Claims (15)

- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 R3 및 R4는 서로 동일하거나 상이하고, 각각 독립적으로 수소; 또는 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1 내지 25의 알콕시기인 것인 중합체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 n은 30 내지 100의 정수인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 중합체의 분자량 분포는 1 내지 100인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 중합체의 말단기는 헤테로 방향족기, 방향족기 또는 할로겐 치환 알킬기인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체.
- 제1 전극, 제2 전극 및 1층 이상의 광활성층을 포함하고, 상기 광활성층 중 1층 이상은 청구항 1 내지 7 중 어느 하나의 중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 태양 전지.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 광활성층은 전자주개 물질 및 전자받개 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 태양 전지.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,상기 전자주개 물질은 중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 태양 전지.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,상기 전자받개 물질은 플러렌, 플러렌 유도체, 바소쿠프로인, 반도체성 원소 및 반도체성 화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 또는 둘 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 태양 전지.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 유기 태양 전지는 전자수송층 및 정공수송층 중에서 하나 이상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 태양 전지.
- 청구항 12에 있어서,상기 전자수송층 및 정공수송층 중에서 하나 이상은 중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 태양 전지.
- 기판을 준비하는 단계;상기 기판의 상부에 제1 전극을 형성하는 단계;상기 제1 전극의 상부에 청구항 1 내지 7 중 어느 하나의 중합체를 포함하는 광활성층을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 광활성층의 상부에 제2 전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 유기 태양 전지의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 14에 있어서,상기 제1 전극을 형성하는 단계 이후, 상기 광활성층을 형성하는 단계 이전에 상기 제1 전극의 상부에 정공수송층을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 유기 태양 전지의 제조 방법.
