如果组团成功, LBS平台会通知移动用户 X, 后续如何完成团购为 现有技术; 如果组团失败, LBS平台也会通知移动用户 X, 并可询问移 动用户 X后续如何处理, 比如是要放弃组团还是要延长有效期限等, 如 果移动用户 X确认需要延长有效期限, LBS平台会继续发出邀请并进行 记录。
举例说明: 假设移动用户 X设置的有效期限为 7天, 那么, LBS平 台可在设置当天的某个预定时间点上向地理位置符合要求的移动用户 发出组团邀请, 并对接受邀请的移动用户进行记录, 在下一天同样的时 间点上, LBS平台向地理位置符合要求且未接受邀请的移动用户发出组 团邀请, 并对接受邀请的移动用户进行记录, 依次类推; 如果 7天结束 后, 所记录的移动用户数(假设包括接收了移动用户 X所发出的邀请的 移动用户)达到预定阈值, 则通知移动用户 X组团成功。
上述阈值的具体取值可根据实际需要而定。
对于移动用户 X来说, 其也可能会接收到其它移动用户或 LBS平 台发来的邀请, 移动用户 X登录 LBS平台看到邀请后, 可根据自身的 需求返回确认或否认消息。
另外, 移动用户 X登录 LBS平台后, 也可与其它移动用户分享身 边的商家信息, 包括相关文字、图片和视频等。对于商家来说,其在 LBS 平台上进行注册并登录后, 可随时关注各移动用户所分享的信息、 各移 动用户享受团购后所作的评价以及其它相关信息等, 挖掘出用户的潜在 团购需求, 及时推出相应的团购服务。
至此, 即完成了关于图 1所示方法实施例的介绍。 可以看出, 采用 该实施例提供的方法, 移动用户在登录 LBS平台后, 如果找不到所需的 团购服务, 可主动发起组团请求, 相应地, LBS平台会去邀请地理位置 符合要求的其它移动用户来与发起请求的移动用户进行组团, 一旦组团 成功, 则推出相应的团购服务, 从而实现了根据移动用户的实际需求有 针对性地推出相应的团购服务, 即提高了信息推送的准确度。
在图 1所示方法实施例的基础上, 还可进一步增加订阅机制, 具体 实现方式如下: 1 ) LBS平台接收移动用户 X设置的团购需求信息, 并周期性地检 索与所述团购需求信息以及移动用户 X的地理位置相匹配的团购服务, 将检索出的团购服务发送给移动用户 X, 以便移动用户 X及时了解到商 家所推出的最新的团购服务, 其中, 地理位置相匹配可以是指商家的地 址位置在移动用户 X的地理位置附近;
2 ) LBS 平台接收商家设置的能够提供的团购服务信息, 并周期性 地检索与所述能够提供的团购服务信息相匹配的团购需求信息, 将检索 出的团购需求信息发送给商家, 以便商家及时了解到移动用户的最新需 求, 进而及时推出相应的团购服务, 如有某一团购需求的移动用户数较 多, 那么则可推出与该团购需求相对应的团购服务。
通常, 上述团购需求信息和能够提供的团购服务信息均由一系列的 关键词组成。 另外, 上述团购服务和团购需求信息可以电子邮件的方式 发送到移动用户和商家在 LBS平台进行注册时所提供的邮箱内,每两次 电子邮件发送之间所间隔的时长可根据实际需要而定, 比如为 24小时。
通过订阅机制, 使得移动用户能够及时了解到商家所推出的最新的 团购服务, 并使得商家能够及时了解到移动用户的最新需求, 进而及时 推出相应的团购服务。
图 2为本发明实施例提供的移动团购平台的组成结构示意图, 该平 台即为之前所提到的 LBS平台。 如图 2所示, 该移动团购平台包括: 收发模块 21 , 用于接收任一移动用户发起的组团请求, 向地理位置 符合要求的移动用户发出组团邀请;
团购模块 22, 用于对接受邀请的移动用户进行记录, 当所记录的移 动用户数达到预定阈值后, 推出相应的团购服务。
同样地, 为与后续出现的移动用户进行区别, 用移动用户 X来代表 任一发起组团请求的移动用户。 3所示, 图 2所示的移动团购平台还可包括登录注册模块 23 , 用于支持 各移动用户及商家在平台上进行注册和登录。
其中,收发模块 21可进一步用于接收发起组团请求的移动用户输入 的检索关键词。
团购模块 22可进一步用于,根据所述检索关键词进行检索,如果检 索到与检索关键词相匹配的团购服务, 则显示给移动用户 X。 后续, 当 移动用户 X参与该次团购时,可协助移动用户 X完成该次团购, 包括完 成移动支付、 对付费进行记录, 以及支持移动用户 X在享受完该次团购 后对商家进行评价等。
