UE测量较长时间一直没有符合条件的信息,后续是否需要测量或如何进行测量,都没 有具体的处理方法。 针对相关技术中如果 UE测量较长时间一直没有符合条件的信息, 后续是否需要 测量或如何进行测量, 都没有具体的处理方法的问题, 目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。 发明内容 本发明提供了一种控制用户设备测量的方法、 设备及系统, 以解决如果 UE测量 较长时间一直没有符合条件的信息, 后续是否需要测量或如何进行测量, 都没有具体 的处理方法的问题。 根据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种控制用户设备测量的方法, 包括: 无线网络 控制器向 UE发送 ANR测量配置消息, 其中, 所述 ANR测量配置消息中携带有所述 UE进行 ANR测量的最大时长; 所述 UE接收所述 ANR测量配置消息, 进行 ANR测 量并对测量时间进行计时, 保存测量结果; 当所述测量时间达到了所述最大时长时, 所述 UE删除所述 ANR测量配置消息。 优选的, 所述 UE接收所述 ANR测量配置消息, 进行 ANR测量并对测量时间进 行计时, 保存测量结果之后, 所述 UE删除所述 ANR测量配置消息之前, 还包括: 所 述 UE将获得的测量结果上报至所述无线网络控制器。 优选的, 所述 UE将获得的测量结果上报至所述无线网络控制器之后, 还包括: 所述无线网络控制器根据所述测量结果进行邻区配置更新。 优选的, 所述无线网络控制器根据所述测量结果进行邻区配置更新, 包括: 所述 无线网络控制器解析所述测量结果, 如果所述测量结果中包括的一个小区的小区信息 上报次数达到设定次数时, 则将该小区配置为邻区。 优选的,所述无线网络控制器根据所述测量结果进行邻区配置更新之后,还包括: 本小区内的其他 UE根据更新后的邻区配置切换到信号优于本小区信号的其他小区。 优选的, 所述 ANR测量配置消息中还包括: 测量的物理量。 优选的, 所述测量的物理量包括下列至少之一: 公共导频信道码片能量与带限白 噪声功率谱密度之比, 公共导频信道接收信号码功率, 主公共控制物理信道接收信号 码功率, 以及时隙信号码功率干扰路损。 优选的,所述 UE删除保存的测量结果以及所述 ANR测量配置消息之后,还包括: 所述无线网络控制器确定需要所述 UE再进行 ANR测量时,所述无线网络控制器向所 述 UE重新下发 ANR测量配置消息, 其中, 重新下发的 ANR测量配置消息中携带本 次所述 UE进行 ANR测量的最大时长。 优选的, 所述 UE保存测量结果之后, 还包括: 所述 UE按照所述无线控制器指 示的周期上报的测量上报方式, 周期性地上报所述测量结果, 其中, 所述无线控制器 指示所述 UE进行周期上报的测量上报方式携带在所述 ANR测量配置消息中。 优选的, 所述无线控制器指示所述 UE进行的周期上报的测量上报方式包括: 在 所述 ANR测量配置消息中携带一个取值为周期上报的信元, 并携带一个包括上报周 期的长度的信元; 或者, 在所述 ANR测量配置消息中携带一个包括上报周期的长度 的信元。 优选的, 所述测量结果携带在附加测量报告或 RRC消息中进行上报, 其中, 所述 RRC消息为以下之一: 初始直传消息、 测量报告、 无线网络控制连接请求消息、 上行 直传消息、 小区更新消息。 根据本发明的另一方面, 提供了一种控制用户设备测量的系统, 包括无线网络控 制器及 UE: 所述无线网络控制器, 设置为向所述 UE发送 ANR测量配置消息, 其中, 所述 ANR测量配置消息中携带有所述 UE进行 ANR测量的最大时长; 所述 UE, 设 置为接收所述 ANR测量配置消息, 进行 ANR测量并对测量时间进行计时, 保存测量 结果; 以及当所述测量时间达到了所述最大时长时, 删除所述 ANR测量配置消息。 优选的, 所述 UE还设置为将获得的测量结果上报至所述无线网络控制器。 优选的, 所述无线网络控制器还设置为根据所述测量结果进行邻区配置更新。 优选的, 所述无线网络控制器还设置为解析所述测量结果, 如果所述测量结果中 包括的一个小区的小区信息上报次数达到设定次数时, 则将该小区配置为邻区。 优选的,所述系统还包括本小区内的其他 UE,设置为根据更新后的邻区配置切换 到信号优于本小区信号的其他小区。 优选的, 所述无线网络控制器还设置为确定需要所述 UE再进行 ANR测量时, 向 所述 UE重新下发 ANR测量配置消息, 其中, 重新下发的 ANR测量配置消息中携带 本次所述 UE进行 ANR测量的最大时长。 