ＬＢＳ를 이용한 소셜음악서비스 제공방법과 시스템 및 그 제공방법을 실행하기 위한 프로그램이 기록된 기록매체
본 발명은 위치기반서비스인 LBS를 이용하여 음악과 장소의 개념을 매칭한 새로운 음악서비스를 위한 소셜음악서비스 제공방법과 시스템 및 그 제공방법을 실행하기 위한 프로그램이 기록된 기록매체에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 길거리를 걸어다니다 보면 레코드 가게나 상점 등을 통해 항상 유행하는 노래와 새로운 노래 그리고 그 장소에 걸맞는 노래를 자연스럽게 들을 수 있었다. 그러나 스마트폰과 MP3 플레이어 등의 모바일기기의 빠른 보급으로 레코드 가게는 서서히 자취를 감춰가고 특히, 시민들은 대부분 귀에 이어폰을 꼽고 자신이 좋아하는 노래만을 들으며 바쁘게 길거리를 지나다니는 모습이 일반적인 풍경이 되었다.
따라서, 종래에 사람들이 강남역이나 명동 또는 압구정과 같이 특정 길거리를 걸어다니며 해당 지역에 어울리는 노래를 들을 수 있는 기회는 많이 줄어든게 현실이다.
한편, 이러한 모바일 기기의 확대와 함께 모바일 기기를 통한 다양한 서비스가 활성화되고 있다. 대표적인 것이 바로 음악서비스 제공에 관한 어플리케이션을 들 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 음악 어플리케이션들은 모바일 기기의 확대된 무선통신기술을 기반으로 저작권법에 위반되지 않는 기술을 통하여 웹캐스팅의 방식으로 다양한 노래들을 사용자에게 제공하고 있다. 하지만, 이러한 기술들은 모두 장르나 카테고리 등에 한정되어 음악을 제공할 뿐, 어떠한 특정 개념을 접목하여 사용자로 하여금 신선한 감정을 불러일으키지는 못하였다. 즉, 음악을 음악 그대로에만 충실하여 제공하였을 뿐, 소셜 네트워크적 입장에서는 접근한 사례가 없었던 것이다.
한편, 모바일 기기는 위치정보서비스(LBS, Location based service)를 이용하여 다양한 서비스를 제공할 수 있게 되었다. 음악 어플리케이션 역시 이러한 LBS를 이용하여 음악을 다운로드하고 재생하는 기술이 개발되고 있다.
대표적으로는 한국공개특허 제2009-0001745호 "인터넷을 이용한 음악 정보 제공 시스템 및 방법"으로서, 이 서비스는 모바일 단말기의 위치를 파악하여, 서버에서 해당위치에 걸맞는 음악을 전송하고 이를 모바일 기기에서 플레이한다는 것이다. 이를 위해서는 산이나 바다 등의 풍경에 맞는 음악 리스트를 미리 마련해야 하고, 또한 사용자의 모바일 단말기가 위치하는 지점의 속성들을 미리 분류해두어 음악과 매칭해야 하는 작업이 필요하다.
이러한 서비스는 비록 LBS를 이용하는 점에서는 진일보한 기술이라고 할 수 있겠지만, 이 역시 자신의 위치에 걸맞는 음악을 단지 수동적으로 다운로드하여 듣는다는 개념만 있을 뿐, 해당 장소에 관련하여 플레이될 수 있는 음악을 직접 선정할 수 없고, 더욱이 다양한 사람들과 함께 그러한 서비스를 주고받는 개념이 아니라 일방만이 이를 이용하는 점에서 소셜 네트워크적인 관점은 아니라고 할 수 있다.
또 하나의 종래기술로는 한국공개특허 제2010-0070213호 "지피에스를 이용한 엠피쓰리 플레이어"를 들 수 있다. 이 역시 LBS를 이용하여 주변의 위치에 맞는 음악을 다운로드하여 플레이하고, 주변 분위기에 맞게 자동적으로 볼륨을 조절하여 지하철이나 공공장소에서도 거부감 없이 음악을 즐길 수 있도록 한다는 것이다. 그러나 이러한 서비스 역시 장소 기반의 음악서비스이기는 하나, 일방적으로 추천곡을 다운로드받아 플레이 하는 것이고, 다양한 사람들이 상호 영향을 주고받으면서 서비스를 만들어가는 것이 아니라 단순히 일방적인 관계에서만 음악의 제공이 이루어지는 점에서 소셜 네트워크적인 관점의 접근은 아니라고 할 것이다.
