화장품 용기
본 고안은 화장품 용기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 숄더와 스템 사이에 버튼의 누름조작에 의해 가압되어 용기본체 내의 화장품 내용물을 토출되게 하는 탄성부재를 구비함으로써, 구조를 단순화시켜 제조비용을 절감할 수 있도록 한 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 에센스 또는 아이크림이나 노화 및 주름살방지제 등과 같은 고기능성 화장품은 단순히 용기와 마개로 구성된 콤팩트한 사이즈의 화장품 용기에 수용되어 공급된다.
이러한 형태의 화장품 용기를 사용하는 경우에는 용기의 유출공을 통해 내용물을 손에 묻혀 해당 피부에 바르기 때문에 토출량의 조절이 어렵고, 손에 묻어 낭비되는 양만큼 고가의 내용물이 손실되는 폐단이 있다.
상기의 문제점을 감안하여 버튼의 누름조작을 통해 용기본체 내의 화장품 내용물을 정량 추출하여 해당 피부에 바를 수 있도록 한 화장품 용기가 개발되어 보급되고 있다.
상기 화장품 용기는 상부에 구비된 버튼이 사용자의 누름조작에 의해 가압되면 버튼과 함께 실린더가 연동되어 상승하고, 실린더의 상승에 의해 용기본체 내의 압력이 저하되어 화장품 내용물이 실린더 및 버튼 측으로 이동하여 외부로 토출되는 구조로 마련된다.
그러나, 이러한 종래의 화장품 용기는 실린더 및 피스톤 등을 포함하여 구성되는 바, 그 구조가 복잡해지고 제조비용이 증가하는 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 상기 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로, 숄더와 스템 사이에 버튼의 누름조작에 의해 가압되어 용기본체 내의 화장품 내용물을 토출되게 하는 탄성부재를 구비함으로써, 구조를 단순화시켜 제조비용을 절감할 수 있도록 한 화장품 용기를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다.
상기한 목적은, 내부에 화장품 내용물이 수용되는 수용공간이 구비된 용기본체; 상기 용기본체에 내재되고, 상기 용기본체 내의 화장품 내용물 배출부피만큼 상승하여 상기 용기본체 내의 압력을 일정하게 유지시키는 피스톤; 상기 용기본체의 상부에 밀폐가능하게 결합되고, 중앙에 화장품 내용물의 유로를 형성하는 유동공이 형성된 숄더(Shoulder); 상기 숄더의 상부에 밀폐가능하게 결합되고, 버튼의 누름조작에 의해 가압되어 상기 유동공을 통과한 화장품 내용물이 토출되게 하는 토출공이 형성된 탄성부재; 상기 탄성부재의 상부에 고정가능하게 설치되고, 하부 중앙에 상기 토출공을 개폐하는 개폐돌기가 구비된 스템(Stem); 상기 스템의 상부에 고정가능하게 설치되고, 누름조작에 의해 상기 용기본체내의 화장품 내용물을 외부로 토출되게 하는 버튼; 및 상기 숄더의 상부에 밀폐가능하게 결합되는 오버캡; 을 포함하는 화장품 용기에 의해 달성된다.

본 고안에 따른 화장품 용기(100)는, 도 1 내지 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 화장품 내용물이 수용되는 용기본체(110)와, 용기본체(110) 내에 상승가능하게 구비되는 피스톤(120)과, 용기본체(110)의 상부에 결합되는 숄더(Shoulder)(130)와, 숄더(130)의 상부에 결합되는 탄성부재(140)와, 탄성부재(140)의 상부에 설치되는 스템(Stem)(150)과, 스템(150)의 상부에 설치되는 버튼(160)과, 숄더(130)의 상부에 결합되는 오버캡(170)을 포함하여 구성된다.

숄더(130)는 용기본체(110)의 상부에 밀폐가능하게 결합된다. 숄더(130)는 용기본체(110)의 상부에 강제끼움방식 등으로 기밀성있게 결합될 수 있다.
