- it is 0.05 to 0.09% of range.
- Si 0.5 to 1.2% Si is an element that contributes to the improvement of toughness by suppressing the formation of coarse cementite. To obtain this effect, it is necessary to add 0.5% or more. On the other hand, if the addition amount exceeds 1.2%, the surface properties of the steel sheet are remarkably deteriorated, not only lowering the toughness, but also causing a decrease in chemical conversion property and corrosion resistance, so the upper limit of Si is 1.2%. . In addition, Preferably it is the range of 0.6% or more and 1.0% or less.
- Mn 1.0 to 1.8% Mn is an element effective for increasing the strength and not only contributes to increasing the strength by solid solution strengthening but also improves the toughness by improving the hardenability and promoting the formation of bainite. is there. In addition, Preferably it is 1.2 to 1.5% of range.
- P 0.03% or less
- P has an effect of increasing the strength of the steel by solid solution, but segregates at the grain boundaries, particularly the prior austenite grain boundaries, leading to deterioration of toughness and workability. Therefore, in the present invention, it is preferable to reduce P as much as possible, but the content up to 0.03% is acceptable. In addition, Preferably it is 0.01% or less.
- S 0.003% or less S combines with Ti and Mn to form a sulfide, thereby reducing the toughness of the steel sheet. Therefore, it is desirable to reduce the S amount as much as possible, but it is acceptable up to 0.003%. In addition, Preferably it is 0.002% or less, More preferably, it is 0.001% or less.
- Al acts as a steel deoxidizer and is an effective element for improving the cleanliness of steel. In order to obtain such an effect, addition of 0.005% or more is necessary. On the other hand, when the content exceeds 0.20%, oxide inclusions increase remarkably, not only lowering the toughness but also causing surface defects of the steel sheet. For this reason, the Al content is limited to a range of 0.005 to 0.20%. In addition, Preferably it is 0.02 to 0.06% of range.
- N 0.005% or less N binds to a nitride-forming element such as Ti at a high temperature and precipitates as a nitride, but particularly bonds to Ti at a high temperature, tends to be a coarse nitride, and lowers toughness. In addition, Preferably it is 0.004% or less, More preferably, it is 0.003% or less.
- Ti contributes to refinement of austenite grains, refines the steel sheet structure finally obtained, and contributes to improvement of toughness. In order to obtain such an effect, a content of 0.03% or more is required. On the other hand, an excessive content exceeding 0.13% causes an increase in coarse precipitates and reduces toughness. Therefore, Ti is limited to the range of 0.03 to 0.13%. In addition, Preferably it is 0.05 to 0.11% of range.
- Ni can be included as an element for improving toughness and strength.
- Ni: 0.01 to 0.50% Ni not only improves toughness, but also improves the hardenability, thereby facilitating the formation of a bainite phase and contributing to an increase in strength. In order to obtain this effect, addition of 0.01% or more is necessary. However, if the content exceeds 0.50%, a martensite phase tends to be generated, leading to a decrease in toughness and workability. Therefore, when Ni is contained, the content is preferably in the range of 0.01 to 0.50%.
- Nb 0.005 to 0.10%
- Nb facilitates the formation of a bainite phase by improving the hardenability and contributes not only to improving toughness and increasing the strength, but also to refining austenite grains, and refining the steel sheet structure finally obtained. This contributes to improved toughness.
- 0.005% or more of content is required. However, if the content exceeds 0.10%, coarse precipitates are likely to be generated, and the toughness and workability are reduced. Therefore, when Nb is contained, the content is preferably in the range of 0.005 to 0.10%.
- V 0.002 to 0.50% V makes it easy to form a bainite phase through improvement of hardenability, and contributes to improvement of toughness and high strength. In order to obtain such an effect, the content of 0.002% or more is required. However, an excessive content exceeding 0.50% leads to an increase in coarse precipitates and lowers toughness and workability. . Therefore, when V is contained, the content is preferably in the range of 0.002 to 0.50%. More preferably, it is 0.05 to 0.40% of range.
- Mo 0.02 to 0.50% Mo improves hardenability and facilitates the formation of a bainite phase, contributing to improved toughness and higher strength. In order to obtain this effect, a content of 0.02% or more is required. However, if the content exceeds 0.50%, a martensite phase is likely to be generated, leading to a decrease in toughness and workability. Therefore, when Mo is contained, the content is preferably in the range of 0.02 to 0.50%.
