技术领域 本发明涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于设定位置利用移动终端对用 户进行提醒的方法和装置。 背景技术
WLAN ( Wireless Local Area Networks, 无线局域网络)是相当便利的 数据传输系统, 它利用 RF ( Radio Frequency, 射频)的技术, 取代旧式碍手 碍脚的双绞铜线所构成的局域网络,使得无线局域网络能利用简单的存取架构 达到信息随身化、 便利走天下的理想境界。 目前 WLAN除了进行数据通信以外, 基于 WLAN的定位功能也发展起来, 可以通过 WLAN进行定位。 现有技术中的一种出门忘带物品提醒装置包括: 设于物品上的发射器、设 于门上的接收器和触发开关、 以及提示器, 触发开关的通、 断状态由门的开、 闭控制,提示器同时与接收器和触发开关电连接、其工作状态由接收器输出状 态和触发开关的通、 断状态控制。 当使用者携带物品出门, 接收器接收到发射 器的信号, 提示器不工作。 当使用者出门忘带物品时, 接收器未接收发射器的 信号, 由触发开关触发提示器, 发出提示信号。 上述现有技术中的出门忘带物品提醒装置的缺点为:需要在门上安装发射
器, 另外用户需要携带一个接收器, 对用户来说比较繁瑣, 成本较高。 发明内容 本发明的实施例提供了一种基于设定位置利用移动终端对用户进行提醒 的方法和装置, 以实现对用户进行有效的提醒。 一种基于设定位置利用移动终端对用户进行提醒的方法, 包括: 用户的移动终端利用无线网络检测到所述移动终端和设定位置之间的距 离大于设定的数值; 所述移动终端按照设定的提醒方式对所述用户进行设定事件的提醒。 一种移动终端, 包括: 位置检测模块,用于利用无线网络检测到所述移动终端和设定位置之间的 距离大于设定的数值; 提醒处理模块,用于按照设定的提醒方式对所述移动终端的用户进行设定 事件的提醒。 由上述本发明的实施例提供的技术方案可以看出,本发明实施例能够充分 利用移动终端上的 WLAN功能或无线通信功能, 在不增加硬件的同时, 通过 WLAN或者定位系统来确定用户的位置, 从而达到提醒用户的功能。 附图说明

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面将结合本发明 实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然, 所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中 的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其 他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。 为便于对本发明实施例的理解,下面将结合附图以几个具体实施例为例做 进一步的解释说明, 且各个实施例并不构成对本发明实施例的限定。 实施例一 该实施例提供了一种基于设定位置利用移动终端对用户进行提醒的方法, 该方法的具体处理流程如图 1所示, 包括如下的处理步骤: 步骤 1 1、用户的移动终端利用无线网络检测到所述移动终端和设定位置之 间的距离大于设定的数值。 在设定位置上的无线路由器按照无线路由器 ,上述设定位置可以为用户的 家庭住址或者办公地点。 上述移动终端可以为用户的手机。 当用户的移动终端处于所述设定位置附近时, 用户的移动终端可以利用 WLAN和所述设定位置上的无线路由器连接, 当用户的移动终端利用 WLAN检 测到所述移动终端和所述设定位置上的无线路由器断开连接后,则确定所述移
动终端和所述设定位置之间的距离大于设定的数值。
或者,
用户的移动终端利用无线通信网络连接到定位系统,从所述定位系统获取 所述移动终端所处的地理位置,当所述移动终端所处的地理位置和所述设定位 置的地理位置之间的距离大于设定的距离时 ,则确定所述移动终端和所述设定 位置之间的距离大于设定的数值。
所述的定位系统包括: GPS ( Global Positioning System,全球定位系统) 或者北斗卫星定位系统或者所述移动终端的基站。

