Abstract

 本発明は、平均二次粒子径が1~100nmであるハイドロタルサイト粒子の製造方法を提供する。 本発明は、反応場のクリアランスが1~30μmである強制薄膜式マイクロリアクター中で、マグネシウム塩とアルミニウム塩の混合水溶液、アルカリ物質および層間アニオンを反応させることを特徴とし、反応させるアルカリ物質のマグネシウム金属とアルミニウム金属に対するモル比は2~15であり、周波数解析法で測定された平均二次粒子径が1~100nmであるハイドロタルサイト粒子の製造方法である。

Description

ハイドロタルサイト粒子の製造方法
 本発明は、微細なハイドロタルサイト粒子の製造方法に関する。
 ハイドロタルサイト粒子は古くから知られており、陰イオン交換による酸の不活性化や優れた酸中和能を有している。また構成元素の置換および陰イオンの種類を変換できる特異な性質を有している。これらの性質を活用して、医薬用制酸剤、吸着剤、ポリオレフィン系樹脂の触媒残分の中和剤、塩素系樹脂の安定剤等多岐にわたる分野で利用されている。例えば、ハイドロタルサイト粒子の合成方法およびその利用に関して下記特許文献1~3が知られている。
 近年、アプリケーションデバイス等に用いるポリオレフィン樹脂組成物等の添加剤としてハイドロタルサイトを配合したときの透明性の向上が求められている。それらに対応できるような微粒子が必要とされている。
 一方、マイクロリアクターは、反応場が1辺あたり1mmか500μmより小さなスケールでの化学反応装置と定義されており、より大きなスケールで反応を行う他の装置と比べ、エネルギー効率、反応速度、収率、安全性、温度制御、高速で均一な混合、濃度均一性の向上、スケールアップ、といった部分の細かな条件の制御能に優れるとされる。細いY字管のマイクロリアクターが有名であり、ナノ粒子が合成できることは知られているが、反応場が微小空間であるのでハイドロタルサイト粒子等のような晶析反応だと配管詰まりが起こり、非常に薄い濃度でしか合成できない。
 しかし特許文献4に示されるような、強制薄膜式マイクロリアクターは反応場が1~30μmと非常に微小な空間であるが、図1に示す装置図の下面ディスクが回転し高濃度で化合物の合成ができる。

 本発明の目的は、ナノ粒子レベルのハイドロタルサイト粒子の製造方法を提供することにある。
 本発明者は、ナノ粒子レベルのハイドロタルサイト粒子の製造方法について研究を進めた。その結果、強制薄膜式マイクロリアクター中で反応法によりハイドロタルサイトを合成すると、微細なハイドロタルサイト粒子が得られることを見出し本発明に到達した。すなわち本発明は、反応場のクリアランスが1~30μmである強制薄膜式マイクロリアクター中で、マグネシウム塩とアルミニウム塩の混合水溶液、アルカリ物質および層間アニオンを反応させることを特徴とする、周波数解析法で測定された平均二次粒子径が1~100nmであるハイドロタルサイト粒子の製造方法である。
 図1は、強制薄膜式マイクロリアクターの一例である。
(反応原料)
 本発明の製造方法では、反応原料であるマグネシウム塩とアルミニウム塩の混合水溶液、アルカリ物質および層間アニオンを反応させる。
 マグネシウム塩としては、塩化マグネシウム、硝酸マグネシウム、硫酸マグネシウムなどが挙げられる。アルミニウム塩としては、塩化アルミニウム、硝酸アルミニウム、硫酸アルミニウムなどが挙げられる。反応させるマグネシウム金属とアルミニウム金属とのモル比(Mg/Al)は、好ましくは1~12、より好ましくは2~5である。
 マグネシウム塩とアルミニウム塩の混合水溶液中のマグネシウム塩の濃度は、好ましくは0.1~3mol/L、より好ましくは0.2~2mol/L、さらに好ましくは0.3~1.5mol/Lである。アルミニウム塩の濃度は、好ましくは0.05~2mol/L、より好ましくは0.1~1.5mol/Lである。
 アルカリ物質として、苛性ソーダ、アンモニア、水酸化カリウム等の水溶液を用いる。反応させるアルカリ物質の、マグネシウム金属とアルミニウム金属の合計に対するモル比は、好ましくは2~15、より好ましくは2.2~10である。この比が2を下回ると、分散性が悪くなって平均二次粒子径が100nmを超えてしまう。
