の更なる高速化および低コスト化を図ることができる。
 次に、図5を参照して他の実施形態に係る光増感色素の吸着装置100aついて説明する。変換効率の高い色素増感太陽電池を作成するためには、光増感色素の吸着を行った後に、光電変換に寄与しない余分な光増感色素を洗い落とすリンス処理が必要となる。この実施形態では温調バス20内に、光増感色素溶液を貯留するタンク11の他に、リンス液を貯留するリンスタンク22が設けられている。リンス液としては、水、アルコール、アセトニトリル、トルエン、ジメチルホルムアミド、テトラヒドロフランなどの一般的な有機溶媒を用いることができるが、光増感色素を溶かす溶媒と同種の液を用いることが望ましい。また、このリンスタンク22にはリンス液の温度を測定するための温度計23が設けられている。
 さらに、循環ライン10のタンク11及びリンスタンク22に出口側及び入口側に、夫々切り換え弁24,25が設けられており、循環ライン10によって循環する液体を、光増感色素溶液とリンス液とに切り替えられるようになっている。これによって、まず光増感色素溶液を循環させて基板1に光増感色素を吸着させた後、引き続きリンス液を循環させてリンスを行えるようになっている。なお、他の部分については、図1に示した光増感色素の吸着装置100と同様に構成されているので、対応する部分には、対応する符号を付して重複した説明は省略する。
 上記の光増感色素の吸着装置は、色素増感太陽電池の作用極の製造における光増感色素の吸着工程を行った後に、引き続き変換効率の高い色素増感太陽電池の作成に必要となるリンス工程を行うことができる。すなわち、色素増感太陽電池の製造装置のリンス工程を実施する装置として使用することができる。光増感色素の吸着工程を行った後に、基板1を装置から取り出すことなくリンス工程を実施することができるため、変換効率の高い色素増感太陽電池の生産工程のさらなる高速化を図ることができる。
(実施例)
 次に、実施例について説明する。60mm×70mm×3mmの酸化スズにフッ素をドーピングしたFTOの薄膜つきガラス基板(日本板硝子、9~10Ω/□)を使用した。次に、FTO膜付き基板のFTO膜の上に、酸化チタン多孔質薄膜を形成した。酸化チタンは、市販の酸化チタンペーストTi-NanoxideD/SP(SOLARONIX)を使用した。これを、FTO膜付き基板のFTO膜上に、スクリーン印刷法を用いて50mm×50mmの範囲(後述する色素吸着量の評価時)若しくは、5mm×5mmの範囲(後述する特性評価時)に塗布して500度の電気炉で焼成後、8μm±0.5μmの厚さになるようにした。
 作用極である酸化チタン多孔質薄膜への色素の吸着に用いる溶液は、色素(DYESOL社製 ルテニウム(Ru)有機錯体 N719 cis-bis (isothiocyanato) bis(2,2'-bipyridyl-4,4'-dicarboxylato)-ruthenium(II) bis-tetrabutylammonium))をエタノールにより0.3mMとしたものを使用した。上記した光増感色素の吸着装置100を用いて色素の吸着を行った後、吸着装置100から基板を取り出し、作用極を含む基板全体に付着している余分な色素を落とすため、静止したエタノールに15分間浸漬してリンスした。その後、その基板を乾燥し、ビーカーに0.1M水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を100ml入れ、色素が吸着した酸化チタン多孔質膜をビーカーに入れ完全に色素を溶かし出した。その溶液3mlを石英ガラスセルに入れ、分光光度計により吸光度を測定して吸着量を評価した。
 電解液はI(ヨウ素)0.05M、LiI(ヨウ化リチウム)0.5M、tBP(ターシャリーブチルピリジン)0.58M、DMPII(イオン液体) 0.6Mを入れ、MeCN(アセトニトリル)を溶媒として調整した。
 対極のPt触媒は、スパッタリング法で厚み10nm程度をITO膜付きガラス基板のITO膜上に製膜した。作用極と対極の張り合わせは、アイオノマー樹脂からなる熱可塑性のシート状の接着剤を置き、100度で熱圧着させることで組み合わせる。組み合わせたセルに上記電解液を注入し、封止することで光電変換素子を得た。
 作成した光電変換素子を色素増感太陽電池として、その電池特性を、AM1.5の擬似太陽光を用いて特性評価した。光電変換素子の作成条件およびI-V実測値の結果(効率、Voc、Jsc及びFF)を後述する表に示す。
