Abstract

 燃料ノズル11の外周壁である隔壁29上のノズル11の出口端部に設二次空気流17の第一の案内部材34とその後方側の第二の案内部材35を設け、第二の案内部材35はノズル隔壁29の全周にわたって均等に配置される複数の冷却フィン36に保持され、第一の案内部材34は二次空気流17a、第二の案内部材35と隔壁29との隙間から第二の案内部材35の正面側へ導かれた二次空気流れ17bをバーナ中心軸から外向きの流れとして第二の案内部材35の正面側の冷却と燃焼灰の付着防止し、バーナ出口部での燃料の着火や火炎の安定性を維持する。

Description

固体燃料バーナ
 本発明は石炭等の固体燃料を燃焼させる固体燃料バーナに関する。
 火力発電所等で用いられるボイラ火炉において、石炭等の固体燃料を燃焼させるバーナ構造は、火炎の安定性や燃料の未燃カーボンの低減、燃焼ガス中に含まれる窒素酸化物の低減等を目的として、様々な構造が提案されている。
 特許第3344694号公報で開示されているバーナ構造においては、三次空気流を微粉炭と搬送気体の混合流の外側に噴出させ、二次空気流は三次空気流よりもさらに外向きに噴出させるようにすることで、微粉炭と搬送気体の混合流と二次、三次空気流(燃焼用空気流)の間に大きな循環流を形成し、バーナ出口近傍の火炉内での微粉炭と燃焼用空気の混合が抑制され、NOx発生量及び燃焼灰中の未燃分を効果的に減少させることができ、微粉炭の着火や火炎の安定性を維持させている。
 また、特開昭61-72906号公報記載のバーナでは、微粉炭と搬送気体の混合流が流れる一次スリーブの出口に設けられた保炎リングの冷却のために保炎リングと保炎リングに接続する一次スリーブ部分を共に二重構造から成る冷却スリーブとし、該冷却スリーブ内にはフィンを設け、この冷却スリーブ内に空気を流して保炎リングを冷却する構成が開示されている。
 さらに、特開2004-101071号公報記載のバーナはバーナ本体中心部に有るパイロットノズルと該パイロットノズルの周囲に間隔をあけて複数のメインノズルを配置し、パイロットノズルから噴出する炎をメインノズルから噴出する燃料の点火に利用する構成において、パイロットノズル出口からメインノズルに向けて放射状に広がったテーパ部の先端に鍔部を設け、該鍔部の下流側に保炎用の火炎低速域(循環流)を形成させる構成が開示されている。前記火炎低速域に対向する鍔部内部にはテーパ部に接続する空気の通過部があるので、鍔部の冷却が可能となり、またテーパ部からメインノズルに向けて空気が噴出されるので、火炎のフラッシュバックを防ぐことができると前記公報に記載されている。
 また、特開平11-148611号公報記載のバーナのガスノズルの先端部は、火炉からの輻射により高温になるのを防ぐために、空冷ができるフィンを備えた冷却構造となっている。

 上記特許文献1の固体燃焼バーナは、二次空気流の噴出方向制御手段として、微粉炭ノズルと二次空気ノズルの隔壁の先端が、二次空気流の噴出角度を三次空気流の噴出角度よりも外側になる案内板を設けている。しかし、前記案内板は火炉内からの輻射を直接に受けるため、焼損の可能性がある。
 また、上記特許文献2の固体燃焼バーナの冷却スリーブ内に空気を流して保炎リングを冷却する構成は、冷却スリーブ内にはフィンもあるので保炎リングが良く冷却される。しかし保炎リングから火炉内に向けて噴出する冷却空気は、保炎リングの近傍であり、保炎リングの下流側における高温の空気と微粉炭から成る循環流の形成の妨げになると考えられる。
 さらに、特許文献3記載のバーナは、ガスタービン用バーナではあるが、パイロットノズル出口からメインノズルに向けて放射状に広がったテーパ部の先端に設けた鍔部の下流側に保炎用の火炎低減域(循環流)を形成させ、しかも鍔部内部にテーパ部に接続する空気の通過部を設け、鍔部の冷却を行っている。しかし、対象がガス燃焼であるため、灰付着については考慮されておらず、鍔部後流での循環域を大きくしていることから、当該バーナの構造を石炭等の固体燃料に適用した場合は鍔部で灰が付着されやすくなると考えられる。また、固体燃料の着火はガス燃料よりも遅いため、当該バーナの構造を用いることは着火を悪くすることが考えられる。
