Area Network)通信システムのCAN通信ライン120に接続され、このCAN通信ライン120を経由して各種の信号を互いに入出力できるようになっている。そして、各車両ECU110は、CPU、ROM、RAM等からなるマイクロコンピュータを主要構成部品とするものであり、メモリ、入出力インターフェース及びセンサ信号を入力して各種のアクチュエータを駆動する駆動回路を備えている。この車両100では、車両ECU110がパーキングブレーキ(「PKB」ともいう)130、イグニッション(「IG」ともいう)装置150及びナビゲーション装置200にそれぞれ接続されており、例えばパーキングブレーキ130やイグニッション装置150のそれぞれのON/OFF情報がCAN通信ライン120を経由してナビゲーション装置200に出力される。
Area Network-Bluetooth))から通信手段によってナビゲーション装置200へCAN情報を送信することができる。ナビゲーション装置200は、所定のネットワーク回線網(例えば、インターネット回線網や専用回線網等のセキュアな回線網)400を介して一時的又は連続的に情報提供センタ600に接続され、情報提供センタ600との間での情報通信が可能になっている。ここでいうネットワーク回線網400が、本発明の「ネットワーク回線網」に相当する。
「ユーザに位置に関する情報を提供する位置情報提供方法であって、前記ユーザによる、投稿可能なネットワークサービスとの連携以外の機能を実行する所定の操作に連動してネットワーク回線網を介して前記ネットワークサービスを管理する管理サーバにログインして、ネットワークユーザによって前記ネットワークサービスに投稿され前記管理サーバに蓄積された、位置に関する投稿情報の全部又は一部を取得する、位置情報提供方法。」

「態様1に記載の位置情報提供方法であって、
前記管理サーバにログインしたとき、前記ユーザの現在位置から所定距離内の周辺位置について前記ネットワークユーザによって評価された周辺評価情報を前記管理サーバに蓄積された前記投稿情報の中から選択的に取得する、位置情報提供方法。」

「態様1又は2に記載の位置情報提供方法であって、
前記管理サーバにログインしたとき、前記投稿情報が前記ネットワーク上で前記ユーザと特定関係にある他人によって評価された評価情報を含む場合には、前記管理サーバに蓄積された前記投稿情報の中から当該評価情報を前記他人の情報とともに選択的に取得する、位置情報提供方法。」

「態様1から3のうちのいずれかに記載の位置情報提供方法であって、
前記管理サーバにログインしたとき、前記投稿情報が前記ネットワーク上で前記ユーザと友人関係にない他人によって複数回評価された評価情報を含む場合には、前記管理サーバに蓄積された前記投稿情報の中から当該評価情報を選択的に取得する、位置情報提供方法。」

「態様1から4のうちのいずれかに記載の位置情報提供方法であって、
取得した情報を地図情報とともに表示部に表示させる、位置情報提供方法。」

前記所定の操作は、前記ユーザが乗車する車両に搭載されたナビゲーション装置を起動するための操作である、位置情報提供方法。」

「態様1に記載の位置情報提供方法であって、
前記所定の操作である、前記ユーザによる目的地を検索する操作に連動して前記ネットワーク回線網を介して前記管理サーバにログインして、前記検索で抽出された目的地候補について前記ネットワークユーザによって評価された目的地候補評価情報を、前記管理サーバに蓄積された前記投稿情報の中から選択的に取得する、位置情報提供方法。」

「態様7に記載の位置情報提供方法であって、
取得した前記目的地候補評価情報を当該情報に対応した前記目的地候補とともに表示部に表示させる、位置情報提供方法。」

前記目的地候補評価情報が前記ネットワーク上での前記ユーザの友人によって評価された友人評価情報である目的地候補を、前記目的地候補評価情報が前記友人評価情報でない目的地候補よりも優先度を高めた表示態様で前記表示部に表示させる、位置情報提供方法。」