 層間アニオンとして、炭酸ソーダ、炭酸アンモニウム等の水溶液を用いる。反応させる層間アニオンのアルミニウム金属に対するモル比は、好ましくは0.0~10、好ましくは1~5である。層間アニオン水溶液の濃度は、好ましくは0.001~3mol/L、より好ましくは0.002~2mol/Lである。
 反応温度は、好ましくは5~90℃、より好ましくは10~80℃、さらに好ましくは15~70℃の間で反応できる。
(マイクロリアクター)
 本発明の製造方法では、反応場のクリアランスが1~30μmの強制薄膜式マイクロリアクター中で反応させる。
 本発明で用いる強制薄膜式マイクロリアクターの一例を図1に示す。強制薄膜式マイクロリアクターは、互いに対向する第1処理面(1)と第2処理面(1)とにより形成された反応場を有し、第1処理面(1)と第2処理面(2)とは相対的に回転し、かつ相対的に接近したり離反したりすることが可能で、原料の供給圧によって2つの処理用面を離反させる方向に力を発生させ、かつ2つの処理用面を接近させる方向に移動させる力を別途加え、反応場を微小間隔に維持するものが好ましい。
 原料のマグネシウム塩とアルミニウム塩の混合水溶液(A)は、所定の圧力でリアクターの中央部から反応場に供給される。原料のアルカリ物質および層間アニオン(B)は、マグネシウム塩とアルミニウム塩の混合水溶液(A)とは別の供給口から反応場に供給される。反応により生成された微細なハイドロタルサイトを含有するスラリーは排出口(3)から排出される。強制薄膜式マイクロリアクターを用いると、薄膜流体の状態で反応を行うことができる。
 図1中、回転ディスク(4)は回転し、固定ディスク(5)は回転しないが、回転ディスク(4)および固定ディスク(5)は相対的に回転すればよく、一方が回転し、他方が停止していても良いし、互いに逆方向に回転しても良い。回転ディスク(4)の相対回転数は好ましくは400~3500rpm、より好ましくは500~2000rpmである。
 第1処理面(1)と第2処理面(2)との隙間、すなわち反応場のクリアランスは、1~30μm、好ましくは3~20μm、より好ましくは5~15μmである。
 第1処理面(1)は、中空円板状で、円板状の固定ディスク(4)に固定されている。また第2処理面(2)は、中空円板状で、円板状の回転ディスク(4)に固定されている。
 マグネシウム塩とアルミニウム塩の混合水溶液(A)の反応場での流量は、好ましくは10~250ml/秒、より好ましくは15~200ml/秒である。アルカリ物質および層間アニオン(B)の反応場での流量は、好ましくは10~250ml/秒、より好ましくは15~200ml/秒である。
 強制薄膜式マイクロリアクターとして、エム・テクニック株式会社製のマイクロリアクターULREA SS−11を使用することができる。この装置は反応場のクリアランスが1~30μmの強制薄膜式マイクロリアクターで、ディスクが回転することにより晶析したハイドロタルサイトスラリーを排出する機構を有する。ディスク内で晶析反応後、直ちに装置外に排出される連続式の反応装置である。そのため1~30μmと微細な反応場クリアランスであっても生成した晶析物がリアクター内で詰まることなく高濃度で反応でき、ナノ粒子を得ることが出来る。
(ハイドロタルサイト粒子)
 本発明により得られるハイドロタルサイト粒子は、周波数解析法で測定された平均二次粒子径が1~100nm、好ましくは10~90nm、より好ましくは20~80nmである。
 ハイドロタルサイト粒子の組成は、特に限定されないが、例えば下記式(1)で表わされる組成の粒子が好適である。

 式中、M1 2+は、Mg、Zn、Ca、Sr、Cu、Fe、Mn、Co、Ni、Sn、Pb、CdおよびBaよりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一種の2価金属を示す。M2 2+は、Zn、Ca、Sr、Cu、Fe、Mn、Co、Ni、Sn、Pb、CdおよびBaよりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一種の2価金属を示す。M3+は、Al、Fe等の3価金属を示す。