 また、上記特許文献4記載の固体燃焼バーナは、二次空気と三次空気の間にある冷却器において、冷却器先端をスリット構造にして冷却空気を流すことと、スリットの内側と外側の部材の材質を変えることで熱衝撃によりスラグにクラックを生じさせて脱落させている。この構造ではスリットから噴出する冷却空気は、中心軸(燃料噴流側)へ噴出しており、二次空気流に流れを阻害されるため、冷却に必要な十分な量の二次空気は流れないと推測される。そのため、異なる材質を用いることにより、付着したスラグにクラックを生じさせていると考えられる。また、当該バーナのような大きな冷却器を有しないバーナには、スリットによる流れと、二次空気流(もしくは燃料噴流)が干渉し、バーナの着火保炎が不安定になるおそれがある。
 本発明の課題は、バーナ出口部にある部材が炉内からの輻射によって焼損することがなく、また当該部材への灰付着を防止し、さらにバーナ出口部における高温循環流の形成を乱すことなく、固体燃料の着火や火炎の安定性を維持させる固体燃料バーナを提供することである。
 本発明は、上記目的を達成するために、次の解決手段を採用する。 
 請求項1記載の発明は、固体燃料とその搬送気体の混合流体を噴出する燃料ノズル(11)と、前記燃料ノズル(11)の外周側の同心軸上に二次燃焼用ガスが流れる二次燃焼用ガスノズル(13)と、該二次燃焼用ガスノズル(13)の外周側の同心軸上に三次燃焼用ガスが流れる三次燃焼用ガスノズル(14)と、前記二次燃焼用ガスノズル(13)の出口端部に三次燃焼用ガスの流れ(18)をバーナ中心軸側から外周側へと導くガイドスリーブ(25)とを設けた固体燃料バーナであって、二次燃焼用ガスノズル(13)の内周壁(29)の外側先端部に設けられて、二次燃焼用ガスの流れ(17)を前記二次燃焼用ガスノズル(13)の外周側に導く保炎器(23)と、該保炎器(23)の外周面に保持されて、二次燃焼用ガス流れ(17)によって冷却される複数のフィン部材(36)と、前記保炎器(23)の先端部に保持されて、前記二次燃焼用ガスの流れ(17)をバーナ中心軸側から外向きに導く第一の案内部材(34)と、前記フィン部材(36)の先端部に保持されて、第一の案内部材(34)と間隔をあけて第一の案内部材(34)より二次燃焼用ガス流れ(17)の上流側に、前記二次燃焼用ガスの流れ(17)をバーナ中心軸側から外向きに導く第二の案内部材(35)を設け、前記第一の案内部材(34)に至る保炎器(23)の外周面と前記第二の案内部材(35)の間には、前記二次燃焼用ガス流れ(17)の一部が流れる空隙を設け、前記二次燃焼用ガスの流れ(17)が前記第二の案内部材(35)の火炉正面側と背面側とに分かれるように構成されており、第一の案内部材(34)および第二の案内部材(35)のバーナ中心軸に対する外向きの角度が前記ガイドスリーブ(25)のバーナ中心軸に対する外向きの角度よりも大きいことを特徴とする固体燃料バーナである。
 請求項2記載の発明は、固体燃料とその搬送気体の混合流体を噴出する燃料ノズル(11)と、該燃料ノズル(11)の外周側の同心軸上に二次燃焼用ガスが流れる二次燃焼用ガスノズル(13)と、該二次燃焼用ガスノズル(13)の外周側の同心軸上に三次燃焼用ガスが流れる三次燃焼用ガスノズル(14)と、前記二次燃焼用ガスノズル(13)の出口端部に三次燃焼用ガスの流れ(18)をバーナ中心軸側から外周側へと導くガイドスリーブ(25)とを設けた固体燃料バーナであって、前記二次燃焼用ガスノズル(13)の内周壁(29)の外側先端部に設けられて、二次燃焼用ガスの流れ(17)をバーナ中心軸側から外向きに導く第一の案内部材(34)と、該二次燃焼用ガスノズル(13)の内周壁(29)の外側に保持されて、二次燃焼用ガス流れ(17)によって冷却される複数のフィン部材(36)と