现有的建立会话关系的技术, 如图 1所示, 无论在 PC端还是无线终端 的 IM ( Instant Messenger, 即时通讯)软件, 一般是由请求会话者通过网 络将请求信息发给服务器, 该请求信息中携带用户 ID, 用户信息等唯一或非 唯一识别性信息, 服务器根据该请求信息, 向被请求者发送验证消息, 并根 据被请求者的反馈信息建立好友关系后才能进行会话。 若被请求者同意建立 关系, 被请求者向服务器发送同意建立的反馈信息, 服务器建立请求会话者 和被请求者的好友关系, 并将反馈信息反馈给请求会话者, 此时开始会话; 若被请求者拒绝添加, 则不能建立会话关系。
现有技术建立会话关系时, 请求会话者需要通过网络向被请求者发起请 求信息, 且根据被请求者的反馈信息先建立好友关系, 然后才能根据好友关 系进行会话, 建立会话的成本较高。
发明内容
为了减少建立会话关系的成本, 本发明实施例提供了一种建立会话关系 的方法、 装置和系统。
一种建立会话关系的方法, 包括: 本端在预设范围内识别出对端, 并与 所述对端建立近距离无线通讯(NFC)连接, 所述本端和所述对端分别安装有 用于建立所述 NFC连接的 NFC模块且开启即时通讯软件; 所述本端检测到触 碰动作时, 根据所述 NFC连接向所述对端发起 NFC请求, 获取对端用户标识 符(ID)和对端证书, 并向服务器发送请求信息, 所述请求信息携带本端用户 ID、 所述对端用户 ID和所述对端证书, 使所述服务器根据所述请求信息建 立所述本端和所述对端的会话关系。
一种建立会话关系的装置, 包括: 识别模块, 用于在预设范围内识别出 对端, 并与所述对端建立近距离无线通讯(NFC)连接, 所述装置和所述对端 分别安装有用于建立所述 NFC连接的 NFC模块且开启即时通讯软件; 第一获 取模块, 用于当检测到触碰操作时, 根据所述 NFC连接向所述对端发起 NFC 请求, 获取对端用户标识符(ID)和对端证书; 建立会话模块, 用于向服务器 发送请求信息, 所述请求信息携带本端用户 ID、 所述对端用户 ID和所述对 端证书, 使所述服务器根据所述请求信息建立所述装置和所述对端的会话关 系。
一种建立会话关系的系统, 包括安装有近距离无线通讯 (NFC)模块且开启 即时通讯软件的本端、 安装有 NFC模块且开启即时通讯软件的对端、 和服务 器; 所述本端, 用于在预设范围内识别出对端, 与所述对端建立 NFC连接; 检测到触碰操作时, 根据所述 NFC连接向所述对端发起 NFC请求, 获取所述 对端用户标识符(ID)和对端证书, 并向所述服务器发送请求信息, 所述请求 信息携带本端用户 ID、 所述对端用户 ID和所述对端证书; 所述对端, 用于 向所述本端返回所述对端用户 ID和所述对端证书; 所述服务器, 用于接收 所述本端发送的所述请求信息, 并根据所述请求信息建立所述本端和所述对 端的会话关系。
在上述建立会话关系的方法、 装置和系统中, 通过本端根据内置的 NFC 模块识别出对端, 在检测到触碰动作时, 获取对端用户 ID和对端证书, 从 而将携带有本端用户 ID、对端用户 ID和对端证书的请求信息发送给服务器, 使服务器不需要经过双方认证, 即可建立本端与对端的会话关系, 有效避免 近在咫尺的好友间还必须通过网络进行查找定位验证先建立好友再进行会 话的麻烦。 进一步地, 终端用户可以方便地将身边的陌生人添加为 IM常用 好友, 整个建立好友关系的过程筒洁方便, 省去了现有技术中需要终端用户 验证的繁瑣过程, 降低了建立好友关系的成本, 给用户实现一种便利的好友 添力口体验。

实施例 1
参见图 2 , 本发明实施例提供了一种建立会话关系的方法, 所述方法包 括:
步骤 101 : 本端在预设范围内识别出对端, 并与对端建立近距离无线通 讯(NFC )连接, 本端和对端可为任意安装有加速度计或者其他震动传感器 的电子终端如智能手机、 平板电脑等, 其内分别安装有 NFC模块且开启即时 通讯软件; NFC模块用于建立所述 NFC连接。
