本发明实施例提供了一种快速添加收件人的方法,该方法包括:接收邮件信息,所述邮件信息中包含至少两个收件人信息;将所述收件人信息建立一个收件人群组;当用户发邮件需要添加收件人时,如果所添加的联系人在所述收件人群组中,则显示所述收件人群组中的其他收件人信息,并提示用户是否添加其他收件人。本发明实施例的技术方案,使得添加收件人的操作非常灵活,具备智能性,并提供了群组联系人智能推荐功能,这样就使得在发邮件或者信息的时候,用户能够快速的添加联系人。

Description

本发明涉及数据处理技术领域, 尤其涉及一种快速添加收件人的方法、 装置及移动终端。
背景技术
目前, 移动终端 (例如手机) 同时与多个联系人发起联系如群发彩信或 群发邮件时往往需要逐个选择每个联系人,无法形成智能的联系人群组机制, 向用户主动推送有关联关系的联系人信息供用户选择。 且当前移动终端均未 提供智能联系人群组功能, 不能从收到的邮件或彩信中自动提取出收件人的 关联关系。 现有技术中, 通过在联系人中设置群组功能, 用户主动创建群组 并添加相关联系人组成一个相对稳定的群组,以便之后进行邮件群发的功能。
发明人在实现本发明实施例的过程中发现, 上述技术方案只能使得用户 进行邮件群发, 而无法在该群组中选择其中一个或者两个以上的联系人。 该 方案不够灵活, 不具备智能性, 且未提供群组联系人智能推荐功能, 这样就 使得在发邮件或者信息的时候, 无法快速的添加联系人, 给用户带来不便。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明实施例提供了一种快速添加收件人的方法, 该方法包 括:
接收邮件信息, 所述邮件信息中包含至少两个收件人信息; 将所述收件人信息建立一个收件人群组;
当用户发邮件需要添加收件人时, 如果所添加的联系人在所述收件人群 组中, 则显示所述收件人群组中的其他收件人信息, 并提示用户是否添加其 他收件人。
同时, 本发明实施例还提供了一种快速添加收件人的装置,该装置包括: 接收单元、 群组单元、 处理单元、 提示单元, 其中:
接收单元, 用于接收邮件信息, 所述邮件信息中包含至少两个收件人信 息;
群组单元, 用于将所述收件人信息建立一个收件人群组;
处理单元, 用于当用户发邮件需要添加收件人时, 如果所添加的联系人 在所述收件人群组中, 则指令所述提示单元显示所述收件人群组中的其他收 件人信息, 并提示用户是否添加其他收件人;
提示单元, 用于根据处理单元的指令, 显示所述收件人群组中的其他收 件人信息, 并提示用户是否添加其他收件人。
进一步地, 所述装置还可以包括:
排序单元, 用于按照预定的排列规则, 依次排列所述收件人群组中的其 他收件人信息, 并发送给所述提示单元进行提示。
同时, 本发明实施例还提供一种移动终端, 包括通讯模块、 键盘、 电源 管理模块, 该移动终端还包括上述装置。