、前記フィン部材(36)の先端部に保持されて、第一の案内部材(34)と間隔をあけて第一の案内部材(34)より二次燃焼用ガス流れ(17)の上流側に、前記二次燃焼用ガスの流れ(17)をバーナ中心軸側から外向きに導く第二の案内部材(35)を設け、前記第一の案内部材(34)に至る二次燃焼用ガスノズル(13)の内周壁(29)と前記第二の案内部材(35)の間には、前記二次燃焼用ガス流れ(17)の一部の流れ(17b)が流れる空隙を設け、前記二次燃焼用ガスの流れ(17)が前記第二の案内部材(35)の火炉正面側の流れ(17b)と背面側の流れ(17a)とに分かれるように構成されており、第一の案内部材(34)および第二の案内部材(35)のバーナ中心軸に対する外向きの角度が前記ガイドスリーブ(25)のバーナ中心軸に対する外向きの角度よりも大きいことを特徴とする固体燃料バーナである。
 請求項3記載の発明は、前記第二の案内部材(35)は、その内径が前記第一の案内部材(34)の外径よりも小さく、外径が前記第一の案内部材(34)の外径よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1ないし2のいずれかに記載の固体燃料バーナである。
 請求項1記載の発明によれば、フィン部材36で整流された二次燃焼用ガスの流17の一部である二次燃焼用ガスの流れ17の内で第二の案内部材35の火炉正面側の流れ17bは保炎器スリーブ23bに沿って噴出し、保炎器スリーブ23bの先端には第一の案内部材34が設置されているため、フィン部材36で整流され、第二の案内部材35と保炎器23の間の空隙から第二の案内部材35の正面側(火炉側)に流れる二次燃焼用ガスの流れ17bにより、第二の案内部材35の正面側が冷却されると共に第二の案内部材35への灰付着等が防げる。
 また、第二の案内部材35の下流側には、比較的小さな循環流19bが形成され、炉内の高温ガスを巻き込む可能性があり、第一と第二の案内部材34,35の正面側(火炉側)には比較的大きな循環流19aが形成され、これら循環流19a,19bは炉内の高温ガスを巻き込む可能性があるので、安定した火炎の着火と火炎の安定性が維持され、NOx濃度の低減や、燃焼灰中の未燃分低減に効果がある。
 さらに、第一の案内部材34および第二の案内部材35のバーナ中心軸に対する外向きの角度が前記ガイドスリーブ25のバーナ中心軸に対する外向きの角度よりも大きいため、バーナ出口で二次燃焼用ガスの流れ17と三次燃焼用ガスの流れ18とが交差することで前記循環流19a,19bが形成され易くなる。
 請求項2記載の発明によれば、請求項1記載の発明の保炎器23による効果を除き、請求項1記載の発明と同じ効果が得られる。
 請求項3記載の発明によれば、第二の案内部材35の内径は、第一の案内部材34の外径よりもよりも小さくし、第二の案内部材35の外径は、第一の案内部材34の外径よりもよりも大きくすると、第二の案内部材35で2つに分けられる二次燃焼用ガスの流れ17a、17bが火炉41内でバーナ中心軸に対して垂直方向に噴出して、二次燃焼用ガスの流れ17aが流れる第二の案内部材35の火炉背面側の二次燃焼用ガスの流路が十分長くなり、第二の案内部材35の火炉正面側の流れ17bで第一の案内部材34自体の正面側に灰付着が生じたり、火炉41からの輻射熱で損傷したりすることを抑制することができる。

 以下、本発明の実施形態を図面とともに説明する。
 図1は、図2で説明する固体燃料バーナの案内部材の設置部を拡大した図であり、図2は本実施例の固体燃料バーナの断面図である。 
 固体燃料バーナは水管31を備えた火炉壁のバーナスロート30に挿入されるように配置され、その中心軸部に助燃用のオイルガン24を備え、助燃用のオイルガン24の周囲に燃料噴流用のノズル、すなわち燃料およびその搬送気体の混合流16を噴出する燃料ノズル11を備えている。燃料ノズル11の中心軸部を貫通して設けられた助燃用のオイルガン24は固体燃料バーナの起動時に燃料着火に使用する。