숄더(130)는 상향 함몰형성된 결합홈(132)과, 화장품 내용물 유로를 형성하는 유동공(134)과, 결합홈(132) 측에 구비되는 연장부(136)를 포함하여 구성된다.
결합홈(132)은 하부측 둘레에 상향으로 함몰형성되어 용기본체(110)의 개구턱(112)과 결합된다.
유동공(134)은 중앙에 상하 관통형성되어 용기본체(110) 내의 화장품 내용물이 통과하는 유로를 형성하게 된다.
연장부(136)는 결합홈(132) 측에 상향으로 연장형성된다. 연장부(136)의 상부측에는 내향으로 돌설되는 걸림돌기(136a)가 구비된다.
탄성부재(140)는 숄더(130)의 상부에 밀폐가능하게 결합되고, 버튼(160)의 누름조작에 의해 가압되어 유동공(134)을 통과한 화장품 내용물이 토출되게 하는 역할을 수행한다. 탄성부재(140)는 '∩'자 형태를 이루는 고무재질로 성형된다.
탄성부재(140)는 화장품 내용물을 토출하는 토출공(142)과, 토출공(142) 둘레에 형성되는 고정부(144)로 구성된다.
토출공(142)은 상부 중앙에 상하 관통형성되어 숄더(130)의 유동공(134)과 연락가능하게 마련된다. 토출공(142)은 유동공(134)을 통과한 화장품 내용물이 스템(150) 측으로 토출되도록 한다.
고정부(144)는 토출공(142)의 둘레에 하향으로 함몰형성된다. 고정부(144)는 대략 '∪'자 형태로 형성함이 바람직하다.
스템(150)은 탄성부재(140)의 상부에 고정가능하게 설치되어 버튼(160)의 누름조작에 의한 가압력을 탄성부재(140) 측으로 전달하는 역할을 수행한다.
스템(150)의 중심축선상에는 상하 관통형성되어 토출공(142)과 연락되는 토출연장공(151)이 구비된다.
스템(150)은 고정부(144)에 결합되는 결합편(152)과, 토출공(142)의 개폐하는 개폐돌기(154)과, 결합편(152)의 둘레에 형성된 고정환테(156)와, 상부 중앙에 형성되는 토출연장편(158)를 포함하여 구성된다.
결합편(152)은 하부 중앙에 하향으로 연장형성되어 탄성부재(140)의 고정부(144)에 끼움결합된다.
개폐돌기(154)는 결합편(152)에 내재되는 형태를 이루고, 중앙에 수직방향으로 하향 돌출형성되어 버튼(160)의 누름조작에 따라 탄성부재(140)의 토출공(142)을 개폐하는 역할을 수행한다. 개폐돌기(154)의 하부측에는 수평방향으로 관통형성되어 토출연장공(151) 측으로 화장품 내용물을 이동시키는 화장품 내용물 이동공(154a)이 마련된다.
고정환테(156)는 결합편(152)의 둘레에 단차지게 형성되어 숄더(130)의 걸림돌기(136a)에 걸림고정된다.
토출연장편(158)은 상부 중앙에 상향 연장형성되어 버튼(160)의 하부에 끼움 결합된다.
버튼(160)은 스템(150)의 상부에 고정가능하게 설치된다. 버튼(160)은 사용자의 누름조작에 의해 용기본체(110) 내의 화장품 내용물을 외부로 토출되게 하는 역할을 수행한다.
버튼(160)에는 수평으로 관통형성되어 토출연장공(151)과 연락되는 노즐(161)이 구비된다.
버튼(160)은 토출연장편(158)을 고정하는 고정편(162)과, 고정환테(156) 측에 지지되는 지지편(164)을 포함하여 구성된다.
고정편(162)은 하부 중앙에 하향으로 연장형성되어 토출연장편(158)을 고정하게 된다.