实施例 1
本发明实施例 1提供了一种一种快速添加收件人的方法, 请参见图 1 , 该 方法具体包括:
步骤 101、 接收邮件信息, 所述邮件信息中包含至少两个收件人信息。 邮 件信息具体可以是电子邮件信息, 或者通过网络侧的短消息服务中心 (short message service center, SMSC )接收到的短消息。 该邮件信息中包括有发件 人信息、 收件人信息、 邮件内容等信息。 在本发明实施例中, 该收件人信息 至少包括有两个。
步骤 102、 将所述收件人信息建立一个收件人群组; 由于上述收件人信息 至少包括 2个收件人, 因此可以将收件人信息建立一个群组。 可以理解的是该 收件人群组可以是临时群组, 也可以是永久群组。 临时群组即为临时组建的 收件人群组, 只在移动终端的緩存中暂时性存储, 一旦移动终端重置 (例如 重启)后, 将在移动终端系统中删除。 永久群组即存储在移动终端存储空间 中的收件人群组。
步骤 103、 当用户发邮件需要添加收件人时, 如果所添加的联系人在所述 收件人群组中, 则显示所述收件人群组中的其他收件人信息, 并提示用户是 否添加其他收件人。
例如, 在步骤 102中, 建立了一个收件人群组八。 该收件人群组 A由收件 人 、 收件人 b、 收件人 c三个收件人信息组成。 在用户写邮件的时候, 需要添 加收件人, 例如添加收件人信息为联系人 a, 系统判断联系人 a是否在收件人 群组 A中, 如果在, 则显示收件人 b、 收件人 c的信息, 提示用户是否需要将收 件人 b、 收件人 c也添加到收件人一栏。
进一步地, 显示所述收件人群组中的其他收件人信息具体可以包括: 按 照预定的排列规则, 依次排列并显示收件人群组中的其他收件人信息。 按照 预定的排列规则依次排列具体可以为: 按照收件人信息的首字母进行排列, 或者按照收件人信息中的中文笔画进行排列。 可以理解的是, 在本发明实施 例中排列规则包括但不限于上述规则。 通过对其他收件人信息进行排列, 使 得用户比较直观的获知其他收件人信息, 更快地添加收件人。
另外, 提示用户是否需要添加其他收件人的具体方法包括: 通过语音提 示或者在屏幕上显示添加信息进行提示。 可以理解的是, 在本发明实施例中 提示方式包括但不限于上述提示方式。
本发明实施例通过智能建立收件人群组, 当用户发邮件需要添加收件人 时, 如果所添加的联系人在所述收件人群组中, 则指令所述提示单元显示所 述收件人群组中的其他收件人信息, 并提示用户是否添加其他收件人的技术 方案, 使得添加收件人的操作非常灵活, 具备智能性, 并提供了群组联系人 智能推荐功能, 这样就使得在发邮件或者信息的时候, 用户能够快速的添加 联系人。 实施例 2
本发明实施例 2提供了一种快速添加收件人的装置, 如图 2所示, 该装置 包括: 接收单元 201、 群组单元 202、 处理单元 203、 提示单元 204, 其中: 接收单元 201 , 用于接收邮件信息, 所述邮件信息中包含至少两个收件人 信息; 邮件信息具体可以是电子邮件信息, 或者通过网络侧的短消息服务中 心 ( short message service center, SMSC )接收到的短消息。 该邮件信息中包 括有发件人信息、 收件人信息、 邮件内容等信息。 在本发明实施例中, 该收 件人信息至少包括有两个。
群组单元 202, 用于将所述收件人信息建立一个收件人群组。 由于上述收 件人信息至少包括 2个收件人, 因此可以将收件人信息建立一个群组。 可以理 解的是该收件人群组可以是临时群组, 也可以是永久群组。 临时群组即为临 时组建的收件人群组, 只在移动终端的緩存中暂时性存储, 一旦移动终端重 置(例如重启)后, 将在移动终端系统中删除。 永久群组即存储在移动终端 存储空间中的收件人群组。
处理单元 203 , 用于当用户发邮件需要添加收件人时, 如果所添加的联系 人在所述收件人群组中, 则指令所述提示单元显示所述收件人群组中的其他 收件人信息, 并提示用户是否添加其他收件人;
提示单元 204, 用于根据处理单元的指令, 显示所述收件人群组中的其他 收件人信息, 并提示用户是否添加其他收件人。 提示用户是否需要添加其他 收件人的具体方法包括:通过语音提示或者在屏幕上显示添加信息进行提示。 可以理解的是, 在本发明实施例中提示方式包括但不限于上述提示方式。
进一步地, 如图 3所示, 该装置还可以包括:
排序单元 205 , 用于按照预定的排列规则, 依次排列所述收件人群组中的 其他收件人信息, 并发送给所述提示单元 204进行提示。 同时, 如图 4所示, 本发明实施例还提供一种移动终端 300, 该移动终端 300包括通讯模块、 键盘、 电源管理模块, 所述移动终端还包括上述装置 301。
本发明实施例通过智能建立收件人群组, 当用户发邮件需要添加收件人 时, 如果所添加的联系人在所述收件人群组中, 则指令所述提示单元显示所 述收件人群组中的其他收件人信息, 并提示用户是否添加其他收件人的技术 方案, 使得添加收件人的操作非常灵活, 具备智能性, 并提供了群组联系人 智能推荐功能, 这样就使得在发邮件或者信息的时候, 用户能够快速的添加 联系人。
该移动终端可以是具有触摸屏的手机、 PDA (个人数字助理) 、 家庭信 息机 ( Home information Display, HID ) 、 移动互联网设备 ( Mobile Internet Device, HID )等终端设备。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解, 实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流 程, 是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成, 所述的程序可存储于 一计算机可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 可包括如上述各方法的实施 例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体( Read-Only Memory, ROM )或随机存储记忆体 ( Random Access Memory, RAM )等。

1、 一种快速添加收件人的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
接收邮件信息, 所述邮件信息中包含至少两个收件人信息;
将所述收件人信息建立一个收件人群组;
当用户发邮件需要添加收件人时,如果所添加的联系人在所述收件人群组 中, 则显示所述收件人群组中的其他收件人信息, 并提示用户是否添加其他 收件人。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述显示所述收件人群组 中的其他收件人信息具体包括: 按照预定的排列规则, 依次排列并显示所述 收件人群组中的其他收件人信息。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述按照预定的排列规则 依次排列具体为: 按照收件人信息的首字母进行排列, 或者按照收件人信息 中的中文笔画进行排列。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 提示用户是否需要添加其 他收件人的具体方法包括: 通过语音提示或者在屏幕上显示添加信息进行提 示。
5、一种快速添加收件人的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括: 接收单元、 群组单元、 处理单元、 提示单元, 其中:
接收单元, 用于接收邮件信息, 所述邮件信息中包含至少两个收件人信 息;