 まず、上記した光増感色素の吸着装置100を用いて、突出部203の下面と基板1の上面との間隔Cと、色素の吸着量との関係を測定した結果について説明する。測定は、間隔Cを1mmとした場合(流路面積108mm)と、5mmとした場合(流路面積460mm)について行い、各々の場合について、光増感色素溶液の流量を27000mm/s、54000mm/s、86400mm/sまたは108000mm/sとし、浸漬時間を15分、30分または45分として評価した。なお、光増感色素溶液の温度は30℃である。この結果を表1に示す。

 ここで、色素増感太陽電池の場合、光増感色素の吸着量は、少なくとも8.0(nmol/cm)/μm程度以上であることが望ましい。このような吸着量を得るためには、大気中、室温、溶液が静止状態において吸着を行った場合、少なくとも5~6時間程度の時間を要していた。
 一方、上記の表1に示されるように、間隔Cを1mmとした場合、間隔Cを5mmとした場合のいずれの場合においても、30分程度の時間で上記の吸着量を得ることができた。また、間隔Cを1mmとした場合、同一の流量で間隔Cを5mmとした場合に比べて、短時間で高い吸着量となっていることが確認できた。例えば、流量を108000mm/sとした場合、間隔Cを1mmでは、15分で吸着量が9.41(nmol/cm)/μmとなり、同一の流量で間隔Cを5mmとした場合の30分での吸着量9.12(nmol/cm)/μmより多くなっている。したがって、間隔Cを狭くすることによって、より短時間で必要な吸着量を得ることができる。この場合間隔Cは、5mm以下とすることが好ましく、1mm以下とすることがさらに好ましい。以上のように、基板1の表面と対向する部分の光増感色素溶液の流路断面積を小さくする(間隔Cを狭くする)ことによって、短時間で効率良く光増感色素を吸着させることができる。
 次に、図5に示した光増感色素溶の吸着装置100aを使用し、上記のような光増感色素の吸着に引き続き、リンス液によるリンスを行った場合のリンスの進行状況を調べた結果について説明する。前述した5mm×5mmの酸化チタン多孔質薄膜を形成し、吸着装置100を使用して光増感色素の吸着を行った。色素の吸着は、間隔Cを1mm、光増感色素溶液の流量を108000mm/s、浸漬時間を60分、光増感色素溶液の温度を30℃として行った。色素の吸着後に、吸着装置100から基板を取り出し、静止したエタノールに1分間または15分間浸漬することによりリンスして作成したセルについて、その特性を測定した結果、表2に示す結果となり、その変換効率はそれぞれ5.3%、5.7%となった。また、吸着装置100aを使用し、同様の条件にて色素吸着を行った後に、間隔Cを1mm、リンス液流量を27000mm/sとして、1分間リンスを行って作成したセルについて、その特性を測定した結果、表2に示す結果となり、その変換効率は5.7%となった。すなわち、図5に示した光増感色素溶の吸着装置100aを使用し、光増感色素の吸着後に、光増感色素の吸着と同様にリンス液を循環させて1分間リンスを行った場合、静止したエタノールに15分間浸漬してリンスした場合と同様な特性を得ることができ、静止したエタノールに1分間浸漬してリンスした場合よりも高い特性を得ることができた。したがって、短時間で効率良く光増感色素のリンスを行うことができた。

 以上説明したとおり、本発明の実施形態によれば、色素増感太陽電池の生産工程の高速化および低コスト化と、この色素吸着過程を含むシステムにおいて製造される色素増感太陽電池の光電変換効率の向上を図ることのできる色素増感太陽電池の製造装置及び製造方法を提供することができる。なお、本発明は、上記の実施形態及び実施例に限定されるものではなく、各種の変形が可能であることは勿論である。
 本発明の色素増感太陽電池の製造装置及び色素増感太陽電池の製造方法は、色素増感太陽電池の製造分野等で利用することができる。したがって、産業上の利用可能性を有する。

  1.  色素増感太陽電池の作用極として機能する電極材料層に、光増感色素溶液を接触させ光増感色素を吸着させる色素増感太陽電池の製造装置であって、
     前記電極材料層が表面に形成された基板を収容する密閉容器状の基板収容部と、