上述组团请求和组团邀请中至少需要携带有商家名称和团购内容。 地理位置符合要求的移动用户包括: 在商家的地理位置附近的移动 用户, 所述在商家的地理位置附近的移动用户包括与商家位于同一区域 内的移动用户或与商家的距离小于预定阈值的移动用户。
团购模块 22还可进一步用于,在对接受邀请的移动用户进行记录的 同时, 记录主动请求加入本次团购的移动用户, 所述主动请求加入本次 团购的移动用户为:接受了移动用户 X发出的组团邀请的移动用户 X的 好友。
另外, 上述组团请求中还可进一步携带有有效期限; 在有效期限内 的每个预定时间点上, 团购模块分别向地理位置符合要求且未接受邀请 的移动用户发出组团邀请, 并对接受邀请的移动用户进行记录, 同时, 记录有效期限内主动请求加入本次团购的移动用户。
图 3所示移动团购平台中还可进一步包括:
订阅模块 24,用于接收移动用户 X设置的团购需求信息, 并周期性 地检索与所述团购需求信息以及移动用户 X 的地理位置相匹配的团购 服务, 将检索出的团购服务发送给移动用户 X。
订阅模块 24还可进一步用于,接收商家设置的能够提供的团购服务 信息, 并周期性地检索与所述能够提供的团购服务信息相匹配的团购需 求信息, 将检索出的团购需求信息发送给商家。
除以上功能外, 图 3所示移动团购平台还需要具备一些其它功能, 如支持移动用户分享商家信息、 将组团成功与否的结果通知给移动用户 等。
图 3所示移动团购平台的具体工作流程请参照图 1所示方法实施例 中的相应说明, 此处不再赘述。
上述 LBS平台的各个模块可以由软件(如存储在内存中并由处理器 来执行的机器可读指令)、 硬件 (如专用集成电路 ASIC的处理器 )或软 件硬件相结合来实现, 本发明实施例并不具体限定。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解, 实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部 分流程, 是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成的, 所述的程 序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 可包括如上 述各方法的实施例的流程。 其中, 所述的存储介质可为磁碟、 光盘、 只 读存储记忆体( Read-Only Memory, ROM )或随机存储记忆体( Random Access Memory, RAM )等。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本发明。 凡 在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均 应包含在本发明保护的范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种移动团购方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
基于位置的服务 LBS平台接收任一移动用户发起的组团请求; 所述 LBS平台向地理位置符合要求的移动用户发出组团邀请,并对 接受邀请的移动用户进行记录, 当所记录的移动用户数达到预定阈值 后, 推出相应的团购服务。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 LBS平台接收 任一移动用户发起的组团请求之前, 进一步包括:
各移动用户及商家在所述 LBS平台上进行注册和登录;
所述 LBS平台接收发起组团请求的移动用户输入的检索关键词,根 据所述检索关键词进行检索, 如果检索到与所述检索关键词相匹配的团 购服务, 则显示给所述发起组团请求的移动用户。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述组团请求中至少 携带有商家名称和团购内容; 和 /或
所述组团邀请中至少携带有商家名称和团购内容。
4、根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述地理位置符合要 求的移动用户包括: 在商家的地理位置附近的移动用户, 所述在商家的 地理位置附近的移动用户包括与商家位于同一区域内的移动用户或与 商家的距离小于预定阈值的移动用户。