 An−はn価のアニオンを示す。アニオンとして、塩素イオン、炭酸イオンなどが挙げられる。
 x、y1、y2およびmは夫々下記式で示される正数を示す。
 0<x≦0.5、
 0.5≦y1+y2<1、
 0≦m<2、
 上記式(1)において好ましいのは、M1 2+がMgであり、M2 2+はZnであり、M3+がAlである。
(表面処理)
 本発明において使用するハイドロタルサイト粒子はそれ自体を樹脂に配合することができるが、粒子を表面処理剤で処理して使用することができる。
 表面処理剤として、高級脂肪酸、高級アルコールの硫酸エステル、チタネートカップリング剤、シランカップリング剤、アルミネートカップリング剤、多価アルコールと脂肪酸のエステル、リン酸エステルおよびアニオン系界面活性剤からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一種が好ましい。
 高級脂肪酸として、ステアリン酸、エルカ酸、パルミチン酸、ラウリン酸、ベヘニン酸等の炭素数10以上の高級脂肪酸が挙げられる。またこれら高級脂肪酸のアルカリ金属塩が挙げられる。
 高級アルコールの硫酸エステルとして、ステアリルアルコール硫酸エステル、オレイルアルコール硫酸エステル等が挙げられる。
 チタネート系カップリング剤として、イソプロピルトリイソステアロイルチタネート、イソプロピルトリス(ジオクチルパイロフォスフェート)チタネート、イソプロピルトリ(N−アミノエチル−アミノエチル)チタネート、イソプロピルトリデシルベンゼンスルホニルチタネート等が挙げられる。
 シランカップリング剤として、ビニルエトキシシラン、ビニル−トリス(2−メトキシ−エトキシ)シラン、ガンマ−メタクリロキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、ガンマ−アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン、ベーター(3,4−エポキシシクロヘキシル)エチルトリメトキシシラン、ガンマ−グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、ガンマ−メルカプトプロピルトリメトキシシラン等が挙げられる。
 アルミネートカップリング剤として、アセトアルコキシアルミニウムジイソプロピレート等が挙げられる。
 多価アルコールと脂肪酸のエステルとして、グリセリンモノステアレート、グリセリンモノオレエート等が挙げられる。
 リン酸エステルとして、オルトリン酸とオレイルアルコールのモノエステル、ジエステルまたはこれらの混合物、オルトリン酸とステアリルアルコールのモノエステル、ジエステルまたはこれらの混合物が挙げられる。またこれらのエステルの、酸型またはアルカリ金属塩またはアミン塩等が挙げられる。
 アニオン系界面活性剤として、ポリエチレングリコールエーテルの硫酸エステル塩、アミド結合硫酸エステル塩、エステル結合硫酸エステル塩、エステル結合スルホネート、アミド結合スルホン酸塩、エーテル結合スルホン酸塩、エーテル結合アルキルアリールスルホン酸塩、エステル結合アルキルアリールスルホン酸塩、アミド結合アルキルアリールスルホン酸塩等が挙げられる。
 前記した表面処理剤を使用して、ハイドロタルサイト粒子の表面コーティング処理をするには、それ自体公知の湿式または乾式法により実施できる。例えば湿式法としては、ハイドロタルサイト粒子のスラリーに該表面処理剤を液状またはエマルジョン状で加え、約100℃までの温度で機械的に十分混合すればよい。乾式法としては、ハイドロタルサイト粒子をヘンシェルミキサー等の混合機により、十分攪拌下で表面処理剤を液状、エマルジョン状、固形状で加え、加熱または非加熱下に十分に混合すればよい。
 表面処理剤の添加量は、適宜選択できるが、該ハイドロタルサイト粒子の重量に基づいて、10重量%以下とするのが好ましい。
 表面処理をしたハイドロタルサイト粒子は、必要により、例えば水洗、脱水、造粒、乾燥、粉砕、分級等の手段を適宜選択して実施し、最終製品形態とすることができる。