优选的,所述 UE还设置为按照所述无线控制器指示的周期上报的测量上报方式, 周期性地上报所述测量结果, 其中, 所述无线控制器指示所述 UE进行周期上报的测 量上报方式携带在所述 ANR测量配置消息中。 根据本发明的另一方面, 提供了一种无线网络控制器, 包括: 生成模块, 设置为 生成 ANR测量配置消息, 其中, 所述 ANR测量配置消息中携带有 UE进行 ANR测 量的最大时长; 发送模块, 设置为向所述 UE发送所述 ANR测量配置消息。 根据本发明的另一方面, 提供了一种用户设备, 包括: 接收模块, 设置为接收无 线网络控制器发送的 ANR测量配置消息, 进行 ANR测量并对测量时间进行计时, 保 存测量结果,其中,所述 ANR测量配置消息中携带有 UE进行 ANR测量的最大时长; 删除模块, 设置为当所述测量时间达到了所述最大时长时, 删除所述 ANR测量配置 消息。 在本发明实施例中, UE接收 ANR测量配置消息, 进行 ANR测量并对测量时间 进行计时, 如果 UE测量较长时间一直没有符合条件的信息, 即测量时间达到了最大 时长时, UE删除保存的测量结果以及 ANR测量配置消息, 结束本次测量, 进而可以 避免 UE—直处于测量状态, 浪费资源。 附图说明 此处所说明的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 构成本申请的一部分, 本发 明的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的不当限定。 在附图 中: 图 1是根据本发明实施例的控制用户设备测量的方法的第一种处理流程图; 图 2是根据本发明实施例的控制用户设备测量的方法的第二种处理流程图; 图 3是根据本发明实施例的控制用户设备测量的方法的第三种处理流程图; 图 4 是根据本发明实施例的控制用户设备测量的方法的第一实施例的流程示意 图; 图 5 是根据本发明实施例的控制用户设备测量的方法的第二实施例的流程示意 图; 图 6是根据本发明实施例的控制用户设备测量的系统的结构示意图; 图 7是根据本发明实施例的无线控制器的结构示意图; 图 8是根据本发明实施例的用户设备的结构示意图; 图 9是根据本发明实施例的控制用户设备测量的方法的第四种处理流程图; 图 10是根据本发明实施例的控制用户设备测量的方法的第五种处理流程图。 具体实施方式 下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的 情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 相关技术中提到, 在 3GPP会议中引入了 ANR课题, 流程大致为: 给 UE发送 ANR测量配置信息, UE进行 ANR测量, 保存信息, 网络侧需要 UE进行上报时向 UE发送 ANR请求通知, UE进行测量上报。 但是如果 UE测量较长时间一直没有符 合条件的信息, 后续是否需要测量或如何进行测量, 都没有具体的处理方法。 为解决上述技术问题, 本发明实施例提供了一种控制用户设备测量的方法, 其处 理流程如图 1所示, 包括: 步骤 S102、 无线网络控制器向 UE发送 ANR测量配置消息, 其中, ANR测量配 置消息中携带有 UE进行 ANR测量的最大时长; 步骤 S104、 UE接收 ANR测量配置消息,进行 ANR测量并对测量时间进行计时, 保存测量结果; 步骤 S106、当测量时间达到了最大时长时, UE删除保存的测量结果以及 ANR测 量配置消息。 在本发明实施例中, UE接收 ANR测量配置消息, 进行 ANR测量并对测量时间 进行计时, 如果 UE测量较长时间一直没有符合条件的信息, 即测量时间达到了最大 时长时, UE删除保存的测量结果以及 ANR测量配置消息, 结束本次测量, 进而可以 避免 UE—直处于测量状态, 浪费资源。 如图 1所示流程,步骤 S104实施之后,即 UE接收 ANR测量配置消息,进行 ANR 测量并对测量时间进行计时, 保存测量结果之后, 步骤 S106实施之前, 即 UE删除保 存的测量结果以及 ANR测量配置消息之前, 还可以执行如下操作: UE将获得的测量 结果上报至无线网络控制器。 进一步, 无线网络控制器能够根据 UE上报的测量结果进行邻区配置更新, 选择 信号较好的小区, 删除信号较差的小区。 例如, 一种较优的配置更新方式可以为: 无 线网络控制器解析获得的测量结果, 如果测量结果中包括的一个小区的小区信息上报 次数达到设定次数时, 比如三次五次十次或者其他次数, 则将该小区配置为邻区。 