Abstract

Bei einem getrockneten, ungebrannten Material aus wenigstens einem silikathaltigem Basismaterial sowie einem Hydrophobierungsmittel ist das aus Mergel, Ton, Lehm oder Mischungen davon gewählte Basismaterial in einer Menge zwischen 35 und 95 Gew.-% enthalten und wenigstens 8 Gew.-% von wenigstens einem Hydrophobierungsmittel gewählt aus Ölen oder Fetten sowie gegebenenfalls ein oder mehrere organische oder anorganische Zuschlagstoffe sowie Rest Wasser ist enthalten. Weiterhin ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines getrockneten, ungebrannten Materials beschrieben, welches sich durch Wasserresistenz und Frostbeständigkeit auszeichnet.