따라서, 모바일 기기와 LBS 서비스를 이용하면서 다양한 사람들이 상호 영향을 주고받는 음악서비스를 통해 위치와 음악 그리고 사람이 결합된 새로운 개념의 음악서비스가 필요하였던 것이다.
상기의 배경기술로서 설명된 사항들은 본 발명의 배경에 대한 이해 증진을 위한 것일 뿐, 이 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 이미 알려진 종래기술에 해당함을 인정하는 것으로 받아들여져서는 안 될 것이다.
본 발명은 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 제안된 것으로, 위치와 음악 그리고 사람이 결합된 새로운 개념의 음악서비스이자 사람들간에 상호 영향을 주고받을 수 있는 음악서비스를 위한 LBS를 이용한 소셜음악서비스 제공방법과 시스템 및 그 제공방법을 실행하기 위한 프로그램이 기록된 기록매체를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 LBS를 이용한 소셜음악서비스 제공방법은, 사용자 단말기로부터 음악을 포스팅할 위치와 해당 음악데이터를 전송받아 서버에 저장하는 업로드단계; 서버에서 LBS를 이용하여 사용자 단말기의 위치를 추적하며, 사용자 단말기가 상기 포스팅 위치로부터 일정 거리 이내로 들어오는지를 감지하는 추적단계; 및 사용자 단말기가 상기 포스팅 위치로부터 일정 거리 이내로 들어온 경우 서버에서 해당 위치에 매칭된 음악데이터를 사용자 단말기에 전송하는 플레이단계;를 포함한다.
상기 플레이단계는 음악데이터의 플레이 도중 사용자 단말기가 포스팅 위치를 옮겨간 것으로 판단된 경우, 종래 전송한 음악데이터의 플레이가 종료된 시점에서 사용자가 위치하는 새로운 포스팅 위치에 해당하는 음악데이터를 전송할 수 있다.
상기 플레이단계는 사용자 단말기로부터 가장 가까운 거리의 포스팅 위치에 해당하는 음악데이터를 사용자 단말기에 전송할 수 있다.
상기 플레이단계는 음악데이터의 플레이 도중 사용자 단말기로부터 가장 가까운 거리의 포스팅 위치가 변경된 것으로 판단된 경우, 종래 전송한 음악데이터의 플레이가 종료된 시점에서 새로운 포스팅 위치에 해당하는 음악데이터를 전송할 수 있다.
상기 업로드단계는 사용자 단말기에 저장된 음악데이터를 사용자 단말기로부터 전송받아 서버에 저장할 수 있다.
상기 업로드단계는 사용자 단말기로부터 전송받을 음악데이터가 음악서버에 존재하는지 판단하고, 음악서버에 존재하는 경우에는 서버에서 해당 음악데이터에 관하여 음악서버와 매칭을 수행하며, 음악서버에 존재하지 않는 경우에는 음악데이터를 사용자 단말기로부터 전송받아 서버에 저장할 수 있다.
서버에서 LBS를 이용하여 사용자 단말기에 음악을 포스팅 할 수 있는 위치목록을 제공하는 준비단계;를 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 준비단계는 사용자 단말기로부터 일정거리 이내에 존재하는 위치들의 목록을 제공할 수 있다.
상기 플레이단계는, 일정시간마다 또는 일정 횟수의 음악이 플레이된 경우마다, 서버에서 사용자 단말기로부터 가장 가까운 포스팅 위치의 미리 마련된 광고를 사용자 단말기에 전송하는 광고단계;를 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 플레이단계는, 서버에서 음악데이터를 전송한 사용자 단말기에 해당 음악의 추천메뉴를 제공하고 피드백 받음으로써 해당 포스팅 위치에서 해당 음악의 순위를 집계하는 순위집계단계;를 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 플레이단계는 해당 위치에 매칭된 음악데이터 중 상기 순위집계단계를 통하여 순위가 높은 것으로 집계된 음악데이터부터 사용자 단말기에 전송할 수 있다.
상기 순위집계단계는, 세계지도 또는 일정지역의 지도상에 순위가 높은 아티스트 또는 음악의 곡명이 미리 정해진 포스팅 위치별로 표시된 지도데이터를 사용자의 단말기에 전송하는 음악지도제공단계;를 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 플레이단계는, 서버에서 사용자 단말기에 포스팅 위치를 선택할 수 있는 지역메뉴를 제공하고 선택을 피드백 받아 선택된 포스팅 위치에 매칭된 음악데이터를 사용자 단말기에 전송하는 선택플레이단계;를 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 플레이단계는, 서버에서 음악데이터를 전송한 사용자 단말기에 해당 음악의 추천메뉴를 제공하고 피드백 받음으로써 해당 포스팅 위치에서 해당 음악의 순위를 집계하는 순위집계단계;를 더 포함하고, 상기 선택플레이단계는 선택된 지역이 다수의 포스팅 위치를 포함하는 경우 해당 지역에서 순위집계단계를 통하여 순위가 높은 것으로 집계된 음악데이터부터 사용자 단말기에 전송할 수 있다.