同 样的, 如果一个小区的小区信息上报次数过少, 则可以用其他上报次数较多的小区数 替代。 无线网络控制器根据测量结果进行邻区配置更新之后, 本小区内的其他 UE能够 根据更新后的邻区配置切换到信号优于本小区信号的其他小区, 用户设备及时切换到 其它的小区, 避免本小区的负载过高、 本小区信号质量变差、 干扰严重或者用户掉话 等情况的发生。 实施时, ANR测量配置消息中还可以根据测量环境或其他条件的不同包括其他参 数, 例如测量的物理量。 测量的物理量可以包括下列至少之一: 公共导频信道码片能 量与带限白噪声功率谱密度之比 (Common Pilot Channel Energy per chip Noise Ratio, 简称 CPICH Ec/NO ), 和 /或公共导频信道接收信号码功率 (Common Pilot Channel Received Signal Code Power, 简称 CPICH RSCP), 和 /或主(Primary)公共控制物理信 道接收信号码功率 (Common Control Physical Channel Received Signal Code Power, 简 称 CCPCH RSCP), 和 /或时隙(Timeslot)信号码功率干扰(Interference on Signal Code Power, 简称 ISCP) 路损 (Pathloss) 等。 如图 1所示流程,步骤 S106在实施时,最大时长可以使用定时器进行计时及判断 是否到达, 即, UE的 ANR测量按如下步骤执行: 用户设备进行 ANR测量时, 当接收到 ANR测量配置消息后, 启动定时器, 定时 器的时长为配置消息中的 UE测量的最大时长;
UE对通知消息中包含的测量物理量进行测量, 将测量结果进行保存。 为将本发明实施例提供的控制 UE测量的方法阐释地更清楚更明白, 现从另外一 个角度对该方法进行说明, 处理流程参见图 2, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 S202、 无线网络控制器向用户设备发送 ANR测量配置消息; 本步骤可以是无线网络控制器(Radio Network Controller, 简称 RNC)在 ANR测 量配置消息中携带 UE测量的最大时长, 通知所述用户设备进行 ANR测量; 进一步地, 在 ANR测量配置消息中还可以包含测量的物理量; 其中, 上述测量的物理量可以包括: 公共导频信道码片能量与带限白噪声功率谱 密度之比(Common Pilot Channel Energy per chip Noise Ratio, 简称 CPICH Ec/NO ), 和 /或公共导频信道接收信号码功率(Common Pilot Channel Received Signal Code Power, 简称 CPICH RSCP), 和 /或主(Primary)公共控制物理信道接收信号码功率(Common Control Physical Channel Received Signal Code Power, 简称 CCPCH RSCP), 和 /或时隙 (Timeslot) 信号码功率干扰 (Interference on Signal Code Power, 简称 ISCP) 路损 (Pathloss) 等; 步骤 S204、用户设备接收到 A R测量配置消息后, 进行 ANR测量, 并保存测量 结果; 当用户设备进行 ANR测量时, 具体包括: 当接收到 ANR测量配置消息后, 启动 定时器, 定时器的时长为配置消息中的 UE测量的最大时长; UE对通知消息中包含的 测量物理量进行测量, 将测量结果进行保存; 当 UE接收到网络侧发送的 ANR请求消息时, 进行测量上报, 清空保存的测量结 果。 或者定时器超时, 进行测量上报, 清空保存的测量结果。 并停止测量。 如果无线 网络控制器需要 UE再进行 ANR测量消息, 需要重新下发 ANR测量配置消息。 图 3为本发明实施例控制 UE测量上报的第三个角度的方法流程图, 包括以下步 骤: 步骤 S302、 无线网络控制器向用户设备发送 ANR测量配置消息; 本步骤可以是无线网络控制器(RNC)在 ANR测量配置消息中携带 UE测量的最 大时长, 通知所述用户设备进行 A R测量; 进一步地, 在通知消息中还包含测量的物理量; 其中, 上述测量的物理量可以包括: 公共导频信道码片能量与带限白噪声功率谱 密度之比(Common Pilot Channel Energy per chip Noise Ratio, 简称 CPICH Ec/N0), 和 /或公共导频信道接收信号码功率(Common Pilot