Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif médical pour des traitements par voie endoluminale, comprenant les étapes successives suivantes : - mise à disposition d'une structure en grille (10) plate, comprenant des âmes (11) attachées les unes aux autres et délimitant des ouvertures (12) de cellules ; ensuite - disposition d'un recouvrement (13) souple sur au moins une partie de la structure en grille (10) plate, le recouvrement (13) comprenant un matériau plastique ; puis - assemblage du recouvrement souple (13) sur toute sa surface avec les âmes (11) de la structure en grille (10), de telle sorte que les ouvertures (12) de cellules sont au moins partiellement recouvertes ; ou comprenant les étapes successives suivantes : - mise à disposition d'une structure en grille (10) plate, comprenant des âmes (11) attachées les unes aux autres et délimitant des ouvertures (12) de cellules ; ensuite - recouvrement au moins partiel de la structure en grille (10) plate par un matériau plastique de telle sorte qu'un recouvrement (13) souple se forme, assemblé sur toute sa surface avec les âmes (11) de la structure en grille (10) et recouvrant au moins partiellement les ouvertures (12) des cellules. L'invention concerne en outre un produit de départ pour la fabrication d'un dispositif médical.