서버에서 사용자 단말기로부터 선호하는 아티스트 이름을 제공받아 저장하는 정보입력단계; 및 세계지도 또는 일정지역의 지도상에 상기 제공된 아티스트를 선호하는 사용자 단말기들의 분포도가 표시된 지도데이터를 사용자 단말기에 전송하는 팬지도제공단계;를 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 플레이단계는, 포스팅 위치, 음악의 곡명, 해당 음악을 포스팅한 사용자 단말기의 식별자를 포함하는 포스팅정보를 사용자 단말기에 전송하는 정보전송단계;를 더 포함할 수 있다.
한편, 상기 제공방법의 실현을 위한 LBS를 이용한 소셜음악서비스 제공시스템은, 사용자 단말기로부터 음악을 포스팅할 위치와 해당 음악데이터를 전송받아 저장하고, LBS를 이용하여 사용자 단말기의 위치를 추적하며, 사용자 단말기가 상기 포스팅 위치로부터 일정 거리 이내로 들어온 경우 해당 위치에 매칭된 음악데이터를 사용자 단말기에 전송하는 서버;를 포함한다.
상기 서버는 사용자 단말기로부터 가장 가까운 거리의 포스팅 위치에 해당하는 음악데이터를 사용자 단말기에 전송할 수 있다.
복수의 음악데이터가 미리 저장된 음악서버;를 더 포함하고, 상기 서버는 사용자 단말기로부터 전송받을 음악데이터가 음악서버에 존재하는지 판단하며, 음악서버에 존재하는 경우에는 해당 음악데이터에 관하여 음악서버와 매칭을 수행하고, 음악서버에 존재하지 않는 경우에는 음악데이터를 사용자 단말기로부터 전송받아 서버 또는 음악서버에 저장할 수 있다.
그리고, 이를 위한 LBS를 이용한 소셜음악서비스 제공방법을 실행하기 위한 프로그램이 기록된 기록매체는, 사용자 단말기에서 음악을 포스팅할 위치와 해당 음악데이터를 서버에 전송하여 저장하는 업로드단계; 및 LBS를 이용하여 사용자 단말기의 위치를 추적하고, 사용자 단말기가 포스팅 위치로부터 일정 거리 이내로 들어온 경우 서버로부터 해당 위치에 매칭된 음악데이터를 전송받아 사용자 단말기에서 플레이하는 플레이단계;를 포함하는 LBS를 이용한 소셜음악서비스 제공방법을 실행하기 위한 것이다.
또한, 상기 플레이단계는 사용자 단말기로부터 가장 가까운 거리의 포스팅 위치에 해당하는 음악데이터를 서버로부터 사용자 단말기에 전송받아 플레이 하도록 할 수 있다.
상술한 바와 같은 LBS를 이용한 소셜음악서비스 제공방법과 시스템 및 그 제공방법을 실행하기 위한 프로그램이 기록된 기록매체에 따르면, 위치와 음악 그리고 사람이 결합된 새로운 개념의 음악서비스이자 사람들간에 상호 영향을 주고받을 수 있는 음악서비스를 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 음악을 업로드하여 포스팅 하는 위치를 선점한다는 개념을 도입하여 사용자로 하여금 경쟁심리를 갖도록 하며, 해당 위치에서의 음악 순위를 결정함으로써 경쟁심리를 갖도록 하고 자연스럽게 일반인들을 대상으로 하는 음악 순위를 얻을 수 있다.

더욱이, 이러한 위치기반 음악들은 LBS를 이용하여 사용자의 이동시 새로운 지점의 음악을 지속적으로 들려줌으로써 어플리케이션의 실행시간이 자연스럽게 연장되고 그에 따라 해당 지역에 맞는 맞춤형 광고가 가능해진다.
그리고, 장소와 음악을 접목하고 이를 모든 사용자의 참여에 의해 만들어가는 것으로서 음악의 순위에 신뢰도가 형성되고, 세계적으로 각 국가나 도시 및 장소의 자연스러운 홍보가 가능해지며 아울러 한류열풍과 같은 문화적인 의미에서도 홍보가 이루어질 수 있는 것이다. 또한, 그러한 홍보의 대상인 음악은 사용자들에 의해 그 순위가 꾸준히 갱신되기 때문에 컨텐츠의 순환과 교체가 자연스럽게 이루어질 수 있는 것이다.