Channel Received Signal Code Power, 简称 CPICH RSCP), 和 /或主(Primary)公共控制物理信道接收信号码功率(Common Control Physical Channel Received Signal Code Power, 简称 CCPCH RSCP), 和 /或时隙 (Timeslot) 信号码功率干扰 (Interference on Signal Code Power, 简称 ISCP) 路损 (Pathloss) 等; 步骤 S304、 用户设备接收到通知消息后, 启动定时器, 定时器的时长为配置消息 中的 UE测量的最大时长; UE对通知消息中包含的测量物理量进行测量, 如果一直没 有满足条件的测量结果保存, 当定时器超时, 用户设备直接停止测量; 如果无线网络控制器需要 UE再进行 ANR测量消息, 需要重新下发 ANR测量配 置消息。 图 4为本发明的无线网络控制器接收到 UE上报的 ANR测量报告的第一实施例的 流程示意图, 如图 4所示, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 S402、 RNC收到 UE的 ANR测量报告, 进行邻区更新的判决; 判决方法如下: 根据 UE的 ANR测量报告中的小区信息进行统计, 如果上报的小 区信息累积到一定次数时, 则将该小区配置为邻区; 步骤 S404、 RNC将结果发送给网管, 邻区进行自动更新。 图 5为本发明的无线网络控制器接收到 UE上报的 ANR测量报告的第二实施例的 流程示意图, 如图 5所示, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 S502、 RNC收到 UE的 ANR测量报告, 将结果发送给网管; 步骤 S504、 网管进行邻区的更新判决以及进行自动更新; 判决方法如下:根据 RNC发送的结果进行统计,如果上报的小区信息累积到一定 次数时, 则将该小区配置为邻区。 在本发明实施例中, UE删除保存的测量结果以及 ANR测量配置消息之后, 无线 网络控制器确定需要 UE再进行 ANR测量时, 无线网络控制器向 UE重新下发 ANR 测量配置消息, 其中, 重新下发的 ANR测量配置消息中携带本次 UE进行 ANR测量 的最大时长。 从上述本发明实施例提供的技术方案可以看出, 无线网络控制器通知用户设备进 行 ANR测量, 用户设备进行 ANR测量, 上报测量结果。 通过本发明实施例提供的方 案, 用户设备进行 ANR测量后将测量结果通知网络侧, 提高了网络侧对用户设备的 邻区信息的获知能力; 而网络侧根据用户设备上报的测量结果, 对于邻区进行更新, 对不满足该测量方案的用户设备在下发测量控制消息时, 使用更新后的邻区列表, 保 证了相关用户设备及时地切换到了较优小区, 保证了用户设备的通话连续性。 针对本发明方法还提供一种控制 UE 602测量的系统,如图 6所示,至少包括无线 网络控制器 601和用户设备 602, 其中, 无线网络控制器 601, 向用户设备 602发送 ANR测量配置消息, 设置为通知用户 设备 602进行 A R测量; 用户设备 602, 设置为接收到来自无线网络控制器 601的通知, 进行 ANR测量, 并上报测量结果。 其中, 无线网络控制器 601可以设置为在 ANR测量配置消息中携带 UE 602测量 的最大时长。 无线网络控制器 601, 还可以设置为在通知消息中携带测量的物理量。 用户设备 602可以设置为接收来自无线网络控制器 601的 ANR测量配置消息, 对消息中包含的测量物理量进行测量; 当定时器超时停止测量, 将保存的测量结果进 行上报。 无线网络控制器 601还可以设置为根据用户设备 602上报的测量结果, 根据用户 设备 602上报的测量结果更新系统维护的邻区信息。 基于同一发明构思,本发明实施例还提供了另外一种控制 UE 602测量的系统,其 结构示意图如图 6所示, 包括无线网络控制器 601及 UE 602: 无线网络控制器 601, 设置为向 UE 602发送 ANR测量配置消息, 其中, ANR测 量配置消息中携带有 UE 602进行 ANR测量的最大时长; UE 602,设置为接收 ANR测量配置消息,进行 ANR测量并对测量时间进行计时, 保存测量结果; 以及当测量时间达到了最大时长时, 删除保存的测量结果以及 ANR 测量配置消息。 在一个实施例中, 较优的, UE 602还可以设置为将获得的测量结果上报至无线网 络控制器 601。 在一个实施例中, 较优的, 无线网络控制器 601还可以设置为根据测量结果进行 邻区配置更新。 