步骤 102: 本端检测到触碰动作时, 根据 NFC连接向对端发起 NFC请求, 获取对端用户 ID和对端证书, 并向服务器发送请求信息, 请求信息携带本 端用户 ID、 对端用户 ID和对端证书; 所述请求信息例如是通过上述的即时 通讯软件发送的。
步骤 103: 服务器接收请求信息, 并根据请求信息建立本端和对端的会 话关系。
本发明实施例提供的方法, 通过本端根据内置的 NFC模块识别出对端, 在与对端触碰时,获取对端用户 ID和对端证书,从而将携带有本端用户 ID、 对端用户 ID和对端证书的请求信息发送给服务器, 使服务器不需要经过双 方认证, 即可建立本端和对端的会话关系, 有效避免近在咫尺的好友间还必 须通过网络进行查找定位验证先建立好友再进行会话的麻烦。
实施例 2
参见图 3, 本发明实施例提供了一种建立会话关系的方法, 所述方法包 括:
步骤 201 : 终端设备中安装 NFC模块和 IM软件, 获取终端用户 ID和服 务器下发的终端证书;
具体地, 本发明实施例以申请建立会话者为本端, 会话的另一端为对端 为例进行说明, 本发明实施例中可以有一个本端和多个对端, 在本端和对端 中均安装有 NFC模块和 IM软件。
其中, 本端启动 IM软件后, 本端获取到本端用户 ID, 同理, 对端启用 IM软件后, 对端获取到对端用户 ID; 本端启用 NFC模块后, 向服务器发起 请求, 以获取服务器返回的本端证书, 同理, 对端启动 NFC模块后, 向服务 器发起请求, 以获取服务器返回的对端证书, 该本端证书或对端证书可以为 一串随机数, 也可以为对端和服务器能够识别的其他代码。
其中, 本端用户 ID和对端用户 ID分别唯一标识本端用户和对端用户。 本端用户 ID指本端用户登录在 IM软件中的 IM号, 对端用户 ID指对端用户 登录在 IM软件中的 IM号, 如该 IM软件为 QQ时, 该本端用户 ID为本端用 户登录的 QQ号, 该对端用户 ID为对端用户登录的 QQ号。
本发明实施例以对端启动 NFC模块后, 向服务器发起请求, 获取服务器 下发的对端证书为例进行说明: 对端发起的请求中携带该对端用户 ID,服务 器接收到对端发起的请求后, 生成一个证书作为对端证书, 并将该对端证书 下发给对端, 服务器根据对端用户 ID和对端证书, 建立对端用户 ID和对端 证书的对应关系。
同理, 本端的操作与对端的操作类似, 本发明在此不再赘述, 本端启动 NFC模块后, 向服务器发送请求, 服务器向本端下发本端证书, 并根据本端 用户 ID和本端证书, 建立本端用户 ID和本端证书的对应关系, 即服务器建 立了终端用户 ID和终端证书的对应关系。
步骤 202: 两台终端设备处于预设范围内时, 识别出对方终端设备, 并 在终端设备之间建立 NFC连接;
其中, 本发明实施例预设 NFC许可范围, 当安装有 NFC模块的本端和安 装有 NFC模块的对端处于该预设范围内时, 本端和对端通过 NFC进行相互配 对操作, 在本端和对端之间建立 NFC连接。
具体地, 本端启动 IM软件时, 会在本端启动 NFC进程, 并将本端用户
ID写入本端的该进程; 对端启动 IM软件时, 也会在对端启动 NFC进程, 并 将对端用户 ID写入对端的该进程。
当本端和对端处于预设范围内时,本端的 NFC模块能够识别出对端的 NFC 模块, 本端识别到对端后, 可以向 IM软件发送一个提醒消息, IM软件收到 该提醒消息后, 即获知本端已经识别到对端的 NFC模块; 然后 IM软件会基 于 NFC进程建立一个 NFC连接, 并通过该 NFC连接来传输数据, 如传输本端 用户 ID、 对端用户 ID和对端证书。
步骤 203: 本端检测到触碰动作时根据 NFC连接向对端发起 NFC请求, 以获取对端用户 ID和对端证书;
其中, 本端检测到触碰动作时, 一般是本端触碰对端, 表明本端有与对 端建立会话关系的意向, 通过近距离的终端间触碰方式, 方便的实现终端用 户之间的会话功能, 进一步地, 还可以在本端用户和对端用户之间建立好友 关系。