한편, 자신이 좋아하는 음악을 올리고 싶거나 뜻하지 않게 좋아하는 음악을 들은 경우 바로 해당 음원을 구매할 수 있도록 하여 올바른 저작권 육성문화에도 큰 도움이 될 수 있다.

본 발명은 정의가 가능한 특정 지역에 자신의 추억이 담기거나 자신이 좋아하는 음악 또는 그 지역에 어울릴 것으로 생각하는 음악을 사용자가 직접 업로드하고, 타인이 그 해당지역을 지나갈 때 자연스럽게 그 음악을 모바일 기기에서 플레이 하도록 함으로써 업로드와 다운로드 모두 위치나 지역 또는 건물과 연관지어 사람들이 만들어가도록 유도하는 서비스이다.
포스팅이란, 그러한 다양한 음악들을 특정 위치에 연관하여 지정하는 행위를 말하며, 그 지역이나 위치는 대한민국 전역 그리고 전 세계적으로 다양한 지점에 설정이 가능하며, 우주나 별 등의 가상공간 역시 설정이 가능하도록 한다. 이를 통해 세계적인 소셜 음악 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 것이며, 단순히 음악을 업로드하고 다운로드하는 것이 아니라 글쓰기, 댓글달기, 푸시(Push)메시징 등을 통하여 사람들과 해당 위치와 함께 음악에 대하여 공유할 수 있도록 하고, 추천 기능을 부가하여 각 지점마다 음악의 순위를 매김으로써 자연스럽게 우선순위를 설정할 수 있게 된다. 이를 통해 실제 다양한 연령대와 지역의 일반인들을 통해 음악차트가 형성되도록 할 수 있고 음악 차트의 신뢰도를 높일 수 있게 된다.
그리고, 사용자 단말기란, 업로드하는 사용자 및 다운로드하는 사용자를 모두 말하는 것이며, 이러한 업로드와 다운로드는 하나의 단말기에서 동시에 역할 수행이 가능한 것이다. 단말기는 인터넷에 연결된 컴퓨터, 모바일 기기 등의 통신이 가능한 다양한 매체를 모두 포괄하는 개념이다.
이하에서는 도 1 및 2를 참고하여 본 발명의 LBS를 이용한 소셜음악서비스 제공방법에 대하여 좀 더 상세히 살펴본다.
먼저, 사용자들은 자신의 모바일 기기에 해당 서비스를 위한 어플리케이션을 다운로드하여 설치할 수 있다(S10). 그리고 어플리케이션을 실행할 경우 가입절차를 거쳐 로그인을 통해 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 한다. 그리고, 서버에서는 사용자 단말기로부터 선호하는 아티스트 이름을 제공받아 저장하는 정보입력단계(S20)를 거치게 된다. 정보입력단계에서는 사용자 아이디와 비밀번호 등을 입력하고 특히 자신이 선호하는 아티스트의 이름을 제공받아 서버에 개인정보와 함께 저장토록 한다. 또한 본 서비스는 음원의 다운로드 구매를 병행할 수도 있기 때문에 결제정보 역시 필요할 수 있다.

한편, 본 발명의 핵심인 음악 포스팅에 관하여 설명하면, 사용자는 자신의 모바일 기기 또는 인터넷에 연결된 컴퓨터를 통해 특정 지점에 자신이 선호하는 음악을 포스팅할 수 있다. 이를 위해 서버에서는 LBS를 이용하여 사용자 단말기에 음악을 포스팅 할 수 있는 위치목록을 제공하는 준비단계(S40)를 수행한다.
준비단계에서는 원격지에 존재하는 포스팅 위치목록을 제공하고 사용자로 하여금 선택하도록 하는 것도 가능할 것이지만, 바람직하게는 사용자 단말기로부터 일정거리 이내에 존재하는 위치들의 목록을 제공하도록 함이 더 효과적일 것이다.
왜냐하면, 대한민국에서 인기있는 음악은 대한민국의 사람들이 정하도록 해야할 것이고, 이는 특정 지역 역시 마찬가지로 작용하여 해당 지역의 지역색을 정확히 반영할 필요가 있기 때문이다. 또한, 사용자가 자주 다니는 지점에 포스팅이 가능토록 함으로써 그 지점에 자주 다니는 사람들과 자연스럽게 교류가 형성되도록 하기 위함이다. 그리고, 특정 팬이 기타 적절치 않은 지점에도 쉽게 포스팅함으로써 해당 지역의 인기곡을 조작하는 부작용 등을 방지하기 위함이다. 따라서, 서버에서는 LBS를 이용하여 사용자 단말기로부터 일정거리 이내에 존재하는 위치들의 목록만을 제공하여 포스팅할 수 있도록 한다. 즉, 업로드의 경우 사용자와 포스팅 지역을 물리적으로 어느 정도 일치시키는 것이다.