- Cr 0.03-0.50% Cr makes it easy to generate a bainite phase through improvement of hardenability, and contributes to improvement of toughness and high strength. In order to obtain this effect, addition of 0.03% or more is necessary. However, if the content exceeds 0.50%, a martensite phase is likely to be generated, leading to deterioration of toughness and workability. Therefore, when Cr is contained, the content is preferably in the range of 0.03 to 0.50%.
- B 0.0002 to 0.0050% B suppresses the formation and growth of ferrite from the austenite grain boundaries, and facilitates the formation of a bainite phase through improved hardenability, thereby contributing to improved toughness and higher strength.
- the effect is obtained at 0.0002% or more, but if it exceeds 0.0050%, the workability deteriorates. Therefore, when B is contained, the content is preferably in the range of 0.0002 to 0.0050%.
- Cu 0.01 to 0.50% Cu, as a solid solution element, increases the strength of the steel and improves the hardenability, thereby facilitating the formation of a bainite phase, contributing to an increase in strength and toughness. In order to obtain this effect, addition of 0.01% or more is necessary. However, if the content exceeds 0.50%, surface properties are deteriorated. Therefore, when Cu is contained, the content is preferably in the range of 0.01 to 0.50%.
- Ca 0.0005 to 0.0050%
- Ca is an element effective for spheroidizing the shape of sulfide and improving the adverse effect of sulfide on toughness.
- the effect can be obtained at 0.0005% or more, but inclusion exceeding 0.0050% leads to an increase in inclusions and the like, not only lowering toughness but also causing surface and internal defects. Therefore, when Ca is contained, the content is preferably 0.0005 to 0.0050%.
- REM 0.0005 to 0.0100%
- Rare earth elements (REM) are effective elements for spheroidizing the shape of sulfides and improving the adverse effects of sulfides on toughness, like Ca. The effect can be obtained at 0.0005% or more. However, if the content exceeds 0.0100%, inclusions and the like increase, and not only the toughness is lowered, but also surface defects and internal defects tend to occur frequently. For this reason, when it contains REM, it is preferable to set it as 0.0005 to 0.0100% of range.
- the balance other than the above elements is Fe and inevitable impurities.
- the structure of the steel sheet of the present invention needs to have a fine bainite phase as a main phase, in which the bainite phase is more than 95% in terms of the area ratio with respect to the entire structure, and the average grain size of the bainite phase is 3 ⁇ m or less. There is. Thereby, it can be set as the hot-rolled steel plate which combines the tensile strength: the high strength of 780 Mpa or more, and the outstanding toughness.
- the area ratio of the bainite phase is 95% or less or the average particle size of the bainite phase exceeds 3 ⁇ m, the tensile strength: high strength of 780 MPa or more and excellent toughness cannot be combined.
- the bainite phase is preferably 98% or more, and more preferably a bainite single phase. Further, since the finer the particle size of the bainite phase is, the more effective the toughness is. Therefore, from this viewpoint, the average particle size is preferably 2 ⁇ m or less.
- the average particle size of the second phase should be 3 ⁇ m or less. Is preferred. More preferably, it is 2 ⁇ m or less.
- the high-strength hot-rolled steel sheet having a relatively thick plate thickness of 4.0 mm or more and 12 mm or less, which is particularly targeted by the present invention, By making the hardness uniform, that is, by reducing the difference in hardness in the thickness direction, it is possible to effectively suppress the occurrence and progress of cracks and improve toughness.
- the surface layer tends to be softened by decarburization, but if it is excessively decarburized, the toughness is lowered, so the hardness difference between the surface layer portion and the inside of the plate thickness needs to be constant or less.
- the Vickers hardness difference ⁇ Hv1 between the position of 50 ⁇ m from the surface layer and the position of the plate thickness 1 ⁇ 4 needs to be 50 points or less. More preferably, it is 30 points or less.
- the Vickers hardness difference ⁇ Hv2 between the thickness 1/4 position and the thickness 1/2 position needs to be 40 points or less. Preferably it is 25 points or less.
- the method for producing the steel material is not particularly limited, and after melting the molten steel having the above composition in a converter or electric furnace, preferably after performing secondary refining in a vacuum degassing furnace.
- any conventional method using a steel material such as a slab by continuous casting or the like can be applied.
- Material heating temperature 1200 ⁇ 1350 °C
- carbonitride-forming elements such as Ti are mostly present as coarse carbonitrides. Since coarse precipitates reduce toughness, it is necessary to make a solid solution once before hot rolling. For that purpose, it is necessary to heat to a temperature of 1200 ° C. or higher.
