本发明涉及一种倒闸操作管理方法。
背景技术
现有供电部门的倒闸操作十分复杂,且保密性能也不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种操作安全、方便,工作效率高的可视化倒闸操作管理方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种可视化倒闸操作管理方法,其特征是:包括下列步骤: (1)变电站操作人员遇有解锁操作时,首先要通过用户名和密码登录,确认身份,在服务器确认后,通过“工人手机”将“解锁请求”信息传送到“服务器”; (2)“服务器”收到“解锁请求”后,根据“工人手机”用户归属,向对应管理权限的“干部手机”群,按预置的权限顺序先后发出“解锁请求”信号:向顺序为第一的“干部手机”发信,如经过一定时间若无应答,“服务器”则向顺序为第二的“干部手机”发信通知,若一定时间内有应答,“服务器”则停止向其它“干部手机”发信,以此类推; (3)应答的“干部手机”按应答按钮后,通过“服务器”与“工人手机”建立视频与通话关系,“干部手机”对“工人手机”实行单向视频:干部可以看到工人现场的情况,工人不能看到干部那里的图像;并实行双向通话; (4)有权限批准解锁的管理人员经“干部手机”对现场图像确认,认为可以解锁时,通过“干部手机”中“解锁功能”调出对应变电站解锁钥匙箱编号按钮页面; (5)有权限批准解锁的管理人员按下对应解锁钥匙箱的编号按钮,通过“服务器”发送解锁指令至对应的“工人手机”,同时自动启动“工人手机”蓝牙功能; (6)收到“干部手机”发出的解锁指令后,现场变电操作人员到“钥匙端”处,手持“工人手机”,对着“钥匙端”按蓝牙按钮; (7)“钥匙端”收到蓝牙信号后,打开对应编号的钥匙箱。
本发明是基于移动互联网的视频监控技术,是手机终端与信息系统相结合的监控系统;倒闸操作便携式通讯/录像,远程可视化监控;操作票/个人安全档案的电子信息化;数据维护等信息化操作可以在手机上操作,进行随时随地的移动办公;有利于提升倒闸操作管理的工作效率,有利于形成完整、全面、可回溯的倒闸操作流程记录,有利于强化倒闸操作的安全,有效促进变电站业务管理的规范化、科学化和精细化。

具体实施方式
一种可视化倒闸操作管理方法,包括下列步骤: (1)变电站操作人员(工人)1遇有解锁操作时,首先要通过用户名和密码登录,确认身份,在应用管理服务器2确认后,通过“工人手机”3将“解锁请求”信息传送到“应用管理服务器”2; (2)“应用管理服务器”2收到“解锁请求”后,根据“工人手机”用户归属,向对应管理权限的“干部手机”群,按预置的权限顺序先后发出“解锁请求”信号:向顺序为第一的“干部手机”发信,如经过一定时间若无应答,“服务器”则向顺序为第二的“干部手机”发信通知,若一定时间内有应答,“服务器”则停止向其它“干部手机”发信,以此类推; (3)应答的“干部手机”4按应答按钮后,通过“流媒体视频服务器”5与“工人手机”建立视频与通话关系,“干部手机”对“工人手机”实行单向视频:干部可以看到工人现场的情况,工人不能看到干部那里的图像;并实行双向通话; (4)有权限批准解锁的管理人员(干部)6经“干部手机”对现场图像确认,认为可以解锁时,通过“干部手机”中“解锁功能”调出对应变电站解锁钥匙箱编号按钮页面; (5)有权限批准解锁的管理人员按下对应解锁钥匙箱的编号按钮,通过“应用管理服务器”发送解锁指令至对应的“工人手机”,同时自动启动“工人手机”蓝牙功能; (6)收到“干部手机”发出的解锁指令后,现场变电操作人员到“钥匙端”处,手持“工人手机”,对着“钥匙端”按蓝牙按钮; (7)“钥匙端”收到蓝牙信号后,打开对应编号的钥匙箱7。