 また、燃料ノズル11内において、オイルガン24の外周には濃縮器(障害物)33を配置し、該濃縮器33の上流側には流路縮小部材(ベンチュリ)32を配置している。これらの障害物32,33により前記混合流16を矢印の方向に偏流させて燃料ノズル11の内周壁29の内側で固体燃料粒子の密度を高くすることにより、固体燃料が燃料ノズル11の出口で着火し易くなる。
 火炉壁の燃料ノズル11の外側には燃焼用の空気を導入した風箱26が設けられ、該風箱26内には燃料ノズル11と同心円状の空気噴出用の外側空気ノズル、すなわち二次空気ノズル13と三次空気ノズル14を設けている。三次空気ノズル14には空気に旋回力を与えるために旋回器28が設置されている。前記旋回器28が三次空気ノズル14から噴出する三次空気に旋回力を与えるため、バーナ出口では、燃料ノズル11からの燃料噴流、すなわち燃料およびその搬送気体の混合流16と二次空気ノズル13から噴出される二次空気の流れ17と、三次空気ノズル14から噴出される三次空気の流れ18などの燃焼用空気流との間に、前記混合流16や三次空気の流れ18とは、逆方向の流れが誘起される。
 この逆方向の流れを循環流19と呼ぶ。循環流19は保炎器23の下流側にできる循環流19aと第一の案内部材34の下流側にできる循環流19bからなる。上記2つの循環流19a,19b内には、火炉41内の下流側から燃料の燃焼で生じた高温ガスが流れ込み、滞留する。この高温ガスと混合流16中の燃料粒子が固体燃料バーナ出口で混合し、更に火炉41内からの輻射熱により燃料粒子の温度が上昇して着火する。
 三次空気ノズル14の内周壁38の先端部(火炉側出口部)には、固体燃料噴流よりも外側に三次空気を噴出するガイドスリーブ25が設けられている。
 燃料ノズル11と二次空気ノズル13の隔壁(二次空気ノズル13の内周壁)29の外側には、燃料ノズル11から噴出する固体燃料とその搬送気体の混合流16および二次ノズル13から噴出する二次空気の流れ17を外周側へ縮小させながら集めるために保炎器母材23aと保炎器スリーブ23bからなる保炎器23を設けており、二次空気の流れ17は三次空気の流れ18よりも外側に向けて火炉41内に噴出させるように前記2つの案内部材34,35を設けている。
 第一の案内部材34と第二の案内部材35は互いに燃焼用空気の流れ方向に間隔を設けて配置されている。第一の案内部材34は保炎器スリーブ23bの先端に設けられ、第一の案内部材34により偏向されて火炉41内へ噴出される二次空気流れ17のバーナ中心軸に対する噴出角度は、三次空気の流れ18のバーナ中心軸に対する噴出角度より外側に広がるように設置されている。
 即ち、図1の上側にある丸枠内の略図に示したように、第1の案内部材34、第2の案内部材35及びガイドスリーブ25がバーナ中心軸に相当するオイルガン24と成す外向きの角度をそれぞれθA1 、θA2 、θとしたとき、 
  θA1 >θ,θA2 >θB 
 が成り立つようにする。
 第一の案内部材34および第二の案内部材35のバーナ中心軸に対する外向きの角度がガイドスリーブ25のバーナ中心軸に対する外向きの角度よりも大きいため、バーナ出口で二次空気の流れ17と三次空気の流れ18とが交差することで前記循環流19a,19bが形成され易くなる。
 第二の案内部材35は、バーナ中心軸に対して第一の案内部材34と同じ向きに設置されているが、第一の案内部材34よりもバーナ内部の上流側に設置されている。また、第二の案内部材35と保炎器スリーブ23bとの間には隙間が生じている。
 第一の案内部材34と第二の案内部材35の距離は、第二の案内部材35と保炎器23の距離と同等である。二次空気流17はガイドスリーブ25と第二の案内部材35の間を通って火炉41内に噴出する二次空気噴流17aと、第二の案内部材35と第一の案内部材34の間を通って火炉41内に噴出する二次空気噴流17bからなり、二次空気噴流17a及び17bは三次空気の流れ18よりもバーナ中心軸に対して外側に向けて噴射される。