준비단계를 통해 포스팅 위치가 지정된 경우에는 사용자가 포스팅할 음악을 선택하고 이를 업로드하게 된다(S50). 즉, 사용자 단말기로부터 음악을 포스팅할 위치와 해당 음악데이터를 전송받아 서버에 저장하는 업로드단계(S51)를 수행한다.
업로드단계(S51)는 사용자 단말기에 저장된 음악데이터를 사용자 단말기로부터 전송받아 서버에 저장하도록 하는데, 이를 통해 사용자의 음원 구매를 촉진할 수 있도록 하며 저작권법을 위반하지 않도록 한다.
그리고, 업로드단계(S51)는 사용자 단말기로부터 전송받을 음악데이터가 음악서버에 존재하는지 판단하고(S60), 음악서버에 존재하는 경우에는 서버에서 해당 음악데이터에 관하여 음악서버와 매칭을 수행하며(S70), 음악서버에 존재하지 않는 경우에는 음악데이터를 사용자 단말기로부터 전송받아 서버에 저장하도록 한다(S80). 즉, 별도의 음악서버를 준비하여 둘 경우 사용자는 자신이 정당하게 가지고 있는 음악만을 포스팅할 수 있는 것은 동일하고, 단지 업로드 단계에서 음악서버와의 매칭을 통해 더욱 빠르게 업로드가 가능토록 하는 것이다.
음악데이터의 매칭이 이루어지면 실제 사용자는 음악데이터를 업로드하는 것이 아니며, 단지 서버와 음악서버 간에 해당 위치에 대한 음악의 연결고리만을 만들어두는 것이다. 다만, 실제 자신이 자작한 음악이나 제3세계음악의 경우 음악서버에 모두 미리 마련하는 것은 한계가 있으므로 이러한 경우에는 사용자가 직접 서버 또는 음악서버에 자신의 음악데이터를 무선통신을 통해 업로드할 수 있도록 한다.
즉, 이러한 방식의 포스팅을 사용하면, 사용자로 하여금 포스팅을 위해 음원을 구매토록 유도할 수 있으며, 동시에 업로드로 느껴지지만 사실은 무선통신에 과부하가 걸리지 않도록 하여 빠른 포스팅을 느낄 수 있도록 함으로써 사용자의 불편을 최소화할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
한편, 포스팅을 수행하는 사용자 단말기 외에 음악을 다운로드하여 듣는 사용자의 입장에서 보면, 어플리케이션의 실행과 함께 서버에서는 해당 사용자의 위치를 LBS를 이용하여 항상 추적하게 된다.
그리고 사용자 단말기가 상기 포스팅 위치로부터 일정 거리 이내로 들어온 경우에는 서버에서 해당 위치에 매칭된 음악데이터를 사용자 단말기에 전송하여 플레이되도록 하는 플레이단계(S110);를 수행한다. 또는 플레이단계는 사용자 단말기로부터 가장 가까운 거리의 포스팅 위치에 해당하는 음악데이터를 사용자 단말기에 전송하도록 하는 것도 가능하다. 즉, 서버에서는 사용자 단말기의 위치를 지속적으로 추적하여 사용자 단말기가 근처의 포스팅 위치에서 일정거리 이내로 접근한 경우 또는 사용자 단말기로부터 일정거리 이내에 들어오는 포스팅 위치를 찾고 그 위치에 매칭된 음악데이터를 사용자 단말기에 전송하여 플레이되도록 할 수 있는 것이다.
한편, 플레이단계(S110)에서는 포스팅 위치, 음악의 곡명, 해당 음악을 포스팅한 사용자 단말기의 식별자를 포함하는 포스팅정보를 사용자 단말기에 전송하는 정보전송단계(S120);를 수행할 수 있다.
도 4는 이러한 플레이단계와 정보전송단계를 수행하는 사용자 단말기를 나타낸 도면으로서, 사용자 단말기에서는 서버에서의 정보제공에 의해 포스팅된 음악을 플레이하며 포스팅 위치, 음악의 곡명, 해당 음악을 포스팅한 사용자 단말기의 식별자를 나타낼 수 있다. 또한, 메시징이 가능하고, 포스팅한 사용자의 식별자를 나타내어 해당 포스트에서의 음악 순위와 해당 음악을 업로드한 사람을 알 수 있는 것이다. 이를 통해 여러 사용자들은 음악을 포스팅하고자 경쟁적으로 서비스를 이용할 것이며 음원을 구매하게 될 것이다.
