Abstract

Cesto flutuante e embreagem aplicados a máquina de lavar roupas com carregamento superior, mais particularmente, o cesto flutuante (1) e a embreagem (2) são do tipo aplicados a máquinas de lavar roupas (M) de carregamento superior ou "top load", equipada com motor (M) e sistema movimentação que inclui um eixo de acionamento (E), polia (P) e correia (Cr), bem como dispositivo de vedação (V) montado entre o eixo (E) e a base do tanque (T); mais precisamente, a embreagem (2) é responsável por comandar o funcionamento oscilante do agitador ou "impeller" (AG), quando da operação de lavagem (OPL) dos tecidos e do funcionamento de rotação em alta velocidade do agitador (AG) e cesto (1) quando da operação de centrifugação (OPC) da roupa; o cesto flutuante (1) é acoplado e fixado ao cubo (5) do setor superior (SI) da embreagem (2) e o tanque ser fixado à coroa inferior fêmea (4) do setor inferior (S2) da embreagem (2); o cesto flutuante (1) tem deslocamento vertical (x) em relação ao tanque (T) ao longo do eixo de acionamento (E) em função da presença ou ausência da água (A) no tanque (T) da máquina de lavar (ML); o setor superior (SI) da embreagem (2) é formado por uma coroa superior macho (3) fixa e estacionária na extremidade (El) do eixo de acionamento (E) e uma coroa superior fêmea (6) fixada ao cubo (5) por meio de parafusos (P2); o setor inferior (S2) da embreagem (2) é composto pela coroa inferior macho (7) fixada ao cubo (5) por meio dos parafusos (P3) e coroa inferior fêmea (4) fixada e estacionária no tanque (T) através de parafusos (P).