一个实施例中, 较优的, 无线网络控制器 601还可以设置为解析测量结果, 如果 测量结果中包括的一个小区的小区信息上报次数达到设定次数时, 则将该小区配置为 邻区。 一个实施例中, 较优的, 上述系统还可以包括本小区内的其他 UE, 设置为根据更 新后的邻区配置切换到信号优于本小区信号的其他小区。 一个实施例中,较优的,无线网络控制器 601还可以设置为确定需要 UE 602再进 行 ANR测量时, 向 UE 602重新下发 ANR测量配置消息, 其中, 重新下发的 ANR测 量配置消息中携带本次 UE 602进行 ANR测量的最大时长。 基于同一发明构思, 本发明实施例还提供了一种无线网络控制器, 其结构示意图 如图 7所示, 包括: 生成模块 701, 设置为生成 ANR测量配置消息, 其中, ANR测量配置消息中携 带有 UE进行 ANR测量的最大时长; 发送模块 702, 设置为向 UE发送 ANR测量配置消息。 基于同一发明构思, 本发明实施例还提供了一种 UE, 其结构示意图如图 8所示, 包括: 接收模块 801,设置为接收无线网络控制器发送的 ANR测量配置消息,进行 ANR 测量并对测量时间进行计时, 保存测量结果, 其中, ANR测量配置消息中携带有 UE 进行 ANR测量的最大时长; 删除模块 802, 设置为当测量时间达到了最大时长时, 删除保存的测量结果以及 ANR测量配置消息。 图 9是根据本发明实施例的控制用户设备测量的方法的第四种处理流程图, 具体 包括如下步骤: 步骤 S902、 无线网络控制器向 UE发送 ANR测量配置消息, 其中, ANR测量配 置消息中携带有 UE进行 ANR测量的最大时长; 步骤 S904、 UE接收 ANR测量配置消息,进行 ANR测量并对测量时间进行计时, 保存测量结果; 步骤 S906、 当测量时间达到了最大时长时, UE删除 ANR测量配置信息。 图 10是根据本发明实施例的控制用户设备测量的方法的第五种处理流程图,具体 包括如下步骤: 步骤 S1002、 无线网络控制器向 UE发送 ANR测量配置消息, 其中, ANR测量 配置消息中携带有 UE进行 ANR测量的最大时长; 步骤 S1004、 UE接收 ANR测量配置消息, 进行 ANR测量并对测量时间进行计 时, 保存测量结果; 步骤 S1006、 当测量时间达到了最大时长时, UE停止测量, 测量结果保存一段时 间, 如 48小时。 实施时, UE保存测量结果之后将测量结果上报可以有多种实施方式, 例如, 即时 上报测量结果, 也可以隔随机长度的时间段上报测量结果, 还可以定时周期上报, 较 优的, 可以采用周期上报的方式, 选择适宜的周期长度, 能够较准确地获取测量结果。 实施时,无线控制器将指示 UE进行周期上报的测量上报方式携带在 ANR测量配置消 息中, UE接收 ANR测量配置消息后, 按照无线控制器指示的周期上报的测量上报方 式, 周期性地上报测量结果。 无线控制器指示 UE进行的周期上报的测量上报方式包括:在 ANR测量配置消息 中携带一个取值为周期上报的信元, 并携带一个包括上报周期的长度的信元; 或者, 在 ANR测量配置消息中携带一个包括上报周期的长度的信元。 UE上报两次测量结果 之间间隔的长度即为设定的一个上报周期的长度。 实施时, 测量结果携带在附加测量报告或无线资源控制 (Radio Resource Control, 简称 RRC)消息中进行上报, 其中, RRC消息为以下之一: 初始直传消息、测量报告、 无线网络控制连接请求消息、 上行直传消息、 小区更新消息。 本发明实施例能够达到如下有益效果: 在本发明实施例中, UE接收 ANR测量配 置消息, 进行 ANR测量并对测量时间进行计时, 如果 UE测量较长时间一直没有符合 条件的信息, 即测量时间达到了最大时长时, UE删除保存的测量结果以及 ANR测量 配置消息, 结束本次测量, 进而可以避免 UE—直处于测量状态, 浪费资源。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而可以将 它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限 制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

当所述测量时间达到了所述最大时长时,所述 UE删除所述 ANR测量配置 消息。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述 UE接收所述 ANR测量配置消息, 进 行 ANR测量并对测量时间进行计时, 保存测量结果之后, 所述 UE删除所述 ANR测量配置消息之前, 还包括: 所述 UE将获得的测量结果上报至所述无线 网络控制器。