- the heating temperature of the steel material was limited to the range of 1200 to 1350 ° C. The range is preferably from 1230 to 1300 ° C. From the viewpoint of dissolving carbonitride, the residence time in the temperature range of 1200 ° C. or higher is preferably 1800 s or longer.
- Finishing temperature Ar 3 to (Ar 3 + 80 ° C.), reduction ratio in non-recrystallization temperature range ⁇ 40%
- the hot finishing temperature is lowered, the strain is accumulated in austenite to increase the bainite generation site, and then a predetermined winding temperature at a cooling rate described later. Need to cool down. That is, as the hot rolling conditions, it is important that the finishing temperature is (Ar 3 + 80 ° C.) or lower and the rolling reduction in the non-recrystallization temperature region is 40% or higher. Fine bainite is obtained.
- the finish rolling temperature is less than Ar 3 , since the rolling is performed in the two-phase region of ferrite + austenite, the processed structure remains after rolling, and the toughness and workability deteriorate. For this reason, the finishing temperature is limited to a range of Ar 3 to (Ar 3 + 80 ° C.). Further, if the reduction rate in the non-recrystallization temperature range is less than 40%, it is difficult to sufficiently refine the bainite, and therefore the reduction rate in the non-recrystallization temperature range is set to 40% or more.
- the finishing temperature is (Ar 3 + 50 °C) or less
- the reduction ratio in the pre-recrystallization temperature region is 50% or more .
- the non-recrystallization temperature range can be determined by the following method, for example. A small piece is cut out from the slab, hot-rolled at different temperatures in the laboratory, the hot-rolled steel sheet is immediately water-cooled after rolling, and a sample for structure observation is cut out from the water-cooled hot-rolled steel sheet, mirror polished and 3% nital.
- the structure is revealed by corrosion, the recrystallization rate of austenite is investigated by image analysis, a temperature range in which the recrystallization rate of austenite is less than 50% is obtained, and if it is this temperature range, it is an unrecrystallized temperature range I can say that.
- Cooling rate from finishing temperature to coiling temperature 25 ° C./s or more
- hot rolling is performed under the conditions described above, and then cooled to a predetermined coiling temperature by rapid cooling. There is a need.
- the cooling rate to the coiling temperature is less than 25 ° C./s, the formation of ferrite remarkably progresses during cooling or pearlite is generated, and the desired strength and toughness cannot be obtained. For this reason, the cooling rate from the finishing temperature to the coiling temperature is set to 25 ° C./s or more.
- Winding temperature 300 ⁇ 500 °C
- the lower limit of the coiling temperature is 300 ° C.
- the temperature exceeds 500 ° C.
- decarburization after winding is likely to occur, and not only the toughness is reduced due to a decrease in the hardness of the surface layer portion, but also the toughness is reduced by the formation of oxides at the grain boundaries of the surface layer structure. .
- the coiling temperature is set to 500 ° C. or less. Since the bainite structure tends to become finer as the temperature decreases, the temperature is preferably 460 ° C. or lower.
- the hot-rolled sheet may be subjected to temper rolling by a conventional method, or may be pickled to remove the scale.
- a plating treatment such as hot dip galvanization or electrogalvanization or chemical conversion treatment may be performed.
- Test specimens were collected from the obtained hot-rolled steel sheet, and the structure fraction, particle size, hardness and hardness difference were determined by the following methods. Further, yield strength (YP), tensile strength (TS), and elongation (EL) were determined by a tensile test, and ductility-brittle fracture surface transition temperature (vTrs) was determined by a Charpy test to evaluate toughness.
- ⁇ Structure fraction As for the structure fraction, 3% nital solution reveals the structure of the plate thickness cross section parallel to the rolling direction, and 3 fields of view at 3000 times using a scanning electron microscope (SEM) at the 1/4 thickness position. Images were taken and the area ratio of each phase was quantified by image processing.
- SEM scanning electron microscope
- the load is 0.98 N (100 gf) at the position of 50 ⁇ m from the surface layer, and the plate thickness is 1/4 and the plate thickness 1/2.
- the load is 4.9 N (500 gf)
- 5 points are measured at each position, the average value of 3 points excluding the maximum value and the minimum value among the 5 points is calculated, and the hardness at each position is obtained.
- a hardness difference ⁇ Hv1 between the plate thickness 1/4 position and the surface layer 50 ⁇ m position and a hardness difference ⁇ Hv2 between the plate thickness 1/2 position and the plate thickness 1/4 position were determined.