5、根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述对接受邀请的 移动用户进行记录的同时, 进一步包括:
记录主动请求加入团购的移动用户;
所述主动请求加入所述团购的移动用户为: 接受了所述发起组团请 求的移动用户发出的组团邀请的移动用户。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述组团请求中进一 步携带有有效期限;
所述 LBS平台向地理位置符合要求的移动用户发出组团邀请,并对 接受邀请的移动用户进行记录包括:
在所述有效期限内的每个预定时间点上,所述 LBS平台分别向地理 位置符合要求且未接受邀请的移动用户发出组团邀请, 并对接受邀请的 移动用户进行记录;
所述记录主动请求加入团购的移动用户包括: 记录所述有效期限内 主动请求加入所述团购的移动用户。
7、 根据权利要求 1 ~ 6中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法 进一步包括:
所述 LBS 平台接收所述发起组团请求的移动用户设置的团购需求 信息, 并周期性地检索与所述团购需求信息以及所述发起组团请求的移 动用户的地理位置相匹配的团购服务, 将检索出的团购服务发送给所述 发起组团请求的移动用户。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法进一步包括: 所述 LBS平台接收商家设置的能够提供的团购服务信息,并周期性 地检索与所述能够提供的团购服务信息相匹配的团购需求信息, 将检索 出的团购需求信息发送给商家。
9、 一种移动团购平台, 其特征在于, 所述平台为基于位置的服务 LBS平台, 包括:
收发模块, 用于接收任一移动用户发起的组团请求, 向地理位置符 合要求的移动用户发出组团邀请;
团购模块, 用于对接受邀请的移动用户进行记录, 当所记录的移动 用户数达到预定阈值后, 推出相应的团购服务。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的平台, 其特征在于, 进一步包括: 登录注册模块, 用于支持各移动用户及商家在所述平台上进行注册 和登录;
所述收发模块进一步用于, 接收发起组团请求的移动用户输入的检 索关键词;
所述团购模块进一步用于, 根据所述检索关键词进行检索, 如果检 索到与所述检索关键词相匹配的团购服务, 则显示给所述发起组团请求 的移动用户。
11、 根据权利要求 9所述的平台, 其特征在于, 所述组团请求中至 少携带有商家名称和团购内容; 和 /或
所述组团邀请中至少携带有商家名称和团购内容。
12、根据权利要求 11所述的平台, 其特征在于, 所述地理位置符合 要求的移动用户包括: 在商家的地理位置附近的移动用户, 所述在商家 的地理位置附近的移动用户包括与商家位于同一区域内的移动用户或 与商家的距离小于预定阈值的移动用户。
13、根据权利要求 11所述的平台, 其特征在于, 所述团购模块进一 步用于, 在对接受邀请的移动用户进行记录的同时, 记录主动请求加入 团购的移动用户, 所述主动请求加入团购的移动用户为: 接受了所述发 起组团请求的移动用户发出的组团邀请的移动用户。
14、根据权利要求 13所述的平台, 其特征在于, 所述组团请求中进 一步携带有有效期限;
在所述有效期限内的每个预定时间点上, 所述团购模块分别向地理 位置符合要求且未接受邀请的移动用户发出组团邀请, 并对接受邀请的 移动用户进行记录, 同时, 记录所述有效期限内主动请求加入所述团购 的移动用户。
15、 根据权利要求 9 ~ 14中任一项所述的平台, 其特征在于, 所述 平台中进一步包括:
订阅模块, 用于接收所述发起组团请求的移动用户设置的团购需求 信息, 并周期性地检索与所述团购需求信息以及所述发起组团请求的移 动用户的地理位置相匹配的团购服务, 将检索出的团购服务发送给所述 发起组团请求的移动用户。
16、根据权利要求 15所述的平台, 其特征在于, 所述订阅模块进一 步用于, 接收商家设置的能够提供的团购服务信息, 并周期性地检索与 所述能够提供的团购服务信息相匹配的团购需求信息, 将检索出的团购 需求信息发送给商家。
17、 一种机器可读的存储介质, 其特征在于, 其上存储有指令集合, 当该指令集合被执行时, 使得该机器可执行权利要求 1-8任一项所述的 移动团购方法。
