Abstract

身飾品
　本発明は、宝石を支持する支持部材が揺動する身飾品に関するものである。
　例えば、ダイヤモンド等の宝石を固定した支持部材を揺動可能に支持する指輪等がある。このようにダイヤモンドを揺動させることで、揺動させない場合に比べてダイヤモンドをより輝いて見せることができる。
　このような指輪等は、上記揺動を可能にする回転軸を、ダイヤモンドをそのテーブル面（正面）の平面方向における中心付近を通るように設けている。
　ところで、ダイヤモンドを支持したペンダント等で、そのダイヤモンドを揺動させようとした場合に、上述した従来技術をそのまま用いると、ダイヤモンドのテーブル面が正面を向かないという問題がある。
　本発明はかかる事情に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的は、着用時にダイヤモンド等の宝石をそのテーブル面が正面を向く状態（すなわち、上下方向と略直交する方向を向いた状態）で、動きに応じて宝石が揺動するように支持する構造の身飾品において、宝石をそのテーブル面が正面（外側）を向いた姿勢で安定して支持できる身飾品を提供することにある。
　上述した従来技術の問題点を解決し、上述した目的を達成するために、本発明の身飾品は、装飾物と、前記装飾物に対して距離を隔てて設けられた枠組部材と、振動に応じて前記装飾物が揺動するように、前記装飾物の重心に対して上方位置で前記枠組部材と前記装飾物とを係合する係合部とを有する。
　好適には、本発明の身飾品の前記係合部は、前記装飾物の本体と前記枠組部材とを係合する、あるいは、前記装飾物の本体を保持する前記装飾物の保持部材と前記枠組部材とを係合する。
　好適には、本発明の身飾品の前記係合部は、前記装飾物及び前記枠組部材の一方に設けられた凸部と、前記装飾物及び前記枠組部材の他方に設けられ、前記凸部と係合する凹部あるいは中空部とを含む。

　以下、本発明の身飾品の実施形態を説明する。
　＜第１実施形態＞
　図１は本発明の実施形態のペンダント１の正面図、図２は図１に示すペンダント１の背面図である。図３は、図２に示す回転棒２４a付近の拡大図である。
　図１に示すように、ペンダント１は、枠組部材１０に宝石部５，６，７を揺動可能な状態で直列に配置して支持した構造を有している。
　枠組部材１０は、内部に細長い開口部１０ａを備えた形状をしている。
　開口部１０ａを形成する左右の内側側面の対向する位置に１対の凹部２６ａ，２６ｂが形成されている。
　また、上記内側側面の凹部２６ａ，２６ｂの下方には、凹部２７ａ，２７ｂと、凹部２８ａ，２８ｂとが上下方向に等間隔に形成されている。
　本実施形態において、凹部２６ａ，２６ｂ， ２７ａ，２７ｂ，２８ａ，２８ｂは、断面円形の凹部である。

　＜第２実施形態＞
　上述した実施形態では、図３に示すように、枠組部材１０に形成される凹部２６ａ，２６ｂ， ２７ａ，２７ｂ，２８ａ，２８ｂとして、断面円形の凹部を例示した。
　本実施形態では、枠組部材１０に形成される凹部として、下面が支持部材１４側に下降したものを用いた場合を例示する。

　＜第４実施形態＞

　図６に示すように、本発明の第４実施形態に係るペンダントは、開口部を有するハート形状の枠組部材２１０内に、宝石部５を回転軸２２４ａ，２２４ｂを中心に揺動可能に支持した構成を有している。
　本発明は上述した実施形態には限定されない。

　さらに、上述した実施形態では、身飾品の一例としてペンダントを例示したが、ペンダント以外の身飾品についても本発明は適用可能である。
　また、上述したように回転軸の代わりに、丸カンを使用して、枠組部材と繋ぐ構造にしてもよい。
　例えば、図８に示すように、枠組部材１０に丸カン２５１を固定し、この丸カン２５１に宝石部５に固定された丸カン２１２やその他の部材を係合させる構造にしてもよい。
　さらに、上述した枠組部材の凹部は、丸カンに対応した環状部材を用いてもよい。
　また、図９に示すように、リング状の枠組部材４１０の裏面に丸カン４１４をロウ等で固定し、この丸カン４１４に宝石部５の丸カン４１６を取り付ける構造にしてもよい。
　丸カン４１４は、例えば、裏面に直立して固定されている。この場合においても、丸カン４１６は、宝石部５の重心の上方位置に位置している。
　また、図１０に示すように、枠組部材５１０の裏面に丸カン５１６をロウ等で固定し、この丸カン５１６に宝石部５の回転棒５１４を揺動可能に挿入する構造にしてもよい。この場合においても、丸カン５１６は、宝石部５の重心の上方位置に位置している。
　また、図１１～図１３に示すように、枠組部材６１０の重心に対して上方位置で、支持軸（回転軸）または丸カン（支持環）が宝石部５を支持するように、支持部材６１２や宝石部５に重り部６５０を取り付けてもよい。
　図１１は側面図、図１２は背面図、図１３は正面図である。
　また、重りを取り付けるのではなく、枠組部材の重心に対して上方位置で、支持軸（回転軸）または丸カン（支持中空部材）で宝石部を支持するように、支持部材や宝石部の形状や重量バランスを決定するようにしてもよい。
　また、本発明の支持中空部材および係合部は、丸カン以外の形状でもよい。
　本実施形態において、第１実施形態と同様の効果が得られる。
　なお、本実施形態においても、第２実施形態で説明したように、凹部２２６ａ，２２６ｂの下面を下降させて構成してもよい。
　また、上述した実施形態では、本発明の装飾物の一例として、ダイヤモンドを用いた場合を例示したが、それら以外の装飾物を用いてもよい。
　また、上述したように上下方向あるいは左右方向に複数の宝石部を配置する場合において、隣接する宝石部が接触して相互に揺動動作に影響を及ぼすように構成してもよい。
　本発明は、宝石を支持する支持部材が揺動する身飾品に適用可能である。

  1. 　装飾物と、
    　前記装飾物に対して距離を隔てて設けられた枠組部材と、
    　振動に応じて前記装飾物が揺動するように、前記装飾物の重心に対して上方位置で前記枠組部材と前記装飾物とを係合する係合部と
    　を有する身飾品。
