融合业务数据管理子系统, 用于生成和管理融合业务数据; 对于普通 业务生成包含业务用户和业务数据信息的融合业务数据; 对于融合业务生 成包含客户、 业务用户及业务数据信息的融合业务数据。 本发明所述业务 数据和融合业务数据不同, 业务数据指业务本身的属性信息, 如业务名称、 业务收费标准等; 本发明所述融合业务数据指基于客户和业务用户两层数 据模型、 有关融合业务共享的业务相关数据, 包括: 订购关系、 收藏信息 和书签信息等;
所述融合业务数据的管理子系统进一步包括: 订购关系管理模块、 收 藏信息管理模块、 书签信息管理模块;
订购关系管理模块, 用于对业务用户订购业务生成的订购关系数据进 行管理, 订购关系是业务用户使用业务的前提, 是业务鉴权的基础。 对于 普通业务类型, 所述订购关系包含业务用户和业务数据之间的对应关系; 对于融合业务类型, 所述订购关系包含客户、 业务用户及业务数据之间的 对应关系;
收藏信息管理模块, 用于对业务用户收藏业务数据生成的收藏信息的 管理, 收藏业务数据是业务用户个性化需要的一种体现。 对于普通业务类 型, 所述收藏信息包含业务用户信息和所收藏的业务数据之间的对应关系; 对于融合业务类型, 所述收藏信息包含客户、 业务用户及所收藏的业务数 据之间的对应关系。
书签信息管理模块, 用于对业务用户根据自身的需要对业务数据记录 书签所生成书签信息进行管理, 所述书签信息用于用户在下次使用业务时 能够从上次使用处继续使用。 对于普通业务类型, 所述书签信息包含业务 用户信息和所标记业务数据信息之间的对应关系; 对于融合业务类型, 所 述书签信息包含客户、 业务用户及所标记的业务数据信息之间的对应关系。
比如用户在网络上观看某个电影的点播视频时, 由于某些原因不能看
完整部电影, 这时可以记录一个书签, 在以后有时间时可以从这个断点处 继续观看。 对于三网融合类业务, 书签信息更加实用, 比如说一个人正在
IPTV终端上观看某个节目, 临时有事外出, 想在手机上从刚才播放的位置 继续观看这个节目, 这时就可以在 IPTV上记录一个融合业务的书签, 手机 终端就可以根据这个书签信息在手机上继续播放这个节目, 实现节目的无 缝播放。
客户管理子系统, 用于客户信息、 业务用户信息及客户与业务用户之 间的关联关系的管理;
客户信息指在所述客户管理子系统中注册的客户相关信息, 如客户名 称、 客户标识等; 业务用户信息指业务用户在三网融合业务系统中注册的 用户相关信息, 例如用户名称、 用户标识、 用户类型等, 例如: IPTV用户 信息、 互联星空用户信息和手机影视及短信、 彩信用户信息等。
客户及业务用户之间的关联关系指客户与多个业务用户之间的关联关 系, 所述业务用户包括普通业务用户及融合业务用户; 基于客户及业务用 户的关联关系实现了相应的业务系统及融合业务系统数据的两级数据管 理。
融合业务鉴权管理子系统, 用于依据融合业务数据管理子系统管理的 融合业务数据及客户管理子系统管理的客户的业务用户的关联关系执行鉴 权分发及业务鉴权。 该子系统进一步包括鉴权分发模块及业务鉴权模块; 鉴权分发模块, 用于根据业务用户使用业务的类型不同, 对鉴权进行 分发处理, 对于普通业务的鉴权分发到相应普通业务的鉴权模块进行鉴权, 对于融合业务的鉴权分发到相应融合业务的鉴权模块进行鉴权。
业务鉴权模块, 用于对业务用户是否具有使用所请求业务的权限进行 判决; 按业务类型分, 业务鉴权模块包括普通业务鉴权模块及融合类业务 鉴权模块;
普通业务鉴权模块, 用于对普通业务的使用进行鉴权, 其鉴权过程为: 依据业务用户标识判断在融合业务数据管理子系统中是否存在与其所请求 业务对应的订购关系, 若存在, 则鉴权通过, 否则鉴权失败;
融合类业务鉴权模块, 用于对于融合业务的使用进行鉴权, 其鉴权过 程为: 首先依据业务用户标识判断在融合业务数据管理子系统中是否存在 与其所请求业务对应的订购关系, 若存在, 则鉴权通过, 否则依据所述客 户管理子系统中所存储的客户与业务用户之间的关联关系获取其所属的客 户标识, 并以客户标识及其所请求的业务标识为关键字判断在融合业务数 据管理子系统中是否存在对应的订购关系, 若存在, 则鉴权通过, 否则鉴 权失败。
业务鉴权模块可以釆用分布式结构, 可通过提高业务鉴权单模块的性 能及增加业务鉴权模块的数量提高业务系统的鉴权性能以及实现系统的扩 容。
基于上述系统, 本发明还相应地提出一种融合业务系统的实现方法, 如图 2所示, 该方法具体包括:
步骤 201 : 业务用户预约业务, 生成融合业务数据; 对普通业务生成包 含业务用户和业务数据信息的融合业务数据; 对于融合业务生成包含客户、 业务用户及业务数据信息的融合业务数据;