具体地, 对于对端, 在步骤 201启动 NFC模块后, 获取到对端的对端证 书, 并在启动 IM软件后, 获取到对端用户 ID, 并緩存该对端证书和对端用 户 ID; 本端欲获取对端用户 ID和对端证书时, 通过建立的 NFC连接, 向对 端发起 NFC请求, 从而对端在接收到该 NFC请求后, 向本端返回对端用户 ID 和对端证书。
步骤 204: 本端向服务器发送请求信息, 使服务器建立本端和对端的会 话关系。
其中, 本端发送的请求信息中携带本端用户 ID、 对端用户 ID和对端证 书, 其中, 该对端证书是由对端向服务器发请求, 服务器下发给对端后, 本 端向对端发起请求, 对端将该对端证书发送给本端。 服务器接收到该请求信 息后, 首先判断预设的终端用户 ID和终端证书的对应关系中, 是否存在该 对端用户 ID对应的对端证书, 存在对端用户 ID对应的对端证书时, 此时表 明该对端是经过服务器认证的对端, 防止恶意用户通过这种临时会话的机制 来进行恶意会话。
步骤 205: 服务器根据该本端用户 ID和对端用户 ID, 建立本端用户和 对端用户的好友关系。
其中, 上述步骤 204完成本端和对端的会话关系后, 服务器通过建立本 端用户和对端用户的好友关系, 建立了本端用户和对端用户的稳定的好友关 系, 即时以后本端和对端不再近距离触碰, 由于建立了稳定的好友关系, 本 端和对端也可以进行正常会话。
步骤 206: 服务器建立本端用户和对端用户的好友关系后, 向本端和对 端分别下发一通知消息;
其中, 该通知消息可以携带一标识, 用于通知好友关系是否建立完成, 本端和对端接收到该通知消息后, 根据携带的标识即能获知是否完成好友关 系的建立。
本端和对端接收到服务器下发的通知消息后, 获知双方已经建立稳定的 好友关系, 即使本端和对端不再近距离触碰, 由于建立了稳定的好友关系, 本端用户和对端用户仍然可以进行正常的会话。
本发明实施例提供的方法, 通过本端根据内置的 NFC模块识别出对端, 在与对端触碰时,获取对端用户 ID和对端证书,从而将携带有本端用户 ID、 对端用户 ID和对端证书的请求信息发送给服务器, 使服务器不需要经过双 方认证, 即可建立本端和对端的会话关系, 有效避免近在咫尺的好友间还必 须通过网络进行查找定位验证先建立好友再进行会话的麻烦。 进一步地, 终 端用户可以方便地将身边的陌生人添加为 IM常用好友, 整个建立好友关系 的过程筒洁方便, 省去了现有技术中需要终端用户验证的繁瑣过程, 在减少 用户间好友添加成本的同时, 有一个 4艮好的交流与共享的体验, 增加用户粘 性, 给用户提供了一种便利的好友添加体验, 当然也提升即时通讯软件产品 自身的口碑与价值。
实施例 3
参见图 4, 本发明实施例提供了一种建立会话关系的装置, 所述装置具 体包括:
识别模块 301 , 用于在预设范围内识别出对端, 并与对端建立近距离无 线通讯 NFC连接, 所述装置和所述对端分别安装有 NFC模块且开启即时通讯 软件;
第一获取模块 302, 用于当检测到触碰动作时, 根据 NFC连接向对端发 起 NFC请求, 获取对端用户 ID和对端证书;
建立会话模块 303 , 用于向服务器发送请求信息, 请求信息携带本端用 户 ID、 对端用户 ID和对端证书, 使服务器根据请求信息建立本端和对端的 会话关系。
进一步地, 所述装置还包括:
第二获取模块, 用于当对端向服务器发起请求时, 获取服务器下发的对 端证书。
本发明实施例提供的装置, 通过根据内置的 NFC模块识别出对端, 在 与对端触碰时, 获取对端的对端用户 ID和对端证书, 从而将携带有本端用 户 ID、 对端用户 ID和对端证书的请求信息发送给服务器, 使服务器不需要 经过双方的认证, 即可建立本端和对端的会话关系, 有效避免近在咫尺的好 友间还必须通过网络进行查找定位验证先建立好友再进行会话的麻烦。
实施例 4