 フィン部材36が第二の案内部材35の先端に接続され、該フィン部材36はガス流れ方向に沿って起立状に保炎器23の外周壁上に取り付けられている。またフィン部材36は30~50mmのピッチで保炎器23の円周方向に均等かつ放射状に複数個設置されている。フィン部材36を狭い間隔で複数個設置することにより、二次空気噴流17a,17bを整流することができる。
 また、フィン部材36の先端には第二の案内部材35が設けられているため、フィン部材36により整流された二次空気噴流17aは、第二の案内部材35に沿ってバーナ中心軸に対し垂直方向外側に向けて火炉41内に噴出する。この流れにより保炎器23及び第二の案内部材35は冷却され、火炉41内からの輻射によるバーナの焼損を防止することができる。
 第二の案内部材35と保炎器スリーブ23bの間には空隙があるため、フィン部材36で整流された二次空気流17の一部である二次空気噴流17bは保炎器スリーブ23bに沿って噴出する。
 また、保炎器スリーブ23bの先端には第一の案内部材34が設置されているため、フィン部材36で整流された二次空気噴流17bは、第一の案内部材34に沿ってバーナ中心軸に対して垂直方向に噴出する。この噴流17bは第一の案内部材34と第二の案内部材35の間を流れることになり、第二の案内部材35の火炉41側の表面側に沿って流れを形成する。
 第二の案内部材35の下流側には、比較的小さな循環流19bが形成され、炉内の高温ガスを巻き込む可能性がある。そのため、第二の案内部材35の焼損、第二の案内部材35への灰付着等の可能性があるが、第一と第二の案内部材34,35の空隙に生じる二次空気噴流17bにより、第二の案内部材35への灰付着等の防止を図ることが可能となる。
 第二の案内部材35の内径は、第一の案内部材34の外径よりもよりも小さく、第二の案内部材35の外径は、第一の案内部材34の外径よりも大きくすることで、二次空気噴流17bが、バーナ中心軸に対して垂直方向に噴出し、第二の案内部材35の表面への灰付着を防止する。
 図3に第一の案内部材34と第二の案内部材35の外径がほぼ等しい場合の、二次空気噴流17a,17bと循環流19a,19bを示す。第一の案内部材34と第二の案内部材35の間を通る二次空気噴流17bにより第二の案内部材35の冷却効果はある。しかし、小さな循環流19bが第二の案内部材35の後流側にできるため、第二の案内部材35の焼損や灰付着が懸念される。
 図4には本発明の比較例として、第一の案内部材34が実質的に無い場合の二次空気の噴流17a,17bを示す。
 第一の案内部材34がない場合、二次空気流17の一部である二次空気流17bは、バーナ中心軸方向に沿って噴出する。そのため、第二の案内部材35の正面側(火炉側)には冷却空気は流れず、第二の案内部材35により生じる小さな循環流19bは、第二の案内部材35の表面側に形成される。この場合は、火炉41内の灰を含んだ高温ガスが第二の案内部材35の表面に触れることにより、焼損や灰付着が懸念される。従って、第一の案内部材34は第二の案内部材35よりも短い方が、灰付着防止や焼損に有効である。
 図1に示す固体燃料バーナにおいては、二次空気流17は、第一及び第二の案内部材34,35によって三次空気流18よりも外側で火炉41内に噴出するため、保炎器23で形成される循環流19の領域を乱すことなく、三次空気流18の噴流に同伴される。また、2つの案内部材34,35への灰付着も抑制されるため、2つの案内部材34,35への灰付着による循環流19a,19bの領域の乱れも抑制する。そのため、固体燃料の着火、火炎の安定性は維持され、安定した燃焼が可能となり、NOx濃度の低減や、燃焼灰中の未燃分低減に効果がある。