「ユーザに位置に関する情報を提供する位置情報提供方法であって、
前記ユーザによる、投稿可能なネットワークサービスとの連携以外の機能を実行する所定の操作に連動して、前記ネットワークサービスへの前記ユーザの目的地の投稿を促すための画面を表示部に表示させる、位置情報提供方法。」

「ユーザに位置に関する情報を提供する位置情報提供方法であって、
前記ユーザによる、投稿可能なネットワークサービスとの連携以外の機能を実行する所定の操作に連動して、前記ネットワークサービスへの前記ユーザの目的地の投稿を促すための通知を前記ユーザが管理する端末機器に対して送信する、位置情報提供方法。」

前記所定の操作は、前記ユーザが乗車する車両のパーキングブレーキングを有効状態に設定するための操作である、位置情報提供方法。」

前記ユーザによる、前記ユーザが乗車する車両の始動装置をオフ状態からオン状態に設定し、且つ前記車両のパーキングブレーキを無効状態から有効状態に設定する操作に連動して、前記ユーザの目的地についての評価を行うための評価用画面を表示部に表示させる、位置情報提供方法。」

「態様13に記載の位置情報提供方法であって、
前記目的地についての評価が行われなかった場合に、前記目的地についての評価を促すための通知を前記ユーザが管理する端末機器に対して送信する、位置情報提供方法。」

「ユーザに位置に関する情報を提供する位置情報提供システムであって、
投稿可能なネットワークサービスを管理するとともに、ネットワーク回線網を介して車両の経路案内を行うためのナビゲーション装置と間での通信が可能な管理サーバと、
前記管理サーバに設けられた制御部と、
を含み、
前記制御部は、前記ユーザによる前記ネットワークサービスとの連携以外の機能を実行する所定の操作に連動して前記ネットワーク回線網を介して前記管理サーバにログインしたときに、ネットワークユーザによって前記ネットワークサービスに投稿され前記管理サーバに蓄積された投稿情報の全部又は一部を前記ネットワーク回線網を介して前記ナビゲーション装置に送信する、位置情報提供システム。」

車両の経路案内を行うためのナビゲーション装置と、

前記ナビゲーション装置は、前記ユーザによる前記ネットワークサービスとの連携以外の機能を実行する所定の操作に連動して前記ネットワーク回線網を介して前記管理サーバにログインし、
前記管理サーバは、前記ナビゲーション装置のログイン時に、ネットワークユーザによって前記ネットワークサービスに投稿され前記管理サーバに蓄積された投稿情報の全部又は一部を前記ネットワーク回線網を介して前記ナビゲーション装置に送信する、位置情報提供システム。」