 本発明のハイドロタルサイト粒子は樹脂に含有させることができる。樹脂は、熱可塑性樹脂であることが好ましい。その例としてはポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレン/プロピレン共重合体、ポリブテン、ポリ(4−メチルペンテン−1)等の如きC2~C8オレフィン(α−オレフィン)の重合体もしくは共重合体、これらC2~C8オレフィンとジエンとの共重合体類、エチレン−アクリレート共重合体、ポリスチレン、ABS樹脂、AAS樹脂、AS樹脂、MBS樹脂、エチレン/塩ビ共重合樹脂、エチレン酢ビコポリマー樹脂、エチレン−塩ビ−酢ビ−グラフト重合樹脂、塩化ビニリデン、ポリ塩化ビニル、塩素化ポリエチレン、塩素化ポリプロピレン、塩ビプロピレン共重合体、酢酸ビニル樹脂、フェノキシ樹脂、ポリアセタール、ポリアミド、ポリイミド、ポリカーボネート、ポリスルホン、ポリフェニレンオキサイド、ポリフェニレンサルファイド、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、メタクリル樹脂等の熱可塑性樹脂が例示できる。
 ポリオレフィンとして、ポリプロピレンホモポリマー、エチレンプロピレン共重合体の様なポリプロピレン系樹脂、高密度ポリエチレン、低密度ポリエチレン、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン、超低密度ポリエチレン、EVA(エチレンビニルアセテート樹脂)、EEA(エチレンエチルアクリレート樹脂)、EMA(エチレンアクリル酸メチル共重合樹脂)、EAA(エチレンアクリル酸共重合樹脂)、超高分子量ポリエチレンの様なポリエチレン系樹脂、およびポリブテン、ポリ(4−メチルペンテン−1)等のC2~C6のオレフィン(α−エチレン)の重合体もしくは共重合体である。これらのうち、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリブテン、ポリ(4−メチルペンテン−1)またはこれらの共重合体が特に本発明の組成物に適している。これらポリオレフィンは、重合触媒に由来するハロゲンを含有しているが、そのハロゲンに起因する熱劣化に対して本発明の組成物は極めて効果的である。
 さらに、エポキシ樹脂、フェノール樹脂、メラミン樹脂、不飽和ポリエステル樹脂、アルキド樹脂、尿素樹脂等の熱硬化性樹脂が挙げられる。またEPDM、ブチルゴム、イソプレンゴム、SBR、NBR、クロロスルホン化ポリエチレン等の合成ゴムを例示することができる。樹脂は、ポリオレフィン、ポリ塩化ビニル、またはゴムであることが好ましい。
 樹脂に配合されるハイドロタルサイト粒子の割合は、樹脂100重量部当たり、0.001~300重量部、好ましくは0.01~200重量部であるが、その配合割合は、目的によりその好ましい割合は異なる。例えば、安定剤として使用する場合には樹脂100重量部当たり0.001~10重量部、好ましくは0.01~5重量部であり、例えば難燃剤として使用する場合には樹脂100重量部当たり、10~300重量部、好ましくは30~200重量部である。
 樹脂組成物を調製するため、ハイドロタルサイト粒子を樹脂に配合する手段には特別な制約はなく、例えば安定剤や充填剤などをこれら樹脂に配合する公知慣用の配合手段と同様な手段で、他の樹脂配合材と共に、もしくは別個に合成樹脂にできるだけ均一に配合すればよい。例えば、リボンブレンダー、高速ミキサー、ニーダー、ペレタイザー、押出機などの公知混合手段を利用して配合する手段や、ハイドロタルサイト粒子を有効成分としてなる熱劣化剤の懸濁液を、重合後のスラリーに添加攪拌して混合し、乾燥する手段などを例示することができる。
 本発明の樹脂組成物は、上記成分以外にも慣用の他の添加剤を配合してもよい。このような添加剤としては、例えば酸化防止剤、紫外線防止剤、帯電防止剤、顔料、発泡剤、可塑剤、充填剤、補強剤、有機ハロゲン難燃剤、架橋剤、光安定剤、紫外線吸収剤、滑剤、他の無機系および有機系熱安定剤等を例示できる。