     前記基板収容部に収容された前記基板の表面を通過するように前記光増感色素溶液を循環させる循環機構と、
    を具備し、
     前記基板収容部における前記基板と対向する部分の前記光増感色素溶液の流路の断面積が、他の部分の前記光増感色素溶液の流路の断面積よりも小さく構成されている
    ことを特徴とする色素増感太陽電池の製造装置。
  2.  請求項1記載の色素増感太陽電池の製造装置であって、
     前記基板収容部の前記基板と対向する部位に、前記光増感色素溶液の流路内に突出する着脱自在の突出部が設けられ、当該突出部を変更することによって、前記基板収容部における前記基板と対向する部分の前記光増感色素溶液の流路の断面積を変更可能とされていることを特徴とする色素増感太陽電池の製造装置。

  6.  請求項1~5いずれか1項記載の色素増感太陽電池の製造装置であって、
     前記光増感色素溶液の流量を制御する流量制御機構を具備したことを特徴とする色素増感太陽電池の製造装置。
  7.  請求項1~6いずれか1項記載の色素増感太陽電池の製造装置であって、
     前記光増感色素溶液の濃度を検出する濃度測定器を具備したことを特徴とする色素増感太陽電池の製造装置。
  8.  請求項1~7いずれか1項記載の色素増感太陽電池の製造装置であって、
     前記光増感色素をリンスするためのリンス液を貯留するリンス液タンクを具備し、前記光増感色素溶液と切り替えて前記基板収容部に前記リンス液を循環可能に構成されていることを特徴とする色素増感太陽電池の製造装置。
  9.  請求項8記載の色素増感太陽電池の製造装置であって、
     前記リンス液の温度を制御する温度制御機構を具備したことを特徴とする色素増感太陽電池の製造装置。
  10.  請求項8又は9記載の色素増感太陽電池の製造装置であって、
     前記リンス液の流量を制御する流量制御機構を具備したことを特徴とする色素増感太陽電池の製造装置。
  11.  色素増感太陽電池の作用極として機能する電極材料層に、光増感色素溶液を接触させ光増感色素を吸着させる色素増感太陽電池の製造方法であって、
     前記電極材料層が表面に形成された基板を、密閉容器状の基板収容部内に収容するとともに、
     前記基板収容部に収容された前記基板の表面と、当該表面と対向する前記基板収容部の対向面との間に形成した隘路を通過させて前記光増感色素溶液を循環させる
    ことを特徴とする色素増感太陽電池の製造方法。
  12.  請求項11記載の色素増感太陽電池の製造方法であって、
     前記基板の表面と、前記基板収容部の対向面との間の間隔が5mm以下となるように前記隘路が形成されていることを特徴とする色素増感太陽電池の製造方法。
  13.  請求項11記載の色素増感太陽電池の製造方法であって、
     前記基板の表面と、前記基板収容部の対向面との間の間隔が1mm以下となるように前記隘路が形成されていることを特徴とする色素増感太陽電池の製造方法。
  14.  請求項11~13いずれか1項記載の色素増感太陽電池の製造方法であって、
     前記電極材料層が、金属酸化物半導体多孔質層であることを特徴とする色素増感太陽電池の製造方法。
  15.  請求項11~14いずれか1項記載の色素増感太陽電池の製造方法であって、
     前記光増感色素は、Ru金属錯体系増感色素又は有機色素系増感色素であることを特徴とする色素増感太陽電池の製造方法。
  16.  請求項11~15いずれか1項記載の色素増感太陽電池の製造方法であって、
     前記光増感色素溶液中の前記光増感色素の濃度は0.1mM~1mMの範囲にあることを特徴とする色素増感太陽電池の製造方法。
  17.  請求項11~16いずれか1項記載の色素増感太陽電池の製造方法であって、
     前記基板収容部に複数の前記基板を配置することを特徴とする色素増感太陽電池の製造方法。
  18.  請求項11~17いずれか1項記載の色素増感太陽電池の製造方法であって、
     前記光増感色素溶液の流れを反転させることを特徴とする色素増感太陽電池の製造方法。
  19.  請求項11~18いずれか1項記載の色素増感太陽電池の製造方法であって、
     前記光増感色素を吸着させた後に、前記基板収容部から前記基板を取り出さずに、引き続きリンス処理を行うことを特徴とする色素増感太陽電池の製造方法。