 なお、特開昭61-072906号公報記載の発明では、保炎器にフィン部材を設置する例が示されているが、本実施例では、フィン部材36の先端に第二の案内部材35を設置することで、前記公報記載のフィン部材の効果と大きく異なる効果を得られる。フィン部材36の先端に備え付けた第二の案内部材35と保炎器スリーブ23bの間には隙間を形成するため、二次空気流17は、第二の案内部材35の内側を沿って流れる噴流17aと、第二の案内部材35と保炎器スリーブ23bの隙間を流れる噴流17bに分かれる。噴流17aは、第二の案内部材35を内側から冷却し、噴流17bは第一の案内部材34により、第二の案内部材35に沿って三次空気ノズル14の方へ向かって流れるため、第二の案内部材35の表面への灰付着を防止することが可能となる。
 このように、二次空気噴流17bは保炎器23及び第二の案内部材35の冷却による焼損防止だけではなく、保炎器23及び第二の案内部材35への灰付着を防止でき、固体燃料の着火や火炎の安定性が従来より向上する。
 本実施例で第1案内部材34と第2案内部材35を二つ設けた理由は、フィン部材36上に主たる第二の案内部材35を設けることにより、単一の案内部材を用いる場合よりこれら2つの案内部材35の周りの温度が250℃下がり、第一、第二の案内部材34,35の焼損が防止できる。
 本発明の第2の実施例による固体燃料バーナの構造を示す断面図を図5に示し、その要部拡大図を図6に示す。本実施例では、燃料ノズル11と二次空気ノズル13の隔壁(二次空気ノズル13の内周壁29の外側先端部において、実施例1における保炎器23に相当する部分を取り除いた構成からなるものである。
 すなわち、二次空気ガスノズル13の内周壁29の外側先端部に二次空気流17をバーナ中心軸側から外向きに導く第一の案内部材34を設け、該二次空気ノズル13の内周壁29の外側に二次空気流17によって冷却される複数のフィン部材36を取り付け、さらにフィン部材36の先端部に第一の案内部材34と間隔をあけて第一の案内部材34より二次空気流17の上流側に、該二次空気流17をバーナ中心軸側から外向きに導く第二の案内部材35を設けている。そして前記第一の案内部材34に至る二次空気ノズル13の内周壁29と第二の案内部材35の間には、二次空気流17の一部が流れる空隙を設け、二次空気流17が第二の案内部材35の火炉正面側(噴流17b)と背面側(噴流17a)とに分かれるように構成されている。
 本実施例でも、第二の案内部材35の下流側には、比較的小さな循環流19bが形成され、炉内の高温ガスを巻き込む可能性がある。そのため、第二の案内部材35の焼損、第二の案内部材35への灰付着等の可能性が生じるが、第一と第二の案内部材34,35の空隙に生じる二次空気噴流17bにより、第二の案内部材35への灰付着等の防止を図ることが可能となる。
 また、第二の案内部材35の内径を、第一の案内部材34の外径よりもよりも小さくし、第二の案内部材35の外径を、第一の案内部材34の外径よりも大きくすることで、二次空気噴流17bが、バーナ中心軸に対して垂直方向に噴出し、第二の案内部材35の表面への灰付着を防止する。
 さらに、第一の案内部材34および第二の案内部材35のバーナ中心軸に対する外向きの角度が前記ガイドスリーブ25のバーナ中心軸に対する外向きの角度よりも大きいため、バーナ出口で二次空気の流れ17と三次空気の流れ18とが交差することで前記循環流19bが形成され易くなる。
 なお、以上の説明において、フィン部材36は、バーナ出口端側の位置が第二の案内部材35の背面側(ボイラ内部側を正面とする)までとなっている例を示したが、例えば、第一の案内部材34の背面側まで伸びていても良く、バーナ径方向の高さや軸方向の長さ、図1等のバーナ側面図に表される形状を問わない。
 ここで、フィン部材36は二次空気流17によって冷却され、第二の案内部材35を保持するものであって、二次空気流17が第二の案内部材35によって、その正面側と背面側とに分けられるように、第二の案内部材35と燃料ノズル11から第一の案内部材34まで連続する二次空気ノズル内周壁29との間に空隙が形成されるようになっていれば良い。