 本発明のハイドロタルサイト粒子を樹脂用難燃剤として用いる場合は、前記樹脂およびハイドロタルサイト粒子で実質的に形成されるが、さらに難燃助剤を配合することが出来る。この難燃助剤を配合することにより、ハイドロタルサイト粒子の配合割合を少なくすることが出来るし、また難燃効果を増大することが出来る。難燃助剤としては、赤リン、炭素粉末あるいはこれらの混合物であることが好ましい。赤リンとしては、難燃剤用の通常の赤リンの他に、例えば熱硬化性樹脂、ポリオレフィン、カルボン酸重合体、酸化チタンあるいはチタンアルミ縮合物で表面被覆した赤リンが使用しうる。また、炭素粉末としては、カーボンブラック、活性炭あるいは黒鉛が挙げられ、このカーボンブラックとしては、オイルファーネス法、ガスファーネス法、チャンネル法、サーマル法またはアセチレン法のいずれの方法によって調製されたものであってもよい。
 前記樹脂組成物を成形して成形品を製造することができる。
 以下、本発明の内容を実施例および比較例により詳細に説明するが、本発明はこれらの実施例のみに限定されるものではない。
 ハイドロタルサイト粒子の、(a)粒度分布および平均二次粒子径、(b)X線構造解析は、以下の方法によって測定した。
(a)粒度分布および平均二次粒子径
 日機装の粒度分布装置UPA−UT151(動的光散乱法 周波数解析)、日機装のマイクロトラックMT3300EX IIを用いて測定。測定時の溶媒はイオン交換水、ハイドロタルサイトスラリーを超音波で5分処理後に測定した。合計2回の測定を行い、それぞれの平均測定値を試料の平均二次粒子径とした。
(b)X線構造解析
 リガク社のRINT2200Vを用いた。
実施例1
 マイクロリアクターULREA SS−11を用いて、原料は0.688mol/Lの塩化マグネシウムと0.172mol/Lの硫酸アルミニウムの混合水溶液を10ml/分の流量で、0.300Nの苛性ソーダと0.017mol/Lの炭酸ソーダのアルカリ混液を250ml/分の流量で供給し、反応温度20℃、反応場クリアランス10μm、回転ディスクの回転数1700rpmで反応してスラリーを得た。
 得られたスラリーを遠心分離機で沈降分離、イオン交換水で洗浄した。洗浄後の固形分をイオン交換水で乳化し、超音波で5分処理後、日機装の粒度分布装置UPA−UT151(動的光散乱法 周波数解析)で測定したところ、平均二次粒子径19.8nmの粒子を得た。X線回折装置で解析したところ、下記式で表されるハイドロタルサイト粒子であった。
 Mg0.70Al0.30(OH)2(CO3)0.15・0.49H2O
実施例2
 前記ULREA SS−11を用いて、原料は0.688mol/Lの塩化マグネシウムと0.172mol/Lの硫酸アルミニウムの20℃の混合水溶液を10ml/分の流量で、0.300Nの苛性ソーダと0.017mol/Lの炭酸ソーダのアルカリ混液を250ml/分の流量で水溶液温度77℃で供給し、反応場クリアランス10μm、回転ディスクの回転数1700rpmで反応してスラリーを得た。
 得られたスラリーを遠心分離機で沈降分離、イオン交換水で洗浄した。洗浄後の固形分をイオン交換水で乳化し、超音波で5分処理後、日機装の粒度分布装置UPA−UT151(動的光散乱法 周波数解析)で測定したところ、平均二次粒子径30.1nmの粒子を得た。X線回折装置で解析したところ、下記式で表されるハイドロタルサイト粒子であった。
 Mg0.70Al0.30(OH)2(CO3)0.05・0.49H2O
実施例3
 前記ULREA SS−11を用いて、原料は0.516mol/Lの塩化マグネシウムと0.129mol/Lの硫酸アルミニウムの混合水溶液を10ml/分の流量で、0.225Nの苛性ソーダと0.013mol/Lの炭酸ソーダのアルカリ混液を250ml/分の流量で供給し、反応温度35℃、反応場クリアランス10μm、回転ディスクの回転数1700rpmで反応してスラリーを得た。
 得られたスラリーを遠心分離機で沈降分離、イオン交換水で洗浄した。洗浄後の固形分をイオン交換水で乳化し、超音波で5分処理後、日機装の粒度分布装置UPA−UT151(動的光散乱法 周波数解析)で測定したところ、平均二次粒子径69.5nmの粒子を得た。株式会社リガクのX線回折装置RINT2200Vで解析したところ、下記式で表されるハイドロタルサイト粒子であった。

比較例1