所述融合业务数据包括: 订购关系、 收藏信息和书签信息, 所述融合 业务数据管理子系统接收和处理业务用户的业务预约, 对生成的融合业务 数据进行管理。
所述订购关系用于标识业务用户所订购的业务数据; 对于普通业务类 型, 所述订购关系包含业务用户和业务数据之间的对应关系; 对于融合业 务类型, 所述订购关系包含客户、 业务用户及业务数据之间的对应关系; 所述收藏信息用于标识业务用户收藏的业务数据; 对于普通业务类型 ,
所述收藏信息包含业务用户和所收藏的业务数据之间的对应关系; 对于融 合业务类型, 所述收藏信息包含客户、 业务用户及所收藏的业务数据之间 的对应关系;
所述书签信息用于标识业务用户对业务数据记录的书签; 对于普通业 务类型, 所述书签信息包含业务用户和所标记业务数据之间的对应关系; 对于融合业务类型, 所述书签信息包含客户、 业务用户及所标记业务数据 之间的对应关系。
举例说明, 图 3 为本发明融合业务系统中包含客户和业务用户的两级 数据模型示意图, 客户 custl与 user 1、 user2、 user3三个业务用户关联, 业 务用户 userl订购融合业务 si , 预约后生成的订购关系中包含客户 custl、 userl和 si三方面的信息, 业务用户 user3订购普通业务 s2, 预约后生成的 订购关系中包含 user3和 s2两方面的信息。
步骤 202: 通过客户关联业务用户, 生成和管理客户与业务用户之间的 关联关系;
所述客户管理子系统接收客户及业务用户的注册, 生成客户信息及业 务用户信息, 并根据业务用户对融合业务的需求建立客户与业务用户之间 的关联关系, 即通过客户标识建立不同业务用户之间的关联关系, 建立客 户及业务用户两级数据模型, 基于该数据模型可实现融合业务的共享。
步骤 203: 在接收到业务用户发起的使用业务请求时,根据所请求业务 的业务类型将鉴权分发到相应的业务鉴权模块, 业务鉴权模块依据所述融 合业务数据及客户和业务用户之间的关联关系执行鉴权。
对普通业务, 依据业务用户标识判断在融合业务数据管理子系统中是 否存在与其所请求业务对应的订购关系, 若存在, 则鉴权通过, 否则鉴权 失败;
对于融合类业务, 首先依据业务用户标识判断在融合业务数据管理子
系统中是否存在与其所请求业务对应的订购关系, 若存在, 则鉴权通过, 否则依据所述客户管理子系统中所存储的客户与业务用户之间的关联关系 获取其所属的客户标识, 并以客户标识及所请求的业务标识为关键字判断 在融合业务数据管理子系统中是否存在对应的订购关系, 若存在, 则鉴权 通过, 否则鉴权失败。
综上所述, 依照本发明的基于客户管理的融合业务系统及其实现方法, 与现有的融合业务鉴权系统相比, 具有以下优点:
(1)、 由于本发明釆用包含客户和业务用户的两级数据模型进行统一客 户管理, 并在融合业务数据管理、 鉴权管理中对普通业务釆用业务用户一 级数据模型进行管理, 对融合业务釆用包含客户和业务用户的两级数据模 型进行管理, 因此可以通过客户的管理完成了融合业务的统一控制。
(2)、 由于鉴权分发模块对普通业务与融合业务根据系统的实际情况进 行灵活分发, 业务鉴权模块可以釆用分布式部署, 因此只需要通过增加业 务鉴权模块的数量就可以提高业务系统的鉴权性能, 同时也扩展了系统的 容量。
可见, 本发明釆用基于客户管理的融合业务鉴权方法, 实现了一个统 一控制、 高性能、 容量易于扩展的三网融合业务鉴权系统。
当然, 本发明还可有其他多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质 变形, 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权力要求的保护范 围。
Claims
1、 一种融合业务系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括:
融合业务数据管理子系统, 用于对融合业务数据进行管理, 对普通业 务生成包含业务用户和业务数据信息的融合业务数据; 对于融合业务生成 包含客户、 业务用户及业务数据信息的融合业务数据;
客户管理子系统, 用于客户信息、 业务用户信息及客户与业务用户之 间的关联关系的管理;
融合业务鉴权管理子系统, 用于依据融合业务数据管理子系统管理的 融合业务数据及客户管理子系统管理的客户和业务用户的关联关系执行鉴 权分发及业务鉴权。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述融合业务数据管理 子系统进一步包括:
订购关系管理模块, 用于对业务用户订购业务生成的订购关系数据进 行管理; 对于普通业务类型, 生成包含业务用户和业务数据之间对应关系 的订购关系; 对于融合业务类型, 生成包含客户、 业务用户及业务数据之 间对应关系的订购关系;
收藏信息管理模块, 用于对业务用户收藏业务数据生成的收藏信息的 管理; 对于普通业务类型, 生成包含业务用户和所收藏的业务数据之间对 应关系的收藏信息; 对于融合业务类型, 生成包含客户、 业务用户及所收 藏的业务数据之间对应关系的收藏信息;
书签信息管理模块, 用于对业务用户对业务数据记录书签所生成的书 签信息进行管理; 对于普通业务类型, 生成包含业务用户和所标记业务数 据之间对应关系的书签信息; 对于融合业务类型, 生成包含客户、 业务用 户及所标记业务数据之间对应关系的书签信息。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述融合业务鉴权管理 子系统包括:
鉴权分发模块, 用于根据业务用户使用业务的类型, 将鉴权分发到相 应的业务鉴权模块;
业务鉴权模块, 用于依据融合业务数据管理子系统管理的融合业务数 据及客户管理子系统管理的客户与业务用户的关联关系对用户进行鉴权。
4、根据权利要求 3所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述业务鉴权模块包括: 普通业务鉴权模块, 用于对普通业务的使用进行鉴权, 其鉴权过程为: 依据业务用户标识判断在融合业务数据管理子系统中是否存在与其所请求 业务对应的订购关系, 若存在, 则鉴权通过, 否则鉴权失败;
融合类业务鉴权模块, 用于对于融合业务的使用进行鉴权, 其鉴权过 程为: 首先依据业务用户标识判断在融合业务数据管理子系统中是否存在 与其所请求业务对应的订购关系, 若存在, 则鉴权通过, 否则依据所述客 户管理子系统中所存储的客户与业务用户之间的关联关系获取其所属的客 户标识, 并以该客户标识及所请求业务的业务标识为关键字判断在融合业 务数据管理子系统中是否存在对应的订购关系, 若存在, 则鉴权通过, 否 则鉴权失败。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述业务鉴权模块釆用 分布式结构。
6、 一种融合业务系统实现方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
业务用户预约业务, 对普通业务生成包含业务用户和业务数据信息的 融合业务数据; 对于融合业务生成包含客户、 业务用户及业务数据信息的 融合业务数据;
通过客户关联业务用户, 生成和管理客户与业务用户之间的关联关系; 在接收到业务用户发起的使用业务请求时, 根据所请求业务的业务类 型将鉴权分发到相应的业务鉴权模块进行鉴权; 业务鉴权模块依据所述融 合业务数据及客户与业务用户之间的关联关系执行鉴权。
7、根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述融合业务数据包括: 订购关系、 收藏信息和书签信息,
所述订购关系用于标识业务用户所订购的业务数据; 对于普通业务类 型, 所述订购关系包含业务用户和业务数据之间的对应关系; 对于融合业 务类型, 所述订购关系包含客户、 业务用户及业务数据之间的对应关系; 所述收藏信息用于标识业务用户收藏的业务数据; 对于普通业务类型 , 所述收藏信息包含业务用户和所收藏的业务数据之间的对应关系; 对于融 合业务类型, 所述收藏信息包含客户、 业务用户及所收藏的业务数据之间 的对应关系;
所述书签信息用于标识业务用户对业务数据记录的书签; 对于普通业 务类型, 所述书签信息包含业务用户和所标记业务数据之间的对应关系; 对于融合业务类型, 所述书签信息包含客户、 业务用户及所标记业务数据 之间的对应关系。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述所请求业务的业务 类型包括普通业务和融合业务;
对普通业务进行鉴权的步骤具体为: 依据业务用户标识判断在是否存 在与其所请求业务对应的订购关系, 若存在, 则鉴权通过, 否则鉴权失败; 对融合业务进行鉴权的步骤具体为: 首先依据业务用户标识判断是否 存在与其所请求业务对应的订购关系, 若存在, 则鉴权通过, 否则依据客 户与业务用户之间的关联关系获取其所属的客户标识, 并以客户标识及所 请求业务的业务标识为关键字判断是否存在对应的订购关系, 若存在, 则 鉴权通过, 否则鉴权失败。