Claims (15)
- ユーザに位置に関する情報を提供する位置情報提供装置であって、
投稿可能なネットワークサービスを管理する管理サーバにネットワーク回線網を介してログイン可能な制御部を含み、
前記制御部は、前記ネットワークサービスとの連携以外の機能を実行する所定の操作に連動して前記ネットワーク回線網を介して前記管理サーバにログインして、ネットワークユーザによって前記ネットワークサービスに投稿され前記管理サーバに蓄積された、位置に関する投稿情報の全部又は一部を取得する、位置情報提供装置。 - 請求項1に記載の位置情報提供装置であって、
前記ユーザの現在位置を計測可能な測位部を含み、
前記制御部は、前記管理サーバにログインしたとき、前記測位部が計測した前記ユーザの現在位置から所定距離内の周辺位置について前記ネットワークユーザによって評価された周辺評価情報を前記管理サーバに蓄積された前記投稿情報の中から選択的に取得する、位置情報提供装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の位置情報提供装置であって、
前記制御部は、前記管理サーバにログインしたとき、前記投稿情報が前記ネットワーク上で前記ユーザと特定関係にある他人によって評価された評価情報を含む場合には、前記管理サーバに蓄積された前記投稿情報の中から当該評価情報を前記他人の情報とともに選択的に取得する、位置情報提供装置。 - 請求項1から3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の位置情報提供装置であって、
前記制御部は、前記管理サーバにログインしたとき、前記投稿情報が前記ネットワーク上で前記ユーザと特定関係にない他人によって複数回評価された評価情報を含む場合には、前記管理サーバに蓄積された前記投稿情報の中から当該評価情報を選択的に取得する、位置情報提供装置。 - 請求項1から4のうちのいずれか一項に記載の位置情報提供装置であって、
前記制御部が取得した情報を地図情報とともに表示する表示部を含む、位置情報提供装置。 - 請求項1から5のうちのいずれか一項に記載の位置情報提供装置であって、
前記所定の操作は、当該位置情報提供装置を起動するための操作である、位置情報提供装置。 - 請求項1に記載の位置情報提供装置であって、
前記制御部は、前記所定の操作である、目的地を検索する操作に連動して前記ネットワーク回線網を介して前記管理サーバにログインして、前記検索で抽出された目的地候補について前記ネットワークユーザによって評価された目的地候補評価情報を、前記管理サーバに蓄積された前記投稿情報の中から選択的に取得する、位置情報提供装置。 - 請求項7に記載の位置情報提供装置であって、
前記制御部が取得した前記目的地候補評価情報を当該情報に対応した前記目的地候補とともに表示する表示部を含む、位置情報提供装置。 - 請求項8に記載の位置情報提供装置であって、
前記表示部は、前記目的地候補評価情報が前記ネットワーク上での前記ユーザの友人によって評価された友人評価情報である目的地候補を、前記目的地候補評価情報が前記友人評価情報でない目的地候補よりも優先度を高めた表示態様で表示する、位置情報提供装置。 - ユーザに位置に関する情報を提供する位置情報提供装置であって、
ネットワークサービスを管理する管理サーバにネットワーク回線網を介してログインして、前記ユーザの目的地を前記ネットワークサービスに投稿可能な制御部と、
前記ネットワークサービスとの連携以外の機能を実行する所定の操作に連動して、前記制御部による前記ネットワークサービスへの前記目的地の投稿を促すための画面を表示する表示部と、
を含む、位置情報提供装置。 - ユーザに位置に関する情報を提供する位置情報提供装置であって、
ネットワークサービスを管理する管理サーバにネットワーク回線網を介してログインして、前記ユーザの目的地を前記ネットワークサービスに投稿可能な制御部を含み、
前記制御部は、前記ネットワークサービスとの連携以外の機能を実行する所定の操作に連動して、前記ネットワークサービスへの前記目的地の投稿を促すための通知を前記ユーザが管理する端末機器に対して送信する、位置情報提供装置。 - 請求項10又は11に記載の位置情報提供装置であって、
前記所定の操作は、前記ユーザが乗車する車両のパーキングブレーキングを有効状態に設定するための操作である、位置情報提供装置。 - ユーザに位置に関する情報を提供する位置情報提供装置であって、
ネットワークサービスを管理する管理サーバにネットワーク回線網を介してログインして、前記ユーザの目的地を前記ネットワークサービスに投稿可能な制御部と、
前記ユーザが乗車する車両の始動装置がオフ状態からオン状態に設定され、且つ前記車両のパーキングブレーキが無効状態から有効状態に設定される操作に連動して、前記目的地についての評価を行うための評価用画面を表示する表示部と、
を含む、位置情報提供装置。 - 請求項13に記載の位置情報提供装置であって、
前記制御部は、前記目的地についての評価が行われなかった場合に、前記目的地についての評価を促すための通知を前記ユーザが管理する端末機器に対して送信する、位置情報提供装置。 - 請求項1から14のうちのいずれか一項に記載の位置情報提供装置と、
前記ネットワークサービスとしての1又は複数のソーシャル・ネットワーキング・サービス(SNS)を管理する前記管理サーバと、
前記位置情報提供装置と前記管理サーバとを接続する前記ネットワーク回線網と、
を含む、位置情報提供システム。