지지편(164)은 고정편(162)의 둘레에 하향 연장형성되어 고정환테(156) 측 상부에 지지된다.
오버캡(170)은 숄더(130)의 상부에 밀폐가능하게 결합된다. 오버캡(170)은 노즐(161)을 갖는 버튼(160)을 감싸는 형태로 구비되어 외부로부터의 이물질 투입과, 노즐(161) 내 화장품 내용물의 고형화를 방지하는 역할을 수행한다.
이상에서는 본 고안의 바람직한 실시예를 예시적으로 설명하였으나, 본원 고안의 권리 범위는 이같은 특정 실시예에만 한정되는 것이 아니며, 본원 고안이 속하는 당업자에게 자명한 범위는 본원 고안의 실용신안등록청구범위내에 기재된 범주내에 속하는 것으로 해석하여야 할 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 내부에 화장품 내용물이 수용되는 수용공간이 구비된 용기본체;
    상기 용기본체에 내재되고, 상기 용기본체 내의 화장품 내용물 배출부피만큼 상승하여 상기 용기본체 내의 압력을 일정하게 유지시키는 피스톤;
    상기 용기본체의 상부에 밀폐가능하게 결합되고, 중앙에 화장품 내용물의 유로를 형성하는 유동공이 형성된 숄더(Shoulder);
    상기 숄더의 상부에 밀폐가능하게 결합되고, 버튼의 누름조작에 의해 가압되어 상기 유동공을 통과한 화장품 내용물이 토출되게 하는 토출공이 형성된 탄성부재;
    상기 탄성부재의 상부에 고정가능하게 설치되고, 하부 중앙에 상기 토출공을 개폐하는 개폐돌기가 구비된 스템(Stem);
    상기 스템의 상부에 고정가능하게 설치되고, 누름조작에 의해 상기 용기본체내의 화장품 내용물을 외부로 토출되게 하는 버튼; 및
    상기 숄더의 상부에 밀폐가능하게 결합되는 오버캡; 을 포함하는 화장품 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 숄더는,
    하부측 둘레에 상향으로 함몰형성되어 상기 용기본체의 개구턱과 결합되는 결합홈;
    중앙에 상하 관통형성되어 상기 용기본체 내의 화장품 내용물이 통과하는 유로를 형성하는 유동공; 및
    상기 결합홈 측에 상향으로 연장형성되고, 상부에 내향으로 돌설되는 걸림돌기가 구비된 연장부; 로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 동안(童顔)
    상기 탄성부재는 '∩'자 형태를 이루는 고무재질로 성형되고,
    상부 중앙에 상하 관통형성되어 상기 유동공을 통과한 화장품 내용물이 토출되게 하는 토출공과, 상기 토출공의 둘레에 하향으로 함몰형성되는 고정부로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 스템은 중심축선상으로 상하 관통형성되어 상기 토출공과 연락되는 토출연장공을 구비하되,
    하부 중앙에 하향 연장형성되어 상기 탄성부재의 고정부에 끼움 결합되는 결합편;
    상기 결합편에 내재되는 형태를 이루어 수직방향으로 하향 돌출형성되고, 상기 버튼의 누름조작에 따라 상기 토출공을 개폐하는 하부에 화장품 내용물 이동공이 구비된 개폐돌기;
    상기 결합편의 둘레에 단차지게 형성되어 상기 숄더의 걸림돌기에 걸림고정되는 고정환테;
    상부 중앙에 상향 연장형성되어 상기 버튼의 하부에 끼움 결합되는 토출연장편; 으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
  5. 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 버튼은 수평 관통형성되어 상기 토출연장공과 연락되는 노즐을 구비하되,
    하부 중앙에 하향 연장형성되어 상기 토출연장편을 고정하는 고정편과, 상기 고정편의 둘레에 하향 연장형성되어 상기 고정환테 측 상부에 지지되는 지지편으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 화장품 용기.