 ULREA SS−11を用いて、原料は1.032mol/Lの塩化マグネシウムと0.258mol/Lの硫酸アルミニウムの混合水溶液を50.0ml/分の流量で、2.703Nの化成ソーダと0.154mol/Lの炭酸ソーダのアルカリ混液を55.8ml/分の流量で供給し、反応温度35℃、反応場クリアランス10μm、回転ディスクの回転数1700rpmで反応してスラリーを得た。
 得られたスラリーを遠心分離機で沈降分離、イオン交換水で洗浄した。洗浄後の固形分をイオン交換水で乳化し、超音波で5分処理後、日機装の粒度分布装置UPA−UT151(動的光散乱法 周波数解析)で測定したところ、平均二次粒子径344nmの粒子を得た。株式会社リガクのX線回折装置RINT2200Vで解析したところ、下記式で表されるハイドロタルサイト粒子であった。

比較例2
 実施例3と同じ原料を用い、リアクターを一般的なビーカーを用いてバッチ反応、温調35℃で、0.516mol/Lの塩化マグネシウムと0.129mol/Lの硫酸アルミニウムの混合水溶液10mlを、撹拌下の0.225mol/Lの苛性ソーダと0.013mol/Lの炭酸ソーダのアルカリ混液250ml中に1分かけて注加してスラリーを得た。
 得られたスラリーを遠心分離機で沈降分離、イオン交換水で洗浄した。洗浄後の固形分をイオン交換水で再乳化してスラリーを得た。日機装のマイクロトラックMT3300EX IIを用いてレーザー回折散乱法に粒度測定を行ったところ、平均二次粒子径3818nmであった。株式会社リガクのX線回折装置RINT2200Vで解析したところ、下記式で表されるハイドロタルサイト粒子であった。

 エム・テクニック株式会社製のマイクロリアクターULREA SS−11を用いてハイドロタルサイトの晶析反応を行うことで平均二次粒子径100nm未満のナノ粒子を得ることが出来た。
発明の効果
 本発明の製造方法によれば、平均二次粒子径(周波数解析法で測定)が1~100nm、好ましくは10~90nmのハイドロタルサイト粒子が得られる。
 従来法で得られたハイドロタルサイト粒子を粉砕すると、粉砕メディアとの接触によるコンタミがあり、有機物などを含む添加剤添加で得られるハイドロタルサイト粒子はその添加剤が不純物として働く可能性があるが、本発明により得られたハイドロタルサイト粒子は、従来のハイドロタルサイト原料を用いた反応からの合成であるのでコンタミがなく、添加剤を添加しなくてもナノ粒子が得られる。
 本発明により得られたハイドロタルサイト粒子は100nm以下と非常に小さく、透明性が高いので、従来の100nm以上のハイドロタルサイトよりも透明性に優れた成形品を得ることが期待できる。
 従来の反応容器を用いたハイドロタルサイト粒子の反応では、分散性が悪く凝集粒子となってしまうが、本発明では微粒子で分散性の良いハイドロタルサイト粒子を提供できる。
 本発明によるハイドロタルサイト粒子は、粒径が数10nmと非常に小さいため、小型電子機器や薄膜などこれまでのサブミクロンオーダーの粒子では適用できなかった分野での応用が期待できる。また、粒子サイズが微細なため透明性も高く、透明性が必要とされる分野での使用も考えられる。
 本発明のハイドロタルサイト粒子は、熱安定剤、耐熱劣化剤、熱伝導剤、受酸剤、吸着剤、増粘剤、難燃剤、補強剤などに使用できる。

Claims (3)

  1.  反応場のクリアランスが1~30μmである強制薄膜式マイクロリアクター中で、マグネシウム塩とアルミニウム塩の混合水溶液、アルカリ物質および層間アニオンを反応させることを特徴とする、周波数解析法で測定された平均二次粒子径が1~100nmであるハイドロタルサイト粒子の製造方法。
  2. アルカリ物質の、マグネシウム金属とアルミニウム金属の合計に対するモル比は2~15である請求項1記載の製造方法。
  3.  強制薄膜式マイクロリアクターは、互いに対向する第1処理面(1)と第2処理面(1)とにより形成された反応場を有し、第1処理面(1)と第2処理面(2)とは相対的に回転し、かつ相対的に接近したり離反したりすることが可能で、原料の供給圧によって2つの処理用面を離反させる方向に力を発生させ、かつ2つの処理用面を接近させる方向に移動させる力を別途加え、反応場を微小間隔に維持するものである請求項1記載の製造方法。