 また、固体燃料バーナとして、燃料には石炭を粉砕した微粉炭を用い、燃焼用気体として空気を用いるバーナについて説明したが、本発明は、燃料種や燃焼用ガスの組成により制限されるものではない。
 固体燃料としては、石炭のほか、褐炭や各種バイオマス等、固体燃料全般に適用でき、燃焼用気体としては、再循環した燃焼排ガスや、空気又は酸素と燃焼排ガスとの混合ガスなどを用いることもできる。
 また、説明の便宜上、第一の案内部材34、第二の案内部材35、フィン部材36及び燃料ノズル11をそれぞれ独立した部材として表現したが、それらの一部または全部が鋳造等によって製作され、一体的、連続的に形成されているものも本発明の範疇に含まれる。

Claims (3)

  1.  固体燃料とその搬送気体の混合流体を噴出する燃料ノズルと、前記燃料ノズルの外周側の同心軸上に二次燃焼用ガスが流れる二次燃焼用ガスノズルと、該二次燃焼用ガスノズルの外周側の同心軸上に三次燃焼用ガスが流れる三次燃焼用ガスノズルと、前記二次燃焼用ガスノズルの出口端部に三次燃焼用ガスの流れをバーナ中心軸側から外周側へと導くガイドスリーブとを設けた固体燃料バーナであって、
     二次燃焼用ガスノズルの内周壁の外側先端部に設けられて、二次燃焼用ガスの流れを前記二次燃焼用ガスノズルの外周側に導く保炎器と、
     該保炎器の外周面に保持されて、二次燃焼用ガス流れによって冷却される複数のフィン部材と、
     前記保炎器の先端部に保持されて、前記二次燃焼用ガスの流れをバーナ中心軸側から外向きに導く第一の案内部材と、
     前記フィン部材の先端部に保持されて、第一の案内部材と間隔をあけて第一の案内部材より二次燃焼用ガス流れの上流側に、前記二次燃焼用ガスの流れをバーナ中心軸側から外向きに導く第二の案内部材を設け、
     前記第一の案内部材に至る保炎器の外周面と前記第二の案内部材の間には、前記二次燃焼用ガス流れの一部が流れる空隙を設け、前記二次燃焼用ガスの流れが前記第二の案内部材の火炉正面側と背面側とに分かれるように構成されており、
     第一の案内部材および第二の案内部材のバーナ中心軸に対する外向きの角度が前記ガイドスリーブのバーナ中心軸に対する外向きの角度よりも大きいことを特徴とする固体燃料バーナ。
  2.  固体燃料とその搬送気体の混合流体を噴出する燃料ノズルと、該燃料ノズルの外周側の同心軸上に二次燃焼用ガスが流れる二次燃焼用ガスノズルと、該二次燃焼用ガスノズルの外周側の同心軸上に三次燃焼用ガスが流れる三次燃焼用ガスノズルと、前記二次燃焼用ガスノズルの出口端部に三次燃焼用ガスの流れをバーナ中心軸側から外周側へと導くガイドスリーブとを設けた固体燃料バーナであって、
     前記二次燃焼用ガスノズルの内周壁の外側先端部に設けられて、二次燃焼用ガスの流れをバーナ中心軸側から外向きに導く第一の案内部材と、
     該二次燃焼用ガスノズルの内周壁の外側に保持されて、二次燃焼用ガス流れによって冷却される複数のフィン部材と、
     前記フィン部材の先端部に保持されて、第一の案内部材と間隔をあけて第一の案内部材より二次燃焼用ガス流れの上流側に、前記二次燃焼用ガスの流れをバーナ中心軸側から外向きに導く第二の案内部材を設け、
     前記第一の案内部材に至る二次燃焼用ガスノズルの内周壁と前記第二の案内部材の間には、前記二次燃焼用ガス流れの一部の流れが流れる空隙を設け、前記二次燃焼用ガスの流れが前記第二の案内部材の火炉正面側の流れと背面側の流れとに分かれるように構成されており、第一の案内部材(34)および第二の案内部材(35)のバーナ中心軸に対する外向きの角度が前記ガイドスリーブ(25)のバーナ中心軸に対する外向きの角度よりも大きいことを特徴とする固体燃料バーナ。
  3.  前記第二の案内部材は、その内径が前記第一の案内部材の外径よりも小さく、外径が前記第一の案内部材の外径よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1ないし2のいずれかに記載の固体燃料バーナ。