한편, 플레이단계(S110)는 음악데이터의 플레이 도중 사용자 단말기가 포스팅 위치를 옮겨간 것으로 판단된 경우(S130), 종래 전송한 음악데이터의 플레이가 종료된 시점에서 사용자가 위치하는 새로운 포스팅 위치에 해당하는 음악데이터를 전송하도록 한다(S140).
또는, 플레이단계(S110)는 음악데이터의 플레이 도중 사용자 단말기로부터 가장 가까운 거리의 포스팅 위치가 변경된 것으로 판단된 경우(S130), 종래 전송한 음악데이터의 플레이가 종료된 시점에서 새로운 포스팅 위치에 해당하는 음악데이터를 전송하도록 한다(S140).
즉, 사용자의 이동과 함께 주변에 가까운 포스팅 위치 역시 변화되는바, 이를 실시간으로 LBS를 이용하여 반영하는 것이다. 다만, 음악이 나오는 중간에 끊기고 다음 포스팅 위치의 음악이 나오기보다는 종래 플레이되던 음악의 플레이가 종료된 후 종료시점에서의 새로운 포스팅 위치에 따른 음악을 플레이하도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 플레이단계(S110)에서는 일정시간마다 또는 일정 횟수의 음악이 플레이된 경우마다, 서버에서 사용자 단말기로부터 가장 가까운 포스팅 위치의 미리 마련된 광고를 사용자 단말기에 전송하는 광고단계(S160)를 수행하도록 한다. 광고의 경우 해당 지역에 대한 지역광고를 음성, 이미지, 플래시, 동영상 기타 다양한 형태로 포스팅하여 둘 수 있고, 그에 따라 서버에서 사용자 단말기로 일정 곡 이상의 음악을 플레이한 경우 사용자 단말기의 해당 포스팅 위치에서의 지역광고를 보내거나 혹은 일정 시간 이상이 흐른 경우 사용자 단말기 주변의 해당 지역광고를 사용자 단말기로 전송하여 광고가 플레이 되도록 할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 플레이단계(S110)는, 서버에서 음악데이터를 전송한 사용자 단말기에 해당 음악의 추천메뉴를 제공하고(S170) 피드백 받음으로써 해당 포스팅 위치에서 해당 음악의 순위를 집계하는 순위집계단계(S180);를 수행할 수 있다. 그리고 플레이단계(S110)는 해당 위치에 매칭된 음악데이터 중 상기 순위집계단계를 통하여 순위가 높은 것으로 집계된 음악데이터부터 사용자 단말기에 전송하도록 하는 것이다.
예를 들어, 음악이 플레이되는 화면에서 "좋아요" 등과 같이 표현된 추천메뉴를 제공하고, 사용자가 이를 선택할 경우 해당 포스트에서 그 음악의 순위가 올라가도록 추천수를 중복시키는 것이다(S190). 이를 통해 측정 위치의 경우 순위경쟁이 치열하게 전개될 수 있으며, 해당 위치에 음악을 포스팅한 사용자는 자신이 업로드한 음악의 순위가 올라갈 경우 매우 자부심을 갖게 되는 것이다. 또한, 이러한 현상은 특정 아이돌 그룹과 같은 특정 아티스트에 대한 팬들의 활동으로 만들어질 수도 있을 것이다.
또한, 일반 사용자들이 해당 위치를 지나갈 경우 플레이되는 음악은 상기 추천과정을 통해 순위가 높은 음악부터 차례로 플레이되도록 서버에서 음악데이터를 순차적으로 제공한다.
그리고 순위집계단계(S180)는, 세계지도 또는 일정지역의 지도상에 순위가 높은 아티스트 또는 음악의 곡명이 미리 정해진 포스팅 위치별로 표시된 지도데이터를 사용자의 단말기에 전송하는 음악지도제공단계(S200);를 수행할 수도 있다.
이는 앞서 설명한 팬지도와 유사한 것이나 그 대상이 음악 곡명 또는 아티스트로서, 상기 순위집계를 통하여 인기도가 높은 음악이나 아티스트를 지도상에 분포도로 표시하여 제공함으로써 세계적인 음악의 트렌드를 한눈에 알 수 있게 하는 것이다. 그리고 그러한 트렌드는 지역에 따라 다를 것인바, 현장에서의 음악 포스팅 결과로부터 이를 알 수 있는 것이고 다양한 사용자가 그 업로드 및 순위집계에 참여하는 것이기 때문에 실질적이고 객관적인 데이터로서 신뢰도가 높다라고 할 수 있는 것이다.