参见图 5, 本发明实施例提供了一种建立会话关系的系统, 所述系统包 括安装有 NFC模块且开启即时通讯软件的本端 401、 安装有 NFC模块且开启 即时通讯软件的对端 402和服务器 403;
本端 401 , 用于在预设范围内识别出对端, 与对端建立近距离无线通讯
NFC连接; 检测到触碰动作时根据 NFC连接向对端发起 NFC请求, 获取对端 用户 ID和对端证书, 向服务器发送请求信息, 请求信息携带本端用户 ID、 对端用户 ID和对端证书;
对端 402, 用于向本端返回对端用户 ID和对端证书;
服务器 403 , 用于接收所述本端发送的所述请求信息, 并根据请求信息 建立本端和对端的会话关系。
其中, 对端 402还用于向服务器发起请求, 获取服务器下发的对端证书。 其中, 服务器 403具体包括:
预设单元 4031 , 用于预设终端用户 ID和终端证书的对应关系; 接收单元 4032, 用于接收所述本端发送的请求信息; 判断单元 4033, 连接预设单元 4031和接收单元 4032 , 用于根据请求信 息携带的所述对端用户 ID和所述对端证书, 判断终端用户 ID和终端证书的 对应关系中是否存在对端用户 ID对应的对端证书;
建立单元 4034, 连接判断单元 4033, 用于当判断单元 4033的判断结果 为是时, 根据本端用户 ID和对端用户 ID建立本端和对端的会话关系。
其中, 服务器还根据本端 ID和对端用户 ID, 建立本端用户和对端用户 的好友关系。
进一步地, 对端 402还用于向服务器发送请求, 并緩存服务器下发的对 端证书; 相应地, 服务器 403还包括下发单元, 用于根据对端发起的请求, 向对端下发对端证书。
本发明实施例提供的系统, 本端在和对端通过内置的 NFC模块识别出 对方,并在本端与对端触碰后,服务器获取到携带本端用户 ID、对端用户 ID 和对端证书的请求信息, 建立本端和对端的会话关系, 有效避免近在咫尺的 好友间还必须通过网络进行查找定位验证先建立好友再进行会话的麻烦。 进 一步地, 终端用户可以将身边的陌生人添加为 IM常用好友, 整个建立好友 关系的过程筒洁方便, 省去了现有技术需要终端用户验证的繁瑣过程, 在减 少用户间好友添加成本的同时, 有一个 4艮好的交流与共享的体验, 增加用户 粘性, 给用户提供了一种便利的好友添加体验, 当然也提升软件产品自身的 口碑与价值。
本实施例提供的装置及系统, 具体可以与方法实施例属于同一构思, 其 具体实现过程详见方法实施例, 这里不再赘述。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以 通过硬件来完成, 也可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成, 所述的程序可以 存储于一种计算机可读存储介质中, 上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储 器, 磁盘或光盘等。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在本发明 的原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保 护范围之内。

Claims

1、 一种建立会话关系的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 本端在预设范围内识别出对端,并与所述对端建立近距离无线通讯(NFC) 连接, 所述本端和所述对端分别安装有用于建立所述 NFC连接的 NFC模块且 开启即时通讯软件;
所述本端检测到触碰动作时, 根据所述 NFC连接向所述对端发起 NFC请 求, 获取对端用户标识符(ID)和对端证书, 并向服务器发送请求信息, 所述 请求信息携带本端用户 ID、 所述对端用户 ID和所述对端证书, 使所述服务 器根据所述请求信息建立所述本端和所述对端的会话关系。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述请求信息建 立所述本端和所述对端的会话关系, 具体包括:
所述服务器根据所述请求信息中携带的所述对端用户 ID和所述对端证 书, 判断预设的终端用户 ID和终端证书的对应关系中, 是否存在所述对端 用户 ID对应的所述对端证书;
存在所述对端用户 ID对应的所述对端证书时, 居所述本端用户 ID和 所述对端用户 ID建立所述本端和所述对端的会话关系。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括:
所述服务器根据所述本端用户 ID和所述对端用户 ID, 建立所述本端用 户和所述对端用户的好友关系。
4、 如权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述对端证书由所述对端 向服务器发起请求, 所述服务器下发所得, 并緩存在所述对端。
5、 一种建立会话关系的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括:
识别模块, 用于在预设范围内识别出对端, 并与所述对端建立近距离无 线通讯(NFC)连接, 所述装置和所述对端分别安装有用于建立所述 NFC连接 的 NFC模块且开启即时通讯软件;
第一获取模块, 用于当检测到触碰操作时, 根据所述 NFC连接向所述对 端发起 NFC请求, 获取对端用户标识符(ID)和对端证书;
建立会话模块, 用于向服务器发送请求信息, 所述请求信息携带本端用 户 ID、 所述对端用户 ID和所述对端证书, 使所述服务器根据所述请求信息 建立所述装置和所述对端的会话关系。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括: 第二获取模块, 用于当所述对端向所述服务器发起请求时, 获取所述服 务器下发的对端证书。
7、 一种建立会话关系的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括安装有近距离 无线通讯 (NFC)模块且开启即时通讯软件的本端、 安装有 NFC模块且开启即 时通讯软件的对端、 和服务器;
所述本端, 用于在预设范围内识别出对端, 与所述对端建立 NFC连接; 检测到触碰操作时, 根据所述 NFC连接向所述对端发起 NFC请求, 获取所述 对端用户标识符(ID)和对端证书, 并向所述服务器发送请求信息, 所述请求 信息携带本端用户 ID、 所述对端用户 ID和所述对端证书;
所述对端, 用于向所述本端返回所述对端用户 ID和所述对端证书; 所述服务器, 用于接收所述本端发送的所述请求信息, 并根据所述请求 信息建立所述本端和所述对端的会话关系。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述服务器包括: 预设单元, 用于预设终端用户 ID和终端证书的对应关系;
接收单元, 用于接收所述本端发送的请求信息;
判断单元, 用于根据所述请求信息携带的所述对端用户 ID和所述对端证 书, 判断所述终端用户 ID和终端证书的对应关系中是否存在所述对端用户 ID对应的所述对端证书;
建立单元, 用于当所述判断单元的判断结果为是时, 根据所述本端用户
ID和所述对端用户 ID建立所述本端和所述对端的会话关系。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述服务器还用于根据所 述本端用户 ID和所述对端用户 ID, 建立所述本端用户和所述对端用户的好 友关系。
10、 如权利要求 7所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述对端还用于向所述服 务器发送请求, 并緩存所述服务器下发的对端证书;
所述服务器还包括下发单元, 用于根据所述对端发起的请求, 向所述对 端下发对端证书。
