本实用新型涉及一种医疗器械,尤其涉及一种双针加药器。
背景技术
为了将药物容器(通常为西林瓶)内的药物加入输液容器(输液软袋或输液软瓶)内的溶液中,然后将混合溶液输入诸如医院的临床机构中的病人。
现有技术中,常采用注射器将药物容器内的药物和输液容器(输液软袋或输液软瓶)内的溶液进行混合。首先,使用注射器将输液容器(输液软袋或输液软瓶)内的溶液输入药物容器内,然后,也使用该注射器将混合后的溶液移至输液容器(输液软袋或输液软瓶)中。目前,在医院的临床机构中通常也使用此种方式,但是这种混药方式操作复杂、费时,不仅容易出现配药失误,还极有可能在混药过程中引入污染,影响用药安全,造成严重的医疗事故。所以改进混药方式是输液前准备的一项必要任务。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本实用新型提供了一种只需穿刺一次便可实现混药,且混药操作更简单,更省时的双针加药器 。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:
双针加药器,双针由针座、上针和下针组成,上针和下针设置在针座的两侧,上针和下针均为中空结构且相互连通,沿针座的边缘向上针方向延伸形成一杯体结构的混药体

作为本实用新型的一种优选方案,所述上针和下针均沿杯体结构的混药体的轴线设置。

本实用新型的有益效果是:使用该双针加药器时,只需将上针刺穿药物容器的密封塞,下针同时刺穿输液容器(输液软瓶或输液软袋)上的密封盖内的密封塞,挤压输液容器(输液软袋或输液软瓶)便可使药物容器内的药物与输液容器(输液软袋或输液软瓶)内的溶液混合,混药操作更简单,更省时。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细地描述。
如图1所示,双针加药器,该双针由针座1、上针2和下针3组成。上针2和下针3设置在针座1的两侧,上针2和下针3均为中空结构且相互连通,沿针座1的边缘向上针2方向延伸形成一杯体结构的混药体4
。 上针2和下针3均沿杯体结构的混药体4的轴线设置,在药物容器7卡入混药体4内时,上针2从药物容器7的密封盖的中部插入药物容器7,避免上针2刺偏。
混药体4的上端口设有密封隔膜5,双针和混药体4封装在外包装内。使用前,密封隔膜5配合外包装(如密封袋)使用,可以使混药体4和双针处于密封状态,不仅维持了混药体4和混药体4内的上针2在使用前具有良好的清洁度,还有效的保护了上针2的锋锐度和混药体4的内部结构,避免运输过程中的损坏;使用时,拆开外包装,拆除密封隔膜5即可。
在混药体4的内壁上对称设置有至少两个呈倒钩状、且用于防止西林瓶松动的防滑扣6。本实施例中,在混药体4的内壁上对称设置有六个防滑扣6。在药物容器7卡入混药体4内后,药物容器7在防滑扣6的阻碍作用下,可有效避免药物容器7在混药体4内向反方向退出或松动。
混药体4的底部设有套在上针2外的环形胶垫11,因该环形胶垫11具有良好的弹性,在药物容器7卡入混药体4内时,该环形胶垫11和混药体4上的防滑扣6可有效的防止药物容器7松动,环形胶垫11完全密封药物容器7与混药体4底部之间的插接位点,避免混药时发生药液渗漏,也可严格保证混药后的药物容器4内的绝对气密性,杜绝染菌危险。
该双针加药器还包括密封套12和保护套13,密封套12套在下针3的针尖上,保护套13套在密封套12外并固定在混药体4或下针3上。在图1中,保护套13固定在混药体4的底部,在混药体4的底部具有卡套14,保护套13通过卡接的方式套在卡套14上并与卡套14密封配合,保护密封套12时只需将保护套13套在卡套14上即可;混药时只需将保护套13从卡套14上拔下。密封套12采用弹性、韧性或软质的材料制成,密封套12具有弹性或韧性,可以在混药全过程都与下针3外壁紧密接触,不至于自行滑动松脱。当然也可将保护套13固定在下针3上(如图2所示),下针3的外壁沿圆周方向设有环形凸台15,保护套13套在环形凸台15上并与环形凸台15密封配合。
因在下针3的针尖上套有密封套12,密封套12使下针3的针尖处于密封状态,通过该密封套12和混药体4的上端口设置的密封隔膜5可使双针内的通道和混药体4处于密封状态,有效避免双针内的通道和混药体4内受到污染。保护套13套在密封套12外并固定在混药体4上,该保护套13起着保护密封套12和下针洁净的作用,可避免密封套12在外力的作用下从针尖上脱落。
使用该双针加药器时,如图3所示,拆除密封隔膜5和保护套13后直接将将上针2的针尖对准药物容器7的密封塞上,下针3的针尖同时对准在输液容器8(实施例中采用输液软袋)上的密封盖9内的密封塞10,迅速施加压力,使针尖向密封塞推进,随着下针3的针尖向下穿刺,密封套12被刺破并沿着下针3向上移动,并不影响下针的继续穿刺,有利于药物容器7和输液容器8无菌连接。也可将该双针加药器竖直放置,使下针3向下先刺穿输液容器8上的密封盖9内的密封塞10,再将上针2刺穿药物容器7的密封塞;还可将该双针加药器倒置,先将上针2向下刺穿药物容器7的密封盖,再将下针3向上刺穿输液容器8上的密封盖9内的密封塞10,上述三种方式均可通过该双针加药器连接药物容器7和输液容器8。最后挤压输液容器便可使药物容器内的药物与输液容器内的溶液混合,混药操作更简单,更省时。
最后说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本实用新型的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本实用新型进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本实用新型的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本实用新型技术方案的宗旨和范围,其均应涵盖在本实用新型的权利要求范围当中。