한편, 플레이단계(S110)는, 서버에서 사용자 단말기에 포스팅 위치를 선택할 수 있는 지역메뉴를 제공하고 선택을 피드백 받아 선택된 포스팅 위치에 매칭된 음악데이터를 사용자 단말기에 전송하는 선택플레이단계;를 수행할 수 있다. 즉, 사용자는 자신이 반드시 그 위치를 이동하는 경우에만 해당 위치의 포스팅된 음악을 들을 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 단말기를 통하여 원하는 지역을 선택하고 해당 지역의 인기 포스팅 음악을 들을 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
이는 가상여행의 개념으로 이해될 수 있는데, 이를 통하여 대한민국의 사용자는 현재 뉴욕에서 가장 인기있는 포스팅 음악이 무엇인지를 알고 들을 수 있는 것이다. 반대로, 유럽에서는 한국의 서울에서 또는 강남역에서 실제 인기있는 포스팅 음악이 무엇인지를 쉽게 접할 수 있어 지역의 홍보가 가능하고 한류열풍의 확대가 가능해지며, 특히 이러한 서비스를 통해 음악의 구매를 자연스럽게 유도한다는 점에서 효과적인 것이다.
또한, 선택플레이단계는 선택된 지역이 다수의 포스팅 위치를 포함하는 경우 해당 지역에서 순위집계단계를 통하여 순위가 높은 것으로 집계된 음악데이터부터 사용자 단말기에 전송하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 즉, 서울에서도 강남역, 특정 상점이나 백화점 등으로 포스팅 가능한 위치가 다양하게 제공될 수 있을 것이나, 사용자가 선택한 지역이 이들을 모두 포함하는 "서울"이라고 선택한 경우에 있어서는 바로 서울에서 각각의 포스팅된 모든 음악들 중 가장 인기도가 높은 음악부터 플레이 한다는 의미이다. 이를 통해 사용자는 국가별로도 실제 길거리 음악 차트를 볼 수 있기 때문에 세계적인 사용범위에서 본다면 음악과 장소 및 문화의 홍보에 있어 매우 효과적인 것이다.
추가적으로, 본 발명의 LBS를 이용한 소셜음악서비스 제공방법은 SNS(Social network service)와도 연동이 가능할 것이다. 일 예로, 사용자 단말기를 통해 상호간에 친구를 맺을 수도 있을 것이고, 그에 따라 현재 내 친구가 어디서 어떠한 음악을 듣고 있다면 이를 친구로 맺어진 사용자에게 알림메시지를 푸싱할 수 있도록 하는 것도 가능하다. 푸싱이란 해당 어플리케이션을 현재 구동하고 있지 않더라도 일반적인 문자메시지와 같이 알림을 제공하는 것으로서 백그라운드 서비스의 한가지 형태이다. 이를 통해 사용자들은 상호간에 음악적인 공유를 키워나갈 수 있게 되고 SNS를 통해 친구가 현재 듣는 음악을 함께 들을 수도 있으며 또한 친구의 소개를 통해 해당 음악의 추천수를 증가시킬 수도 있는 것이다.
한편, 상기 각각의 단계들은 필요에 따라서는 그 순서가 바뀌어 제공되고 반복적으로도 제공될 수 있음은 해당 기술분야에서의 일반적인 전문가라면 당연히 예상할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서, 상기 설명된 단계들은 그 순서에 구속되는 것이 아니다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 LBS를 이용한 소셜음악서비스 제공시스템을 나타낸 도면으로서, LBS를 이용한 소셜음악서비스 제공시스템은, 사용자 단말기(200)로부터 음악을 포스팅할 위치와 해당 음악데이터를 전송받아 저장하고, LBS를 이용하여 사용자 단말기(200)의 위치를 추적하며, 사용자 단말기(200)가 상기 포스팅 위치로부터 일정 거리 이내로 들어온 경우 해당 위치에 매칭된 음악데이터를 사용자 단말기(200)에 전송하는 서버(100);를 포함한다.
그리고, 상기 서버(100)는 사용자 단말기(200)로부터 가장 가까운 거리의 포스팅 위치에 해당하는 음악데이터를 사용자 단말기(200)에 전송하도록 하는 것도 가능하다.