7. 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中, 所述测量的物理量包括下列至少之一: 公共导频信道码片能量与带限白噪声功率谱密度之比, 公共导频信道接收 信号码功率, 主公共控制物理信道接收信号码功率, 以及时隙信号码功率干扰 路损。
8. 根据权利要求 1、 2、 3、 4、 6、 7任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述 UE删除所述 ANR测量配置消息之后, 还包括: 所述无线网络控制器确定需要所述 UE再进 行 ANR测量时,所述无线网络控制器向所述 UE重新下发 ANR测量配置消息, 其中, 重新下发的 ANR测量配置消息中携带本次所述 UE进行 ANR测量的最 大时长。
9. 根据权利要求 1、 2、 3、 4、 6、 7任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述 UE保存测量 结果之后, 还包括: 所述 UE按照所述无线控制器指示的周期上报的测量上报 方式, 周期性地上报所述测量结果, 其中, 所述无线控制器指示所述 UE进行 周期上报的测量上报方式携带在所述 ANR测量配置消息中。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的方法, 其中, 所述无线控制器指示所述 UE进行的周期 上报的测量上报方式包括:
在所述 ANR测量配置消息中携带一个取值为周期上报的信元, 并携带一 个包括上报周期的长度的信元; 或者,
在所述 ANR测量配置消息中携带一个包括上报周期的长度的信元。
11. 根据权利要求 10所述的方法,其中,所述测量结果携带在附加测量报告或无线 资源控制 RRC消息中进行上报, 其中, 所述 RRC消息为以下之一: 初始直传 消息、测量报告、无线网络控制连接请求消息、 上行直传消息、 小区更新消息。
12. 一种控制用户设备 UE测量的系统, 包括无线网络控制器及 UE:
所述无线网络控制器,设置为向所述 UE发送自动邻区关系功能 ANR测量 配置消息, 其中, 所述 ANR测量配置消息中携带有所述 UE进行 ANR测量的 最大时长;
所述 UE, 设置为接收所述 ANR测量配置消息, 进行 ANR测量并对测量 时间进行计时, 保存测量结果; 以及当所述测量时间达到了所述最大时长时, 删除所述 ANR测量配置消息。
13. 根据权利要求 12所述的系统, 其中, 所述 UE还设置为将获得的测量结果上报 至所述无线网络控制器。
14. 根据权利要求 13所述的系统,其中,所述无线网络控制器还设置为根据所述测 量结果进行邻区配置更新。
15. 根据权利要求 14所述的系统,其中,所述无线网络控制器还设置为解析所述测 量结果, 如果所述测量结果中包括的一个小区的小区信息上报次数达到设定次 数时, 则将该小区配置为邻区。
16. 根据权利要求 14或 15所述的系统,其中,所述系统还包括本小区内的其他 UE, 设置为根据更新后的邻区配置切换到信号优于本小区信号的其他小区。
17. 根据权利要求 12至 15任一项所述的系统, 其中, 所述无线网络控制器还设置 为确定需要所述 UE再进行 ANR测量时, 向所述 UE重新下发 ANR测量配置 消息, 其中, 重新下发的 ANR测量配置消息中携带本次所述 UE进行 ANR测 量的最大时长。
18. 根据权利要求 12至 15任一项所述的系统, 其中, 所述 UE还设置为按照所述 无线控制器指示的周期上报的测量上报方式, 周期性地上报所述测量结果, 其 中, 所述无线控制器指示所述 UE 进行周期上报的测量上报方式携带在所述 ANR测量配置消息中。
19. 一种无线网络控制器, 包括:
生成模块, 设置为生成自动邻区关系功能 ANR测量配置消息, 其中, 所 述 ANR测量配置消息中携带有用户设备 UE进行 ANR测量的最大时长;
发送模块, 设置为向所述 UE发送所述 ANR测量配置消息。
20. 一种用户设备 UE, 包括:
接收模块, 设置为接收无线网络控制器发送的自动邻区关系功能 ANR测 量配置消息, 进行 ANR测量并对测量时间进行计时, 保存测量结果, 其中, 所述 ANR测量配置消息中携带有 UE进行 ANR测量的最大时长;
删除模块, 设置为当所述测量时间达到了所述最大时长时, 删除所述 ANR 测量配置消息。