由上述本发明的实施例提供的技术方案可以看出,本发明实施例能够充分 利用移动终端上的 WLAN功能或无线通信功能, 在不增加硬件的同时, 通过 WLAN或者定位系统来确定用户的位置, 从而达到提醒用户的功能。 实施例二
该实施例提供了一种移动终端,其具体结构如图 2所示, 包括如下的模块: 位置检测模块 21,用于利用无线网络检测到所述移动终端和设定位置之间 的距离大于设定的数值;
提醒处理模块 22,用于按照设定的提醒方式对所述移动终端的用户进行设 定事件的提醒。
具体的,所述位置检测模块 21 ,还用于利用无线局域网络检测到所述移动 终端和所述设定位置上的无线路由器断开连接后,则确定所述移动终端和所述 设定位置之间的距离大于设定的数值。
具体的,所述位置检测模块 21 ,还用于利用无线通信网络连接到定位系统, 从所述定位系统获取所述移动终端所处的地理位置,当所述移动终端所处的地 理位置和所述设定位置的地理位置之间的距离大于设定的距离时,则确定所述 移动终端和所述设定位置之间的距离大于设定的数值。
具体的所述的定位系统包括: GPS或者北斗卫星定位系统或者所述移动 终端的基站。
具体的, 所述的提醒处理模块 22,还用于进行响铃或者震动操作, 并在所 述移动终端的显示屏幕上对所述用户进行设定事件的提醒。 应用本发明实施例的装置进行基于设定位置对用户进行提醒的具体过程 与前述方法实施例类似, 此处不再赘述。 本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程 , 是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算 机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。 其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体( Read-Only Memory, ROM )或随机存储记忆体( Random Access Memory, RAM )等。 综上所述,本发明实施例能够充分利用移动终端上的 WLAN功能或无线通 信功能, 在不增加硬件的同时, 通过 WLAN或者定位系统来确定用户的位置, 从而达到提醒用户的功能。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局 限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易 想到的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护 范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

1、 一种基于设定位置利用移动终端对用户进行提醒的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
用户的移动终端利用无线网络检测到所述移动终端和设定位置之间的距 离大于设定的数值;
所述移动终端按照设定的提醒方式对所述用户进行设定事件的提醒。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述的用户的移动终端利用 无线网络检测到所述移动终端和设定位置之间的距离大于设定的数值, 包括: 用户的移动终端利用无线局域网络检测到所述移动终端和所述设定位置 上的无线路由器断开连接后,则确定所述移动终端和所述设定位置之间的距离 大于设定的数值。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述的用户的移动终端利用 无线网络检测到所述移动终端和设定位置之间的距离大于设定的数值, 包括: 用户的移动终端利用无线通信网络连接到定位系统,从所述定位系统获取 所述移动终端所处的地理位置,当所述移动终端所处的地理位置和所述设定位 置的地理位置之间的距离大于设定的距离时,则确定所述移动终端和所述设定 位置之间的距离大于设定的数值。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述的定位系统包括: 全球 定位系统 GPS或者北斗卫星定位系统或者所述移动终端的基站。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3或 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述的移动终端 按照设定的提醒方式对所述用户进行设定事件的提醒, 包括:

6、 一种移动终端, 其特征在于, 包括: 位置检测模块,用于利用无线网络检测到所述移动终端和设定位置之间的 距离大于设定的数值; 提醒处理模块,用于按照设定的提醒方式对所述移动终端的用户进行设定 事件的提醒。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的移动终端, 其特征在于: 所述位置检测模块,还用于利用无线局域网络检测到所述移动终端和所述 设定位置上的无线路由器断开连接后,则确定所述移动终端和所述设定位置之 间的距离大于设定的数值。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的移动终端, 其特征在于: 所述位置检测模块,还用于利用无线通信网络连接到定位系统,从所述定 位系统获取所述移动终端所处的地理位置,当所述移动终端所处的地理位置和 所述设定位置的地理位置之间的距离大于设定的距离时,则确定所述移动终端 和所述设定位置之间的距离大于设定的数值。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述的定位系统包括: 全球 定位系统 GPS或者北斗卫星定位系统或者所述移动终端的基站。
10、 根据权利要求 6至 9任一项所述的移动终端, 其特征在于: 所述的提醒处理模块,还用于进行响铃或者震动操作, 并在所述移动终端 的显示屏幕上对所述用户进行设定事件的提醒。