또한, 복수의 음악데이터가 미리 저장된 음악서버(120);를 더 포함할 수 있으며, 이 경우에는 상기 서버(100)는 사용자 단말기(200)로부터 전송받을 음악데이터가 음악서버(120)에 존재하는지 판단하며, 음악서버(120)에 존재하는 경우에는 해당 음악데이터에 관하여 음악서버(120)와 매칭을 수행하고, 음악서버(120)에 존재하지 않는 경우에는 음악데이터를 사용자 단말기(100)로부터 전송받아 서버(100) 또는 음악서버(120)에 저장하도록 할 수 있다. 이러한 LBS를 이용한 소셜음악서비스 제공시스템에 관하여는 앞서 설명한 소셜음악서비스 제공방법에 의해 충분히 설명될 수 있을 것인바, 자세한 언급은 생략한다.
한편, 상기한 LBS를 이용한 소셜음악서비스 제공방법을 사용자 단말기에서 구현하기 위한 어플리케이션은 아래와 같이 정의될 수 있다. LBS를 이용한 소셜음악서비스 제공방법을 실행하기 위한 프로그램이 기록된 기록매체는, 사용자 단말기에서 음악을 포스팅할 위치와 해당 음악데이터를 서버에 전송하여 저장하는 업로드단계(S51); 및 LBS를 이용하여 사용자 단말기의 위치를 추적하고, 사용자 단말기가 포스팅 위치로부터 일정 거리 이내로 들어온 경우 서버로부터 해당 위치에 매칭된 음악데이터를 전송받아 사용자 단말기에서 플레이하는 플레이단계(S110);를 포함하는 LBS를 이용한 소셜음악서비스 제공방법을 실행하기 위한 것이다.

본 발명은 특정한 실시예에 관련하여 도시하고 설명하였지만, 이하의 특허청구범위에 의해 제공되는 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 벗어나지 않는 한도 내에서, 본 발명이 다양하게 개량 및 변화될 수 있다는 것은 당 업계에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 있어서 자명할 것이다.

    상기 플레이단계(S110)는, 포스팅 위치, 음악의 곡명, 해당 음악을 포스팅한 사용자 단말기의 식별자를 포함하는 포스팅정보를 사용자 단말기에 전송하는 정보전송단계(S120);를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LBS를 이용한 소셜음악서비스 제공방법.
  17. 사용자 단말기(200)로부터 음악을 포스팅할 위치와 해당 음악데이터를 전송받아 저장하고, LBS를 이용하여 사용자 단말기(200)의 위치를 추적하며, 사용자 단말기(200)가 상기 포스팅 위치로부터 일정 거리 이내로 들어온 경우 해당 위치에 매칭된 음악데이터를 사용자 단말기(200)에 전송하는 서버(100);를 포함하는 LBS를 이용한 소셜음악서비스 제공시스템.
  18. 청구항 17에 있어서,
    상기 서버(100)는 사용자 단말기(200)로부터 가장 가까운 거리의 포스팅 위치에 해당하는 음악데이터를 사용자 단말기(200)에 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LBS를 이용한 소셜음악서비스 제공시스템.
  19. 청구항 17에 있어서,
    복수의 음악데이터가 미리 저장된 음악서버(120);를 더 포함하고, 상기 서버(100)는 사용자 단말기(200)로부터 전송받을 음악데이터가 음악서버(120)에 존재하는지 판단하며, 음악서버(120)에 존재하는 경우에는 해당 음악데이터에 관하여 음악서버(120)와 매칭을 수행하고, 음악서버(120)에 존재하지 않는 경우에는 음악데이터를 사용자 단말기(100)로부터 전송받아 서버(100) 또는 음악서버(120)에 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LBS를 이용한 소셜음악서비스 제공시스템.
  20. 사용자 단말기에서 음악을 포스팅할 위치와 해당 음악데이터를 서버에 전송하여 저장하는 업로드단계(S51); 및 LBS를 이용하여 사용자 단말기의 위치를 추적하고, 사용자 단말기가 포스팅 위치로부터 일정 거리 이내로 들어온 경우 서버로부터 해당 위치에 매칭된 음악데이터를 전송받아 사용자 단말기에서 플레이하는 플레이단계(S110);를 포함하는 LBS를 이용한 소셜음악서비스 제공방법을 실행하기 위한 프로그램이 기록된 기록매체.
  21. 청구항 20에 있어서,
    상기 플레이단계(S110)는 사용자 단말기로부터 가장 가까운 거리의 포스팅 위치에 해당하는 음악데이터를 서버로부터 사용자 단말기에 전송받아 플레이 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LBS를 이용한 소셜음악서비스 제공방법을 실행하기 위한 프로그램이 기록된 기록매체.
